    My Name is Saqulain ezaz and i bought Apache RTR 160 4V ABS from bhawani motors Darbhanga Bihar on Mid month of may, Just after one month ABS stopped workind and speedometer too around 1800 km and i have already registered so much complain and it took around 2 month to have a look on my problem and still i didn’t get any solution . How much you would take to resolve a problem its already been 2 months and if due To AbS not working if any accident held the. who will be responsible for that .. How is the worst service you are providing . Today i got a call from bhawani service center that please come your queries will be solve and after wasting my full day still did not resolve my problem. the worst service i have ever seen from TVS. You have appointed staff or engineer who dont get a what is the actual problem. and I have face this problem since last 2 months and most interesting part that in this may 2019 i have bought this bike.Please i want to know who will be responsible for that if i face an accident due to ABS. Please resolve my issue asap other wise replace my bike if you cant make it.

      We have a problem of oil leakage from the clutch. The bike was given to golden tvs vengallor post thodupuzha pin : 685608, phone no:[protected] service centre three months ago. The bike was not repaired till dated. They informed us the reason that the clutch related parts were not available. So i kindly request you to take more attention in this case and help me to get my bike repaired as early as possible.

        Hi,

        I bought tvs ntorq in the month of february 12, 2019 and i have been paying the emi's regularly. I have already made 5 emi's. Now, i want to do full and final settlement with the remaining amount, so i got a cheque in the name of tvs credit services of 70, 000. When i went there to do the settlement, the staff says that they are not going to give back the remaining amount. The staff say me to get a new cheque for the amount (58, 000 approximately).

        I called back to customer care people and they assured me that i will get back my money if i do full and final settlement with interest deduction.

        I request you to please look into this as soon as possible and revert me back.

          I have purchased tvs wego in march 2018 for my daughter, when i have the vehicle for first service, i noticed vehicle is pulling one side. When i informed service centre, they said it will free up once it clocks 1000km. Now it's 2900km and the issue still exist. I have changed the service centre and they said fork got bend. Unhappy with the quality of the vehicle.

            I had purchased jupiter from karwar akshay motors on 18.03.18 since 2nd day its giving
            Me a lot of issues as some kick sounds during rides, service people took about a year to resolve this problem, n i was irritated with my purchase, then my battery started draining,
            Even battery issues were not solved on time, my horn raised problem, now its giving starting issues, jus tel me wat should be a purpose of a scooter, if we have to take it service 10 times a month, then when do we do our work, n u know at the end of the day issue is not solved. Hence i m fed up with this vehicle jupiter zx i want to complain against tvs motors in consumer court.

              I had gone to ashtavinayak motors, 272/2158, link road, goregaon west, near motilal nagar, near sidharth hospital, mumbai-400062, maharashtra as he is the tvs authorized service center.

              I purchased my tvs jupiter 110cc basic on[protected] according to the purchased date my vehicle is in warranty and i have also run my vehicle only 732 km with in 4 months

              Worst service, as i was gone to service my first free servicing he first told me that you have to pay for engine oil, simply i agreed, he told me total bill of 560 but i contacted other authorised service center they were charging 360 rs for the whole, then after completing the service he said there is battery issue then i said what to do he said that you vehicle is in warranty you have to just pay 200rs as a processing fee then i simply said yes ok then he temporarily put another battery which was in working condition then too my self start was not starting then i was caution that the battery is in proper condition they had done some thing in. Then they said me to bring a photo copy of rc book, gst bill, and insurance copy to proceed, at that time i contacted tvs customer care they said if your vehicle is in warranty i. E 24 months or 24000 km which so ever is first then i said those same thing to him pankaj upadhyay (Manager) of service center at that time he was threaten and said we would see all up and downs then he asked me too only pay150 rs then i understood that these money is definitely going to manager's pocket the i told him i am getting replaced for free my vehicle's battery is under warranty then too he refused. I said i dont want to make battery now i dont have time to wait i will make some other time as these service center is nearest to me i was relying on them, remembered at first he told 560 rs as a engine oil charge and other oil charge when i move to the counter for payment they made a bill of 450 rs which was a lose hand written bill then i asked for proper gst bill they said it will take time, i asked how much they replied 30 minutes then i said i will wait for half an hour here, after half an hour i again gone to the counter and asked is my gst bill ready then they said the keyboard is not working it would take 3 to 4 hours to repair it, then i said then would pay you after 3 to 4 hour then they objected they contacted someone (Mr. Devendra) and he said that we will mail you the bill they mailed me the bill after 7 hours but the bill or the format they sent is not opening in my cell phone, i am still not confirm that the bill is original or not.

