      Dear sir i am mohan nasa and i have purchased tvs ntorq from bajwa tvs from east delhi on 7th august 2019... I want make a complaint for the poor staff because they are not at all sincere for there duty as well as for customers... When i went to bajwa motors on 18th of august 2019 for my pending things like number plate, insurance, service book and air on gift of rs 2000 they asked me to go to first floor and the person on first floor asked me to go to ground floor again and again after that they gave my number plate and insurance and service book and the manager mr raj having mobile no [protected] made commitment that they will give my air on gift by what's app bcs the salesgirl was at leave and after that i called both of them many times but they never picked up my phone... I am also sending u a screenshot of what's app conversation with that salesgirl having mobile number[protected] to make u show that how careless they are for customers so please take a necessary action and ask them to give me air on gift

        I bought tvs jupiter from mumbai dealer name is innovative, its located at bhandup west, i called so many time, but always false promise from them also they have no communication number, evevn your toll free number is not working, then how we can talked with you or your dealer all number on web are not working, there was no any concern person, always they treat like we are bager, really its same full for our country, really you have to look in it very personally

          I am an owner of rr310 (Red). I bought it on 27th august 2018 from shubh tvs, howrah, west bengal. I have a problem with my rr310 in rear disk plate from the very beginning. The plate is not steel shiny and full of rust. Sometimes it looks like coppery in colour. The black colour is damaged in the centre of the plate.in one sentence i am not satisfied with that plate. I told my service centre many more times from the first service. But they just ignored it. I followed many more times on many more other rr310 but they have no issues with the disk plates. Their disk plates are shiny and glossy, no rust issue. Even i have a 6 years old other company bike and it has no issue with the rear disk plate still more glossy and new than my rr310 disk plate. So finally i decided to complain to tvs. So my humble request to tvs please change my rear disk plate and solve my issue.

          It runs only 4955 km. Within it i have changed the rear disk pads 3 times for that bad disk plate .
          I have new Scooter. Billing date 3rd July but till now number plate & insurance copy all documents pending

            Sir i buy my vehice at vizianagaram on 21 jan 2019. And i recently shifed to hyderbad for job purpose and i have a complaint about shockabsorber. While purchasing the company can sevice through out india but i faced problem replacement of that part. I go to ramcor tvs severice centre for replacement but they reject. Because they asking min 1 time service on that service centre. And manager was also so rude behaviour. So please tell me how this can be solve???

              My tvs radeon bike shoker is not working from 2nd weak of purchasing. I submit complaint to surbhi motors (Showroom dealer) in ambala city, haryana near baldev nagar.. But they are not cooperate me to solve my problem. My problem is still pending.. They give me lollypop every time. I am not happy with services of (Tvs motor), (Surbhi motor) ambala city.                 I am madhu bhandari live in mandsaur (M. P.) i bought my scooter on 05/11/18 since then. I am facing problem with it. I take it to the service center and their repair it but the problems come back. Eight months scooter battery changed and five plug changed. Your service center mechanic not solve my scooter problem and i facing the issue day by day nobody can response me and i habe exchanged the same for the sccoty, very bad scooty i purchased from it, i request you to solve this issue as soon as possible, my mobile no [protected]

                  My bike was bring to sd tvs service centre (1/486, gt road, block e, ghisa, dilshad garden, delhi, 110095) on 4th august 2019 in accidental condition.
                  Further, claim process was initiated.
                  My bike was inspected with claim amount of 25000rs by insurance company as i recieved message from iifc insirance.
                  I laterly visited personally to the company on 10th august 2019, but my work wasnt started. Then i revisited on 23 august but again my bike was in same condition, no work at all
                  Its been 16 days my bike work hasnt been started.
                  TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Gave my vehicle for service 3 times and still facing the problem.

                  Issue: Vehicle stops if accelerator not given
                  Paid more than 1400 rupees to get the issue resolved. Have given my vehicle thrice already. Yet i face the same issue.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am complain about my bad experience hapend in tirur tvs showroom named as moopan tvs. On 7th august 2019, i had registered a complaint, docket number 167, on my new appache 160 4v red, for changing oil, to change gearshift oil seal and minimal checking for my bike. Sir i had called many times to know about my complaint. But nobody responted to my call.
                    Bellow i will attach the screenshot about my call history and the photo of my docket.
                    Hope that you can solve my complaint about bad behavior of the moopan tvs, tirur showroom and service department.

