Dear sir
I have purchased tvs ntorque 125 cc bike at april end from sidhhivinayak tvs showroom.
Sarvice is very bad, no technical person for sarvicing bike. Not serious for customer requirements.
After 4 month my bike silencer cover welding broken.
Showroom not ready to replair this.
Please improve your fabrication welding.
Bracket fitting and give customer satisfaction.
I want to replace my silencer cover with tvs cost.

    Hi sir, madam,

    Tvs kubera showroom in malleshwaram (Link road) bangalore, 560003, is creating nuisance to neighbors. Showroom/service center is close to residential area and frequent bike honking, accelerating to high noise, during vehicle wash sound creation, making surrounding areas unhygienic are creating disturbance to senior citizen and children and affecting there health and studies. As a right to life, i request concerned people to close the showroom or move beyond the residential area.

      This is vijay puri goswami. I am very excited when i purchase tvs jupiter classic from bhilwara rajasthan pin code - 311001 showroom name - vinod tvs showroom. I am unhappy after purchase not for company. I unhappy because when i was run only 30 km. Than i change my plan to tvc jupiter to tvs appache 160 rtr 4v so i ask my jupiter value which is only 30 km run than show room says that 51000/- value of my jupiter. And i pay 67000/- for my jupiter. Only 35 km run my jupiter and prize decries rs. 16000/- unbelievable. Than i purchase bajaz pulser. So first impression so bad.

      Second whan i go to showroom first service than they told plase take appointment for service than come tomorrow. I say ok no problem and i go from there. Some family reason i will not reach next at showroom. And go third day than they says that again take appointment and come tomorrow. Staff taking very dirty talk.

      This is my & my family first and last bike.
      Please pay attention for this letter.

        I got my veh serviced on 08.09.2018. I drove my veh to service stn. A tril run prior to undertake servicing was carried out by rep of service center. An estimate of approx 750/= was given to me (Including servicing charge and change of service kit). Latter in the evening when i went to collect my veh i was told that air injector was broken and an addition charge of rs 750 was taken from me. The unserviceable item was handed over to me. When i querried from them that with the part broken, can a vehicle run smoothly, as my veh was in good running condition. No one was ready to reply. With a doubt of been deceived, i checked from other mechanics outside. Everyone told me that the point which is broken is supplying petrol to engine and if broken, veh will not run. I am enclosing photographs of broken item and their job card. Please confirm to me whether veh will run with such part broken. Please resolve my issue at the earliest

          Payment was deducted from my bank account and payment gateway shows that payment successful and order was confirm but again showing me order was not confirm so i had to call flipkart but there is no any response regarding my deducted balance total amount deducted from my account is rs.6029.             I own a tvs jupiter. And have starting problem from the beginning bsiv. I had purchased the vechile in the month of november 2017.in the month of july the vechile stopped functioning and this had been towed to vashi agree sai wheels tvs service station.
            They took 4 days to resolve the issue had finally changed the spark plug and told me that issue resolved and charged me as they said spark plug is not covered in the warranty.
            Now i have realised they had done nothing as the problem reoccurred. I m unable to use my scooter. I beleive the shree sai wheelservice center at vashi nahi mumbai dont have good mechanic and lost trust on them.
            Please arrange to get my scooter at your main service centre and rectify the problem. Please make sure that thus is rectified for one and all.
            The vechile is in my wife's name ruma biswas and frame no is md626eg48h1n23455
            I m very disgusted with the performance and beleive the model is defective. Also you charge for everything during your so called free servicing and when questioned they say this is not part of warranty.

              My tvs jupiter is taken good care of and sparingly used for small distances. The two vents which are shown in added image are capped as it is always blocked by insexts with mud (Section 377😂). My scooter goes off suddenly while running anywhere, anytime without warning.
              Had it not been for smiling good service for this problem by sai radha motors, koteshwara, by now my scooter would have been white elephant. Why did u make such vents prone to insects without a mesh-cap? Pl find a solution to my constant problem. As for now, it will remain like this😂 forever while parked. Let me see whether the problem is going to repeat again inspite of the 'new cap'. Let me repeat this has been my constant problem since i bought 2yrs back. Only now both vents have been capped. Tell me, what is an effective solution which the company can provide?

                    I had serviced my vehicle in Bharat TVS . I had told them to service my vehicle and change the brake liners. The didn't serviced my vehicle properly and they didn't give me the old liners which they had replaced.. the brake is totally not working from the date they have serviced my vehicle. So I need you to immediately look after it.The supervisor are the worst and don't know it how to speak .. I want an immediate response and immediate action to be taken on them

                      I have made a claim in respect of my bike TVS Victor (Reg. No. WB20AY2503) which had an accident recently causing a big dent on the fuel tank. Your Service Manager started the work taking approval from the insurance company namely ICICI Lombard (Policy No. 3005/TV[protected]/00/000) without my consent. They didn't replace the tank and left it with the dent although I requested them to replace the tank. I told them to ask me and take my consent before working on my bike as soon as they get approval from the insurance company. Due to their negligence my bike couldn't be repaired. Now I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this big issue otherwise I will not receive my bike, rather I will take legal action against your company as well as the Insurance Company.

