I mr partha pratim das wants to say that i purchased a bike ie apache 310rr from hindustan tvs beltola guwahati 29 on dec 25 and it was stolen form my house on 11th september 2019 at around 2 or 3 pm.. I have been complaining in hindustan tvs but unfrotunaltly i was helpless from the company.. I am not talking for insurances.. I want my bike.. I am writing this mail so that u could suggest me some valuable things..

    मैंने अपनी TVS Apache 5th फ़्री सर्विस के लिए Avion TVS Ajwa Road, Vadodara को 10-09-19 ko दिया था .
    काफ़ी calls के बाद मूँजें 18-09-19 को मेरी bike दिया और वो भी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करे बिना..

    कल 25-09-19 ko फिर से बाइक देने के बाद भी कोई Sollution नहीं मिल रहा है..

      I own tvs zest bike and it is due for service and the bike has some throttle. I have been contacting sbm tvs moolakadai branch for last one week to pick up my bike for service from home, they promised they will take my bike, but so far nobody has come to pick the bike. Also when i enquired them, they are telling me that somebody came to my house and we asked the person to return back as we do not have the keys with us.

      This is totally wrong, nobody came to our house from sbm.

      Request you to please intervene and do the needful.

        Om tvs workshop faridabad is not properly repairing by scooty. Since last 3 months i am going to service centre they repaair scooty and after 2-3 days same probelm come. They are not repairing it properly. Now my scooty is at home not working again. And i repair yesterday from service centre.. I bought scooty in sep2018. Its one year only and i have facing problem since 3-4 months. After this i amgoing to cumsomer court.

          मैंने अक्टूबर 2018 में दादा ऑटो सेल्स नानपारा, बहराइच उत्तरप्रदेश से स्कूटी पेप खरीदी थी ।
          समय से सर्विस करवाई, जिसका रिकॉर्ड एजेंसी में है । परसो मेरी स्कूटी का इंजन सीज हो गया है । गाड़ी अभी 10000 km भी नही चली है ।
          क्या इसकी भरपाई मुझे मिलेगी । जब मैंने आपके सर्विसेज के अनुसार टाइम से सर्विस करवाई तो फिर इंजन सीज होने पर मुझे फिर से इंजन बनाकर दे या मेरे पैसे वापस करें ।

            Hi,
            I am an owner of tvs jupiter, and it has just crossed a year & ran 5300 km. Now i m facing issue with self starter, battery is dead, & i had to replace it paying 1500, i am really disappointed with this, as a company like yours is not looking into such issues. I am shocked that the battery from amro is no lasting long. Also i have suzuki access, which is 5 yrs old & i didn't have any suc issues. Now i feel let down by a company like tvs, which is not replacing this battery free as i feel injustice, so i would like byou to address this issue asap. I can share all the details if required. Thank you.

              Myself j. Martin, early this year i bought tvs ntorq 125. Date of purchase[protected]. Recently i met an accident on 31th august 2019 and i decided to claim it in tvs choudhary motors.

              Choudhary motors plot no 105. Opp. Bharat petrol pump, sec 5, gurgaon, haryana.

              On 1st september 2019, i went there and they said me to come on 4th september. On 4th september 2019 they asked me to leave my vehicle in service center and they said surveyor will come and will check it. I have insuranced my vehicle with tata aig,
              Policy no-[protected].
              On 14th september surveyor came and surveyed but till now i haven't get my vehicle back. I went so many times there till 20th sep they haven't started any work. When i asked them they said parts are not available. On 23th september they told me to take my vehicle back and said one part is not available and one part they had installed is second hand part by saying surveyor has not claimed this but we are giving it on our own and saying once the part comes you bring vehicle we will put the not available part. whenever i ask them or call them the reply will be sir please come tomorrow parts are not available yet.
              I am raising this complaint because of the service i got from the chordhary motors by your gracious name isn't according to it.. My vehicle is still standing there on the roadside getting scratches and dust. When i asked them what will you do for the scratches they said in a harsh manner we didn't do it you must have done it, i told sir it isn't done by me, they said surveyor must have taken pics before survey and till today i haven't seen that pics, even after accident my vehicle didn't had much scratch though it is now.
              Dust can be removed but scratches cannot.
              Is this the way you train your staff? Is this your brand's status? Is this the way to speak to the customer? They said do whatever you want to.

