Singh auto sales & service jahanganj, farrukhabad (Up) 209625, it has not any type of service facility at this dealer. The bike can be washed in front of washing shop then it come to showroom. I didn't know how tvs company give licence to such type of dealer which have not provided any facility.

    I ask about fuel tank capacity. If you see website or any tvs jupiter blogs they say that tvs jupiter has 5 to 5.3 liters of fuel tank even jupiter manual says 5 liters.

    When my jupitar (Model - bs - iv) fuel indicator show notification and my indicator almost touch down side than i go to petrol pump.

    I told petrol pump person to completely fill the tank and to my surprise it just hold 3.42 liter of petrol and the tank was full. I will definitely report my mileage in coming days but before that let me first sort out fuel tank capacity issue.

    Can you clarify for this why fuel tank capacity show manual 5 lyr ans actual is less

      Sir,
      I am from rampur uttar pradesh i check the onroad price of tvs apache rtr 160 which shows 85000 something but the local dealer denied he said the qctual price of rtr 160 is 95000. I am totally confused whats the matter if he is right then why you provide that price on websites. If he charge extra then what i do. Please suggest as soon as possible

          I was baught 2 tvs jupiter, 1st was in november 2016 & 2nd was in may 2017, as i found very serious fault... Which i mention you as below respectively

          1- there is too much noisy engine at even speed of just 40km/hr

          2- very low pick-up compair to 109cc engine that company claim

          3- model launched after april i. E. Bs4 model... Every time head light is on & on... No switch given... As i come to know... Its govt. Rule but its only for benificial to j&k and delhi state as they facing foggy atmosphear... Why don't you produce seperate model for that state? Over all will you give gurentee for our battery life in bs4 model? What is surety that bs4 model's battery as good as bs3 model?

          4- fual average is so less compair to other brands vehicle

            This is to bring to your kind notice that on 28.05.2017 i purchased one tvs starcity+ bsiv bike being engine no. Ff1eh1x49236 and frame no. Md625ff18h1e40045 from m/s. Subh auto, 5444, andul road, podrah, howrah, west bengal - 711109 accordingly paid rs. 62, 500/- by invoice no. Being 108 dated 28.05.2017 but no copy was provided to me.
            Surprisingly on the next day i found the “self start” switch was not functioning properly. Immediately i contacted with “subh auto service center” and i was advised by saying in words “this is not a problem, you have to start the car regularly and keep 5 minutes otherwise battery will not work properly. Now you drive the same and if you will suffer the same problem we will charge the battery at the time of first service.” also i was advised to use “kick” to start avoiding “self start” switch. On 25.06.2017 first service was done at 268 km. But the problem remains. It is pertinent to mention that several scratches were made on “wind sheild” of my bike at the time of service but no step was taken to replace the same except saying “sorry” only. On 29.07.2017 ultimately the bike was dead and nothing was functioning. On call one serviceman came and tried to start the bike but failed. On the very day they took the bike to the subh auto service centre for servicing but refused to hand over any receiving.
            On 30.07.2017 i was informed that the problem comes from battery and asked me to change the battery as it is the customer’s responsibility only. The representative of subh auto service centre handed over the battery by saying that they never provide any service regarding battery related issues but on asking they failed to show such guide line of tvs motor company limited. I had to pay rs. 30/- without any receipt to “amco battery service centre” as i was directly communicated with them otherwise the amount was paid from the account of subh auto service center. On 11.08.2017 i changed the battery no. Being 1mh6419155 and handed over the same to subh auto service centre. I had to pay rs. 70/- to the representative of subh auto service centre to install the new battery in my bike and i was refused to have the receipt of the payment. They also confessed that they have no knowledge how to ready the battery to use. On 14.08.2017 the bike was handed over to me at 465 km. Further i found the problem of “self start” switch still remains. Further on 21.08.2017 while driving suddenly my bike was switched off on road and my several tries to start failed. Immediately i contacted to subh service centre and after waiting half an hour one representative came and took it to service centre and on pressure a receiving was handed over to me. On the same day in the evening i was informed, “your bike is okay now” and i might take it from service centre. The representative of service centre denied sharing the technical problems with me and asked for taking second service before the scheduled date of 27.08.2017. It is very clear in response from the representative of subh auto service centre that the technical problem is beyond to repair at their end. The feedback as well as response of the representatives of subh auto is never ever acceptable and the same is very insulting to apparent goodwill and gesture of the company.
            Hope i will have a prompt response from you for proper servicing or refund the money. It seems that there is a manufacturing problem and it can never be fitted to use. It is very sad to state that the bike of your company has to be started once in a day and keep at least 5 minutes to keep it in usable condition as i was advised. It is fully unnecessary to take service keeping the bike in garage. Since the next day of purchasing the bike, i am never ever satisfied with the same and more mental agony is invited unnecessarily in my busy schedule