              In short, my battery is in warranty then too he is asking for 200 rs in the name of prosseing fee, but as i contacted tvs customer number - tvs team said these is no such charge he is fooling you don't pay a single penny, battery is replaced free of cost as also mentioned in the warranty book

                This is to inform that My bike throttle cable broke today (20/08/2019) Morning while I was driving in the busy road and I felt so bad about your product quality. Because I purchased on February 2019 only. And again its aggrevate my mental pain when your people asking for Rs.50/- for service charge. Because Just three days back only I did service in your Tvs service centre.

                I need a explanation from your side what is the expiry date for throttle cable or how long can I use that?

                I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court.

                  I have brought Scooty Pep+ ( Details attached below) and it has been only 5 years and completed running 17000 kms and now there is a sound coming from engine We have done regular service as instructed by showroom service center and service has been done only in the company showroom service center in a regular interval.We have also changed the oil which is synthetic oil as said by showroom service center.You can also check the history of the vehicle.The showroom service center is saying we have check the engine and it costs 7-8K but the vehicle has only completed 17000kms.If the capacity of your company vehicle is less then how can I buy other vehicles if your company? So I kindly request you to take into your concern and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking You!!

                    I have taken amc for my tvs wego. Which is suppose to cover four free maintainance. but i have been charged for every service.
                    The vehicle is supposed to be serviced at 3000 kms as per company definition
                    I do not understand the need to charge every 3 months...where as my vehicle did not even run 200km at the time of each service.
                    This AMC scheme seems only to make money.

                      I bought jupiter from oceanic motors, gandhinagar on 31/03/18, since there was a problem of starting. This has never happened to this day, having already begun in first cell. The free service given by company is already completed.in every service i've complained about this problem. But the problem is as usual. I've one another vehicle activa since many times. For a change i've purchased jupiter. But i think it was my big mistake of my life. I'll never suggest to anybody for buying jupiter...

                        With reference to subject complaint number i was raised serious concern about some abnormal noice coming out from front suspension, engine noise and brake noise.

                        For same i was complaint more than 5 times and still issues are continue. Moreover, every dealer denied to accept this problem and not providing any solution.

                            Respected sir,
                            I bought apache 200 bike on 08/03/2018. You say that there is on problem in the bike when it is done at service time. But it happened to me anyway. If the wheel bends while the vehicle is moving, how can i trust the tvs company. My vehicle will run 10, 000 km till now. What would happen to us if wheel damage started in this condition. I have spoken from the workshop to the insurance office, who are rejecting this damage. Now you tell me who will take its responsibility.
                            Later he brought the bike from them. After 1 day, the panel of my bike gets damaged, which i had them change. Went to tell them that the panel of my bike that the company fault.
                            If the company does not do my solution then who will

                              Iam a user of tvs n torq 125, i had brought in chinnasamy agencies krishnagiri 635001. Not even 10 months from my purchase new vehicle, battery had not working, dealer had promise me that they will replace a new battery, as long it happens one months they not responding properly and they didnt mind at all such a very poor dealer in krishnagiri
                              Workers, maneger every body they treat customer very badly such a bad experiance for me in tvs. Irresponsible dealer i hope tvs should take a look of this dealer, else tvs (Brand name) should be spoil.

                                I am writing this for complaining against the bad and poor service by the rajpoot tvs dehi.
                                Service center - jahangir puri, delhi-110033
                                I must say i have been forced to write this mail as i did not face any issue from the last 10 years by using tvs apache.

                                I purchased tvs jupiter with registration number-dl8scq3348 on 26th april, 2019. Since the day one central stand was not good as it touches the main foot rest and creates a sound (Friction as well).
                                I got my first service done on 7th july, 2019 and also requested them to repair the central stand. They did not repair the stand due to the unknown reasons. Washing was also not done by the service center as it was banned by the government authorities due to water shortage and they assured us that they will do it in the coming days. I got the call in the subsequent week for the washing from the service center and i went there on 21st july for the washing as well as repair of the central stand. Upon reaching they had provided me the service tag number-108 whereas the current number was 63. They told me to wait as it would be done quickly but after asking several times about the status they were not ready to give any answer.
                                I waited for more than 1.5 hrs and then i had to forcefully take my jupiter to go home without the service being done. No one really cared literally.
                                This is how you provide the service to the consumer. You don't do the service properly in the first place and then you don't correct it in the second instance as well. Your guys don't know how to attend the customers, your service guys don't know how to repair it, your waiting lounge don't have proper facilities for the clean drinking water, your guys don't care about the customers, your service center location is so bad that one may get ill due to the unhygienic conditions around the service center, you don't know how to retain the loyal customers.

