I have wrong item.. I have ordered a gown but received a cheap saree instead.

I can't see return option on the site which clearly defines the company as fraudulent as they should always support return and refund of the products delivered.

Instead of getting gown
They have send us cheap level saree
Green color local cheap sarees
They have cheated us instead of sending us gown. Please either give us the gown or give us are money back. This online is fraud happening with people. N their trust this should be vanished in social media. If it give address why not give delivery back if not correct item so who give them license to show such type of website

I have ordered a gown from Triviyaa which was on offer i got it for Rs.750 and i got the order delivered on 25th of May and the order i recieved was saree and was not a gown and the saree i recieved was not worth using even once.Later when i tried to open the website i got a dialogue box as page not found and i tried calling to the number of the website's custoner care and i got it as number not working and i am not able to return to the website so i am therefore complaining online about this website. I kindly request you officials to take some action so that i can get my money back and so that many others wont get cheated by this shopping website. Thank you

I visited triviyaa website and ordered one anarkali salwar and one long gown at very affordable price 599 each. But after 7 days i have noticed that they didnot send any confirmation mail. I have tried a lot to contact withthem through email but every information provided by them was fake. Next day i received a parcel from them through blue dart courier and i have received the parcel. But when i opened it i have seen some cheap quality saree instead of my ordered suits. Then luckyly courier boy was there and i returned him parcel and take my given amount from that courier boy.

Actually i orderd triviyaa designer gown... On 19th may 18. Order no. Is 21747... But i received wrong.. Parcel it is sari please i want to return your sari and want my refund or replacement... Please do adhere for replacement and give me details of replacement policy... Details of parcel as given

I ordered for three kirti. And u have billed for three kurti 1392 rs and i received saree. I need kurti otherwise my money back. My order number is 17562. I have paid cash on delivery i have the express number. Do the needful. The customer number which is there in the address am calling but it's coming that number is out of coverage area. Now in online am searching but customer care number is also not connecting

I am indu from tirupati, andhra pradesh. I placed an order for a western wear top on the 20th of this month. Today, that is may 25th, i have received a different product (A red saree). Please look into the details and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

But they delivered a cheap quality saree. So i want to return the products as soon as possible. Please inform me the right track for returning the products and get money back.

Sir, i am already complaint on line but till date not taking any action from your end and not resolve this issue

I have ordered a gown and received a green colour saree which is not only with me but they do to all the customers. This site needs to be shut down asap. This is clear fake site & people are getting looted for their orders.

Kindly request you to get my refund/ exchange done & get this site deactivated asap.

My name is bhavesh bhavsar i order a dulhan legends but i got very low cost saree and the saree colour is green and pink material is so down. I am very dispointed. I give 854.93 rupees. My order no:187759. And awb[protected] my no is [protected] pls return my money and pls inform me to how i got my money fast. This saree is weste for me. Return my money.

Sir i ordered a woman gown. But u will send a very bad sary. So i want to return that sary. So you return the money or send the blue colour gown. It is very cheat sir. I[censored] ignore this msg i want to give complent sir. There is no other option to cancel my order. My order no is 181067. Find my complent and solve the problem. Your company was very cheat. You cheated the people through like this activity.

Our order no.- 181974. We have received another product rather than something else. We ordered 3 kurtis and one bag. Instead, we got 2 chunis that too of very bad quality. Seeing the quality it seems that the products are very bad and therefore we don't want them. Please ask them to take their products back and refund our already paid money. This is our only request.

I have ordered Order #155782 (May 6, 2018) a dress on 6th May and I have received my dress on 24th May. But the product they have delivered the used old saree in the packet. I tried to call customer care which they have mentioned . They have mentioned the number me that how I will get my correct ordered dress. while making call in helpline numbers people are asking debit card number and forced me for the card. So i have given my card details, Immediately they tried to withdraw money 49999/- from my account but luckily transaction is not success because of I didn't gave the OTP to them. This is totally a fraud site. Be Careful before you place the order and pay money to them.

My daughter has ordered a “lehenga” on triviyaa online shoping on 15th May 2018 (Order No. 176161) and delivered on 23rd May 2018 (PURPOSELY) wrong item. When she called for refund, triviyaa customer care assistant (MR. SONU KUMAR), over [protected] taken Debit Card no. details and drawn Rs. 9999/- and Rs. 9999/- twice, they have misused my debit card, when I asked refund of money, first they agreed Mr. RAHUL KUMAR was the person who attended my call on Mob no. [protected] no refund received till date, now the bank has blocked my Debit Card and it is not functioning. Management pl. look into this matter and arrange to transfer my amount to My account No. [protected], SBI, JAYANAGAR-II BLOCK BRANCH, PATALAMMA TEMPLE STREET, BANGALORE. Otherwise a police FIR will be booked at cyber police.

I ALREADY DISPLAYED IN FACEBOOK. MOSTLY CRIME BRANCH WILL CONTACT YOU READY FOR FACE THE PROBLEM AND ALSO TOUCH WITH CONSUMER COURT SHORTLY.

Wrong products delivered with order no184140 and when asked for a refund of money was to have all the debit card details and when denied to give the debit card details have threaned to block my card and clear all my account and have used every foul language. Also, he has shopped for an amount of 9999.00 where i had to call the branch and put a stop on it and had to block my card to prevent further transactions. Plzzzzz help.

So disappointed by the triviyaa customer agents. Wrong product was delivered so called up the customer care to ask about return, and instead of asking for product detail they started asking for debit card no and when asked why they want the card number they just disconnected the line. Spoke to Mr Rahul Kumar, sonu kumar and 2-3 other person and the way they spoke to me was pathetic. And the best part is another person called back saying his name is sonu Kumar then when I told him I already spoken to sonu Kumar then he said he is Rahul Kumar. Never ever oder from this website they are fooling people.
