Ordered 2 kurthi and received 2 low quality cloths delivered.

This is a fraud shopping site. Irrespective of whatever product we order they deliver some default low quality cloths to customers. Eg: i ordered 2 kurthi each for rs.399 and got some bad quality 2 cloths wrapped in a cardboard piece inside the parcel. There are series of complaints logged for this shopping site and still the site is active and no action is taken. The contact numbers provided in site is fake. The contact number provided in courier from address is fake. Email id provided in site is fake. All the items listed in shopping site also looks fake as copied from some other shopping site and they don't even own those products

I had ordered a red coloured gown of rs.746.92 on 10th may, which was to deliver within 7 to 8 days. But its been 2 weeks iys still not delivered. Order No.164480. Please do the needful.

You give a fake products I can order grown but you give a cheep shree change my product in 2days ...
Other wise I have write FIR in POLICE Station...
I ordered a Lehenga worth Rs 840 and they delivered two pathetic sarees. I had sent them the message but haven't heard yet! This is not to be expected. And the sarees delivered were too horrible.
I had ordered two designer suit from trivyaa website company ..instead of they send us two poor quality of saree ..this company is totally fake and cheating with costumer please return this product which i have received

    And were delivered 23 May 2018.
    I have ordered designer gowns and they delivered 2 cheap Saree the amount 1393.Thus is to annoying for me and last if you not help me then I am going to action.

      I have ordered a gown at Triviyaa but unfortunately there team delivered a saree . Even website does not have customer care service .Triviyaa website does not even have return procedure available .

      Please kind refund the amount of order 191798 wrong product delivered..i have ordered western top but very cheap and worst saree is delivered i have paid 530 RS for that which i wont wear..very worst website ..please refund the amount of my order to my account number ...very cheap portal

I ordered 2 gowns costing 399 & 599 worth total is 1178 but I received two cheap quality cloths, iam not even understanding whether it is a cloth or some useless cloth.                 I have ordered for 2 western wear and instead of that I got 2 third class material sarees. On the packet western wear is written . They are just fake. Such type of fraud should be banned from all consumer site. They don’t have contact no. also. A strict legal action should be taken also double refund should be done for cheating . Many people are cheating like this. There should be a rule and process to enter in business. Please ban these kind of fraud activity.

                      Received wrong product on 28th June 2018. At the time of returning, I was trying to contact their customer care number. Multiple contact details appeared on goggling it. So I tried to contact all the phone numbers but finally one of the number [protected] got through. The person who spoke agreed to take back the wrong product, but when I asked for the refund, he asked to tell the ATM card number and forced to reveal the CVV number also. I strictly refused to reveal the CVV number to him. He said that they cannot refund the paid amount (Rs. 530) without the ATM card number and CVV details. He spoke very rudely.

                          Those who have ordered from Triviyaa are facing same problem. if anyone from surat can find below address The Grid Spe Global, A4, NB Point Nava Varachot, Surat-395006. Pls. visit this place. I think blue dart courier service is also involved in this scam. I called Blue Dart in the morning to get the contact no. of Triviyaa (The Grid Spe Global) but they doesn't have the contact no. other than fake mobile no. i.e.[protected].
                          Please spread this message all over the India.

                            I have ordered a lehenga (Order no 188631) in triviyaa.com (Under fablulous) and were delivered on 28th may 2018. Unfortunately the delivered products was not what i ordered.
                            i called on ([protected]), sonu kumar, when i asked for refund he asked my debit card details, and then cvv, when i refused, he said -i will not refund any money to u. and after 2 minutes i got some OTP on my no,
                            this is a clear case of cyber crime. and my money is also not refunded.
                            please return the money or i will take some action against it.

                              I ordered for a gown and got some cheap quality purple saree which I don't even want to unpack to look at. I demand a refund.
                              But their website is a complete scam. Non of the given numbers or email id seems to be real.
                              I tried calling the numbers provided and the numbers seem to not exist.
                              The dress I bought coated 746 rupees and look nothing close to what I received.
                              It was black and silver
                              The order was placed using email [protected]@gmail.com
                              Also I don't not understand what Indian consumer complaint website means by my complaint is too short ?
                              What else should I be writing ? What I did this whole month?

                              I'm still waiting to hear from the site. There are no emails from them.
                              Also there is no way of making an account on their website. So I'm beginning to think this site is a complete sham.
                              I'm waiting to know what has happened about my complaint.

                                I had ordered for two designer kurtis from www.triviyaa.com, order no.189035 received today.
                                The product received is no where related to what i had placed an order for.
                                I have received two cheap red colored saree instead.
                                Please help me out in returning this product and also refund of the amount paid.
                                Please do the needful. You have cheated us... Pliz understand the situation and don't ever try to repeat such kind of act.

                                    I ordered some dresses online from triviyaa.com and paid cash on delivery. Upon opening the package, some very cheap saree was there and not the clothes which i have ordered. Customer care number is not valid and mail id is fake. Please help me to get my money back. Order number is 193527. Rs.961. The ad was published in facebook. The website is a fake one and the customer care number is also fake.

                                      I'm so regretful to inform that your shipment and the delivery and the package is poor. I had ordered a different western wear and i have received a saree.
                                      Order no: 191553

                                      That is my order number. Attachment has been provided of the saree which is not even my order.

                                      I immediately expect a response from you people. This is a wrong package being delivered. The package content clearly says western wear with size large. But the package contains saree.
                                      Is this the customer service you provide?
                                      I need a reply immediately. Else i will surely report this to the consumer court since it's a wrong delivery.

                                        My order id is 178691 of cod 530. I ordered for a triviyaa designer gown for women from the online shopping website but i received a cheap saree. I want to return the product and want my money back. Please retake the product and return the money as soon as possible. Please say the procedures for returning the product. I want my money back or deliver the correct product i have ordered for.