                On 23th sept at 5:00pm i made a call to akshay tvs authorised service centre for the servicing of wego scooty to be picked up as there is a damage in petrol pipeline and there was no petrol in it. On the call she said we have so many vehicle for servicing and all mechanic are busy i[censored] can get it fine or so you try tomorrow morning. So i called next morning i. E on 24sept at 11:00am for same they said send your address i will ask my boss and call you in 15min but no call was made so after half and hour that was 11:35am again they said hum boss se puch k batate yha bhot kaam hai hum apko call karenge jab kuch hota hai so i waited and got no call so i decided to call at 12:45pm so again the receptionist told i will ask the boss yaha bhoot kaam hai and koi mehanic free hota hai toh bejti hu kal.. So i said if possible u can pick it up by late evening and get the servicing done tomorow so she said fine maam we will try to pick by evening or tomorow morning. Till next morning i. E 25th sept no call or pick up of my scooty was done so i called at 10:30am for the same stating calling since 3 days for scooty pickup and servicing so she said again yaha bhot kaam hai boss se puchke batati hu and mechanic free nai hota bike collect karne k liye 12 baj tak abhi yeh khula hai hum apki scooty uthawalenge but tym lagega so i asked how much tym since 3days you are saying same thing so she said that i can not tell at want time pickup will be done tomorrow is closed so it can be thereafter tomorrow also. So i ask her to give the call to the boss so she said yaha koi boss nai hai so i said u are saying since 3 days u will ask boss and now you are saying there is no boss so she said we will call our boss so i asked her number she said we can not give the number i said i[censored] are saying you people will be busy till 12 so i guess at 1pm u can pick my bike so she said if we pick today we will give on 27th sept only as it will take time and tomorrow is closed. I said morning of 27th sept she said that i cant tell you... Then i ask for her name she got panic and said be on hold for two minutes and then she came and said we will try picking up by 1pm and till be serviced by 27th only then i said means you are just taking and keeping it in your showroom as servicing does not take much time when it is already serviced 2 month back and when ever i give for servicing i get it back by evening if i give in afternoon time so she again said yaha bhot kaam hota hai ap akar dekh liye yaha kitna kaam hai yaha log khali nai hai... So i said i do not know if you do not make it by 1pm i am writing a complaint.

                Then i try calling shelkar tvs they said your area is for akshay tvs but i requested and they understand the problem and were ready to come and pick.

                  My name is avinash and i own a tvs jupiter since may, 2015. I have amc of this vehicle since day one but i am totally dissatisfied with the their adharwadi, kalyan, maharashtra service center, totally pathetic service and screwed up my vehicle completely during my last service. Vehicle is not working since i got it serviced 3 weeks ago. Vehicle was taken back 3 time but the issue is not yet fixed. Service center people are arrogant and novice, mostly they are doing experiment on my vehicles. I have amc from last 4 years and i was never satisfied with the service work done by adharwadi service center. They are cheat, never do any kind of service just wash and return the vehicle. After every service they follow up with me to give them top rating during the feedback call from the main customer care center.

                  Current state of my vehicle, unable to kick start the vehicle. It works sometimes and doesn't start at all.

                  Shehbaz who is the supervisor, replied back arrogantly that vehicle is fine and he won't be doing any thing. I requested him to find the problem and fix it but he persists on not doing anything.

                  Request you to look into this matter asap as i believe you goal is customer satisfaction but i am very disappointed with your service so far.

                  My name is Neha and I own tvs Jupiter zx (MH 05EE 1904) since 2019 and I have done servicing at the tvs service centre which is located at Kalyan Adharwadi.
                  Firstly, the advicer is very rude, I don't know his name but he wears a Salman Khan bracelet in his hand and has short height but his attitude is always at the top! Ridiculous behaviour!
                  Secondly, Today when I went to take my vehicle back from the service centre, I saw scratches on my vehicle in the front which was never there until I kept my vehicle at the service centre. And when we went to discuss this with that guy he started yelling at me and my father. And started telling us that we signed the form and all that. He also said that we should claim and insurance for that. It was very rude even after doing scratches to my vehicle je didn't accept !

                  I request you to take action against him. Many of my friends also have issues with him. He is the most arrogant person. And I'm disappointed with the servicing! Never visiting again if I see that guy again in the service centre!

                    I bought tvs ntroq 125 on 9th sep from sukra tvs bangalore and till now there is no follow up on the number registeration plate. They did not have the courtesy to provide basic paper information like insurance road tax service book etc. After 2 weeks when i go and ask they are the ones who owns me with their words.

                    This is not the way to take care of things. Not even sorry about the miss. I am not a localite from here and that's not the reason to charge on me because of their fault. This is so embarrassing.

                    And still there is no follow up on the number plate no follow up on rc. Number plates are ought to provide from rto and waiting for that. I cannot take the vehicle out as it is almost 3 weeks now and they do not even care to let me know in details.

                    Basic accessories if asked they say their own story. A worst mutual experience between a buyer and seller. These kind of dealers are ought to be shut down.

