Received a mail from Tripgateway informing me of refund in process due to their internal issues.
Also received a call from their customer care, am asked to resolve the complaint without which they cannot process the refund.
Fair enough.
Where does that leave me if, they do not refund after I have resolved the complaint ?
The executive said I can complain again. Fine, hoping I dont have to complain again, am resolving the one I have made.
Now I just have to wait and act - either thank them or complain again.
No offence, Tripgateway Team, you be fair, I will be fair.

You paid amount for Holiday Package worth of 8999/-Rs through online transaction, regarding same this mail is related. You made transaction to us for Holiday in that we offered you 4 night / 5 days with 4 members and it’s valid for complete 1 year. This holiday is applicable for complete Pan India or Thailand, Malaysia.
This is to inform you that due to company internal issue your amount is going to refund your amount. Regarding this return process let we inform you by which mode you made that transaction like on same you will get that same (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking e.t.c.). As soon as possible you will see the reflection of your amount back to your Bank Account Statement. Kindly wait until you will see your amount is gone back to you kitty.
Regarding Your Package is expired and now there is no any customer relation is to be not considering by Trip Gateway.
