I will never suggest to anyone to select the tvs-bike there are no responses against any complaints.. All outlet provide cheapest services. I purchase a bike before 2 months but still registration not done and nobody have particular answer not customer care nore it's dealer.

    I purchased the tvs victor gl (Black and gold) in july/2002. The fuel tank started licking from the right side bottom within 5 years. When i am checking the right side bottom got corrosion. I replaced with new one. Again the new tank started leaking within 4 years at the same place. This time i fixed the same with mseal. Now it is working. But i donot know when it will problem again. Worst tank material.

      Sir,

      I had bought a "tvs scooty zest - matt blue" from sri venkateshwar motors, vadavalli, coimbatore on 29/11/2016 through outright cash purchase.

      The vehicle was registered with rto by the above dealer and a regn no was conveyed to me over phone.

      However i have not yet been provided with the original regn certificate (Rc book) of my bike, by the dealer. The reasons provided by the dealer are not convincing. Pls arrange to deliver my rc book immediately.

        As someone took my scooter installed of him .. he had put his scooter key in my scoter .. as both scooter can be drove by any his or my key

          Bought tvs jupiter in april vehicle no dl13 st 2070 got first service done at service center in sahibabad, even after explaining the complaint of handle bar making crank sound while taking front brake, got my scooter with the same problem after service, worst experience with tvs, to be honest i am loyal customer of honda but thought lets give a try to tvs and here is the result, unsatisfied customer.

              Sir,
              This has reference to the above subject that I had purchased this vehicle from TVS SR MOTORS, URAPPAKKAM on 25.03.2016 under EMI scheme. This vehicle was having problems with lock set in the beginning itself also it was having a problem in the petrol line and the same was rectified at the service centre during the warranty period for which we have paid the charges. Now the vehicle’s self starter is not functioning and the kicker got jammed last week and we have left the vehicle in the service centre on 03.07.2017. Please let us know whether this vehicle is a genuine one and if so why this much of malfunctions in it that too within one year. The vehicle had completed five free services. Finally the service centre has declared that there is a problem in the engine. Kindly look into this matter and rectify at the earliest since the vehicle is lying in the service centre.

                I purchased tvs jupiter in january 2016 and till date it has run less than 4000 km. But the rear tyre has developed multiple cracks throughout the circumference of the tyre.

                Vehicle registration no. — cg-12 an 2700
                Vehicle purchased from — tulsi tvs, korba (C. G.)
                Present location and service centre — logtech tvs, trivandrum (Kerala)

                I contacted the authorised tvs service centre m/s logtech tvs, trivandrum for replacing the faulty tyre but they have straight away refused to do the same under warranty.

                Kindly instruct the tvs dealer / service provider to replace the tyre as this is a manufacturing defect and it is still under warranty.

                  I had purchased a TV's Jupiter and after 1 hour I had query related to the accessories and when I ask my question there atitute was changed the were telling rudily Baar Baar aap kyu puch rahe in a very aggressive manner.

                    Hi Guys,

                    I own TV's Jupiter. Purchased this moped after lots of research and expectations. Initially vehicle response was good. Good pick-up, smooth engine. After 3 Rd service I used to hear some noise from engine. When ever I complained about this during service. They used to tell it's sound from loose parts.Even after 5 service it was same issue.

                    Tiered of service guys explanation( Ashes. TVS, DG petrol bunk) decide to show bike to machanic outside. At first test drive he told its sound from engine and told either engine alignment is gone or some part might be faulty( why expert tvs machanics not able to find this) and he even mentioned once in a while these issues comes from the manufacturer itself. Now I am feeling cheated. If it was issue why ashes tvs kept me in dark.

                    Tomorrow I will get feedback from machanic about the actual issue. If it's really engine issue then definitely tvs is the cheaters.

                    TVS is offering 24 months of manufacturing warranty but with loads of conditions. I have put already my query to tvs customer services but no acknoledgment yet.

                    Ashwa tvs not responded well but hope TVS company would respond.

                    Day2: Engine block was removed and tested in idle. Noise looks to be reduced but not completely.

                    Nevertheless ASHWA tvs not changed engine oil properly. Which might have costed engine even more. Machanic told wheels or break or clucth or lubrication nothing was done properly. I believe they just washed n polished vehicle in all 5 service. If this is the after service we get from tvs then definitely TVS will loose its valued customer.

                    Suggestion from my side based on personal experience . Never go for Ashwa TVS. Just money making, no customer value, tottaly pathetic.

                    There is no -ve star to rate:(

                        Hello all,

                        I currently I have Apache 200 4v mat black, Chassis no- MD637BR19H2B03154, Registration no- DL11 SR 8561, bike run only 1752km.

                        I am an existing user of TVS Apache 160 Fi past 9 years. And all tvs member know that, 160 Fi bike having a major fuel pump issue. After selling my 160 Fi bike,

                        I purchased an Apache 200 4v bike on 8 June 2017 from MCR Enterprise. On the 2nd day of delivery I got a heating issue. Sales manager Kishan told me that after 1st service, It's resolved by itself. As per Apache user manual, I have done my 1st service at 520km in Sabarwal tvs rithala on 18 June 2017.

