I have booked one package from tripgateway on 23rd may
Package is holiday 8, 999 rs (4 night+ 5 days)
One representative of tripgateway (Mr. rohan, ramesh, rohit same person giving different name) called me on 23rd mary afternoon and told me your's number is a lucky number(Today is happy hours) and there is a offer for you
If you pay money instantly then you will get one offer (Mobile Samsung S6) within 5 days and they are saying package milana bus utna thik hai
But i havent received mobile phone yet they are not giving me assuarnce.Please take necessory Action against him or comany they are fraud nor have i received my gift
please help me get the refund from these cheats and also please take necessary action against these fraud companies

i dont understand what these people tell there parent after going home to i have cheated 3 people then their dad would say wah beta wah i think these is very samefull you people wont get a place in hell too

listen tripgateway owner i am going to launch a valid complaint with all recording to CBI and going to inform all these in prime minter complaints list and going publish in news paper, facebook and u know today fastest news with whatsapp

In the month of december i had taken the gift voucher of 8999 n i was assured by mr sandeep tripati that i will be given a gift samsung edge 6 but till date i am not been given any gift.
I have been calling every month for 5 to 6 times but the answer was you will get this month. The reason for delay was not explained.
But today when i was talking to mr rakesh he is telling me that i have to refer people n 12 people should take the plan but till now only 9 have taken so your gift is pending. (But i have not referred it to anyone)
This is ridiculous because at the time of booking i had clearly told and enquired regarding referrals and i was told that no such formalities are needed.
And now the hotel booked for me are also 1 and 2 star instead of 3 star and above and when i told them regarding my concern of star they told don't go with start see the service they will be good then y in your voucher you have written that 3, 4, 5 star hotels will be provided

*people please be aware tripgateway is fraud and scam*
I have got call from tripgateway agent rohit sharma, saying you are offered a holiday trip of 8999 which will come with mobile (Moto x play or htc1) or samsung tablet t311.
I falled into thier false commitment and paid 8999,
Later they have changed their voice saying gift is only applicable if you refer customer more than 4.
I neither recieved any gift nor travel plan.
I have recorded all their conversation on my mobile. Thats a proof and i am going to submit this proof to cyber cell crime branch to stop such glitching and fraud scams.

I, m tired calling the office of trip gateway, i booked a package on 23rd march
i haven't received my phone yet also not getting a refund as sold me the package on the particular hotels asked if was available the sales executive mr ravi singh promised while taking my booking
now the booking staff says they don't have tie ups with the hotels
now i have been duped and now they don't answer calls its been over a month
neither have received any phone( htc826) or my refund amount
i have written multiple emails
some of the executives don't even have the manners to speak properly to a customer
this is the 3rd complaint im writing against them
i need to know when will i get my money back
the executives don't have any answers

I am Mr Goradia from Mumbai.

I got called from Company Name Trip2Gateway.com on 19 th April 2016 & the person who called her name was Ms.Ankita Singh, rohit singh, pawan singh and shivani mishra & cell No +91 [protected] & Landline number is [protected] / [protected] about taking their Membership of Rs.11, 999/ & if I take the Membership within 1 hour then I will get Holiday Package for 4N & 5D in India also along with that I will also get Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge as a gift because of some promotion going on at their end.

Since the offer was good I have accepted the offer, then they have sent 1 link to me for payment & I made my payment through my credit card & it was paid to some party name shows as “MOTO_TPSL” after my transaction alert.

When my payment is done I got 1 confirmation mail from them which I am attaching with the mail after that I have started follow up with this company but the answer was never satisfied me.

After 1 week I have received Welcome kit from them which has only booking form & there browser but not received any Gift.
From that day I am unable to speak to those people or not getting any gift from them.

I have sent lots of mail asking for gift but no one reply on those mails from there end. All i keep getting is false promises that currently the product is out of stock and it will be dispatched once we receive it etc and all.
I feel the company Trip2Gateway.com is Fraud Company & I request you to please help me to get my money back.

Hi, i booked a holiday package on 12/3/16 of 8999 because of false promise of free gift Sony Xperia Z5. Agent was Mr. Sandeep Tripathi ([protected]).

Since then i called many time for gift but they are giving excuses every time for delay of gift.. Intresting thing happened now Sandeep Tripathi is not taking any calls, also everyt time new person is receiving calls and asks to wait for 8 days, this has happened almost for 3 months now they are saying that your promised gift is not in stock, you will get it in 10 days.

Every time team is giving excuse of sending the Phone, which will never gets dispatched.

At around 2-May they said Sandeep met with an accident and in hospital.
In last week I spoke to Tanveer Khan so called Manager is promised to courier the gift but again asked for 10 more days.

Every now and then they are just Harnessing us.

Need help on this.

I am booked a package for 8999 for 22march2016 tripgateway advisor is talk and gate assured gift like mobile phone& sony xperia z2 tab. I am chossing tab and i am get payment but gift is not come. I am call customer care more than 25 times.. So please seen the case and solve the problem.

