My order id is 193107. I ordered for a triviyaa designer gown for women from the online shopping website but i received a piece of cloth. I want to return the product and want my money back. Please retake the product and return the money as soon as possible. Please say the procedures for returning the product. I want my money back. I ordered 2 kurtis but I received saree...Kindly arrange to replace that... i Never expect like this..I am feel badly..I spent Rs.961 for this if you can't replace my order as I wished..Kindly refund my amount to my a/c.

With the help of a gentle man who resides in gujrat and Delhivery courier (Head Office), i could get and trace the seller (mob. ).he committed me to refund. If you want to contact me call me on [protected]. he has given his email id ( returnrequest777@gmail.com) to me and requested to send a image of courier bill copy and material. you can send email of pic of courier copy and material on above mentioned email id and ordered him to refund with strict warning.
