Sir, i was buy a bike tvs apachi rtr 180 from joy motors thakurpukur on 2nd nov 2017. Then i am going to survice... After 2nd survice i faced a problem.in handel ball bearing then i am going to the survice center and told the problem. They tight the ball bearing and say no problem... But now the handle of my bike was not moving easyly when i am going ti survice center the told that this is my fault. But the excuse are meaning less. So please take some steps to solve the problem.

K automobiles, shop no1, 2, 3, 4, vishwaroop apartment, mahatma phule road, garibacha wada, dombivli (W) 421202. Mob no.[protected] vikas kadam.
    After your first service in shree laxmi automobiles shop no12, yogayog building, ghanshyam gupte cross road, dombivli west 412202 on 01/08/2018. I face several problems like my vehical get's sudden stop. It looes its ignition.
    We concern several times with your dealer mr. Vikas (R. K. Automobiles) from date 10/8/2018. He picked my vehical from last 10 days. He and your company till date does not give any proper responce.. Also i suffer major harassment from showroom. I request you that resolve my problem or give replacement of vehical.

Everytime it made problem in starting. Now this time only seven months passed and vehicle is not starting any how. After contacted with the sales person he said you are used less this is the reason.         Sir, i am planning to visit and purchase a new tvs jupiter from nainital motor haldwani but the dealer at haldwani ask for a higher price as compared to the price provided by the tvs website. He also ask to pay for handling charges i. E rupees 600 extra. He is not providing side stand, foot rest seat cover etc with the new scooty as described by u. Please tell me about the complete scooty with external parts that the company provides to a customer.

          Dear team,

          I am writing this email as a complaint against my tvs apache 200 4v bike. I purchased the bike on last sunday (12th august 2018) and on tuesday (14th august 2018) the bike stopped when i was coming to my office. The bike was not able to start at all. I was standing on the road for around 1-2 hours after which one of tvs technician came arranged by customer care tvs.

          Later the bike was delivered to the tvs showroom from where i purchased it. They guys took three days to diagnose and three different people on showroom were telling me three different problem regarding the bike. See below.

          1. There is some dust in carburetor that is why it happened.
          2. There is some water in fuel tank that is why it stopped.
          3. My 5 liters of petrol in petrol tank got mixed with engine oil inside the chamber where engine oil resides and they opened the engine to clean the same.

          This is totally unacceptable that after two days i purchased the bike it has that severe problem which cannot be explain as you see above. I was never driving this bike above 40 kmph as suggested by the showroom people and bike stopped working when i was driving it and it was already 6 km i drove the vehicle.

          Kindly look into this.

            Service is not good . I bought two tvs jupiter from Alliance tvs in one month. When I gave my tvs jupiter for first service they took long time for service. And service was not good . I give 5 no from 10 for the service. I'm not satisfied from tvs.
            Wrost vehicals & service i ever seen in automobile sector

            i purchase buy tvs jupiter in apr-18 during past 3 months problem in handle i took it to service center of bhavnagar gujarat where two service center. Dispite of two service centers no one can solve my problem but new problems created like loose body fitting when i told about that service center told that body problem is company manufacturing fault whenever we open body first time after that body in front part not possible to pack. What is this? after that they fit body by fitting of extra screw without my permission. And most important thing is the problem of handle is continue. This happens after 3 services during 3 months.

            Overall i not ever advice anyone to buy any tvs vehicle because its wrost manufacturing and service i ever seen in automobile sector.

                    Before two months ago I have buy TVS Jupiter from Ahmedabad showroom but still not get number plate we have call in the company so many times but not get satisfactory answer. we call verytime but not getting any positive response this is not acceptable from tvs which is most famous brand if mu issue will not be resolved withing 7 days then I will not recommend anyone for tvs

                    please resolve this issue asap

                      George this side, before i had tvs streak that had some mechanical problem where it was 2013 model the tvs showroom did not find the spare part from 4 to 5 month and still open (The comment from tvs service providers was it is old model so the problem arrived)

                      Now - i have purchased tvs apache 160 4v double disk in the month of june-18.in 2 weeks the back seater foot rest ankle broke from the left side while sitting (Such a ridicules quality material is been used for casting)

                      Again - more than 2 month i am struggling to get the part from tvs show room but (Got to know from tvs representative that as it is new vehicle parts are not available) i guess tvs wanted to prove that, i have choose a wrong brand for the second time.