                        Complaint is speedo meter not working, roller comb, left mirror, oil seal, and front vibrations, , ,
                        Service start date is 8sept2018 and 13sept showroom executive called and asked the service is redy, total payment is 4400/-

                          This is additional to my earlier complaint,
                          Today they called for delivery of my jupiter vehicle at 10am, after reaching there at 9.45am they give me a shock to pay rs. 1, 680/ balance to be paid at 10.30am, as per the earlier breakup i was supposed to pay rs. 690/- there was no clarification for the additional amount given after repatdingly asking for, they did not give proper explanation. Pay the balance amount and take delivery of the vehicle, since today was aspouics day we were planned well in advance for delivery same was informed to them also. We paid the balance amount and took delivery of the vehicle since it was aspouics day and my wife first vehicle purchase, our day was spoiled we did not like the behavior of the staff, another who booked the vehicle got the scratch card immediately, the customer asked whether we were given scratch card in front of the staff, the staff ignored us, where has for us no scratch card not given after paying full amount and taking delivery. After asking them they ignored to give us the scratch card. I don't now for how many customers they are cheating?.

                            After informing in advance regarding the insurance to be rti at the time of booking, they have done comprehensive insurance. Secondly they have delivered the vehicle in bad cleaning on the vehicle, i have taken photographs of the same, in the warranty book they have mentioned different chassis number, emailed them well in in advance for the clarification on insurance and registration still now no reply. They have cheated me on insurance and after taking delivery they have not given the scratch card also. I have all communication email and photos of the vehicle at the time delivery. I want this to be rectified.

                              I was done my 3rd servicing from Rishaan Auto PUNE on 22 aug, 18. for which i again visited same store after getting issue, now they are said me you need to change cluth box which is getting issue.

                              2. Facing issue with my new bike within 6 month of buying bike.

                                I have 91 tvs jupiter bike number is gj 3 km 3343 give the bike service to time and i mention the job card for steering vibration but company give me the solution after 2 months there is a tyre problem and when i visit to tvs tyre showroom the employee told me you your tire has been depreciate 25% and you have pad 300 rupees for the exchange new tyre the main problem is
                                When i give the bike first service and second service i have mentioned in job card the mustering was vibrational but this problem cannot be clear after 2 months third time i have go to the showroom and talk with technicians answered me this is a tier problem you have go to the tyre showroom when he was submit my one of one of the person number the name was darshan tank when i call the darshan tank he give me the address of nearest tyre showroom when have visit showroom 25% depreciate bike tyre and he said me you have paid 300 rupees of this and you have gave to new tires when i when i give the breakfast time of service and second time the showroom not aware about problem and after 85 days to showroom tell me there is a tie a problem so why i have give 300 rupees on my pocket there is no my fault is company service centre fault please look at and do for the needful i want to change my tyre without any charges because there is not not not my fault this is showroom fault thank you regards sagar rathod

                                  Mr. Surendra owner of sk TVs nawalgarh dist Jhunjhunu Rajasthan have no manner to talk with a coustmer.he missbehave with me when I was go for my bike service. I am so disappointed with his behaviour. TVs bikes are best but your dealers are like Gabbar Singh. I will never go to sktvs nawalgarh for my bike service or purchase a new bike.

                                    Hi,

                                    I own a TVS Apache 180 ABS, which was purchased back in 20 April 2016. At the time of purchase I also opted for extended warranty as well.

                                    I've read the list which has details of the parts covered under extended warranty and I've also done servicing of my bike from authorised service center as per the guidelines.

                                    At the moment, I have an issue with the bike, the ABS and the speedometer stopped working and I took the bike to the service center and they said that the rear wheel speed sensor is not working and also "N9161800 WIRING HARNESS" is at fault.

                                    They also said that the rear sensor would be changed under warranty, but the wiring harness is not covered under the extended warranty. But as per the extended warranty booklet, the wiring is covered (check attachment)

                                    What am I missing here? Would really appreciate if you could clarify this.

                                      Very very poor service from TVS service center.
                                      They had given us time that service center opens at 8 o'clock but we are standing there from.15 minutes and service center was still no open.We were standing there since 8 so that we are attended first but the service person vikas goes to lady who just came and started making job sheet.
                                      At first they came late and after even being late they are saying "10-15 minutes late ho jata hai".
                                      Is there any value for customer's time or not??

                                        I completed first free service for my tvs wego in dhiraa motors (Chennai - 87) today. The service was very poor. They don't even did water wash. My vehicle is not starting in the first attempt, it requires more self start attempts to start. Please keep a good employees. Due to this poor service from you people i don't think i will prefer tvs vehicle anymore in my life.
