My name is sweety kandhari from indore madhya pradesh. I purchased jupiter from rajaxmi tv's address is mr 9 near barfani dham. Before four months he denied to give free service. I file my complaint in consumer fouram. My complaint no is 900347. I purchased this bike 26. April2018. I need my all free service and owner say to sorry for rude behaviour.

I had booked a Jupiter on 9th of Aug @ Nandi TVS Mysore(Hinkal Hunsur Road) I wanted the vehicle on 15th Aug, as it was my brother birthday, before booking I confirmed whether black is available or not, they said vehicle is readily available, after booking they dint even bothered to call and update the status of vehicle, no proper customer service, my experience was like buying vegetables in market, at least a USED TWO WHEELER will respect his customer and give the required service, before deliver when I myself called up on 13th, they are said vehicle is not available, and after struggling a lot, they arranged the vehicle and I took delivery on 18th Aug, during delivery they had kept some scratch coupons which they did not provide me, when I asked about the coupon, they said already there was a TVS employee referral discount provided, and hence scratch coupon cannot be provided.NOTE ( TVS employee referral was given from my end and no dealer was involved, total discount was 1600/- and dealer said 800/- discount is from TVS and 800/- from dealer, when I have taken a referral, why is dealer involved in this, in that case, entire discount was supposed to be provided from TVS, I Am not sure whether dealer is telling the truth or not, and also I need necessary action to be taken on dealer, else I’ll register case in consumer court.

I have purchase new jupiter in 14th july in oceanic tvs (Main authorised tvs dealer)

Due to given me emi 2350 rs as per purchse date schme
And today he was inform me 3600 rs emi
And oceanioc are not proper replying me and not solve my problem in last 10 days

Hello my self vidya niwas pandey i have purchased 3 september tvs jupiter in manoj gupta automobile distric shahdol m. P. 5 september mid night 3.00 am my jupiter automatically start engine tvs jupiter without key. How it is possible this is serious issue.
So i[censored] solve the problem within day otherwise i will complain courtcase & consumer forum.

I am suresh bisoi tc, working in a bajaj finance lmt. I bought tvs ntorq on 08/03/2018 from new top tvs jupiter. I am not satisfied with the product and service provided by the dealer (The shelar automobile) pune. With in 10 days it is reported starting problem 3 times. At the time of service they told that the problem is relating to handle issue and brack and silencer. Lst week again serviceing 5th pay amount but still not resolved my problem any how the problem is still existing. Now iam thinking of filing a complaint in consumer court because the scooter bought only before 4 months. But being an honest customer i expect the remedial mesures from the company. Dear manufacturers

I bought one tvs apache 200 4v (Registration no - mp 36 mk 4501) model on 17th aug 2017 from showroom in tikamgarh - madhya pradesh pin code - 472001. Showroom’s name is khurkhuriya tvs.

After some days bike gear indicator start creating problem and even after telling so many times to service man issue is still not resolved.

After some more days bike battery start creating problem which tend to creating problem in starting the bike and when we check the battery it is found that battery water is vaporised thats why bike is not starting from self start.

And now a days bikes engine is creating some irritating sound and when i took the bike to showroom they said this is a common problem in 200 cc apache bikes. Bikes engine tappet is damaged and now we need to replace it but showroom don't have these parts. Due to non-availability of spare i m suffering allot. Please look into it which type of bike it is who is having engine problem within a year. My bike reached only 4700km till now. I am not at all satisfied with apache bike. Its my worst ever purchase. Total waste of mine of mine.

You are requested to may please arrange the replacement of bike or that part as soon as possible.

This is ezaz from Kolkata bought rr310 on 18th of June rided the bike only 250km it seems that the bike is producing white smoke from exhaust which is very shocking.
Bought the bike from shubh Tvs (howrah).today 4th of September went to the service centre given the bike for inspection even they are shock to see the matter.
I request plz look into this matter very closely.

I booked my tvs ntorq (Grey colour) with the balaji dealer on 23th august and today is 4 september i didn't get the scooty. While conforming the others dealers like bk tvs near karkardooma has the grey colour. I want to know wheather they are cheating with us or in real they don't have the grey colour. I also bought the jupiter from the same dealer and after seeing the company reputation and after sale service i prefer to buy the new product of the company. If it is not available to me within 2 to 3 days than i will switch to another company and after that i will not prefer to any one to buy the product from or even not buy the product personally. Pls look into the matter as soon as possible so that i should not have to regret for choosing your company.

