1. Initially on[protected] some Rohit called me and told if i purchase
package i will gadget as a phone in next 3-5 days, if it get fails
then I can cancel my order
2. 2 week on Feb I got update from Rohit/Ravi...that I will going to
get my gadget by max 18-Feb-----I have requested to cancel my
order/purchase
3. Around 18 Feb 2016 I got to know without refferal I will not going
to get phone as a gift, and 5 refferals has been added to my
account-----I have requested to cancel my order/purchase
4. On 24 Feb 2016 I got an update that only 3 refferals has been added
till now----previous update was wrong shared to me (point no. 3)-----I
have requested to cancel my order/purchase
5. I got confirmed that 12 referrals has been added on Monday-14 Feb
6. I got to know that only one refferals added till now on Tuesday-15 Feb 2016
7. I am not getting call from your side, I am only doing follow-up.
Humble request please cancel my order/purchase and initiate my refund.
8. Always false promise received. All fraud executives and employee and manager too.

Still no gift received.

don't take back the complaint..Unless you get the docket id number. They are making fool to others same way..ask them proof first then only take back complaint.Even i say first let the gift received and then resolve it. I am sure they will not send happened with me also. They are just fraud.
For me Ashok sinha and Raj saxena did the same . i am also waiting from two months but theses fraud peoples are not of any commitment and use. They are masters of m0king excuses.

    This happened on jan 6th 2016. Mr Rohan called me up on my mobile and he was selling a package for 8999/-. He assured me that, he will also send me a samsung s6 mobile after i book the package with him. He said that, lot of hotel people pass on huge gifts, to be given to customers who buy all package vouchers from tripgateway. its been now 2.5 months and he is still assuring me that, he will send the same... nothing received till date except voucher... Please dont trust this bogus company...

      The guy tarun called me and told me that tripgateway is giving you gift on happy hours but nothing was received. Already 28 days passes but still no calls. The company making fool to all peoples. Please be aware and don't buy any travel package.

        As i have been reading on this website, even i got similar call from Mr Rohan, saying he is sales executive from tripgateway.in, and they are giving samsung galaxy s6edge or xperia tablet as gift on buying rs 8, 999/- asia tour package, if if i make payment urgently.
        so i had paid on their website tripgateway.in via netbanking on 10/2/16.
        i have been talking to Rohan, Sandesh tripathi and others since that day. I was assured that the gift and my package voucher vil arrive within 4-5 days of paymeny by the latest.
        after continuous follow-ups i received only package and no gift after 2 weeks.
        now i m trying to inquire about my assured gift samsung galaxy s6edge that was promised to me.
        but all their customer care numbers are shut down. and i am unable to call any of them. no response to my emails also.
        after this experience i m sure that i was a fraud company and is shutdown.
        i request consumer complaints.com to try and take some action against these fraudsters, as many people have been lotted til date in the name of assured gifts.
        As i have been viewing on ur website, a lot of people have been cheated by tripgateway.in. so some legal action is definitely required against this fraudsters.

          I had purchased a travel holiday package of Rs. 8999/- for Goa from www.tripgateway.in. While offering I was given a lot of assurances about how I will get a best deal and great hotel. I was also provided list of hotels on my email by their tele caller Akash all those hotels were 4 star properties, this is false advertising, then after booking I was told that I would get a hotel from the list on the website under "Resort List" which are all 3 star properties. My travel dates are 26th March to 30th march, as I had completed all the formalities well in advance & I was expecting something good, but it was disappointing the first option given to me was Maria Rosa, Sand Castle Holiday Home, Colonia jose menino hotel all these are 1 star resorts cant even call them as resorts then after some heavy crack down on them I was given option of Saiesh International which does not have any A/C rooms, then I was told to adjust. Finally I have been offered Palacio de Goa which is 2.5 star hotel, this is not as per their commitment, I am extremely dissatisfied however I have adjusted as getting refund from them will be another headache. This is a fraudulent company and does false advertising to attract clients. Very strict action should be taken against them. Beware of them.

            Received call from [protected] on 22jan that it's happy hours and as a promotional offer i'll get Samsung galaxy s6 or xperia tab if I buy there package of 8, 999 by 2:30 pm the same day. The offer looked good and I made the payment. I was told before the payment that I will get the voucher as well as the gift the same day. I received the voucher after 2 weeks but no gift. I called and Mr. Ta run confirmed that I will receive the voucher, they said that the process is such that they check that the voucher is received before sending the gift. Then they kept taking days after days with different reasons saying that i'll get the gift in few days. It's been a a month and nothing has been delivered. There are several other similar complaints on this forum which means that they are fooling may customers and I am sure not even a single person has received any gift from this company ever. It's a fraud company making frauds and using people's money for who knows what.