                        After the 1st service I got missing problem in rainy day bike continues 2 days (19 June to 20 June 2017.) I was in speed of 70 to 80 in middle of highway, I am very close to the accident that day more than 2 - 3 time, because of the sudden missing problem.

                        I ask to service manager to about two problems, And they very casual, "lei Ana service center" Due to my busy schedule, I took my bike to Sabarwal tvs rithala on 3 July. I spend my full day. And the multiple followup end of the day they return my bike. After sometime service manager told me that same issue on carburetor. They clean it. After washing bike has again missing issue. Service boy did something on my bike and it returns to me.

                        On 6 July 2017 bike gives me again missing problems in rainy day. And I meet with an accident because of a sudden missing. I return my bike to Sabarwal tvs retail on 7 July. And they told me they not able to repair the bike till 12 July.

                        If I am paying for you 1.6 Lac, I want from you a reliable product.

                        So, sir I don't need this kind of bike.I cannot tolerate this bike anymore. I want my money back. I will attach a pic of related documents. And I have some videos of this bike, I will share it with you and social media sites.

                        Sad to know about the problems faced by you. I too had a horrible experience with TVS. After that I left looking for TVS bikes as my experience haunts me a lot. I feel like every TVS user has the same story to say because of innumerable issues with their bikes as well as their tech support service. I would say, Say No to TVS bikes to all my friends circle

I have visited atleast 6 time but not give rc book. I have call almost 20time but not given good response. Keshwani manager of tvs bad behaivour with me. I will see you in consumer forum. If you will not give rc in 2 days

                                நான் சென்னயில் உள்ள SRI VARI TVS புது விக்டர் வண்டிக்கு 28/6/17 பணம் முழுவதும் செலுத்தி 3/7/17 அன்று வண்டி பதிவு செய்து டெலிவரி வேண்டும் என சொல்லி வண்டியில் தற்பொழுது வரக்கூடிய ஹெட்லேம்ப்புக்கு கீழே வரக்கூடிய எல்ஈடி லைட்டுடன் வேண்டும் என சொல்லிவிட்டு வந்தேன், நான் 3/7/17 அன்று வண்டி கேட்டது ஏன்எனில் என்னுடைய ஜோதிடர் அன்று எடுத்தால் நல்லது என கூறி யிருந்தார், 3/7/17 அன்று நான் show room சென்று கேட்டால் RTO பதிவு செய்ய வண்டி எடுத்து செல்ல ஆட்கள் இல்லை எனவே இன்று முடியாது என கூறி என்னை அன்று திருப்பி அனுப்பிவிட்டார்கள், இருந்தும் நான் என் ஜோதிடரிடம் ஆலோசித்து புதன் கிழமையாவது கொடுங்கள் என்று சொல்லி விட்டு வந்தேன். புதன் கிழமை 5/7/17 அன்று டீலர் RTO பதிவை என்னுடைய தொடர் வற்புறுத்தல் காரணமாக முடித்தனர். அன்று மதியம் 2 மணியளவில் நான் show room நபரை கைபேசியில் அழைத்து எனக்கு வண்டி 4 to 5 மணிக்குள் நேரம் நன்றாக இருப்பதால் அந்த நேரத்தில் டெலிவரி வேண்டும் என சொன்னேன். அதற்குள் வண்டியில் மாட்டவேண்டிய அனைத்து extra fitting ஐ மாட்டி வைக்க கூறினேன்.என்னால் அந்த நேரம் செல்லமுடியவில்லை.உடனே 4.30 மணிக்கு show room நபரை அழைத்து வரமுடியவில்லை என்றும், 7 மணிக்கு வருவதாகவும் சொன்னேன். நான் 7 மணிக்கு என் மனைவி மற்றும் குழந்தையுடன் வண்டி டெலிவரி எடுக்க சென்றேன். சென்ற சமயம் அனைத்து கையேழத்து வாங்கும் படலத்தை முடித்து ஒரு இருட்டு பாதையில் வைத்து இது தான் உங்கள் வண்டி என காண்பித்து எடுத்து கொள்ளுங்கள் என சொன்னார்கள், அதுவும் வண்டி அப்பொழது தான் கழவி தண்ணீர் ஈரத்துடன், அப்பொழது பார்த்தால் நான் குறிப்பிட்டு சொன்ன ஹெட்லைட்டுக்கு கீழே கம்பனியில் இருந்துவரக்கூடிய எல்ஈடி லைட் இல்லை, அதே போல் நம்பர்பிளேட்டில் நம்பர் எழுதப்படவில்லை (RTO விதிப்படி வண்டி show room விட்டு வெளியே எடுத்து செல்லும் பொழுது நம்பர் இல்லாமல் எடுத்து செல்லக் கூடாது) என்னிடம் வாங்கிய extra fittings க்கான பணத்திற்கான items மாட்டபடவில்லை.கேட்டால் side stand, head light, indicated light extra என சொல்கிறார்கள்.
                                TVS நிர்வாகம் show room டீலர்களுக்கு ஒரு கஸ்டமருக்கு புது வண்டி டெலிவரி தரும்பொழுது தகுந்த முறையில் உகுந்தஅதேபோல் satisfactionஉடன் தருவதற்கான பயிற்சி தருவதில்லை போல் இருக்கிறது. அன்று எனக்கு அந்த அளவு அசிங்கத்தை அதாவது ஒரு இருட்டு பாதையில் வைத்து டெலிவரி எடுத்து கொள்ள அழைக்கிறார்கள், எனக்கு நேர்ந்த அவமானத்தால் எனக்கு வண்டியே வேண்டாம் என கூறிவிட்டு வந்துவிட்டேன், இப்பொழுது என் ஜோதிடர் அன்று வண்டி எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் இனி எடுக்க வேண்டாம் என சொல்கிறார்.