I buy the bike on 31/8/2018 in chikkaballapur marathi t. V. S show room bike was manufacture trouble bike front tyre vibration. Back side in break light inside water going and engine belt melting and smell in and registration problem. It's bad for it tvs company wasting of customers money ur company just thiftinng our money response me else i give very bad feed back

Does not support kick start without the battery of new model which is having digital speedometer.in regular service what the tvs company people were doing? On 9th service said battery need to change and its of two years old. The new battery is of two years warranty. The battery to be good they said need to ride vehicle for 22000km in two years, but it ran only 8000km. All the instruction followed per service guy! Never do the self start on first ride of the day!!

Dear sir it is very pathetic of your dealer who can not provide documents of the vehicle purchased on august 3rd. Sir as i am working in a pvt company it is very hard to come here daily. They ask to ce on 1pm. Sometimes their is light proble, printerp problem or the boss has not come yet.
I am ashemed of myself as i have bought bike from this company. Moreover the sales staff is very rude.

Most respectfully i beg to say that i am prashant kumar s/o-baidya nath prasad vill+post-daranagar, p. S.-nauhatta, dist-rohtas, (Bihar) pin-821304. I had buy a bike tvs apache rtr 160 (Red). Whose registration no.- br24t2295, chasis no.- md634ke40g2h85168 and engine no.- oe4hg2032688. When i bought a bike, there was handle and brake problem. I had also serviced several times. I had compline many times in tvs helpline no. But my problem was not solved.

Handle noise is too much on breaker and rear mudguard also noisy i also go on mayank tvs in muzaffarpur and tell them to fix it they add 2 spring on double stand and told me that it will reduce noise. But no improvement still handel and mudguard very noisey and one more thing when i travel in rain backlight fill with water why???
I bought my jupiter classic on 14th may 2018 and i drive my jupiter only 683 km. Why i faces this problem.

I am facing problem regarding "dicky" that is boot of my motorcycle. The service center in my city is just providing a solution for a meanwhile, and the issue is getting arised again and again.

I am very disappointed by the solution your team is providing. Its been a year and till date, the dicky of my motorcycle is not properly working

देनी ऑटोमोबाइल राजेंद्र नगर पटना से एक tvs jupitor classic scooter दिनांक[protected] को खरीदे थे जिसका registration number मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिला है। बिना registration number के मैं एक साल से स्कूटर चला रहा हूँ जिसके उपरांत मुझे दो बार फाइन भी भरना पड़ा है। और जब देनी ऑटोमोबाइल के पास जाते हैं तो वहाँ से बोला जाता है कि अभी तक आपका registration number नहीं आया है तो आपको कहाँ से दूँ। मुझे insurance भी update कराना है जिसका अंतिम तिथि[protected] है। लेकिन बिना registration number के insurance भी update नहीं हो सकता है। और जब भी स्कूटर की सर्विस करवाने जाते हैं तो सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 6 बजे तक वहाँ बैठा दिया जाता है उसके बाद भी ठीक से स्कूटर की सर्विस नहीं की जाती है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि जल्द से जल्द मेरी समस्या का समाधान करने की कृपा करें।

Today i was given my tvs pep plus vehicle to your authorized service centre "tvs olive auto pvt ltd - gurudwara junction visakhapatnam" for general annual maintance service.in which i clearly told the representative that not to change engine oil (I have changed the same only in april 2018) and it was mentioned in their service card also. But the engine oil was changed without information to me. I was forcefully paid the amount (Invoice no:101921 dated:[protected].in turn the representative has argued with me. I don't know where/ to whom i have to complaint. I just posted my feeling here.

Isme rto se passing karakar dene ki baat gangotri walo ne ki thi but gadi lekar 4 months ho gaye ab tak na muze rto ki traf se na gadi ka no. Aya hai na mere gadi ki passing gangotri wale kara kar di hai. Mai roj tvs ke gangotri dukan ke chaakar kat raha hu muze hamesha abi rto se tumhari gadi ka no aa jayega bolte hai but no. Kya nahi...

I am swati nilesh andhale from moshi, district pune.

I have bought tvs jupiter in july 2017 from sai baba tvs showroom bhosari, pune. But i am facing so many problems since i have taken this bike.
Bike does not starts on button in the first start of morning, i have to start it by kick only. So many times i am facing jerk problem while driving. So speed of bike can not go above 40.

We have informed all these problems to the dealer so many times from where we have taken bike, but they are not at all serious about my complaints. They just answering that we are not able to find out fault.

Now i am really very much frustrated about bike issue. Dealer is not at all supporting us. So please give me some solution.
