I am using the brand of tvs (Apache rtr 160). My bike's meter has been broken. So i wated to claim my insurence. For that i went to bhavya motors at alambagh, so much tim i have visited the service centre, service manager sri govind singh and sri firaz ahmad making excuses and said that, "aaj server nahi chal ra hai to kabhi khte hai ki apko insurance company jana pdega to kbhi aj ho ni payga aap 7 din ke baad aiye". They have so much time to do so but don't have. I am feeling cheated from that and please make concern about that matter otherwise i am bound to go consumer forum. Waiting for a positive response.

    I bought tvs ntorq from neo tvs, bangalore on april-2018. It just crossed 10000 kms, but before 10000 kms itself my back tyre got bulged. Due to which vehicle will be wobbling. Tyre belongs to tvs itself. What kind of qualtity check is done for the tyres? Is there any certified number of kms tyre can be used?

    Is there a chance of replacing it without any cost? I'm looking for a response.

      (1) bike's main body come with notchy sound within purchase of 15 days.

      (2) apache rtr 200 4v race edition 2.0 has slipper clutch feature but my bike doesn't come with slipper clutch logo on engine cowl.

      (3) vibration issue frequently come from instrument cluster i told them many time rather warn about consumer forum complain but cant solve properly

      (4) now starter and battery issue come bike doesn't start. It happen again after i gave my bike for service about this. This issue come again.

      I totally dissatisfied with one year of my bike experience. Tvs don't care about their customer. I think bike is faulty. I need replacement or give money back. Price of this bike is around 1.30 lacs and price doesn't justify for this faulty bike. I am tired to complaint of this bike again and again to service centre and customer care.

      Recently i changed my rear disc pads in casa tvs vijayawada, but from date of changing pads rear disc making irritating noise so i went to service center n complained about it they cleaned the pads but no use cleaning process was happened 4 times till the date but no use n company employees so irresponsible

        Since i purchased bike many issues came.

        (1) within in month of purchase bike's main body making notchy sound but they took replacement for around 15 days

        (2) this bike has slipper clutch feature and my bike doesn't come with slipper clutch logo at engine cowl.

        (3) vibration comes many times from instrument cluster but they cant solve properly till now.

        (4) bike has starter and battery issue since purchased i told them many time about this problem but tvs motor just giving fake promises to me about this issue.

        As per bike price, satisfaction of tvs product is very less as per my opinion. Service centre cant solve issue of vibration and starter-battery issues. I need justice for dissatisfaction against tvs motor. I am student if bike has issue i cant go to college or for my personal reason anywhere. I have bad experience with tvs zummervala showroom and their authorised service centre.

        I need bike replacement bike within in year fault come very frequently. Horrible experience with tvs motor and i am tired to complain on customer care of tvs. Please help.

              Hi tvs motor,

              There are two important things i have been chasing for since very long time.

              Complaint against the sale's team for supreme tvs thane.

              I have to repeat my self time and again that i was sold a pathetic vehicle without doing pdi resulting many fault in it.
              Speedometer and side panel damage which was replaced after so much of drama. Later discovered an screw from the air filter box was missing. I was not getting good mileage and use to shut down missing issues reported multiple times, later discovered that the fuel tank was leaking due to which i was loosing on lot of fuel.
              I can understand one of concern in a vehicle, but there are multiple on going issues with the vehicle.
              I went to both the location of supreme tvs thane and ulhasnagar they say once the vehicle is sold they can only repair it and fix the problem.
              My question is why does the dealership fail to understand that i have not purchased a new vehicle to get everything replaced every now and then. I don't trust your product anymore and have lots of quality issues. No one would like to have such a faulty product creating multiple issues in long run.
              I spoke to the territory manager of sales team of tvs and tried to explain the situation and concern facing since i purchased the vehicle, instead he started asking me what do i do what industry i work for and what would be a solution you would give if you are at that place. Does tvs have their own terms and policies to deal with the situation or they try to beat around the bush. The territory manager was trying to explain the business model and how different industries work instead of looking for a solution. Sales team is giving me jazz since day one and forcing me to use the vehicle to avoid refund. I am at huge loss since i have purchased the vehicle and not getting resolution.
              This is just a simple equation of fooling around with the situation and leaving the customer without any solution.
              I don't want to understand how multiple industries work in the way you explain i will figure it out on my own and coming straight to the point it's my hard earned money and i want it back. I am not going to deal with any excuse that supreme tvs motor might come up with. I want my money back and it's purely dealers fault.

              There is no complaint against sales team. I want to reach to all higher authorities of tvs motor so they also know and understand how it works at ground level and how the dealership fools customers while buying new vehicle.

              This is a serious example of harrassment where i am chasing behind my loss since a long time and no one is bothered to get a resolution.

                  Pethatic customer service by binsar tvs zero pushta. False commitment always... I have given my ntorq dl 5s br 7813 for service. I reached there at 11 am. They committed that they will take 1 and half hour but after 2 and half hour they stopped work in my bike and went for lunch. They misbehaved with me and they even didn't wash my scooter very unprofessional guys there..

                  I have attached photos of my bike.. This is the condition after service and i paid rs. 1250

                      Dear sir,
                      I have purchased scooty pep plus on 13 june 2019 onward.. Within 5 day vehicle not starting problem occur... I have contacted workshop and sales person.. Problem solved first time... This is first attempt...

                      Vehicle had damage in seat cover and front part not vehicle at the time of delivery.. But sales person told me that we will correct and replace it... Then i attempt workshop for this damage.. This is second attempt..

