I had ordered a gown from the website triviyaa.com order number 194924! I’ve received the wrong product and i demand a return and refund! I ordered a gown and i get a saree? What kind of service is this?
This is the cheapest quality of material. Isn’t there a difference between a saree and a gown? The shipper needs to be charged for all this!!
Kindly arrange for a refund of ₹746 that i have paid for this horrible product!

      With the help of a gentle man who resides in gujrat and Delhivery courier (Head Office), i could get and trace the seller (mob. ).he committed me to refund. If you want to contact me call me on [protected]. he has given his email id ( [protected]@gmail.com) to me and requested to send a image of courier bill copy and material. you can send email of pic of courier copy and material on above mentioned email id and ordered him to refund with strict warning.

                I have ordered a gown and a saree on 23/05/2018 and received 29/05/2018 with order id 2967789 were the product is completely different from what I have ordered...the courier person has told that if the product is delivered and opened then he won't take the pack back if there is any complaint.also he added that there is no return policy as well.we argued with him like if we didn't open the package how come we know what's inside and whether its the product we ordered it not.when we opened the pack it's a saree we received with poor quality.its completely cheating.on bill which they have attached it has been mentioned as gown and a saree but inside it is not.when we looked for contact number it is invalid number.we are helpless ...and made 1200rs ..i want to return the product and refund to be done.please take necessary action and let us know the update.

                  Just now came to know the stupid scam. My order no is Order #204088 . I want it to be cancelled. I will not receive it if sent. I usually read revoews before buying onlone but just missed it for this website. Only after placing the order i wanted to track order so went online to check their mail id and customer support that is when i realized it was a complete fake website and an lready registered scam.i feel bad for the customer s who have trusted and brought products from them.                                   I have ordered 2 gowns and received cheap quality sarees.
                                  I cannot contact them as their site, email, phone, portal everything is fake. Please help.
                                  Its a fraud company seems. who can help us on this? please guide..

                                  With the help of a gentle man who resides in gujrat and Delhivery courier (Head Office), i could get and trace the seller (mob. ).he committed me to refund. If you want to contact me call me on [protected]. he has given his email id ( [protected]@gmail.com) to me and requested to send a image of courier bill copy and material. you can send email of pic of courier copy and material on above mentioned email id and ordered him to refund with strict warning.

                                    I ordered a gown of rs.746 (Size - xxxl) and they delivered the worst quality of saree which is of no use. Nor they have provided contact no. Neither they have address. I want to return this and get my money back.. It's such a fraud company and makes customers fool.. My order number is 124358. Send a delivery agent at my residence and pick that cheap saree back

                                    It is not that product which i had ordered i ordered kurti-014 but this is unstiched material and also match that product . That was of green colour in ryon stuff however it is net based stuff with pink colour . I want to return it as soon as possible . Tell me if there is exchange policy with only that kurti.

                                      I ordered western dress vied order reference No. 189226 of Rs. 961.84 dated 21st May 2018, however i received the 2 saree of very bad quality.

                                      I called on the customer care No [protected], but no response has been received form there side.

                                      Also triviyaa should stop making such spam promotions and business, else get ready for the consequences.

                                      Also when I had dropped a mail, it is incorrect.
                                      Please help
                                      Kindly refund my amount.

                                        I have odered a western dress from triviyaa on 15th May 2018, order no: 176083. On 21st May 2018 they have delivered a cheap saree instead of the western dress. There is no option to return the order. Its a fraud website. I want my money back
