This is to bring to your kind attention that my father purchased tvs excel super heavy duty for my sister sruthi nalam on 02/2012 in an exchange offer in tvs show room bapatla-522101, we surrendered the mahindra rodeo two wheeler vehicle in tvs show room. At the time of surrendering vehicle in show room we submitted all relative documents of our mahindra vehicle and filled all the forms 29 & 30. But recently we received e-challan of fine rs.600/- from rta office guntur due to not wearing helmet. We went to tvs showroom bapatla and informed the same to them and demanded the details of new user of our mahindra vehicle, they are recklessly answering to whom we sold we don’t know. Is this is the correct way to answer?
It is the minimum responsibility of showroom person to check either resold vehicle got re - registered by new user or not. By trusting you people we purchased tvs in exchange offer, it is the minimum common sense to take the proofs of the person to whom you are reselling

Maine gadi 11 june ko genuine motors kanpur se tvs apache rtr red 160 kharidi thi... Jisme 2 din bad hi sanker leak ho gaya, horn ek diya tha aur ab cluch plate chali gai hai... Gadi pick up nhi bna rhi hai, jbki abhi 3 mahine hi hue hai... Agency me dikhaya to bol rhe hain paise do tb thik hogi... Mai kya kru abb... Aur gusse me dant k bhaga dete hai... Jbki time to time service bhi karai hai hmne

I have one scooty pep+ since last 3 years. Vehicle was delivered from kathir motors karamana, trivandrum kerala. At first 6th month my accelerator cable broken while i was in drive, i requested local assistance and during the warranty period they charged and replaced the broken one.
Now last week also same happened, while in drive again accelerator cable broken, narrow escaped from accident also. How these kathir tvs dealer value a customer life. If i got any unexpected accident who will take responsibility.
And during these 3 years i have changed 4 side stands, 2 speedometer cables and right side chase also broken.
So i really fed up with your service team, and lost complete trust with tvs scooty pep+
Even while talking to your service team, they are laughing each other and says these are regular things here. So i'm not ready play my life with such untrustworthy travel partner.
Hope you can understand my emotion as a customer.

I purchased two vehicles of yr company wego and scooty. Yr company gives 5 yrs warranty on scooty when i purchased.. Since purchase scooty was knocking, i tried to tell dealer but he ignored. After one 1yr he advised to change belt and take money of it. Afterwards at changing of rare breakliners he cut drum and change many parts and changed rs 4000. Then i want to ask what is 5yrs warranty. Today my scooty is suddenly stopping now i am fearing to give yr service station

I have enquired about apache rtr 160 4v from matrix tvs showroom, taverekere main road, bangalore. The executive gave me the emi structure and details etc in proforma invoice also stating that the financer is tvs capital/credit. However when i went there in another week to book the bike, there is a clarification on emi which they want to get it from your tvs capital/credit and said they will get back to me. It is extremely saddened situation that it's been another week and still i have not received any response from them, instead it's me as a customer who has visited the showroom so many times. Your sales of apache rtr series might have rose to 3 million sir/madam in recent times but then let me tell you ignoring a single customer can also lead to a downfall, this is what your sales offices are serving to customers? As a customer, you are delighted to buy something new but with this kind of service or lack of professionalism, it creates a serious thought... Is tvs the right choice.

I purchase my vehicle tvs jupitor in 9 april 2018 from trijal tvs, marathalli, bangalore. Due to some accident in 8 august 2018, some parts got damaged. I went to service center trijal tvs, marathahalli, bangalore, he told me come to some other day due to insurance surveyor unavailability. So i decided to bear the expense from my pocket and will apply for reimbursement. Finally trijal tvs given estimate on 22nd august 2018 and paid advance of rs.8000 on 28 august 2018 for some spare parts, they told me that it will take 5 days for logistic of spare parts and will call you once it delivered. I did not receive call after waiting of 7 days, even tried to call almost 8 times but not responding even the call. So i went to workshop to check the status he told it will take 2 more days we will call you 11 sep 2018 but till now not the single call i got from tvs. Even i am trying the concerned person number, he is not picking the call. Almost i went more than 10 times, but not getting any reply from tvs, always got false promise of next date. I dont want any service from tvs only need my money back.
Please look into that issue.

