Tvs ashwa motors, banashankari bangalore is the worst tvs showroom ever. I have given my two wheeler for some repair a month back. And no information regarding that. Hopeless people. Basic courtesy to inform the ward regarding the status of the repair has to taught to these people? If you can't provide customer service kindly shut down the showroom....

Hi called pick and drop for regular servicing for my tvs wego and after servicing also its giving me same issue. When i called mechanic he simply said i will come to check. But he didn't came. Is that the service provided by pick & drop?

I took a tvs victor bike that has just happened for 1 year and despite this, i had to face a lot of problems in this new bike

As the = bike gear stuck / problem in gear shifting. / problems in bike wiring system / many more problems

And with all those complaints, i went to the service center of tvs bike, where i did not find any solutio of these problems and i repeated the same problem on next...

I have purchased TVS APACHE 160 FR 4V on date 09/07/2019. Engine number is CE7DK2706838 and from the next day only braking issue is felt. I had went to the service center(ANSARI TVS MAU, ), they told it is in good condition but after 2-3 days the ABS light starts to glow and front brakes stops to work. Again i went to the service center (ANSARI TVS MAU, )and got bad response from Ansari Tvs MAU-275101, they kept my bike for 3 days but nothing...

I have closed the all finance from last 2 months before itself, but still i didn't get any rc book confirmation form tvs team, i went and asked lots of time to chennai head office and branch also no one is not responding properly but now they telling sir your rc book missing so will send it after 3 months and all, now...

With the deepest regret i am writing this to inform you that, my vehicle met with an accident and we went there in the trichur tvs, gossayikunnu, kuriyachira, thrissur june last week. We replaced the part and paid the money at that time. As per the confirmation from mr. Sudhir (Works manager) we went there to claim the amount after 10 days. But that time the money was not ready with them and he asked us to come next day. Like wise we visited...

I have bought the bike in dec 2018 and from the first service itself they were supposed to use synthetic oil but they didn't. Now the engine is making cracking sound and oil is draining very fast. I almost lost the hole in service centre as there is no consistency in service.

Engine exhaust were smoking white and engine heated up rapidly after riding one km. I reported this to tvs motors where i didn't even get complaint number....

I had bought a tvs jupiter grande last november i. E. Nov 2018 from rks tvs motors located at dommasandra, sarjapur road, bangalore. Bike registration number is ka 01 jc 0867. The bike is having starting problem just after 1st servicing.

After first servicing, 2 days it was fine but after that the bike had got starting issue i. E. The auto start unit didn't work and the battery also got discharged over night....

Before 1-2 years i have completed emi for tvs zupite with vehicle number gj06jh5464, but still i dont get my rc book, i went 2 times at related rto center and paid amount as told by rto person but still i am not getting my rc book.

I own a 7 month old apache rtr 160 4v. I got some issues earlier but resolved eventually. Now i am facing new problem. Today i had a ride of about half an hour in city traffic. As i reached my destination, i noticed a wierd noise coming from engine or somewhere near it, kind of screeching sound. Hence i wanted to bring this to company's notice kindly fix the issue as early as possible....

My self amarnath m... I have purchased tvs ntorq red on august 2108 from sri surya tvs palani, tamilnadu... Last month before 15 days i got starting problem in the vehicle... I took the vehicle via tempo van...in showroom they checked and told it is an plug problem... After 2 days they delivered the vehicle... That time vehicle was ok... Now today (29/07/19) i got the same problem.. Already i have spend an 600rs ft tempo van to took the vehicle......

I have purchased a 160 4v apache from ps jivraj pvt ltd asansol one of your showroom in asansol on 20th jan 2019. I have paid rs.1250 extra for temporary registration from durgapur.
Inspite of following up for several times with showroom manager he has given false commitments that i will get the registration done shortly but till date i have received the registration no. Is it the kind of services tvs motors is providing to there customers....

Me handicape hu, meri tvs jupiter scotty h, me service krane gya tha (Rajput moters service center, jahagirpuri) mere sath misbehave kiya, meri koi bi complaint nhi suni, mene pichli service me bi bola tha ki meri scotty ka color paint uter raha h but na pehle or na hi ab meri complaint pr koi action nhi hua, agr ap meri koi hepl kr sakte h to plz hepl me.

1)Handle/Fork/Suspension/tyre alignment problems are repeted even after 2 services from Authorized Service Centre. 2)Engine/Fan/Silencer was sounding too much everyday.

Your company service center people (both gollapudi and chuttuhunta) had no concern about my scooty they are just acting before that they did something....

For the past two years, i use to given my scooty pep plus for service (Amc) in vijay tvs at chidambaram, 1. They never solve my complaints 2. Every time they suggested to change some parts i used to pay as they suggest 3. Now they are saying engine problems, baring problems, it will be so expensive if i want to solve it, they asked me to change my scooty pep even though six years old. 4. Every time they steal my petrol which i have filled...

In kadur showroom iam bought a Apache 1604v bike the showeoom owner and mechanic are not responded. On the time of service he mistake made by engine oil plate nut fix in wrong thread and not replaced by the owner and the showroom...
