I wanted redmi note 4 phone and buy it from truecomsellet asit was listed on site but my pin code which is 560037 was out of the delivery coverage area. When i contacted your customer care to request to arrange the delivery of that phone to my area i was given a number to talk directly to saying it was your seller's number and if he wished he might send phone to any address. When i contacted your seller through whats app (Number provided by you) i was instructed to make direct payment to an account (Detail of which is mentioned below) there was no reason why i should have doubted him because that seller was listed on your website and hence paid him rs 25998 on 27/1/17. After receiving payment your seller assured me that he would be dispatching that product to me on 4/02/17 on 4/2/17 he showed his inability and requested me to wait till 8/2/17