Today when i went to bulland motor 407/1 prem nagar opp sivaji nagar for my jupiter service it got damaged at side fender in their parking lot with deep scratches from a person working at service centre only
Name of person is shahrukh
Same was reported by me to mr yogesh service manager present at time of service
Now my request is to compensate for damage done by replacing the parts which are damaged

At ganga motors arsikere they are doing irrelevant business with customers in tp government has received 136 rupees the showroom persons asking 700 something amount with me what a rubbish on going on in showrooms its completely illegal business

Hi this is kishore from venkatagiri recently i bought tvs scooty pep plus[protected] from the dealer srinivasa tvs venkatagiri next day vehicle had starting problem immediately i contacted to the show room they told me there is no problem you can go. On next day same problem suddenly vehicle has stopped till not started i paid the amount of 53000/- for vehicle just now they told me vehicle has some problem you can change some spare parts of vehicle it will be fine. Why i can change spare parts for my new vehicle. I don't want it please check the matter and please i want replacement new vehicle or pay my cash back

I have raised a complaints with reference number 119501 and i have been promised that one of the executive will visit my house to look at the issue with my jupiter scooter. I got a message from shree sai wheels asking to visit their workshop. My complaint was specifically against them as they dont have good mechanic to resolve the problem. Please re-look at my original complaint and resolve the issue

I nirmal bhattacharya had booked a vehicle tvs jupiter and paid rs 40, 000 in the month of april (On loan exchange) at shree sai tvs, shop no 5- plot no 25, sec 1, nerul east, mumbai pune highway service road. Monthand a half back i checked and was informed by priyanka sales executive that a lady had come down and this sales executive handed over the advance money to her without my knowledge or any written approval. She says she is my wife, i have a divorce proceeding pending and do not understand how can the sales executive hand over the money without my written permission. Please let me know how can you compensate back or i will be forced to take it up in court of law. It seems surprising that no verification was done and the money was handed over.

Hi, recently few days before i gave sooty zest for service, issue:. Iginition problem. Yesterday they serviced and delivered with list of changes which costed rupees 2813/- including 1825/- for amc. They said they changed fuel tube and other tubes. Also they serviced electric wires. Today again it did not start. I checked from bottom of the bike and i could find they have not changed any tubes and wiring were just tapped with old. Scooty zest tn 11 3983. Jobcard:5702. I need to escalate this issue not doing proper service and fake complaints.

In my kalamkar tvs showroom, i had given my bike for the apache rtr 200 service on[protected]. When i was on a motorcycle delivery on[protected], when there was a piece missing on the bike, i asked the sales manager when i after the bike was given then it was said now, i did not get any response waiting for 30 minutes and they do not have any parts available. Your verry verry poor service of kalamkar tvs baner

Hamne tvs jupiter scooty 13/09/2017 ko qamar tvs sambhal ke yaha se kharidi thi jiski service ham time to time kara rhe hai, abhi hamne 06/07/18 ko bhi service karai, us service main unhone scooty main mobil nahi dala aue mobil ke rs bhi hamse le liye jiski wajah se scooty band ho gayi jab hamne apke distributor se kaha to woh hamse gali galoch karne laga aur dhakke dekar bahar nikalne ko kahne laga hamari scooty usi ke point par hai aur woh kuch sunne ko tyar nahi hai aur bhi bhut sare customar hai jo uski gali galoch se preshan hai apki company ka naam kharab ho rha hai, ab humari scooty bekar ho gayi ham kya kare apke distributor ki fir karay

I have paid 72400 cash.. I need replacement as soon as possible.. Bohat problems aarahi hai display band hota hai chalte chalte.. Engine bhi band.. Speed breakers p asaani se chadti nahi hai.. Agar maine 72400 kharcha kiya toh kis pay kiya aisi defective peice k liye kya.. I want replacement thank u very much

I purchased jupiter in aug 2017 from tvs dynamic rajapuri, dwarka, delhi. Three days back my speedometer stopped working. I booked an online appointment with with the same tvs service centre for today 0900 hrs. I reached there 15 min early, my turn came at 1015 hrs, i was told a cable of speedometer is broken and i need to pay. I asked how come in one year did it broke and why should i pay my vehicle is under primary warranty. To this i was told things which i didn't understood. I had wasted much time so i agree that i will pay for the same. Then i was told that the small 2 inch spare part is not available in two story huge service centre. After wasting two hours of my sunday i was sent back without resolving my scooters defect. I don't know what this shows, incompetency of the tvs the company or the service centre. If it looks like a cheating with your customer who chose tvs over more than a dozen of two wheeler manufacturers, then please do something about this.

Saibaba sales chinchwad pune (Pin-411044) is not giving my vehicle apache rtr 160 registration number from last 60 days. I have been charged thrice by the traffic policeman during this time (App. 1500 rs.), everytime i make a call to the showroom they made some nonsense excuse and asked me to call later.

Pls do the needful. I am fed up of their service now
