Complaint is speedo meter not working, roller comb, left mirror, oil seal, and front vibrations, , ,
Service start date is 8sept2018 and 13sept showroom executive called and asked the service is redy, total payment is 4400/-
Am unsatisfied for the above service..please do needful as soon as possible

    Dear sir/madam,
    This is additional to my earlier complaint,
    Today they called for delivery of my jupiter vehicle at 10am, after reaching there at 9.45am they give me a shock to pay rs. 1, 680/ balance to be paid at 10.30am, as per the earlier breakup i was supposed to pay rs. 690/- there was no clarification for the additional amount given after repatdingly asking for, they did not give proper explanation. Pay the balance amount and take delivery of the vehicle, since today was aspouics day we were planned well in advance for delivery same was informed to them also. We paid the balance amount and took delivery of the vehicle since it was aspouics day and my wife first vehicle purchase, our day was spoiled we did not like the behavior of the staff, another who booked the vehicle got the scratch card immediately, the customer asked whether we were given scratch card in front of the staff, the staff ignored us, where has for us no scratch card not given after paying full amount and taking delivery. After asking them they ignored to give us the scratch card. I don't now for how many customers they are cheating?.

      After informing in advance regarding the insurance to be rti at the time of booking, they have done comprehensive insurance. Secondly they have delivered the vehicle in bad cleaning on the vehicle, i have taken photographs of the same, in the warranty book they have mentioned different chassis number, emailed them well in in advance for the clarification on insurance and registration still now no reply. They have cheated me on insurance and after taking delivery they have not given the scratch card also. I have all communication email and photos of the vehicle at the time delivery. I want this to be rectified.

        I was done my 3rd servicing from Rishaan Auto PUNE on 22 aug, 18. for which i again visited same store after getting issue, now they are said me you need to change cluth box which is getting issue.

        my below 2 complaints as below,
        1. Respective service center not doing good services
        2. Facing issue with my new bike within 6 month of buying bike.

          I have 91 tvs jupiter bike number is gj 3 km 3343 give the bike service to time and i mention the job card for steering vibration but company give me the solution after 2 months there is a tyre problem and when i visit to tvs tyre showroom the employee told me you your tire has been depreciate 25% and you have pad 300 rupees for the exchange new tyre the main problem is
          When i give the bike first service and second service i have mentioned in job card the mustering was vibrational but this problem cannot be clear after 2 months third time i have go to the showroom and talk with technicians answered me this is a tier problem you have go to the tyre showroom when he was submit my one of one of the person number the name was darshan tank when i call the darshan tank he give me the address of nearest tyre showroom when have visit showroom 25% depreciate bike tyre and he said me you have paid 300 rupees of this and you have gave to new tires when i when i give the breakfast time of service and second time the showroom not aware about problem and after 85 days to showroom tell me there is a tie a problem so why i have give 300 rupees on my pocket there is no my fault is company service centre fault please look at and do for the needful i want to change my tyre without any charges because there is not not not my fault this is showroom fault thank you regards sagar rathod

            Mr. Surendra owner of sk TVs nawalgarh dist Jhunjhunu Rajasthan have no manner to talk with a coustmer.he missbehave with me when I was go for my bike service. I am so disappointed with his behaviour. TVs bikes are best but your dealers are like Gabbar Singh. I will never go to sktvs nawalgarh for my bike service or purchase a new bike.

              Hi,

              I own a TVS Apache 180 ABS, which was purchased back in 20 April 2016. At the time of purchase I also opted for extended warranty as well.

              I've read the list which has details of the parts covered under extended warranty and I've also done servicing of my bike from authorised service center as per the guidelines.

              At the moment, I have an issue with the bike, the ABS and the speedometer stopped working and I took the bike to the service center and they said that the rear wheel speed sensor is not working and also "N9161800 WIRING HARNESS" is at fault.

              They also said that the rear sensor would be changed under warranty, but the wiring harness is not covered under the extended warranty. But as per the extended warranty booklet, the wiring is covered (check attachment)

              What am I missing here? Would really appreciate if you could clarify this.

