I had received a phone from mr. Rahul having mob. No.-[protected] &[protected] about package & a gift of vivo mobile. I had booked tht & till now not send the same. Kindly querry about the above. I had given throug paytm to the above rs.12499/- for the above package. If it is not correct one then kindly cancel the above tour package & refund the same. Again the customer care no is [protected]. So kindly do the needfull.

I am also one of biggest victim of the tripgateway. Oneday 14 july 2016 i received a call from this co person that i have been selected for gift of samsung mobile s 6 edge and i will have to purchase 8999 rs package of holiday. I couldn't beleive n he made me purchase the 8999 package. I, after that followed up with company customers help and they did not pay any gift.in last i proceeded for hotel booking and they again denied.in last they verbaly promised for refund of money instead of booking hotel and asked my account no i mailed them but till now no money refunded. Sir please do the justice for me.

I am dole bhavesh who has purchased three holiday packages from tripgateway. I received a mail with an offer of referral gifts if i buy holiday packages from your company. So i purchased three holiday packages from your company.in which two of them are purchased on my name and one on my friends who is sagar girase. First of all i had conversation with person named rohit sharma who is one of your employee. He explained me everything regarding packages and told me if i buy this package then i will get a gift free with the package and i have purchased it, after sometime he explained me another one and with offer of another gift with another package and i have gone for it as well. Also with some another gift offers from kishor kumar i have gone for the third one. These all three packages cost me around 24000 rupees. After all this i continuously tried calling for my gifts and every single day i got different reasons like sir its under process, it has been dispatched and many more. After some days i called back for the same and one of the lady representative received my call answering that from those i have purchased my packages have been transferred somewhere else and she told that we do not provide any kind of gifts.

The caller shubham sharma had called me by u r our lucky customer . And our happy hours is going on i[censored] book our package u will cost 10499. And u will also get moto g4 pus mobile.
But as a coincidence my brother met with an accident and he is in icu, due to which i need money.
As i m requesting them for cancellation they are saying that sir plz complete our procedure like Confirmation of package and verification but the verification department is saying that after confirmation you will not get refund.
Now what to do as i m borrowing money from somwhere for treatment from where i will give them .
All trip making company give refund in just 5 to 7 days but they are making all of is fool. And in this critical situation they are irritating me.

I got a call from Trip gateway saying you book this package you will get free tABLATE along with package later you may cancel the booking & all Nonsense, later I realized this is fake & I didn't get mobile nor they could accommodate me an booking from past one year they are giving lame reason saying No availability, I attempted to send voucher 5 times still No even once they could give me package of 4 Nights 5 days booking its one year follow up No Action
can someone help me as how to get this solved?

Sales representative of tripgateway (a unit of Trekocity Holiday Consultant Pvt Ltd) telephoned me on and informed me about sales promotional scheme of the tripgateway (website: www.tripgateway.in). He assured me that I would receive free gift of moto g4 plus black colour with one year warranty, if I booked holiday package of Rs 10499/- on the same day before 6PM because such gifts were for limited persons and for limited time only. Relying on his assurance, I applied for holiday package of tripgateway and paid Rs 10499/- in good faith.
After receiving payment successfully from me under transaction id JSMP[protected], the sales representative, assured me that docket number of despatch of free gift of mobile would be sent to me through mail and tablet will deliver in 4 to 5 days. I need not to be worried. He advised me to send complete postal address through email so that the gift can be delivered at proper address. Accordingly, in reply to email received from tripgateway, I emailed my address for sending free gift and package to me.
But till today I have not received the assured free gift.

I was given a package of 8999 which includes 4 adults and 2 deluxe rooms and 4 nights 5 days package in minimum 3 star to 5 star hotel. First of all they have misguided us and made us take the package. But inspite of all this i thought might as use our own money for us. Month it sept 2017 first week expire my voucher their executive riya gave me a extension of 1 month after lot of stress and fights. She clearly told me jully bookibng not avalable. You don't need to call or get in touch with me. It's been 2 weeks nobody has called. They have cheated me horribly. Because as per mention in their package first of all she recommended lodges and she was doing the booking 1 day before the travel date. Secondly they are very rude and not interested in burning other people's hard earned money. I demand my money back.

I wish to know if the company is gonna refund the money to me or not
I'm tired writing mails and have not received any information about it
I will officially launch a police complaint if it not done
I've heard lies after lies from the customer care executive and have had it enough
I will also write on all consumer complaint websites available and take this matter to consumer court as well as i have all the mails by the company

I have booked this package on 8th june i have paid amount by credit card Rs. 10499/-Nobody is responding to my call. People are not bother to pick my call or response to my email. Please assist me on this issue.
Its fake website. Please check the review before doing any payment. Please assist in this case

Salesman calling by saying his name as varun patel that my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift samsung galaxy 6edge plus mobile if i bye there holiday package worth 10499.

