Due to lapses in services my bikes clutch plates damaged. Now when i approached to your service center they are saying we will give discount on labor charges. Since its the fault of your service center i will not bear any charges for the same. We request to give me the 100% discount on charges

      Dear sir i have purchase scooter in nov 2018. There is a defect in engine of my scooter. I have complaint the problem in 2 nd and 3 rd service and after that 3 or 4 times but my problem still not resolved. My scooter number is up 81 bu 6319. I will purchase the scooter from malhotra tvs samad road aligarh (Up). My name is peeyush singh and my no is [protected]. Please help me in resolving the issue otherwise i will take a help of consumer court. Its very bad that your experts check my scooter 7-8 times but unable to find the exact problem.

        I have taken the quotation of jupiter base model in hem agencies satara maharashtra on 19th august 2018. But in your jupiter official website the ex showroom for satara town is rs 53269 and hem agencies have quoted me rs 57129 for ex showrrom base jupiter model
        I want to know why there is difference in ex showroom price on your website and the dealer is quoting much higher price?..
        I have a mind to purchase the jupiter... But to have it by the price you have given in your official jupiter website... Pfa for quotation and online ex showroom price screen shot..
        Pls revert to my complaint...

          I have purchased tvs jupitor just one year before.in 4th service, i given to supreme tvs service center at dombivali (E).in evening, i picked my jupitor as usual after servicing. I cross checked with service engineer about lubrication oil filled or not and told me that he filled surely.

          After few kms, my scooter stops and engine choked. I took it to service center and i told to replace engine. But they are still convincing me to change only engine damage parts but can not replace whole engine.

          I explained that after engine opened, my scooter is second hand and efficiency will be downed that is not excepted to me.

          Can any one suggest that how i can replace my whole engine because its not mistake. Even i have faced a lot of problem during loading scooter to service center and take leave for one day & cancelled my company site visit.

                I have a Complain Regarding Servicing of my TVS WEGO Scooter (MP09SR2398).Today(23/08/2018) I gave it to Milan TVS Indore for Servicing as there was a continuous vibration in the lower part of the silencer. They charged Rs. 1017 for the same but even after servicing I am facing with the above mentioned problem.They are saying that there is risk of losing Silencer in resolving the issue which is not a professional reply from your side, if you are not able to serve, than please Refund charges taken from me.I am attaching invoice also.

                  My vehicle Scooty Zest TN22DC8524 is having starting trouble - neither able to start using self nor kick starters. Even if it starts after kicking 15-20 times, i can drive only for 1-2 kms and again the engine goes off.

                  Clearly explaining the problem, I have given my vehicle at Arasu TVS Service Center, Porur, Chennai yesterday 22nd Aug 2018 for repair.

                  I did explain to the staff who attended my vehicle that I already changed the fuse twice in last 2 days but it is of no use as the engine will go off in short distance.

                  I received around 12 noon today saying vehicle has been repaired and I have to pay Rs.6/- only towards changing Fuse. I again escalated to the adviser on duty insisting to recheck the vehicle properly. I also mentioned again that I tried changing the fuse twice already but problem still exists.

                  I received a call again within 30 minutes saying they rechecked the vehicle and it is absolutely fine.

                  By taking a taxi I reached the service center and took delivery of the vehicle. While returning, vehicle went off twice and again self starter is not working. I had to kick start to reach home.

                  Now I just made a call to complaint about the issue and I was told by the operator that Mr.Sathish - Service Center Manger is off today and was transferred the to Arun(acting incharge). I verbally explained the whole situation and waiting for some development. The worst part is the vehicle is covered under AMC with this company

                  It is absolute non-sense and unprofessional way of treating the customer. I just noticed there is one more customer had the same issue and I only hope they resolved it.

                    Today i have gone to aditi automobile whose address is c-2 sector-10 noida for servicing my tvs jupiter, when i have reached no body have attend me from the last 30 mins, after that i have seen one poster in the service center mentioning the free pick and drop facility but when i asked to give this facility, they denied to give and said that the poster is misprinted, after that i have gone to mr. Keshav tyagi (Service manager) he also saying the same thing which the service supervisor said.
                    Please don't put wrong poster in service center, i am also attaching the poster pic which i have taken today in service center.

                    The issue is about my Ntorq. The conset part of bike is manufacturer defaulted but I've registered a complaint 2 month ago. But not any reply from service centre and it's been a long time I'm using bike with this issue and im suffering with a major problem of handle. Please take it seriously

                      5 months ago (In nov-2017) i have brought 6-tvs star sport motorcycle for my own tractor sales bussiness.
                      But i have lots of issue regarding motorcycle like startup problem, missing trouble, cylinder compression issue.
                      I already discussed above issue with bundi tvs dealership. No action is taken by bundi tvs dealership.

