Hi,

I was purchase new tvs classic jupiter on 20 sep 2019. I was continusely facing low millage issue... I was facing issue 1st day of purchase.. Already raised complaint but issue not resloved. Still i am facing same problem.
Now i thinking low millage is parmanent issue.. Your are not capable to resloved my problem..

If my low millage problem not resloved.. Why i am continue with your tvs classic jupiter.

I want refund my all or replaced my scooty..

I will go to the consumer court or social media...

I suggest every people don't pruchase any tvs product.. On social media twitter, facebook etc..

    16.10.19 morning gave my tvs apache bike for service and asked to replace my rear tyre which was [protected]@ prakruthi two wheelers, ganapathi nagar, peenya, bangalore 560058. And request as below.

    - replace rear tyre with tvs brand tubeless - indicated price was 1800 inr (Invoiced 2450 with ceat tyre, no warranty or bill of ceat purchase shown or given)
    - price estimate for complete service with tyre said was 3000 inr (Attached supporting gate pass)
    - assured delivery of vehicle was yesterday evening 5.30 pm (16.10.2019)

    They had told that any part above 25rs shall be called and informed. But they have replaced (Not sure) and invoiced the way they wished.

    Customer complaint :
    - they have changed rear tyre with ceat tyres and not with tvs in tvs showroom. (Are they representing tvs or ceat and i was not informed on same before and after change).. Charged me 2450 against promised price of 1800 inr.. They also didnt provide me warranty certificate of tyre nor showed me ceat tyre purchase bill to know on authenticity.
    - they have replaced coupled of parts without telling and invoicing. When i asked i need to talk to their owner mr keshav reddy, his desk staff savitha who took the invoice amount didnt provide. After when she was forced to call him, he is not willing to talk.. Charging high replacing unwanted parts and when asked to talk not willing??
    - as they didn't deliver on 16th as assured and delivery happen to be on 17th.. I had to make my other convenience for which i have spent ~500 inr (To and fro to my residence from service centre)
    - finally they have invoiced me 5184 inr against estimated cost of 3000 inr and i tried calling tvs customer care [protected] they also didn't responded nor took my complaint and acknowledge.

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      This is Merlin Thurai C.M from Mugalivakkam, Chennai. I have purchased "TVS SCOOTY ZEST(BS IV)-SBT MATTE YELLOW" model [Registered Number : TN 10 BH 9124] with full cash mode and the vehicle was delivered on 18/08/2019 from ARASU TVS, Mugalivakkam branch with 1.5 litter petrol.

      When I was purchasing you were promised like this vehicle will give 55Kms per litter. I filled 3 more litters. I was shocked when the fuel meter shows empty with in 60 Kms. Then I have given my vehicle to mugalivakkam branch for service. They took initially 2 days and then 3, 4 days by the main porur branch. They did something and given the vehicle back and said everything is fine now.

      Again I filled 2 more litter of petrol amd was started using it. Again the fuel meter shows empty with in 30 Kms. For 6.5 litter fuel this vehicle runs only 90 Kms which means the vehicle is giving less than 15 Kms per litter. Again I hand over the vehicle to Porur main branch for service. They took almost a week and reported me that there is some leakage fault with some spares like fuel valve. They said that they have changed the parts and promised me that the issue won’t happen again. From the next day itself the same issue repeats.

      Once more issue is in the vehicle is, when I use accelerator the fuel meter automatically rise, when I use break suddenly it goes very down. Arasu TVS manager accepted that there is also some manufacturing issues.

      Again 4th time I was given my vehicle to the Porur main branch for service. This time they took almost 3 weeks and saying to solve this issue they need some specialists and they are coming this Friday(18/10/2019) from Hosur.

      In these 2 months I drove my vehicle only 5 to 6 days totally 90Kms only. I bought new vehicle not used vehicle. Now my questions are…

      1. How come this vehicle coming for sales with these manufacturing defects?
      2. Who is responsible for this testing team failure?
      3. Is this really manufacturing defect or am I delivered used damaged vehicle?
      4. In case if they rectify the issue and give the same vehicle, from my view I definitely feel like I am buying second-hand vehicle. Do you think 2 months older used vehicle cost is Rs.71, 000?
      5. I have paid Rs.71000 by cash and the product is not been delivered yet. What is the compensation for this?
      6. Who is responsible for my two month financial loss and my depression?

      Now I am very clear that I was delivered with damaged vehicle. I can't use a vehicle which is giving less than 15 Kms millage per litter and have some more manufacturing defects. Now please let me know what I have to do now?