                                நான் TVS நிர்வாத்திடம் இதன் வாயிலாக கேட்டுக்கொள்வது உங்களுடைய டீலர் மூலமாக அசிங்கப்பட்டு மன உழைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகியுள்ளேன், தயவு கூர்ந்து எனக்கு டீலரிடம் நான் செலுத்திய பணத்தை வாங்கி தரும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

                                அதேபோல் மற்றுமொரு விண்ணப்பம்;-
                                தயவுகூர்ந்து உங்கள் டீலருக்கு கஸ்டமருக்கு எவ்வாறு மரியாதை தரவேண்டும், ஒரு புது வண்டி டெலவரி தரும்பொழுது எவ்வாறு உகுந்த மரியாதையுடன் தரவேண்டும் என தகுந்த பயிற்சி யை தரும்படியும், மற்ற கம்பனி களில் எவ்வாறு நடந்து கொள்கிறார்கள் என தெரிந்து கொள்ள டீலர்களை மற்ற கம்பனி show room களுக்கு அழைத்து சென்று காண்பிக்கும்படி மிகவும் தாழ்மையடன் கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.
                                இந்த பதிவிற்க்கு தகுந்த பதிலை TVS நிர்வாத்திடம் எதிர்பார்கிறேன்

                                  I am rakesh arya, senior manager in central bank of india, kovalam.in spite of one nearby honda showroom (Account in my bank), i choose 13 km away kathir shiwroom, trivendrun due to good review of vehicle from web.

                                  After taking vehicle home i observed that they forget to install ladies foot rest in vehicle... I called executive and she told that foot rest was out of stock and we will install when new stock will come... Now 7 days has been passed and she is not picking call.

                                  Also i requested to upgrade my helmet with studd or stillbird while taking delivery on saturday and salesmanager assured me right now you take this and on monday i will send my executive with branded helmet to replace. Now neither he replaced nor he is picking my phone.

                                  My concern is that due to this wrong commitments and due to this cheapest act of not installing spare which is charged with bill, why these people is destroying the image of tvs.
                                  Most concern is that when a people is going to buy a vehicle, these person makes a lot of call and when it comes to post customer service, they stopped to pick call... These act is ultimately destroying the image of tvs and not of that showroom.

                                  They should keep in mind that one time sale is done with big ads and web review, but consistent sale is done with good customer service and soft relationship.

                                    I am g. Swayambu, of ashok nagar, chennai. I have booked a tvs wego vehicle with m/s. Prabha tvs, ashok nagar chennai on 26.06.2017 with instructions to accept delivery of vehicle on 30.07.2017 after registration and fitting all the spares. On 30th, being an auspicious day i took delivery of the vehicle without registration, without spares fitted. Not only that, the vehicle remains unregistered till date and regarding spares, they give so many stories. The services of the dealer is far from satisfactory. I am shocked to see that the registration shall take more than ten times. They are tarnishing the image of tvs and spoiling customer trust with tvs. Please look into it and if the problem still persists, i may have to escalate it further.

                                    Having booked the vehicle on 26.06.2017, the showroom was kind enough to register my vehicle with registration authorities on 06.07.2017, i was told. How fast they are determined to deliver the vehicle after registration. It is not only their goodwill, that of tvs is at stake.
                                    Service not good and verry Lazy Technicians ...water service nd mechanic behaviour not good i am Not happy TVS service canter

                                      I have received an sms from TVS to avail cash loan based on my existing two wheeler loan (TN3002TW0043468). I have submitted the documents to Mr.Thilak including 4 Cheques on 6 June 2017 at Prabha TVS, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. There is no response from the team. They are not picking my calls or not giving any updates. it is almost 1 month now. please can you resolve this issue at the earliest. I was told that this will get approved in 4 days. When i called TVS, there is no record about my application but the dealer is telling it is already logged in.

                                        We purchased tvs victor. It battery was got dead. I contact showroom but they are not able to do proper service... And that battery has still 2 months warranty but they are care less about it... The battery is getting warranty expire... The show room members delaying purpose fully.. And telling ur bike was driven more... Please give reply for my request