I received a call from mr rohan[protected] saying that he is sales executive from tripgateway.In, and they are giving samsung j7 as gift on buying ₹8, 999/- asia tour package, if i make payment urgently.
O i had paid on their website tripgateway.In via netbanking reference no.[protected]
After payment is done, i came to know that there is no gift assured to anyone,
After a while i again talked to rohan regarding to cancel my order, he is saying that it can't be cancelled and my refund is not possible. I was assured that the gift and my package voucher will arrive within 4-5 days by the latest. He was assuring that my order cannot be cancelled because the mobile is booked, then i said him to send a pic of it and send a mail of confirmation of mobile but they are saying me to wait for 2-3 days.
Now i m trying to enquire about my assured gift samsung galaxy j7 that was promised to me which is impossible
After this experience i m sure that it was a fraud company.
I request consumer complaints.com to try and take some action against these fraudsters, as many people have been lotted till date in the name of assured gifts. I have all voice records with mr. Rohan
As i have been viewing that, a lot of people have been cheated by tripgateway.In. So some legal action is definitely required against this fraudsters.
I need my money back as soon as possible otherwise i will complain fir

Mr sandeep tripathi, from trip gateway has convinced me for an Asian tour package of INR 8999 saying that i am a selected customer for their happy hour offer and will receive a HTC one nine plus handset as assured gift with this package(which otherwise is a referral gift). i was not so much interested in the package but since he has convinced that i will receive the mobile in a week days confirming again and again the color of the mobile to divert the attention. However while acknowledging the mail i have mentioned that i am acknowledging the same because of the mobile, but they made me mail again for a only "i acknowledge" for their processing. then they kept on postponing the commitment, giving me reference nos. to show their genuiness and processing of the gift. slowly they started not to receive my calls, disconnecting smartly or putting me on hold. the legal department later mailed me saying they have suspended the employee and all they can do is give me a complementary watch with the package.

But now still not received my gift on 27 th may he just told wait dispatch ur gift,
Every time the company given me different date and time for dispatch my gift but last 80 days only waiting no gifts

This company is a fraud. They offered me htc 826 and samsung galaxy s6 edge paris phones on subscribing to rs. 8999 and rs. 5499 package.
The sales person named bikash sinha attended to me from the numbers [protected], [protected] and offered the same. On following up they started making reasons and also claimed that the concerned person has been transferred and claimed that the company's policy has changed.


Do not ever fall prey of such offers. This company cannot keep up to its words. Do not even consider dealing with them.

I have got a call from [protected] employee name ajay, whose extension is 351. I have paid rs. 8999. I didn't get tablet yet. They gave me my reference id as[protected].

I need my money back. Also, now they are not responding to my emails. They have told me to have the lenovo tablet email and it will deliver in 3-5 days. But, none of the items they send me.

Mr. Abhay, i need my money back. Now, i don't trust tripgateway.

Note: they will tell this complaint to resolve. But, don't do it. They are not giving anything. They only cheats people.

I have purchased the package at rs 8999. The tarun sales executive person told me that you will get 4 nights in 3 to 5 star hotel for 4 nights for 4 person and free sony tablet as you are booking during happy hours. Till now they have not given me free tablet moreover they are able to provide in 3 star hotel as well. Instead they are giving in 1 star hotel. They are telling we are boss and we would decide whether to give or not. We are here to earn money and nobody can do anything. we will be giving same offers to everyone and make fool to everyone. They also told if you complain then also its ok as they will not do anything. So i request to take action agaist them and show the power as many people have complained about it but till now no action has been taken against them.

Aap is package ko 1 saal me kabhi use kar sakte ho. Aur sath me mobile free, exicutive ne bola ki aapko aapka gift. 7 se 10 din tak recive ho jayega, mene 4 march ko package book kiya, but aaj tak koi gift receive nahi huwa. Me daily calling karta hu per. Wo just bolte hai wait dispatch kar diya hai, evening tak docket number mil jayega aisa karte karte pure 70 din ho gaye. Aur every exicutive hamesha alag reference number deta hai,

This is totally A Fake site. Today I got a call from these fellows post the email they sent me with the offer of 8999. These are three guys running this complete fake show. they use to get the details from related websites those are free and post that all the drama they start.
there is no Such offer you just send hold them and FIR a complain against them and they can not Harm you if you've not paid.
Check the validity by:
Calling Back at the same number they are calling. just tell them any fake name saying some Ram called you for the offer and they will say that he is our manager. and then again they'll start.

I had registered complaint against www.tripgatway.in on 31st march 2016.
After that got call from trip gateway and talked with me. Sandeep.
Mr. Sandeep from trip gateway said to mark as resolved your complaint first, than we will send your gift. I marked also as resolved, but till today they had not sent my gift.
I had follow up them continuously and called more 15-20 times, but every time they said, you will get your gift in next week.

On 30th april 2016 mr. Gaurav from trip gatewaycalled me and told that was wrong commitment by our sales man, we will not send you your gift of s6edge mobile, than i request him that please refund my money because your sales man had made wrong commitment, it is not my mistake.
But they are not agree to refund my money also.

Sir, what is my mistake if trip gateway's salesman had made wrong commitment, they should refund my money.

Now company is denying to refund the money and saying you need to go on trips. Also we will not give you any gifts.
Clearly they are hiding their employees and making fool to peoples. This company should be closed.

Salesman calling from [protected] by saying his name as Rohit that my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift samsung galaxy 6edge plus mobile if i bye there holiday package worth 8999/- and on my suspecpecion of fraud he said as per govt rules all calls r recorded n on belief i had paid amount Rs 8999/- on dated 31/01/2016. But latter on they started deviating from there statement as offer gift are being made available and this way time of three months passed over. Now Sales executive mr Rohit is compelling me to pay one more package or higher package, than offer gift samsung galaxy 6edge plus mobile of 32gb instead of 16gb, may be made available. this is nothing except a trick for garbing more amount. Hence i requested for refund.