        Gandhidham tvs showroom (Mehta enterprise) me kai bar jupiter leke jane ke bad bhi service nahi karke dete hai or bar bar dhaka khilate hai aaj ana kal ana aaj full ho gya hai hum 11:00 baje tak hi lete hai gadi service ke liye or jab 11:00 baje se pahle leke jao to kahte hai full ho gya hai. Hum office ki chutti kar kar ke paresan ho gaye hai. Majburan hame bahar service karana padta hai.

          The service center opens in the morning at 9:30a. M. But the staff is coming after 10:00a. M means will there’s is big quee for people with there bikes wating to keep the bike for service and goon the job.
          The staff doesn’t take the bike in one order for services they take which ever they want and people r just standing like fool. When we tell them something they r vry rud no one is giving proper answers. Its vry shame that tvs is not taking care of there service centers and getting its name spoiled. I hope that i get some positive reply with proper action taken. Even staff should be given proper training to speak to their customers.

            Sir,
            We have purchase tvs jupiter on 4th june'2019, but till date we have not received rc & insurance copy. Last night only we received number plate after so many follows and reminder. The dealer is very rude in talking after the purchase of vehicle. Now today i have check the insurance no at bajaj allainz site, it is showing invalid, that means he has not even done the insurance of vehicle. Kindly take immediate action against him. And also suggest us further line of action as we already paid full amount (Which includes vehicle registration & insurance for 4 yrs) but not get till date.
            Kindly suggest how do we get the rc & insurance.

              Bought a bike in feb 2019. Opted for emi option. Till date paying online and very embarrassing to get calls and messages to pay the money month on month. Issue stated by then is that my signature not matching with the cheque and form submitted by them at the bank. I have redone the form and cheque again. Still receiving the calls and texts to make payment. Called multiple people at the showroom and to tvs credit. No solution till date. Such a poor service. Running with this for past 9 months, which is not a joke

              I purchased the TVS scooty pep+ on 11 september provide all the money and documents on that day. Now it is about one month is going to complete but not receive any document for that please suggest what I need to do.

                worst service experience at sec 10 gurgaon showroom

                Not happy with the service.
                Job card not filled properly.. So that no call received from service center after 03 days.. I reached at station and found no work improvement in service bcz they are waiting for me.

                Than after service handover i have found wrong fitting case in scooty handle.
                Again faced problem
                Roude behaviour of staff... Us se baat karo.. Usko milo.. No support...

                I purchased tvs jupiter vehicle bearing no. Ka51he 3723. This is specially designed two wheeler with two side wheeler vehicle is meant for physically challenged people. I have gone to neo service centre, bilahahalli, benguluru on 29 09 2019 for fourth free service and they have denied instead of almost begging and telling my vehicle conditions, on that day other vehicle they have taken for service. The vehicle had break and starting g problems. I escalated the matter tvs customer care and registered complaint no.18713391 on 29 09 2019 about the issues. No special care taken for my complaint.
                On 03 rd october 2019 around 9.25am all of sudden in the middle of the hosur road signal my vehicle stopped. I begged almost half an hour road crossing vehicles and policewala also, nobody helped except one auto driver helped me to push the vehicle on left side of road, since i am disabled person unable to move vehicle.
                After one of the person is kicked my vehicle but not started because motor coil boiled smell came. Then he called one mechanic and he told that clutch line damaged, coil burned etc for that i spent rs.2280/-.
                I had mental stress on road side as well expenditure side also. I escalated several times to tvs customer care, over mobiles and email. No proper response finally we are helpless. You want to proceed you proceed further.
                Disabled person made such free service denied by neo tvs dealer and service centre and unethically dealt by tvs customer care.
                I need reimbursement of expenses and mental stress compensation of rs.2.00 lacs
                This should be a lesson to such of dealer and tvs company and help to disabled person in future, since our life day to day running not like normal person.

                Very strong protest, get justice disabled person mental stress as well as vehicle major components defects within a year
                मैं ने scooty pep 10 साल चलाया
                फिर मुझे scooty लेना था तो मैंने scooty zest
                लेलिया अचछा समझ कर पर यह हर scoty से खराब है
                10 साल पेसे जमा करके scooty लिए पर फनश गये
                मे सोचा विकलांग हूँ यह pep से भी अछछा होगा

                  I'm from bangalore, karnataka, i have purchased tvs rtr 200 in 2017, all of sudden i found there are lots of cracks on front and rare tyres on the bike, i visited the service centre and said they can't do anything about it, it's just 2 years and tyres showing cracks it's really bad, it's a premium bike with such a bad quality tyres used, request you take necessary action.