                Very very poor service from TVS service center.
                They had given us time that service center opens at 8 o'clock but we are standing there from.15 minutes and service center was still no open.We were standing there since 8 so that we are attended first but the service person vikas goes to lady who just came and started making job sheet.
                At first they came late and after even being late they are saying "10-15 minutes late ho jata hai".
                Is there any value for customer's time or not??

                  I completed first free service for my tvs wego in dhiraa motors (Chennai - 87) today. The service was very poor. They don't even did water wash. My vehicle is not starting in the first attempt, it requires more self start attempts to start. Please keep a good employees. Due to this poor service from you people i don't think i will prefer tvs vehicle anymore in my life.

                    I bought a tvs ntorq, it's runned more than 750 km

                    What is this,

                      Since last 4 months i am facing various issues and bad condition on my bike. I visited to their service center many times for these issues, but they could not fix it. I complaint and mail to them related this, but still problem is increasing and they could not find any solution. Service center kept my bike so many times with them for checking and repairing but all vain. Last time when i went to service center, they said its all done, and all problems are fixed now. But next day on wards same problem occurred. Then i informed to them, service center manager said, he will send one mechanic to my location for checking, but till date not a single guy came, also after this call no body follow up.

                      I am fed up from TVS now, lots of problems i am facing, but not a single solution they are giving.

                      Kindly help me out.

                      I visited their Faridabad workshop. There Satya, workshop manager checked my bike and sugeest me to go to Okhla workshop as parts was not available at Faridabad workshop. Also he ensured me for best service and he called Mr.Pankaj, manager at Okhla's service centre and told which part has to be changed in my bike. But Pankaj asked then if i will pay by cash (as he was may be thinking i will use my complain against this and will demand for free repairing, but i paid all the amount without asking a single penny discount . but this is really so unfair question asked by a manager.). Day before yesterday i went to Okhla centre and called Pankaj, manager at Okhla service centre. He told that meet Mr. Sandeep as he was busy in some meeting. It was around 1.00 p.m and i handed over my bike to Mr. Sandeep. He then told that i have to wait as lunch time was about to start. So i waited. When their mechanic Amit checked my bike i explained him about all the problems i am facing. He listened and said dont woory i will take care. At the end of day around 6 p.m. he foxed all the problems i was facing sonce past 5 months. He changed some of parts. I was satisfy with his service. It really appreciated. I left by 7 p m from their service centre but till then their service manager Pankaj not came to me even for a single time to met me or to check mechanic that what is he doing for resolving my issue. It is very bad and shamwdul and un professional behaviour by a Manager that too in auch a big organisation. Overall happy .

                        I bought Apache RTR 200 from mohan motors and they themselves had contact with insurance companies and did my insurance with registration during my bike purchase. As I work in central PSU I need to submit my insurance details and its money receipt to company. But they just provided me with invoice with no original money receipt. As now I am asking them to give me insurance money receipt they are avoiding my calls and I am getting ignoring responses and they are not at all concerned about solving my issues. Its been almost a month now and I am very much disturbed and in problem in my company due to their behavior.

                          Hi,

                          I purchased tvs scooty from rajpoot tvs, adarsh nagar, new delhi branch in the month of march 2018.
                          From the day one, their is balance problem and bubling issue in scooty.
                          Since then i've visited their service centre 4-5 times. However, the problem is still not resolved.

                          1. On first drum was faulty
                          2. On second visit loose nuts of body part
                          3. Tyre had a bubble and replace under warranty
                          4. Chasis nut was loose and tightened.

                          However, still issue is persisting. It seems that tvs doesn't care for those who purchase their product.
                          Written multiple mails to [protected]@ tvs. However, no one responds or calls.

                          Their dancing scooty is too dangerous for me too drive as i have an infant and driving this scooty is a risk for our life.

                          Till now i drove it for 900 kms and maximum was used to visit their service centre.

                          Also, out of 5 months almost 3 months scooty was with them, still they were not able to resolve the problem.
                          And everytime i visited them, i paid for their parts or service.
                          Still it is not fixed

                          I appeal to all to give me support and suggest what can be done

                          I am not satisfied with tvs Jupiter.

                          I am taken wrong decision to purchasing tvs Jupiter.