                      I bought jupiter last year from s. K. Traders. Around after one year i checked that there is milage problem in my jupiter. It givers 20 km./ltr. I visited tvs service centre dynamic motors, navada regarding this milage issue 10-11 times. Every time they serviced my jupiter and said that now it gives 40km/ltr but everytime when i checked it gives 20-23 km/ltr.

                      10-11 times for same problem. It's really surprising that the problem is not solved after so many complaints.

                      I can't understand why? I m still waiting to solve this milage issue.

                        I just bought a tvs jupiter from showroom opposite maruti udyog at old delhi road and amount was paid in advance on 22/8/2019. Due to my busy schedule, team told that they will deliver the vehicle at my home address.
                        On 23/8/2019, i got my vehicle and was told that bills and paperwork will be done at evening and the delivery boy left the place.
                        To my utter surprise, the speedometer was not working... I have already raised a complaint at showroom.
                        I need a proper justification as why the meter was not working? How will i know how many kms and at what speed the jupiter was used?
                        As per the rules, a new vehicle speed limit should not be above 40 and first service should be done within 500-650 km.

                        Who is going to take responsibility if something happens to the engine in future due to your negligence?
                        I need a proper response or i will take it to next level.

                          I bought apache rtr 160 1.5 year ago. They didn't do even 1 and 2 service properly and after complaining they washed my bike. After some few months the engine head started leaking i asked service center to replace the engine head and they lied me they changed it without actually changing it. They improperly adjusted my bike chain and ruined it and now they are blamming me for that. Please don't buy tvs bikes if this is the way they do servicing.

                              I have given my tvs jupiter on 17/08/19 for insurance claim but till now my scooty is standing in tvs service station and they are not doing anything with my scooty and i have called the ifcko tokio company for inquiry about my insurance claims and they said that their are no claim registerd with your vehicle so i want to know that when will you my vehicle.

                                  I was serviced my bike tvs star city +dl3sdl7094 name of sandeep bartwal, from your dealer ahinsa motors okhla phase-01 on dated 22.08.2019, i was surprised and shocked with your service that still now a dealer can provide this kind of pathetic service to the customer while the automobiles market is been on its high degrowth. I was tell your advisor that there are some problems i am facing,
                                  1. Speedometer not working (Bike in extended warranty taken from om tvs). But no one tell me that rather they check it or not.
                                  2. Clutch switch check (Problem resolved)
                                  3. While applying brake light comimg in meter (Not rectified) no one bothered to inform me is this the part need replace or what??
                                  Can you people tell me please how i can get this resolution otherewise i have take other steps but i will make sure that it will effect on your brand value.

                                      My Name is Saqulain ezaz and i bought Apache RTR 160 4V ABS from bhawani motors Darbhanga Bihar on Mid month of may, Just after one month ABS stopped workind and speedometer too around 1800 km and i have already registered so much complain and it took around 2 month to have a look on my problem and still i didn’t get any solution . How much you would take to resolve a problem its already been 2 months and if due To AbS not working if any accident held the. who will be responsible for that .. How is the worst service you are providing . Today i got a call from bhawani service center that please come your queries will be solve and after wasting my full day still did not resolve my problem. the worst service i have ever seen from TVS. You have appointed staff or engineer who dont get a what is the actual problem. and I have face this problem since last 2 months and most interesting part that in this may 2019 i have bought this bike.Please i want to know who will be responsible for that if i face an accident due to ABS. Please resolve my issue asap other wise replace my bike if you cant make it.

                                        We have a problem of oil leakage from the clutch. The bike was given to golden tvs vengallor post thodupuzha pin : 685608, phone no:[protected] service centre three months ago. The bike was not repaired till dated. They informed us the reason that the clutch related parts were not available. So i kindly request you to take more attention in this case and help me to get my bike repaired as early as possible.