                      If old bike no parts found & if new bike no parts

                      I regret for the choice, and will never refer any one to tvs.

                        I am happy that you have home pickup service for doing servicing.

                        But the authorised person coming in take the vehicle is not noting down the work to be done and not giving acknwledgement

                        Is your servicing covers - water servicing?? Because on two occasions, i have observed that the body was not cleaned properly. Outside cleaning was not upto the mark and dicky was not cleaned at all.

                        You are charging gst (Good and service tax) over and above all charges levied on me, which should be inclusive of gst

                          I've bought the latest version of tvs apache 200 (2.0) race edition on april 24th 2018. Now after using it for 4 months there was a sudden change in the self start sound there was a huge chocking sound from past 2 weeks. Thought so it could be the battery problem didn't care much about it. But on last saturday i. E., on 11th of august 2018. When i took it to the near by tvs showroom they have updated me that there is a problem in the self start motor as it was said that there is problem in the self start motor of the bike and it may cost around rs.3000/- for the repair and replacement of those parts my gut feeling is that it is the manufacturing issue of the motor since it was bought just 4 months ago. And i need to know whether it comes under the warranty given by the company. Need a quick turn around for this complaint.

                                  I bought this scooty on 29 july 2018 from bhavya tvs (Alambagh branch). 2 days later i tried to start the scooty but it didn't start. I called the salesperson (Rajiv) and complained about it he told me to take it to bhavya tvs (Aashiana branch).
                                  This whole process happened 3 times. Even after that the scooty didn't start again today.
                                  I am very disappointed with the product. Kindly look into the replacement of the product because i can't keep on getting a new scooty repaired again and again.

But still they are not provided extra fittings like insurance copy, floor sheet, ladies handle, sheet cover, hand grep extra,. Daily i am following to sv motor showroom but they are support. I am relay disappointment to buy this sector. Kindly check and resolve my query asap.

                                    I had apache rtr160 bs4 blue. The yellow light not glow properly even after the bike get petrol dry.But when i laying down the bike it glows for sometime and when the bike is in steady condition( i.e. normal side stand) the light gets glows off.so please give me the solution as soon as possible...
                                    14 days had passed the bike's Accident Insurance claim till now no insurance claim was made.

                                      I wish to bring your kind attention the deteriorating service prevailing at above service out let of your company. This scooter was bought at your madhavan park bangalore show room viz ms bharath tvs show room, when my daughter was your employee in audit section of your factory in elctronic city in 2012. Since then it has hardly run 10000 kms as it is sparingly used, & sofar i never face any service problem & i was getin excellent service at your company show room where i bought it.in 2015 i moved to uttarhalli main road & patronised tvs purva for servicing & mr deppak who was incharge used to give excellent service. Now i find it has changed hands & has been taken over from deepak. Day before yesterday 10th aug' 2018 i left the scooter for service at 10 am & when i wen to pick up at 7pm it was not ready & i got the delivery of the vehicle at 6pm on 11th aug 2018 & to my surprise there is no show room incharge & at this old age of 68 i had to deal with non managerial staff of show room & i found accelerator cable & spark plug has been changed, the usual procedure is customer is contacted on phone after arrival of show room incharge & told about the estimate of servicing & nothing such has happened, i keep quiet & i brought the vehicle after paying rs 3000?- inclusive one tubeless tyre & i find the service charge is exorbitant & i brought the vehicle to my flat just few 100 yards away & when i started the vehicle at 6am today to go to mkt for sunday purchase it failed to start after hard try for 10 mints it started thro kick start & after filling petrol near my house it didn't start at all, i pushed the vehicle in this old age & rain to my flat. I feel at loss at the quality of service, just a year back i have changed the battery also at the same show room. If this is the quality o f servicing prevailing who will have confidence in you after sale's service. Now i request you whom i should contact for my scooter to start again & i would very glad if you could arrange pick up & drop service for senior citizens who still use ur scooter & give relief to my endless scooter problem. Kindly note bharath tvs outlet is 5 kms from my house & i believe the can do good job & they can even charge me extra for pick up service. Kindly have it arranged.

                                      Also please note i will not enter again to tvs purva, uttarhalli main road, bangalore, as i find totally unprofessional approach & ill equipped. I would also advise my near & dear one's not to patronise this show room, please note the undersigned is a philanthropist, ex gm of a leading co, ex faculty member of b'lore university & iim trained professional who teach & educate people fee on net in about ten countries.

                                      An early action in this regard is very much appreciated.