                    Ashfan TVS situated in Ottuppara, Wadakkanchery has very bad customer service.The sales girls working there are shouting to customers.I bought a. Jupiter ZX from there on July 2019 and after registration they didn't intimate when the number plate reached their showroom.when I enquired about the number plate they are always telling that not received in the showroom without even checking.Now it is more than two months and I didn't get my number plate.

                      Dear sir,
                      I bought scooty pep+, grey colour, in april 2019, from tvs showroom located in boisar. With in a month i got a call for servicing of the same scooty.
                      I took my scooty there and on the same day i received my scooty and i started to face multiple problems like break used to get stuck, scooty doesn't start properly, silencer was broken.

                      These problems where cleared except the silencer. It has broken 5 times. And on this date also my scooty is still in the boisar workshop with the silencer broken for the 5th time.

                      I am not at satisfied with my scooty and not happy for buying it. It has been less than 6 months and this is the condition of my scooty. I am also posting photos my scooty's silencer along with this complaint.

                        I purchased my tvs ti3 model tyre inflator before one month in erode tamilnadu the shop name the sound blaster car accessories.. After purchase within two days it's not working properly i sent the video to the shop and i give complaint in my tvs costumer care also i returned it to the shop for warranty claim and after 3 days they returned it in same condition again the same problem tyre pressure not increasing but the motor is running again i complaint to my tvs costumer care and then again i returned it to the shop after that my tvs promise me to give new one within 2 days but after one month till now no proper response from my tvs no stock means refund my money to the shop why should i wait for more than one month for warranty claim..

                          I have buy TVS ntorq on 5 nov 2018 and it not even complete 1 year and it defect 6 time it engine is not starting and all 6 time this same problem arise and from service no action is taken the y just check and repair after 20-30 days the same problem arises and yesterday is 6 times they give no guarantee that the problem doesn't occur again they say when it occurs again bring it to workshop I tired with this they are not solving the problem kindly take the strict action I think I do a big mistake on trusting on TVS waiting for your strict action.

                            My tvs jupiter is not giving me fuel economy it is likely to have fuel economy of a car then a two wheelers as it said to have 60km but it is only give an fuel economy 13-16 as my college is less then 5km then also as per the calculation going and coming from college it takes 70%of per liter in my jupiter my jupiter is in warranty as it is purchase in february only i my request to take my complain

                                I had purchase tvs ntorq matt red in feb 2019 and these are list of issues
                                1. Vibration sound near speedometer at lower speeds keeps coming. Everytime i have taken it for service they just do some patchy repair and sound is gone for 2-3 days and then surfaces. When i asked for reason why does it happen? I was told that is due to multiple body parts which does not make any sense as i have driven another ntorq which seemed all fine.
                                2. Starting trouble: i have been getting this issue from 1st week onwards and as above service center told me use self-start for the 1st time running for the day. Does not make sense on this. It takes longer to start with self-start and kick start takes longer as well.
                                3. Engine off: all of a sudden while the vehicle is running it just shuts down automatically by itself. Have faced this on multiple occassions and even after service center assuring me of this will not happen still it keeps happening.

                                  This complaint is against doon tvs ballupur gms road dehradun, corrupt staff and the head of department is rude.
                                  I have given 40000 and they did'nt provide any receiving or invoice. They took money and written bike is on finance not even mention that i have given 40 thousand cash.
                                  When i have asked to the senior why such kind of service you are providing he shouted on his staff infront of me he was very loud.
                                  Register this complain and take action asap and get back to me

                                    Hi,
                                    I bought an ntorq 125 cc from tvs tristar domlur branch on 17 sept 2019. Reg # ka-03-ka-5618.

                                    By the 19th sept i filled the fuel to full capacity but before i covered 60 kms there was fuel leakage and i lost all the fuel. I took it to showroom on the same day where i was told there was some problem in carburetor and got it fixed and the vehicle was returned after 1 hour.

                                    On 22nd sept it again developed a snag and the vehicle was not starting and i had complained through tvs road assist and there was a mechanic who was sent to site to address the issue. It got fixed and the vehicle started.

                                    On 28th sept the fuel leakage problem reoccurred and this time the vehicle was towed from my home to service centre and the same was returned on 30th sept telling carburetor was replaced as the vehicle was under warranty.

                                    Today 8th october the vehicle is again not starting. It has run 117 kms since i have bought.

                                    I am sick and tired of this experience over the past month and need a replacement vehicle or refund of my money.