                                I registered complaint with tvs service on 21st july and since then no action has been taken on the complaint. Only false promises are given on the mail.

                                Please take the corrective actions and don't harass the customers. Also please provide the number of the service manager for our region as i want to talk to him directly.

                                  Straight to the point, november 15 2018 - from opp sector 5 dwarka new delhi (Dynamic tvs) i bought your bike (Tvs apache 200 4v abs r2.0), few months after the purchase the bike was running good, but after 1000 km your bike disappointed me a lot.
                                  I used to take the bike to the authorized tvs workshop before its servicing date every time.
                                  Performance become so pathetic that now the bike is not predictable.
                                  Its has been 9 month from the purchase of the bike and the chain got rust, battery was dead twice, performance is zero. Just in 9 month the bike is showing such results as if the bike is 5 years old.
                                  Please advice me what should i do - this is the most expensive mistake i've ever made.
                                  I'm absolutely unhappy with your product. Please do the needful.

                                    -accelerator cable was locked for my (Chittaranjan) scooty pep+ (Ka09hg4173).
                                    -as soon as vehicle started it was about to meet an accident. Fortunately nothing happen to anyone.
                                    -vehicle towed in to showroom (Sona tvs, mysore). It was checked by supervisor on 14-aug-19 & as a solution he told accelerator cable has to be replaced but on 16-aug-19. When i asked for the explanation he told casually it happens. But i felt this breakdown somewhere related to safety, so when i asked about safety, he answered me there is no safety parts in two wheeler. I understand that risk priority number (Rpn) for src component is either 9/10.in that case this ignorance may cancel the license as it is violating government rules & regulation. I was surprised that how casually they are working even in authorized showroom. They may skip some checklist as they are not serious about src features.
                                    -secondly i felt sona tvs showroom people are making tvs maintenance more expensive. They are asking to replace the parts/consumable against tvs standard i. E. Engine oil replacement in 2000 kms where as in tvs manual it is 3000 kms, asking to replace transmission oil even when not required etc.
                                    -my vehicle was grounded 3 times including this complaint. This is not only leading to extra cost, but also wasted my valuable time. Over that they are not ready to accept the fault & arguing like mistake is done by us. Means we have done a mistake by choosing tvs.
                                    -i felt that every service is not done perfectly. So this kind of issue is coming.
                                    -also due to lack of time we could not be available during service. Even though we are available they are not allowing inside. Showroom is making money for replaceable parts (In document) but physically they are not replacing parts/consumable. Once i found operator kept some engine oil which was issued for my bike in dyuthi motors, hunsur road. I gave this feedback to the manager. I was surprised when i went next time they replaced small engine oil with big barrel. I was quite happy. This point is an additional suggestion, if you consider your customer will be delightful. Guarantee is give by company, customer is paying full money for oil replacement, performance is compromised as not meeting manual specs. So
                                    It is up to tvs to improve or not.

                                      I met an accident of tvs jupiter 2 month old and submitted vehicle at alok auto sales, sikandra bodla road agra.
                                      First of all they didn't provide complete claim. When i talk for delivery they provide invoice and same send to insurance company bajaj allianz. When i call to insurance for payment dispersement detail, they told me that invoice is differ from estimate. So disperse amount will deduct. I own 0 depreciation policy from the dealer. It's approx 5 day from the date of vehicle ready. And i m just moving like shuttle. Kind request you to help me out.

                                        I purchased a TVS JUPITER Classic on 21st of June from Shaw Wheels TVS, Baguihati, Kolkata.Its almost been 2months still the dealership is saying my paperwork is not ready.Due to which my CF is also not completed and I cannot take my scooty out in the roads. Is this a joke, and such irresponsible dealership...

                                        Daily i am calling them and they are telling tommorow confirmed, till today, I face faced atleast 10 tommorow's on phone. And the guys working there makes false commitments.
