I contacted with them by this number [protected] for cancelling my order as i got the message in my number that i have ordered a product.
The boy who picked up the call instead of asking my order number, he asked my 16digit card number and is telling that we need to register so.
Now you all tell me... For canceling a product which is unpaid who ask for ur card number?

    I had ordered for a blue colour gown but i have got a orange colour saree.. I tried to contact the number which they had given but it's wrong. I have paid the amount to blue dart person but they are not ready to take the product back.. It would be helpful if you can exchange the product and give atleast a good one.. Saree which you have sent is not a good quality

      I had ordered for a gown and chudidar set of rs.1177.84 and what i got was two very poor quality saree which i did not order which may be around 100rs.

      The email id and customer care no. Is bogus and i want a refund of my money. Tried to contact them and all in vain.

      The facebook, twitter, google plus all links are bogus.

      Attached, the sms received while placing order, sms of courier alert, courier slip and the material received photos.

      Awaiting some justice on this.

          I have ordered one product "designer kurti" on may 3rd, its order number is "147561" and cost of it is rs.530.. (Including shipping charges). But today i got the wrong item, which is a saree through blue dart courier "[protected]".

          Kindly come and collect the wrong product.. And revert back the money... Otherwise. I will put case in consumer court against you..

                I had ordered a product by mistake today on 12th may 2018 with order no.170534. I didnt want to order that product. I was just put the address for shopping and just pressed ok and it shows order placed... I tried to cancel the order but there is no such option.. Nowhere... It seems like a fraud site... No contact no., no email ids, nothing that could prove that its a true site... Although i don't need to bother about it this much as i hadnt paid for that thing which was placed by mistake.. I just want to cancel the order so that the company if exists and provide the goods dont have to work unnecessarily. Thank you.

                      I have order one designer print kurtis and one perfect wedding dulhan lehenga on 4th may 2018 with order no #149269 worth rs 1285/-, instead of these items i received 2 cheap saris on 12th may 2018, i checked the product at same time and when i found that it has changed i requested the delivery boy to take it but he insisted that he is from courier company and dosen't have any role in this, when i went to trivyaa site there is no place for return of product and i want to return the product and get refund.