              Executive calling from [protected] saying it's happy hours and I will get galaxy s6 if I payed 8, 999. I did the same on 22 Jan and till today they kept telling me that I will get the tracking details which never came. They will give all possible excuses like we dispatch in bulk so it sometimes takes time, we had a rift with our courier partner, sir aaj Kal mein mil jaega.. you are fooling the people leaving no choice for the customer rather than taking the course of law.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I am nikita dandekar from Mumbai.

                I got called from Company Name Trip2Gateway.com on feb 2016 first week & the person who called her name was Ms.Ankita Singh, rohit singh, pawan singh and shivani mishra & cell No +91 [protected] & Landline number is [protected] / [protected] about taking their Membership of Rs.11, 999/ & if I take the Membership within 1 hour then I will get Holiday Package for 4N & 5D in India also along with that I will also get Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge as a gift because of some promotion going on at their end.

                Since the offer was good I have accepted the offer, then they have sent 1 link to me for payment & I made my payment through my credit card & it was paid to some party name shows as “MOTO_TPSL” after my transaction alert.

                When my payment is done I got 1 confirmation mail from them which I am attaching with the mail after that I have started follow up with this company but the answer was never satisfied me.

                After 1 week on 19th Jan I have received Welcome kit from them which has only booking form & there browser but not received any Gift.
                From that day I am unable to speak to those people or not getting any gift from them.

                I have sent lots of mail asking for gift but no one reply on those mails from there end.
                I feel the company Trip2Gateway.com is Fraud Company & I request you to please help me to get my money back.

                  Tripgateway.in a travel company having its office in Noida, its a pure fake company, have been cheating people with various offer which they do not fulfill, many has been a victim so as I. Highlights of cheating this company has been doing :
                  1) While booking they commits to their clients on assured gift alongwith lowest holiday package and under special limited offer

                  2) Many people has been a victim of this fraudulent act, people have been raising concerns on various consumer complaint portal

                  3) The promoter of the company is not been disclosed when approached, the domain registration and contact details updated on websites are the same fellows who are the part of creating this nuisance

                  4) The company has bunch o[censored]nprofessional staffs working, to name a few Ramesh Awasti, Ashok Sinha, Rohit, Ravindra very poor communication, escape to come on the phone

                  5) They claim all communication with customers are recorded, but never refered when required to validate truth behind, hence their intention is to take out money from more and more people, and escape some day

                  Would request to take strict action against them and help spread this further. We want our 100% money back

                    Salesman calling from [protected] by saying his name as Ajay gupta that my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift Samsung galaxy 6 edge plus mobile if i buy holiday package worth 8999 and executive from company has told that as per govt rules all calls are recorded and on belief i had paid amount..latter on they started deviating from there statement and hence i requested for refund by mail. But since that date given multiple mails but other than verbal assurance regarding refund no mail reply received.                     As per the trail mail we and mail sent by you on 03.02.16 you requested for refund as we was processed for refund but you already lodge a complain against over company as Mr. Hariom Kumar did earlier and we already refund Mr. Hariom money but as per his commitment he didn't remove the complain lodge by him and as per our conversation we already told him until and unless he remove the complain we cant process to refund your money and for refunding your money firstly Mr. Hariom and you have to delete your complain as we are fulfilling our commitment but you people are not fulfilling your commitment so kindly remove the complaint and you will get the refund money same day on your account and for more complain kindly revert and ack. on the same mail.
                    We will appreciate your patronage for more query kindly write us or call us (working hours)

                    As you had refunded mine money: i had already marked complaint resolved,

                    As your salesman has cheated us by offering sony xperia Tab or Samsung s6 edge plus as assured gift and which your company didn't honored. Hence on feeling cheated we had requested for full amount and as per your reply in mail and on this website you had already regretted.

                    Now the point is we don't know who this company is. we came to know from your salesperson call on the name of promotional assured gift.

                    Mr Shekhar money is with you since 07.01.2016 and you had already communicated in mail and this website that you will refund first mine and then of Mr Shekhar Kumar.


                    we are once again requesting you we don't have any grudges with your company and hence we are behind you till we receive our full money. Hence you are once again requested to refund the full amount of Mr Shekhar Kumar at the earliest.

                      I got a call from this company's salesperson (Ashish) from +[protected] on 6th Jan 2016 and he said that the instead of giving money for advertising, his management has decided to give free gifts to few selected people on first come first serve basis and the gift would be on the basis of buying the travel package from their site. The gift would reach in 2 working days to my place. But its been 30+ days and they keep buying 2 days time from me. They said Ashish is salesperson, asked for his manager's name and contact info but the person who contacted me is Ramesh Awasthi (So called Manager to Ashish) and promised to resolve the issue in 2 days time otherwise my money will be refunded next day. He failed to do so, asked for his manager's contact detail and got in touch with Rohan (Who said Ramesh is not manager, he is lead and I am manager) and promised me to solve this issue by 8/2/16 but no mail or anything from him as well. Today on 9th Feb I called them up again and the next level manager I got is Mr. Surjeet (Operation Head) and got a promise from them that he will call me for the resolution of this issue. Now I have decided to make a complaint with the consumer forum with penalties. If anyone interested to join me please send me a mail on "[protected]@rediffmail.com". Together we can fight better with more proof and can punish them with heavy penalties and opportunity loss. So that they will not at least stop but will be scared of doing such thing to others.

