    Order number 149094 was placed in triviyaa.com for blue gown but a pink saree is delivered vide blue dart awb: [protected], i have mailed as well on your email id which is bounced back, kindly refund the amount and get the product returned or actual product can also be provided by returning the same.

      I ordered a lehnga bt recieved an ugly peice of cloth instead.. On contacting customer care they asked me to share my bank details along with cvv and password to get refund plus ill treated me.. I am going to file an fir against this company under sec 420 and 354 of ipc.. # company.. Either refund amount or i ll make you refund ten times of what i paid.. #

                      I ordered for 2 kirti and i received very bad quality sari. Order no: 163446 and awb no :[protected] and my payment was cod. But instead of my kurtis i received a cheap quality saree which can't be done by fault. I want my money back asap.

                      I tried calling to seller no [protected] on the delivery box but no was not connecting.

                        Such a fake company. These bloody cheaters are asking for card and cvv number and they are not responding properly. Orders products worth 981 rs and inturn i got something which is not even worth rs 50. I need my refund with in a week. They are also talking in filthy language for a women if we are demanding our product. This is totally insane. A serious action should be taken against such fake companies.

                                I have ordered (order details are in attached photo) a wedding lehanga 008 but instead of lehanga I had received two saree please let me know how to return this back.. Even I tried to call to the customer care but they dint responded properly they told me that your money will be refunded to your acc please provide me the acc details, I provided my acc details but still I dint get any refund amount. As per the policy it should resolve in 7 days it's almost 7 days for now by this month exchange this saree's and provide me the lehanga (same which is in the attached photo)otherwise you will regret for this...                                     I order a dress from triviyaa via order no 155829 for rs 530. Mode of my payment was cod. But instead of my dress i received a cheap quality saree which can't be done by fault. Iwant my money back asap. This can't be technical fault. I want my hard earned money back. Otherwise i will sue them. This is something which is not expected. They are cheaters. I don't wanna shop again i just want my money back. I hope consumer forum will soon take action against this site and will rsolve issues and block this site for ever for cheating people. I tried calling customer service also but didn't got any response.

                                    I recieved 2sarees instead of 2kurties, i just want to return it back, if no axction takes place then i will give a complaint on you, many of them have the same problem from your company.Thus is to annoying for me and the last if you not help me then I am going to action.

                                    I have placed an order # 143505 for pretty kurti 022 M size and have received a saree instead. Do send the correct product immediately or refund the amount of Rs. 530. Tried calling in the given number, but no proper response.

                                    I ordered a Handloom designed saree -023 and Triviyaa designer gown for women -69 on 8th May .kidly cancel these order numbers 158924 .a Handloom designed saree. and 158917 gown. I don't want this now.because some of them are says that the products are not at good quality and that's why I'm not interesting to buy such things.

                                      I ordered gown on 9th May, 2018, which got delivered today(14th May, 2018). To my surprise I found the product is totally different from what it was shown on website. I got a cheap saree instead of gown. There is no option on website to return product nor do the email id "[protected]@triviyaa.com" provided on the website is valid. So I tried calling on the mobile no mentioned on the delivery package, but the numbers service is suspended. I guess I am tricked by this website. My Order No: 163367.

                                        The saree which i have ordered and received is entirely different. Please help me to return the item and get back the money which i spend for this item. (Order date 6-3-2018, order no:44575, awb no:[protected] the date which i have received the item is on[protected]. Actualy i am very shocked when i see the product.
