I have ordered a saree which was very nice in the image but they have delivered me different saree of worst quality (Onion bag is better than that).
When i came to know that it was not the product which i have ordered i searchd for return option in their website but it was not there
Please note my oder number 169949 and help me in getting my money back

    Hi i bought gown from your site but instead of gown saree was delivered i called on complaint number but no response from your side so pls reply me how can i change the product. I m not getting proper phone number or site address from any contact pls reply how can i contact u or else i have to go to consumer court for fake online products on sale.

    Hello Triviaa, I ordered one grey color party wear and one blue frock for Rs 961/- I got the message. In delivery I got 2 sarees green and pink that too very cheap quality and amount is 1, 110/-. I thought somewhere mistake is happened and I sent mail to [protected]@triviaa.com but not delivered. I tried to call on number given in web site not reachable. Are you people are cheating ? I’ll complaint on consumer form about your web site. Immediately send me these 2 kurti’s and take your damaged sarees which you sent in previous order. And I’ll complaint on Facebook about your site. Contact me on my number.

      Western wear forwomen - 17 (Black maxi dress) is the product i had ordered on 16.5.2018 from your website butpn 28.5.18 what i received was very low and cheap quality of saree in pink colour.
      The product does not match with the one i ordered. So you are requested to
      Kindly refund my money immediately.
      As seen it shows that you are reading the customers by showing something else and selling your cheap products. Your website does not show the return option. Do take immediate action and return and refund

        Takenit is a very misleading site. I ordered one western dress and one kurti via order number 163873 on 10th may but received two sarees which r of no use on 27th may. I want to know the policy of refund and need my refund. The info id mentioned on home page of the site is also wrong. It seems they cheat people for money. Strict action must bhi taken and i require refund of my amount.

            I have order for kurta and top but get wrong worst saree, order no:184032, i need to return it immediately, by seeing that that worst feeling bad like anything.

            First time i thought believe this site, become big bakra, they made me fool, and they making us fool by putting good qualities dress in site, never order by this company, kindly someone do the needful.

              I have ordered a gown instead i got very cheap quality sarees and also there is no costumer care number available and no reply of email whatsoever they are not responding in any way and the sarees are very cheap quality i checked there are many more complaints about this site so this is...                 Hi i have ordered to triviyaa.com one kurti rs.531.00 today on 26th may 2018 i got a delivery. But when i open i got a wrong parcel, at the same time i complain to courierr boy but he did not ready to get back. I mail to triviyaa.com mail id then i got a wrong, now i don't have any customer service contact number. How i will get my refund... Is it a fraud company. Kindly help me..

                  I have ordered two gowns instead i got very cheap quality sarees and also there is no costumer care number available and no reply of email whatsoever they are not responding in any way and the sarees are very cheap quality i checked there are many more complaints about this site so this is not a mistake they purposely send these items to the customers as i've read nobody is getting what they ordered every one is getting these cheap quality sarees instead of gowns

                    I have ordered a red coloured maroon gown and at the day of delivery i got a saree which isn't more than 50 or 100 rupees and at the time of delivery when i asked courier boy that i want to check the thing he said isn't our responsibility i[censored] will open ur packet then u have to pay first and after opening the packet it will be urs and even i had called in your customer care with a man he said to me that mam our courier will come tomorrow and he will return ur money and will take the thing again i m really disappointed with ur service i need my money back fastly.

                      I am a resident of mumbai, india. I had ordered a dress from triviyaa.com approx 10 days ago. I received the parcel today, 26th may 2018. Upon opening the parcel, i see there is only a piece of cloth that arrives. When i try to reach them through mail, i receive a notification that the mail id is incorrect. This mail id is mentioned on their portal. There is no other way to communicate to them and my money is gone.

                            I had seen this brand triviyaa flash on facebook a lot of times. Some of their stuff looked pretty good. So i ordered for a golden and white coloured lehenga choli from the online site triviyaa around 10 days back. I cant remember the exact date. When the parcel arrived it was something else. It was not the product that we had chosen. I already paid them. I tried to mail them but the email is not going through. The customer care number is also bogus. I feel i have been cheated. It had been ordered especially for a wedding.

                                I orderd for a western dress for rs 530/- on first week of may and i received the package on 26th may.. I received a saree instead of the dress which i ordered. The saree which i received is very cheap in quality and also looks very bad and the lengh of this saree is vry short. Any ways i can not use it.. I want to return this product and i want my money back.

                                  We had ordered two gowns for 1300 rupees. Very cheap orange and pink saree is delivered. The courier guy is also fake and there is no return process nor the phone numbers to contact. Fake company. They are looting people money. Please block this site and page and take action on the relevant owners behind this. Iam not sure why this page and site are still not banned in spite of so many complaints from the customers. Please take action on this or let us know the next steps. We will do it.

                                    +[protected] no response by contact number provided and products delivered must be 4 gowns each of about 500rs but misplaced with cheap quality sarees😤😤of each 50rs whole sum of 150rs for 2000rs product delivery is quite injustice to me... Please kindly assure 2000rs for me is a great amount... I kindly request please deliver me the correct products or take away the sarees and delivery charges also and provide me the rest amount which would be so helpful than having these sarees😢😢