                    Need action and necessary response for further paperwork's.

                      Im complaint about, the agency in rahon distt sbs nagar. Jimmy tvs rahon.. Im brought bike tvs redeon... First thing they are given me late bike... Second thing now they are taken my bank copy... And no body returns.. Untill now.. If i will returns back my bank copy.. They told im busy.. When they r free he will returns back.. And agency staaf no have manners how to deal with customer... Im tottaly disappointed... Service off jimmy tvs rahon...

                      I have tvs xl super heavy duty.when it was running more than 1 kilometers the engine stop automatically.what is the reason for it? I already changed the engine oil also.
                      In Attibele Tvs service center there is no respect for costumer..they are taking rashly.. ND man handleing by owners.. Y u people's are giving delearship like this idiots.. There is proper way to talk with staff..

                        I m customer of tv jupiter my loan i'd is mh30181w0077218 actually i left my job so my salary account is closed and that's why m not able to pay emi by account. But every month i pay to direct bank before my loan date and after this all, the executive always take 400 rs of bouncing charge from me. Please help i m on maternity leave not possible to go ur center or change my account and also i would say i m so frustrated to ur serving m not able to pay the bouncing charges please check every month i pay my loan on time but also they can take the charges. Hope you able to help. Such a bad expirence serving with tvs. Guys plz help

                          Purchased tvs jupiter classic from suryapratap dealer in january 19 within a month paint of the body in two places started coming off where the helmet lock was kept. So i had changed the helmet lock to the other side and in that side also paint of the vehicle has gone. Is the paint on the vehicle is that weak to go on the touch of the helmet lock?

                            It was a surprise for me that a simple bulb holder for pept headlight was not available in ghaziabad in any of yor showroom at meerut road and kirana mandi, and also any other spare parts dealer for tvs.

                            I had a complaint of headlight not working and went to your meerut road showroom for checking the wiring of my pept. It was informed that the wiring is ok only the headlght bulb holder is not working and also was not available in your showroom last sunday (15.9.2019)

                            On inquiring about the same in other showrooms and dealers the holder was not available in any of the stores.
                            As you are aware that in current situations i could be heavily penalized for headlight not working in the new traffic rules senerio as i return from office during night and is also risky if i meet any accident.

                            It is therefore requested to provide the same at the earliest to resolve the dangerous situation.

                            They are forcing me to put jupiter at service centre and they will check without making job card.

                                dissatisfied with service from tvs service centre virar west

                                I m very much dissatisfied with the service provided to me at the virar tvs service centre. I had given my scooty for 2nd service i got it after 7-8 days even aferr i was promised that i wud recieve the next day.. Morever, the bike still had issues and bike was not properly serviced.. They again kept me waiting spoken with me in a rude way...#nevertvs...

                                Hi,
                                I've purchased my bike apache 160 4v on 10 july 2019. The bike was ok till 15 days of being bought (The rear brake was not right).
                                Then after 15 days my bike started to reduce the performance and speed, and the sound of the engine became vigorous.. The mileage i got that time was 36.
                                Then on my first service i mentioned all of my problems to the company.. The authorizers noted the problems and just changed the oil and handed me the bike.. The bike was on the same condition as it was before.
                                Then i changed my clutch plate but still the problem continued..
                                .
                                It's been 2 months from buying date and i've visited the showroom for more than 7 times but the authorizers always find an excuse and say that there's no problem in the bike.. They don't treat the bike, instead they just mind wash me..
                                I think i've got a used bike..
                                The tvs motors are cheaters...
                                They don't care about the bike and costumers once the bike is sold...
                                I wish i've bought ns160 instead..
                                The problems of my bike are vigorous sound of engine, front brake is tight to apply, rear brake is too loose, worst pickup, rpm problem and worst mileage...

                                I hope if there's still humanity in tvs motors, they will help me...

                                    I have own my jupiter (Bs iv) on 7- apr-2019 from zummerwala motors, old chhani road, vadodara, gujarat. Within just 5 months battery is discharged that i come to know during my 2nd service. Today they put battery for charging. How can it possible? I dont want such kind of battery it has to be replaced. Tell me what should i do for the replacement of my battery.

                                      Tvs scotter battery was damaged during the service conducted at service centre, i had shared the same issue while collecting scotter from service center but they told me that this is happening due to service just now couducted and assured me once scotter will runs on road this issue will be resolved and now it has completed 1 month and still battery issue is not resolved and when i complained this issue to tvs service centre they are saying bettery is samaged new will be required, my concern is that when i had given scotter for service there was no issue with battery and it was damaged during service then why should i bear the cost of same this is mistake of service centre is shold be resolved by tvs co. Only but no one from tvs company is leasoning to me.
                                      TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
