It was delivered today and qhen it was opened the product was not the one which i ordered. When i called the company THE GRID SPE GLOBAL the number came as not existence....

This is my 5th reminder, triviyaa you have cheated us by sending wrong product, if you think by cheating us you will earn your living then it's your wrong perception. You are asked to please refund my amount or else i have to take other action against your firm. Online fraud will not let u survive more, better to be sincere in your business.

But i received a worst product from triviyaa, ita not even fit to be used as a curtain, such a cheap and damaged item, we tried to call them but no response. I have ordered for a gown. The order received was a dress material that is fully transparent. The gown shown in the picture was a fully stitched one and no where it was mentioned as semistitched or material. And the website doesn't have return policy mentioned anywhere.
The color is different, material is different. The dress on the whole is different.
I just want to return the material and get my money back...