My suspecpecion of fraud he said our calls are recorded.

On belief i had paid the amount.

Latter on they started deviating from there statement hence i requested for refund by mail. But since that he denying the refund

Dear all travelers, this company tripgateway.in a fraud company doing all sorts of serious frauds by calling people and fooling them on name of assured gifts and other fake promises.
I request all of you to please not to buy any package from them because they do not fulfill any of their promise, they only snatch our hard earned money.
All those who have purchsed the package should unite and write a complaint to UP CM and PMO office so that all necessary actions should be taken against them and these sort of fraud businesses should be shut as soon as possible.
Please spread this message on all social platforms also so that other innocent people should not get trapped

I felt like cheated by your company — all these good reviews are false review given by your own people...

I booked rs 8999 package for 4 days and 5 night..
I have booked my date from 22/07/2016 to 26/07/2016 for goa.
I was promised minimum 3 star hotel.

But..

I was given 3 name of resort of 2 star and below.. And told to choose withiin 2 hour.. Since i've already paid money, i had no choice but to give consent for one among them..
Same hotel is available @rs 850 to rs 1400 online.. For 4 days it comes around rs 5000 to rs 6000... And i paid rs 8999 for 4 nights... This is just fraud..
On calling booking number.. They are just too rude..

I was also told that i'm eligible for a tab as i booked in happy hours.. For last 20 days i'm waiting for it to be dispatched.. Everyday new exuse..

Today is 18/07/2016.. I have yet to get any mail from tripgate ragarding my booking information.. No room number.. Just name of hotel..

Im still waiting for 'tab'.. For hotel confirmation detail.. Itsworst

Now booking comes, there terms and conditions says for 3 star staying facility. They are giving a budget property from far less then rs.1000/night in makemytrip.com. After checking, i have sent mail to cancel both within 24 hours of my purchase, same sales person called me and said that he can't cancel, and he was asking me to send acceptance reply for his mail, i wonder how a company adopt a cheap and shamful way to earn money.

Mr suraj singh callme and told me your no is win sony tabwhen i purchased their tour package from tripgateway each rs 8999. I purchased on 31/08/2016. After three days again call to mr suraj singh & told me you win samsung galaxy s7 edge phone if i purchased another package rs 8999. I am purchased on 03/09/2016. But still day they not given any gift & when i book my hotal booking for my family at nainital they reply me you don't avail this voucher. This company is very big cheatwe & faurd. They have no any resorts in india & aboard. They booking very very very very very very very low quality guest house type rooms from goibgo & make my trip. I also adďitional pay for room booking at haridwar & jim corbett. I m working in indianarmy. My postingat agra. My grade is naik my money is very hard working please give me my money back as soon as possible.

They are giving a budget property from far from my location about 40Kms which costs Rs.410/night in makemytrip.Com. When I give the consent to their Legal team, that team is threatening to avail as given. Otherwise your package would be rejected. I need my money back from Tripgateway. I will file rtionline.gov.in if not resolved here.

I've been following up the company on a weekly basis, the executive ms gun jun
has made a fool out of me
now they say the company will not refund you the amount
after talking with her today she says the company doesn't have a Cheque book and please call back after 2 months or do what you want to do
i've been waiting for my refund since it was promised since September 2016
she kept on making excuses after excuses, now she says please convey through email
this is a total fraud case and i wish the company is barred
all the executives are cheats and i will not stop writing about them

Dear Sir, I have purchased online holiday packages from tripgetway telling wrong commitments like gift, three hotel, breakfast free, two deluxe room. I don't received any gift and I used my booking voucher for Goa trip. They offer me 500 per night room like cheap guest house. They committed provide 2 Delux room making fool to people. never received call from tripgetway and never purchase holiday packages from tripgetway. Even I refuse used that guest house and they not refund my Rs. 8999 . Please help me.

I had done a booking for ₹8999 on august 2016 almost after 15days of my booking i wanted them to refund my money as i was not satisfied with there response. I received a mail from tripgateway.in that my money will be refunded within 7 working days. Till date 28th may 2017 i have not received any refund, i have all the mail details of our conversation they are continuously making false promises and made me remove my previous complaint from this site and told me if i do so they will process my refund request, they had made various excuses in the past like it's because of demonetisation, techprocess is not working, server is down they are not able to refund and told me to apply for "charge back" in my respective bank when i asked my bank manager about charge back he directly refused and said there is no term call charge back they cannot process it after this incident i am continuously receiving calls from different numbers asking about my credit card details, cvv and password.
When i received a mail from tripgateway.in about the refund then why are they making excuses? Should i file an fir? Should i mail noida police? Should i move to consumer court?

Kindly mail me the details, what should i do to get my money back