                      So i requested to you please resolve these issue as soon as possible.

                        Sir i purchased a tv's scooty online from paytam with transaction i'd no [protected] on 20 aug and the dealer was s k tvs shop no 14, 15 subash nagar, new delhi, 2nd s k dealer, block 4a, tilak nagar new delhi 110018
                        Sir when i went to select scooty at s k tvs showroom at tilak nagar before five days, there sales man told me on road price of rs 58074 inclusive foot rest, side stand, indicater burger, mirrors, matt, charging point & front tokari and said all colours are available with them
                        I made the payment of rs 51663 online on 20 aug 2018 through paytam for scooty
                        When i went to the dealer with balance payment for delivery the dealer said which color i want it is not available with him and he can't provide although it is available in another showroom also he said u have to give extra charges for mobile charging point and front tokari
                        When i said to cancel my order he refused
                        The dealer gave me the false statements
                        Now i want to cancel and the payment made online of rs 51663 for tvs scooty should be refunded back to my account soon
                        I also registered a complaint with paytam and tvs co but no response
                        It is therefore requested to you please look after the matter & take the necessary action as soon as possible thanks

                          Hi,

                          I am trying to write a letter to the Century TVS service care (Dapodi) where serviced my bike after my bike was starting in the middle of the road. The work done on the bike was half-assed and I am pissed.
                          1. A month back my Apache RTR 160 (MH12 NF9560) had a starting problem in the middle of the road when Dapodi service center guy toed my vehicle to the service center.
                          Then he did some repairing and the bike started.
                          2. On very next day again I had the same problem and I am again pissed in the middle of the road, again toed my vehicle by myself at night to service center Dapodi, this time I serviced my bike, changed the battery as suggested by service center guy.
                          3. On very next day, again the same problem and I am again middle of the road. Called Dapodi service center they toed my vehicle to Dapodi serivce center and this time they changed some starter COIL
                          4. Very next day again same routine. My bike was starting again I am in middle of the road, called service center Dapodi, they toed my bike and this time they changed entire wiring of the bike.
                          5. Now I was in the impression that this will not happen again but as again today (yesterday only I taken my bike from service center) I was going to office and engine switched off in the middle of the road.

                          Last 1 month I was struggling with my bike and service center guys don't know whats going on with my bike they are just randomly changing the bike parts. I almost spent my 7000 rs till now and level of frustration is unbearable now.

                          In Entire one month its just my regular routine now to take my bike on Saturday and return to them on very next Sunday or Monday.

                          The garage is supposed to be one of the best in Pune but my experience has been nothing but hassle. Also, I want to convey disappointment, dissatisfaction, and a resolve to have my bike issue worked out. How can I get this across in a letter? Can someone help me out with this please?

                          In addition to this, I brought my bike from Century TVS Wakadewadi show room and its not even been 2 years.

Which actually I haven't took any loan in they organisation because of this my score are getting lower be each month.I can't even apply any new loans because of this issue . kindly help me to resolve this issue if possible..

                              Since the very first day the self start and kicking is not working properlty even they have changed the battery after purchasing of one month.

                              I would request you to kindly get it replaced with another one and otherwise i would have no option to go to consumeer court.

                                I left my scooty pep for service at sbm ayanavaram on 18th aug and taken delivery on 19th aug... There are too many scratches on the head light cover on both the sides... I’m not getting proper response from service centre executives. My vehicle number is tn05 au 6217... I’ve never experienced such a worst service in my life. Please replace the damaged parts at the earliest... Hoping to get some justice to my grievance

                                  Sir, i was buy a bike tvs apachi rtr 180 from joy motors thakurpukur on 2nd nov 2017. Then i am going to survice... After 2nd survice i faced a problem.in handel ball bearing then i am going to the survice center and told the problem. They tight the ball bearing and say no problem... But now the handle of my bike was not moving easyly when i am going ti survice center the told that this is my fault. But the excuse are meaning less. So please take some steps to solve the problem.

                                    After your first service in shree laxmi automobiles shop no12, yogayog building, ghanshyam gupte cross road, dombivli west 412202 on 01/08/2018. I face several problems like my vehical get's sudden stop. It looes its ignition.
                                    We concern several times with your dealer mr. Vikas (R. K. Automobiles) from date 10/8/2018. He picked my vehical from last 10 days. He and your company till date does not give any proper responce.. Also i suffer major harassment from showroom. I request you that resolve my problem or give replacement of vehical.

                                        Sir, i am planning to visit and purchase a new tvs jupiter from nainital motor haldwani but the dealer at haldwani ask for a higher price as compared to the price provided by the tvs website. He also ask to pay for handling charges i. E rupees 600 extra. He is not providing side stand, foot rest seat cover etc with the new scooty as described by u. Please tell me about the complete scooty with external parts that the company provides to a customer.