                        I have booked tour package of ₹ 8999.00 on 7th Jan 2016 through reference from my close relative Shri Hari Om. During booking executive of Trip gateway shri Ajay Gupta said Samsung galaxy S6 Edge will be given as welcome kit as a promotion activity. I purchase the tour package on same day i.e. 07th Jan 2016, transaction ID for purchase is "[protected]". Now executive from trip gateway is saying that we have not promise any welcome kit.i have no faith in such type of company and their commitment . so i mailed to cancelled this trip. Shri Hari Om has cancelled their tour package and after several request and complain they finally refunded their money.                           I have paid them 8999 rupees on 29/1/2016. They told in 3 days travel voucher will be received. I am following from 6 days at least for docket no that they have shipped my travel voucher. But they are saying it is in progress. I have no trust if they are doing so late to send vouchers what will be about the gift. The company is real fraud, I am approaching that I want to talk to the promoter of the company some illiterate, can't speak english kind of person come on the phone stating business head, country head. Want to take this up strongly else like us many will be victim of such fraud

                              This is a big fraud firm. They r calling customers n offering assured gift in the name of Promotions n after receiving money not giving any gift n not rrefunding money n insisting for usage of hotel package.

                              You are asking me to acknowledge the mail with following terms.
                              1.0 you are asking my account details, as i had paid through credit card and hence you can refund the amount to same account. Asking account details for refund is appearing not normal.

                              2.0 you are asking me to accept 10% deduction towards cancellation n processing charge, as i am asking refund because your salesman ha CHEATED Me n also since one day one n hence why i should bear 10% loss.

                              3.0 you are asking me to accept 45 working days meand approx 65 days for refund.

                              my point is once you had found that your salesman has cheated me ( as you one customer care mr abhishek shukla has confirmed to me over phone) and hence i am asking money back immidiately without interst n mental torture of 23 days By you team.

                              Even your customer care team are harassing me by writing that money will not be refunded back...

                              as per your normal rules this package can be cancelled within week of booking with 10% deduction which is mentioned on your website then why you people are tortureing me since 21 days that package is non cancellable Which i am asking being cheated by your mr gupta.

                              The issue is i had taken this package based on call recieved from mr ajay gupta with assured gift of samsung s6 edge plus without reffral, which you r not giving and hence i am asking my money since 08.01.2016 ( payment date 07.01.16).

                              Please ensure rs8999 i.e 100% amount immediately or else i am going to lodge complaints which i had already communicated to you in mails.

                              this is a big fraud company till date i had received at least 15 callers asking my opinion as they are getting calls from tripgateway.in offering mobile/tab as promotional gift till today i.e 13.02.2016..if any body is having doubt regarding fraud of this company then be prepared to be cheated like us.

                              simple if they are not fraud then why not they are giving gift as promised or immidiately ready to refund money recieved from customers on fake promise as they r not loosing anything in refunding the money o[censored]nsatisfied customer like mr shekhar kumar n they will earn good faith in return.

                              Just one caller was informing me when they are asking tripgateway.in reg complaint on this website they r saying they had refunded the money nd resolved the issue n customers r not removing from website. its not like that...they r big fraud company. As just look on this complaint section we had posted they had written to us in mail they r loosing business because of our complaints on this site. Now its upto you dear friends. count down started for tripgateway.in. .now they will became more famous, as i am going to launch series of complaints to concernedauthorities n to real cyber crome departments

                                now you can understand that how they r cheating customers in the name of assured gift. Even one mr abhishek shukla from tripgateway has confirmed me over phone that yes mr ajay gupta has offered me assured gift as mr shukla has checked recorded conversation before i had paid on 07.01.2016.

                                i am not sure of call being recorded by them or any such rule is there or not. If they cango through conversations of 07.01.16.

                                Even I got a call from TripGateway person yesterday and they said similar package offer (8999 Rs with free tablet/ mobile phone) as its a "Happy Hour". Then I asked him to send me the link and the details to my email id. I did some cross check and it looks like they have the Tablet offer but on referral basis. So in order to get the Tablet and the Holiday package for 8999 Rs I need to do a successful referral of 8 people. This information is totally missed when the sales guy spoke. Their website "http://www.tripgateway.in/" has all required information and also about the referral program and details regarding tablet.

                                I feel Trip Gateway people should take a look at this little bit more closely and explain their sales team not to misguide customers in the name of freebies. Also take strict action on these so called sales guys.

                                Also, as a friendly advice to my fellow Indians, we need to first check the authenticity of the offer and check their website for correctness before proceeding further. As we only hear the sales guy voice who is representing xyz company.
