I've purchased my bike apache 160 4v on 10 july 2019. The bike was ok till 15 days of being bought (The rear brake was not right).
Then after 15 days my bike started to reduce the performance and speed, and the sound of the engine became vigorous.. The mileage i got that time was 36.
Then on my first service i mentioned all of my problems to the company.. The authorizers noted the problems and just changed the oil...

I am an owner of tvs jupiter, and it has just crossed a year & ran 5300 km. Now i m facing issue with self starter, battery is dead, & i had to replace it paying 1500, i am really disappointed with this, as a company like yours is not looking into such issues. I am shocked that the battery from amro is no lasting long. Also i have suzuki access, which is 5 yrs old & i didn't have any suc issues. Now i feel let down by a company...

I have own my jupiter (Bs iv) on 7- apr-2019 from zummerwala motors, old chhani road, vadodara, gujarat. Within just 5 months battery is discharged that i come to know during my 2nd service. Today they put battery for charging. How can it possible? I dont want such kind of battery it has to be replaced. Tell me what should i do for the replacement of my battery....

Tvs scotter battery was damaged during the service conducted at service centre, i had shared the same issue while collecting scotter from service center but they told me that this is happening due to service just now couducted and assured me once scotter will runs on road this issue will be resolved and now it has completed 1 month and still battery issue is not resolved and when i complained this issue to tvs service centre they are saying...

I bought new tvs jupiter classic from m/s dynamic motors pratap nagar nagpur maharashtra, on 27 june and even after 3 months approx i have not got registration no, dealer is trying to delay the process not giving any satisfactory answer. With the same dealer approx 20 customers are suffering with the same issue (Some have not got registration no since 6-8 months).

In pune hinjawadi tvs saibaba sales services last 25 days before i submitted my wego bike after 25 days they replying me your work is completed 100 times i call last week 4 days i was there in your service center they actualy given me foolish reason today they completed the work and offering mi more than rs. 5300 payment i guess it is not valid.

For changing one electrical part they are giving us labour charges of approx mate...

Purchased tvs ntorq from ramkay tvs, july 2018. 100ft road, velachery, chennai.
Within a year there were many instances of self start not working.
Reported few times to service center, but they couldn't pin point the exact issue.
Finally a week back, i saw battery sign on the screen, self started was dead.

Very bad experience with tvs. (Avian tvs, vadodara).
Will never suggest anyone to buy a vehicle of tvs, if the dealership (Avian tvs, vadodara). Is of such a kind.
Firstly no one will attend you in the showroom when you enter. You will have to go and ask for the details of vehicle, then only a sales person will come and attend you.
After you final the scooter, they will attend you only till the time they get the payment....

I bought a new tvs apache rtr 1604v fi on 12th of june 2019. I am currently facing 2 major issues in my bike. My bike stops suddenly in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear frequently while driving. I am using the brand of tvs (Apache rtr 160). My bike's meter has been broken. So i wated to claim my insurence. For that i went to bhavya motors at alambagh, so much tim i have visited the service centre, service manager sri govind singh and sri firaz ahmad making excuses and said that, "aaj server nahi chal ra hai to kabhi khte hai ki apko insurance company jana pdega to kbhi aj ho ni payga aap 7 din ke baad aiye". I bought tvs ntorq from neo tvs, bangalore on april-2018. It just crossed 10000 kms, but before 10000 kms itself my back tyre got bulged. Due to which vehicle will be wobbling. Tyre belongs to tvs itself. What kind of qualtity check is done for the tyres? Is there any certified number of kms tyre can be used?

Is there a chance of replacing it without any cost? I'm looking for a response....

(1) bike's main body come with notchy sound within purchase of 15 days.

(2) apache rtr 200 4v race edition 2.0 has slipper clutch feature but my bike doesn't come with slipper clutch logo on engine cowl.

(3) vibration issue frequently come from instrument cluster i told them many time rather warn about consumer forum complain but cant solve properly

(4) now starter and battery issue come bike...

I come for service of my scooty at agra motors, 4/51-8, 9, 10, kacheri road, opp hotel ved, baluganj, agra 282001 today i. E. 15.09.2019 at 12.40 and till time 2:15 it was not done. When i shout then it taken. My totally time waste. Plz do the need full. Your service dealer take my four hour for complete one scooty service, what a standard. Fr. 12:45 to 3: 45.

There are two important things i have been chasing for since very long time.

Complaint against the sale's team for supreme tvs thane.

I have to repeat my self time and again that i was sold a pathetic vehicle without doing pdi resulting many fault in it.
Speedometer and side panel damage which was replaced after so much of drama. Later discovered an screw from the air filter...

I am sachin arora and I'll go to the service center located in 144, Pocket D, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110020 after getting servicing in ahinsa Service center I'll faced the problem with my ntorq that my ntorq is not taking self start even meter is also not displaying anything...
