I purchased my tvs ntorq from shahdol (Mp). I have issue of noise in scilencer before 1st service. I told them that it is manufacturing problem and the manager of that showroom told me that the order we are placing is being cancelling all the time and they are saying that sometimes later we will call you since 2 months.
What i will do. I think you will take my complaint and being processed.

    I have purchased the apache 160cc from your dealer Arunagiri motors kalyannagar branch Bangalore

    I had given my vehicle for 2nd free service at the service station at Arunagiri motors Kalyan Nagar on 27/9/2018 at around 11:45 A.M and the service done to my vehicle is pathetic
    Firstly I get a call from the dealer at 3 P.M saying that the vehicle is ready and I can collect it. After going to Arunagiri to my surprise I see that my vehicle is punchered..
    Secondly the same issue that I had faced in my first service that the rear disc does not hold the brake after I apply the brakes, when reported this to the concerned person to rectify the disc brake problem no one takes initiative to check for the disc brake problem and lately they tell me to come the next day to collect the vehicle since the work shop is closed.
    I have herein attached the bill along with a written statement from the service person that there was a faulty service done to the vehicle and his signature with date as well
    The person has accepted that the vehicle was punchred while at the service station and the disc had a fault.
    There is even a cranky sound observed from the front suspension while applying brake

    And the other issue observed was that the front register no plate bolt is missing, now I need to know that what service/cleaning is done that needs the bolt to be removed...?

    The next day when I had been to meet the person incharge of the showroom I was unhappy with the reply given by them too, they say that the vehicle puncher cannot be held responsible if that is the case why not the inspection done prior when the vehicle was handed over and with my sign on the job card..?
    As you can see where he is rubbing the disc brake part on the cement concrete instead of cleaning the part..

    Even when I had given the vehicle for the first service I faced the same issue but really sad to say that a brand like TVS does a poor response to the customers post selling their vehicle.

      After servicing my jupiter, they are saying there is an issue with battrey and it needs to be replaced. But i never faced any issue with battrey in last 2 year. And now battrey is completely dead after servicing. They have kept my jupiter from 3 days and not at all responding properly on this issue.

      They are asking me to call back again and again. Please help to resolve this issue.

          Bike has staring problem from that day i buyed bike i have raised complaint too it's off no use complaint number is 114193. Brought bike on july 14 its in service center from past one month still they are enable to resolve issue and even though this complaint escalated to area manager he never contacted me and now this complaint is being closed without problem being resolved.

            My name is Ayaz Khan. I bought Apache 200 4V (no. U.P 20 AX 6067) Bike from your TVs ms siddhi motars bairaj road bijnor 246701 (U. P) showroom on 2/11/2016. When I bend the bike slightly to the left, then there is a very dirty voice from the bike engine. I complained to the TVS service center and TVS showroom but those people did not help me.In the last three months, I complained about my bike in the service center, but the behavior of those people was very messy. I also complained to T.M. Rishabh Gupta, but he did not do anything.

              Which was temporary solve by showroom by just washing engine cover part.

              Hi sir/mam

              This is to inform you that i had brought a tvs jupiter classic scooty in january 2018. But i am not satisfied with this just because of your service as well as your product maintains since its highly 9 month when i have parched it from your agency witch is in mangol puri 110086, and wihin the nine month i am facing the lots of problem day by day like its all wire are dead its plug is not working properly engine is also not in good condition, one day i was going to my home from the office and suddenly the scooty was stopped in the way at the night do you ever thing how much pain i had got that time. Now its high time i am really verry fed up with this. You also try to understand this thing within the small time period i am facing this much of issue, it is not for good you as well as me also. As you know due to this kind of issue i will not recommend any one to buy this. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  Iam complaining about the service at peelamed tvs (Sakthi saradha), worst service and iam not satisfied with the work they done to my motorcycle. Customer requests are not fulfilled the some of the complaints are improper water wash, engine noise is not minimised, poor care of vehicle. Kindly consider this complaint as a serious case and please do the need for.

                      We have purchase new bike on 13 september 2018 from shree motor from badlapur, but we received damage bike, issue was oil leakage, so i submit my bike on 15 september at shree motor with 1000 rs fuel.

                      Then we receive bike on 23 september as a replacement (Without fuel), and now new bike also issue not started, i can't submit my bike again and again.

                      So bad experience i get from tvs.

                      Please resolve my issue on priority.

                            Dear team,
                            I am making this complaint now because i was waiting for the feedback call from tvs company (As always) but this time didn't received any such call so finally i am making a complaint here.

