Hello sir/madam

I ordered from triviyaa a designer kurti for woman. But I received saari in place of kurti. As the courier boy does not allow us to open the product without payment. When I open my product i shocked to see the wrong product.
If possible exchange the product otherwise please refund my money and take back your product from me.

      I did not received the right product. No message nothing was there from the site
      I want my money back i jst dont knw... U people are cheat ...try to befool common man ..

      I dont knw how u people have the courage to do all this stuff... No customer care no is uodated...it is always not reachable.. No access at all...

          I had ordered online for 2 Designer pretty Kurtis product code 001 & 004 on 11 may 2018. My order no was 166834. But I received today 2 suit piece of orange colour instead of kurti and paid Rs 962.
          Please take back this items and delivered my ordered items or return my money.
          I had talked with costumer care. He is asking my debit card number for refund.

            I ordered for triviyaa designer gown for woman product but i received saari.in web site i saw nice gown so i ordered immediately but when i received the product i am so disappointed by seeing the product.                 Worst service ever. I was eagerly waiting for the blue designer gown i ordered, but the parcel came up with some orange colour saree. Which is very worst. I need my money back. Send any of your executive to collect it back. I am not ready to take that saree. Otherwise i will complain about this

                  I have ordered a kurti on may 1st week through triviya online shopping it took al my details and confirmed the order too but i did not get any confirmation details on my mobile.. So i thought the order was cancelled and suddenly today i. E on may 21st the delivery boy called me and told he has my odered dress so i thought ok and took the delivery... When i opened it i got a saree in it which is nt my order i want to return it... I want my money back.

                      I actually had ordered a gown in this website but today I received the product and I found out that it was not a gown but a 3rd class, cheap quality and horrible Saree. And now I can't contact them nor I can file a complaint to them. I tried to file a written complain but it's not taking my email ID nor my username. So, I kindly request you to resolve my problem.                         I had ordered 3 Kurtis for rs. 1392.76 and the delivery is made for 3 worst quality sarees. I don't know why do they show attractive things if they do not intend to deliver. I want my money back at the earliest. This is seriously rubbish. They take full money and don't deliver the right goods. I want action. They are only looting people.

                          I order one designer gown from Trivia and they deliver Orange color 3rd class quality saree to me and for that i paid Rs.746. Cash On Delivery.
                          After that i tried calling customer care number there's no proper customer care who can help you and moreover the people are asking your Debit Card Details; So that they can withdraw all your amount.

                          Please help me getting my Refund for $746 rs. also ask them not to make people fool.

                                  I'm so regretful to inform that your shipment and the delivery and the package is poor. I had ordered a different western wear and i have received a saree.

                                  That is my order number. Attachment has been provided of the saree which is not even my order.

                                  I immediately expect a response from you people. This is a wrong package being delivered. The package content clearly says western wear with size large. But the package contains saree.
                                  Is this the customer service you provide?
                                  I need a reply immediately. Else i will surely report this to the consumer court since it's a wrong delivery.

                                  I notice that they are commonly delivering only cheap saree to all the customer inspite of what the order is. I also called the customer support, and the person really abused me when I asked for the product. He didn't seemed to be bothered at all. We should definitely take this forward and file a complaint against them . Please if anyone has idea of how we could take this further please let me know . We all should do it together so that there is going to be immediate action

                                    Hello, i m disapointed with the cheap saree you send me instead of my order for two kurtis. My order no was 10206 of two kurtis. I received my product today but when i opened it there were two cheap sarees instead of my order.. And when i tried to call the given number,, nobody is picking the call, such a cheap and disgusting gesture.. Please replace the product or return the moneya as soon as possible. Thankyou

                                        I had purchased a kurta bearing no. 182553 and today i received a cheap dupatta in place of the kurta through blue dart agency. I tried calling their customer care no. [protected] however there is no response after we opt for options and it gets automatically closed.

                                        Kindly through blue dart try to get information about triviyaa and take action and resolve my problem for refund of my money collected of rs. 530/-.