              I would like to complaint against an newly opened tvs dealership in bangalore - kr puram called suryapratap tvs. These guys are making false promise when you buy a bike saying they will deliver the bike on the same day & registration will be done the next working day. But once you pay advance they give all sort of reasons for the delay atleast 2 to 3 days delay. Then the registration & other invoice n insurance is again a pain its been 4 days since i took my bike & still i do not have registration number. They are troubling in giving the documents.

              My Apache 160 rte new model bike age is just 8/9 months and I suffer so many problem of it.
              Last two days ago the meter box was totally damaged and front disc break was not working properly.
              I need a help as soon as possible.

                  I have always serviced it with your authorized service centre since i bought it.
                  I have been getting it serviced from tvs innovative at bhandup since 2013 and i had a very bad experience with them.

                  Every time i service it, i get same or new problem immediately after servicing of scooter.

                  I pay again for repairs in addition to the services.

                  This time they have just damaged my vehicle to an extent that i am not able to use it further.

                  I serviced it on 02 august with starting problem, paid inr 2900.
                  It did not start well and developed a problem with vehicle stopping anytime abruptly. I went to innovative service at bhandup on 09th august and they repaired it in few hours but i could hardly reach my home as bike did not run at all in the middle of the road.

                  My kumar send his personnel and took the scooter to his service center. It was kept till 16th august and charged inr 1300 for some part replacement.

                  Now still i am not able to start my scooter either by kick or self start.

                    I bought the bike on april 14
                    Whenever i'm trying to ride in rain the engine is getting stopped.

                    The revs are coming to zero
                    And this happened whenever there is a drizzle amount of rain too.

                    The service centre guyz atleast here in my locality are buffoons they don't even take care while handling customers bikes or product i went for this problem atleast 10 - 15 times but each time they refused me, said keep your bike for 2 days
                    Then we will decide

                    I broke my front mudguard have order for the new one 3 weeks back but still haven't received the mudguard i had to go 2wice a day to see if the product came or not.

                    But the guy took my phn number but never bothers to call.
                    . I didn't expected this kind of service... Shame on you tvs look at our hooghly branch as fast as u could.

                      tvs jupiter starting problem since bought (sep-16) till date

                        Estimate for work is not given, original bill not given, vehicle parts i. E. Spark plug, total labour charges charged rs. 570. Battery charged for 10 mints approx. And charged 50 rs.. Total cost of service rs. 1350. When i have told for original bills they gave me gatepass and says that it is the bill. Technician has taken try of the vehicle he has gone somewhere for 30 minutes.

                            I purchased tvs jupiter new scooter and same day i have issued the problem in shutter lock not open. So i request to here technical team but they not response...
                            After i have one only option available to brake it.. Oe other thay told this is not covered in insurance.. So at the delivery time they told insurance 8a zero depth then what they not covered in insurance. So this the huge issue make customer cheat.. This the huge and greatest company but their dealer make him name and fame of company very bad..