                            Case: last month on the 8th of august i went to the tvs authorized service centre at pali (Rajasthan) for the reapir of my accidental bike (Apache 160 rtr).
                            There i accelerated the insurance formalities from my end & the service centre was instructed to start the work on 9th aug. From 9th aug the responsible personnel told to complete the work in max 15 days. Then after that i received my bike on 1st september 2018. They took almost a month and during this period i was called to the service centre for more than 10-15 times.
                            Even, after this much of delay and problems i didn't said anything but they didn't gave tvs level of service which is expected of a brand.
                            The problems which i am currently facing are:
                            1. My battery was fine when i gave the bike at the service center but now its dead & the answer which i got from the service center is that as the bike was here for long time the battery might have damaged.
                            2. My head light (The long distance vision) is not working.
                            3. The back foot rest is touching the silencer.
                            4. The fuel is being leaked from the vehicle (Although the fuel tank is replaced by a new one there)

                            Further my number plate was missing at the time of handover of the vehicle but when i noticed it and told the employees there, they searched for it all around the garage.

                            All these events doesn't justify the quality and dignity of the brand - "tvs".

                              Hi,

                              I have bought a new tvs apache rtr race edition abs version on 19 july 2018 and it has been just two months and now i am facing multiple problems with my bike.
                              1) after the first service my bike had a starting problem. There is no kick provided in the bike and if i try to electric start the bike just after one night (12 hrs) it does not start at once. I have to start it 6-7 times at least and even after that when the bike starts it doesn't take he proper race. I told this issue to the service center and they tried to fix it but still the problem persists.
                              2) the console is not showing the correct readings, thought my bike is at neutral still in the console it shows that bike is in first gear and also neutral indicator does not blink at times.

                              I have not purchased this bike to take it to service center every now and then. Your customer care number is not reachable and i want this issue to be addressed at priority.
                              It has been days since i am facing these issues. I am not going to take this sort of service anymore.

                                I have purchased tvs scooty pep + from a k gandhi showroom, baidyanath showroom on 21.12.2017 in the name of my daughter nikita rajesh sanghi, invoice no. Ho\3509. I have purchased this vehicle for convenience of my father aged more than 75 years.
                                My father is facing lot of starting trouble since march 2018. Vehicle is neither getting self start nor by kick. One day my father fall down on the road while kicking the vehicle to get it start. I have informed several times (Minimum seven to eight times) to mr. Vishal who is working at this office. On two occasion mr vishal has sent staff to carry the vehicle, but they were also unable to start the vehicle & carried by simply pushing it.
                                Sir i am having very worst experience of this vehicle & also service rendered by your staff members working at baidyanath square. Sales representative saying that this is problem related with service department & service department not even ready to registered our complaint in written nor taking any cognizance of my problem. There is no co-ordination between sales & service department. They were not informing the name of immediate in-charge who will take care of complaints\ problems of their customers, also not registering our complaint in written. Such type of behavior of your staff members build very bad image & make negative publicity of your company in the market & harassment to the customers.
                                While asking for this problem they are not giving any satisfactory reply or solution to the vehicle & same problem is still continuing.
                                Sir i am putting my complaint in written because i am getting to much frustrated, so i request you to please seriously look into the matter & resolve my problem & don’t compel me to take any legal action.

                                    I bought tvs apache 200 race edition on 19th july 2018 from sai baba tvs hinjewadi pune.
                                    It hasn’t been 2 months and my bike is giving a lot of problems.
                                    1) it’s having a start problem, no kick is provided and if in night i put my bike in parking and in the morning i try to start it does not start at once. I have to electric start it 6-7 times and even after that it does not take full raise.
                                    I have done a complaint about this twice in the service centre but they are not able to resolve the issue.
                                    I want this issue to be resolved immediately as i haven’t spent such a huge amount in this bike to get irritated every now and then.

                                      I, subir roy, a resident of burdwan town, bought tvs xl 100 (Ap red) engine no dp1fh2109773 and chassis no. Md621dp13h2f82327 on 19/09/2017. As per your guideline, i availed all of 3 nos. Of free service and the 4th paid service on prefixed condition/date given by you.
                                      By an advance booking on 18/09/2018 by sms from the sender named tt-tvsmot i agreed for the 5th pay servicing on 22/09/2018, i. E., today. Sharp at 9 am i reached the workshop and got the counterpart of job card only behind one person at 9:11 am. I waited to take delivery of my vehicle in customer’s waiting room from then. After a quarter to 2 hours (1 hr. 45 mins.), the person mentioned earlier came and took his vehicle (Tvs wego). Even the vehicles of those who came about one hour after me were approximately finished servicing. Seeing that i asked about my vehicle and your staff repeatedly said that servicing is in progress. But i did not see my vehicle anywhere on the workers’ stand. So i entered inside the servicing zone and saw that my vehicle was kept aside just after washing, and nothing else was done.
                                      I asked to handover my moped, and your staff tried to convince me that they would hand it over to me only after servicing is done, that too after one hour from then, but i declined and returned the counterpart of the job card.
                                      So, i have some questions. What is your motto? Only selling vehicles and this worst kind of service by worse staffs? No value for anybody’s precious time? If it is the “customer care” (!!) in warranty period, what type of service would you provide later? I am too much terrified and horrified by just thinking that after this type of treatment.