                      After one month again vehicle stop and i attempt work shop for solving.. This is third attempt..

                      After two month vehicle was starting by pushing brake not clutch... And i have did free service on avian tvs service center... But vehicle not starting after one day of service completed... This is four attempt...

                      Now vehicle is still not starting at my home.. I m now not able to come to service center... For again and again...

                      This is my kind request to you please change my vehicle any how... Company delivered me damage piece at the time of delivery...

                      In new vehicle problem not raise again and again...

                      I can't send my vehicle to service center or workshop for problem solving... I would like to change my vehicle anyhow... Otherwise i will complain in consumer court.. Or legal proceedings...

                          I have purchased tvs jupiter on 03/04/2018.in shorter span of time its making problem in running. Like it takes more time to get start. Its making noise in running. Its getting off while driving. Spare parts are very poor in quality.

                              I have bought jupiter last april from mahalaxmi auto, bapunagar ahmedabad, gujarat, india.

                              I have given my jupiter to company for free service.
                              I left vehicle at morning 9 am in service station.
                              They promise me to return vehicle at 5 pm
                              At evening they called me three times to pickup vehicle. I went to the station and i saw that the vehicle is in same position as i left at morning. There were no work done in vehicle.in addition they even haven't touch the vehicle, they haven't clean it. There were so many dust over the vehicle as were in morning. We told them to clean then they didn't even wash it by washing pump. They just spread bucket of water on vehicle and given to us. Didn't even clean by any piece of cloth. And gave us wet vehicle. And no-one was listening the complain. Manager is also not listening to our complain. So we want to complain you with the medium of mail.
                              This is how your dealer behave to customer? I will never suggest any person to buy your vehicle.

                              Recently I serviced my vehicle in Magadi road Bangalore near metro station

                              They claimed stating that the service is done later i came home and checked there was no minimum oil

                              I went to service center and they started to tell me no as engine is heat we can’t service it now

                              You can go now come back later so that we ll have this checked but later they came and started checking again i went inside to check they again told me it hot now we cant service again

                              Later 2 to 3 people gathered and changed the oil may be even the oil was not changed. If this is how it works i ll inform my experience with all and never suggest as this is a scam

                              Also in social media i have raised a complaint to stop financial call i dont want any loan but nothing is resolved

                              No reply no resolution and even the service center is scam

                                Hello team, consider this as an informal copy of complaint I am going to file in consumer court.
                                On 5th September 2019, I purchased a scooty, oceanic tvs branch and agents there were yash vania and shubham.
                                They did not give me invoice and insurance and particularly asked cash not card, they abruptly said we can not accept cards we have no machines.
                                Half cheque and half cash was also not accepted, we can Google pay.
                                5 days after purchase I called in shubham for invoice and insurance against manual receipt he and his colleague yash vaniya had given.
                                They said as system are under maintenance can not take print for next 4 to 5 days.

                                I then called in for customer service online, they gave me regional manager sanjay kumar bishals number and he took over the matter.
                                He called in regional support ravi he had and asked him to follow up.
                                Ravi and sanjay have assured me that they would get the papers arranged by evening and still waiting for it. Once I get this, mental harassment against women customers and making their life hell when ready to give money would be filled against shubham and yash.

                                Shubham even dared to call me on personal number and threaten me that how can I make a complaint.
                                Tvs did not expect this degraded staff at your authorized contact centre.
                                They made me pay 74500 for that jupiter even when purchased on cash.

                                Let's hope ravi and sanjay get this fixed as they sounded genuine persons.

                                Now shubham and yash are saying they can get my papers ready by evening.. Hypocrisy at its height.

                                If tvs does not contact me or take this up and support agents like yash vaniya and shubham this is going to consumer court and also a police complaint.

                                    tvs ntorq, 125 got issue of check fuel sensor on road

                                    On 6 september 2019 my tvs ntork shown a issue of check fuel censor issue, i call the tvs mottor road assistant they send technician but he not able to resolve the issue... Still i am in the road with my bike but still no 1 has came for the service.. Please let me know how i can resolve this issue. Check fuel censor issue is which company technical issue...

                                    I had given my bike for 2 servicing at gachibowli service center, hyderabad where these responsible persons had jst changed the engine oil and some oil servicing to the chain and they remained my water servicing due, the reason is that the motor is in repair and after that i went nearly for 5 times and i get the same answer from them for till date, this is how tvs is providing services to there customers, really you guys are doing your job very well that a customer is giving a very very very good review where people who will purchase an x bike from tvs motor.
                                    I don't know why you people are so irresponsible towards your customers, see this problem is not confined for me only there are lots of people who are facing these problems frequently from your service center's. So do maintain your service center's updated but not outdated so that ur customers will get satisfied.

                                      I hv taken the engine overhauling service of my apache 200 from matiyala service center vide invoice no. 14101 dated 14th jul 2019. Now the engine is not functioning proper, to rectify the same i have landed my bike on 4th sep 2019, today is 6th sep & i have not received any update about my bike. After my call they (Mr. Satender) simply said today i am trying to resolve the problem. Since last 02 days i am facing a lots of problem to visit my office without my bike. Please instruct your staff & do the needful to avoid any further approach. Thanks

                                      I bought a bike on April 13th but till now I didn't get my RC. When I visit showroom and enquire about RC they are saying that it was missing. How careless. They told me that they will provide me with the new one but not yet. Iam tired of going to showroom repeatedly... Please take possible action so that I get my RC