                              Hi team,

                              This is to inform you that i have just bought tvs jupiter classic edition and just curious about knowing the fact that whether or not accessories which comes with the vehicle are mandatory for customer to buy or not.

                              Because i was told that the vehicle cannot be sold without accessories and i have to buy those by paying rs.4200/-... I didn't want those but then to get the delivery, i had to buy.

                              I don't think the accessories are mandatory to buy for customers neither can be sold forcefully by dealers.

                              This is very unfortunate that i wasn't told about it very clearly at the time of paying the down payment.

                              By the way, i am referring to the dealer as below:

                              Kindly get back to me if any details you need from me which are required. I have call recordings as well as you can check in their camera that i was taken out to show accessories post making down payment and filling loan application online.

                                From second service i am complaining aditi tvs noida about the issue of paint damage of tvs jupiter to mr. Manvendra ([protected]). Last three moth he is saying damage has been approved and he will replace the parts.
                                But in actual condition not replacing, in excuse part is not available due to holiday, due to gst,.
                                I have been upset to listen his excuse from. Last 5 months.

I bought tvs apache rtr180 (Matte black) from svs tvs (Ambattur) from the date of purchase i had been facing a lot of issues in my bike. I have informed about the issues to the showroom during service but they never bothered & haven't serviced it properly. Their level of response is worse... Kindly look towards it asap.

                                    Pls consider this mail as a customer grievance for the service rendered by brilliant tvs mandaveli. I purchased a tvs apache rtr 200 black bike in the month of july 2016 at brilliant
                                    Tvs mandaveli, chennai. I had no problems with the bike for the first 4 months but post the second free service at the same brilliant tvs service centre i have been constant troubles with the braking and performance of my bike. I have registered multiple complaints at the service station with no proper response from them. The 4th service i took for my bike was on 24th apr 2017 and while taking the bike after service to my shock i found that i could not brake and stop the bike which resulted in a minor accident. When i confronted the service station on a proper solution they told me that there was airlock in my front disk (Which they should have checked before returning the bike), post removal of airlock i again rode my bike with the same problem and had to return again on may 2nd to the same service station on which they told me that the brake pads had to replaced and i even obliged and pay for it with the service station taking no responsibility for their lapse. I am working class man so i cannot again and again waste my time confronting their mistakes, i had highlighted the same during the review call i got from tvs.

                                    6th service:

                                    I left my bike for the 6th service at the same brilliant tvs service centre and this time they told me my whole rear disc brake had to be changed as it had broken off. I left my bike at their service station on 13th aug 2017 and i did not receive any calls intimating me on when my bike will be given back post service. Today morning when i reached the service station they told me that the bike was ready for delivery and an amount of 2300 rs has to be paid for them to give back my bike. I willfully paid the amount and got my bike back but to my surprise while driving the brakes failed again and i met with an accident with a scar on my forehead. I went back to the service centre to ask them on the fault they replied back saying they had not changed anything with rear brakes and have just fitted the old brakes and with no remorse they asked me to wait for a month till parts get delivered. I have even found scratches on my bike which earlier were not there before service.

                                    Am not sure how to take this forward, this particular service center is taking human life for granted without even fixing anything in their bike. They are putting tvs's reputation at serious stake, everytime when i ask them why it does not get fixed, they pass the blame on the brand saying this is how the bike is designed and nothing can be done. Pls let me know on how to take it forward as right now i have paid my bills but my bike is not fixed and they are not ready to fix it further and on top of that i have incurred huge loss with respect to money and physical well being. Need a response asap. Attaching invoice copy for reference.

                                      I have recently bought an apache rtr 180 in your dealer in coimbatore showroom, the quality of vehicle is too bad and its not even full finished this is the way that the new vehicle will be tested and be delivered it to the showroom, the paint which u have made its not an company finish it seams, i have already owned an apache its 2009 model thats one too excellent and fully finished. But, now i am totally disappointing for the new vehicle. If it is a local workshop it wil be alright, it is tvs there is a name for that brand.