                            Hi,
                            This is to bring to your notice the poor services of tvs’s service. My tvs wego has got issues since last service (Invoice no.: 3103, dated 18/08/2018) at service centre “arvind motors” (Agra, u. P.), in which the faulty “relay starter motor” was changed as there were problems in “self-start” and electric wiring (As the employees of service centre had told me after the service, that they had to fix some wiring too). From next day of servicing, the “self-start” has stopped operating.
                            It has not been a month since the last service yet there is problem with “self-start”. I went to arvind motors service centre on date 10/09/2018, still the employees at the service centre are saying that they will charge money for the further servicing of my tvs wego.
                            I would have never bought your wego, if i had known that there would be such poor services.
                            My desirable resolution is to solve my problem without charging money.
                            I am very much displeased by tvs’s arvind motors’ services and i request you to take some authorized actions to resolve my problem.

                                Bad services & bad tvs jupiter

                                I had taken tvs jupiter date - 01/07/2017 from saibaba sales pvt ltd. Sr. No.19/2, wakad-hinjewadi main road, at/post-hinjewadi, pune-411057. I want to inform that before 1st service. I am facing multiple problems to drive it.

                                1) 1st services date. 23/08/2018 - done 600km.

                                I) purchasing after 10 days starting issue.

                                A) every 2-3 days after tiers air linkage problems.
                                B) speedometer cable break. I have paid cable charge also.
                                C) handle also problems.
                                D) tiers out problems.
                                E) meter not showing current speed of bike on running that is 10-20-30 speedometer two times faceing problem.
                                F) side indicator sound is produced volume is low connection cables properly not connected.
                                G) after 50-60 speed wobbling problem issues.

                                Ii) services center (Saibabaaibaba sales pvt ltd) are also not doing a good job.

                                Iii) services center not listing properly his problem and (Services center staff) misbehaving with him so i am unsatisfied with services. I will never recommend to tvs to anybody.
                                I request you to arrange tvs company engineer not technician or resolve my jupiter problem. Otherwise replace the jupiter.

                                Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.

It's hardly a fortnight i have bought my scooty, right from the 2nd day i have observed that it didnt start instantly as soon as i self started it.. Almost after trying it for 3-4 times it finally did. Later from 5th day till today, the moment i start d scooty a frictional noise comes from it which is quite loud enough and embarrasing. I request you to replace my pep with a new one as we r facing so many problems within 2 weeks. Please take the apeal on a priority & urgent basis

                                    It was my dream scooter and all my dream has been shattered from day one. This is the 4th time i am facing issues with the vehicle. Started with filter box rubbing against the finer just below the petrol tank, then break cable got loose and was rubbing against the back wheel. Now starting trouble all of a sudden. Very poor product and service provided. I would never say yes to tvs products anymore to my family and future generations.

                                    The service and the product is not the fruit of our money spent. Instead of bike serving our purpose, we are entitled to serve the bike every week with one or the other complaints.

                                    If someone from tvs company has ears and heart to pay to heed to our difficulties please do and at least stop from other innocent customers getting duped.

                                    I have purchased the TVS Jupiter on dated 20-Aug-2017. I am very much disappointed to purchase it. Iam facing the starting trouble when the engine become cold. In every service we do the complaint but not get the relief. Every time they clean the corborator.

                                      I have purchased apache 200 race edition 2 on june 2nd from bulland tvs showroom gurgaon. It’s been 3 months since purchase but i still haven’t received my number plate. And when i try to contact them they ask me is there any documents pending from my side but it was already completed on the day of purchase and they do not provide any update or any confirmation by when should i get it. And now they do not pick my phone.
                                      Very poor service, did not expect this from tvs.

                                        I have purchased apache rtr 160 on 27/07/2018 from m/s goyal motors, sasnigate, aligarh. On 02.09.2018, i approached for service of my bike where i was compelled by his staff for change of engine oil & filter while i have purchased bike only one month ago. I had paid rs.726/-washing of bike was also of poor quality. When i asked manager for poor quality of washing, he told me that concern person has not come today, you may come another day. I was so surprised that tvs company has so small set up that washing of bike will be done in two or three attempts while another company give 100% attention for his customers. I also want to submit that m/s goyal motors has so poor infrastructure that its service station is in basement for which approach way is only a slope on which no one can reach easily. I request you to please give your full attention for customer complaints and reimburse my payment of rs.726/-.
