Your company claims no. 1 customer satisfaction, but i m not happy with ur company's product and vehicle maintenance.
My bike name:apache rtr 160 black colour, bike no. Up 14 cn 4080 was purchased on april12, 2015 rides more than 13, 000 and my half of the parts of the bike are either changed or not working like carboreator, bike chain set, horn etc. On service done on september 4, 2017... Today i have again visited your service station located at dhamija tvs a-23/4, site-4, sahibabad industrial area, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201005.
But i am not satisfied with ur service...in these 10 days i have visited ur sevice station 3 times in regarding complaints... But then also today they have discover a new fault that your carborator is failed and u have to change it... Your company claims warranty of 30, 000km but my bike rides only 13, 000-14, 000 km... So please see to this problem as soon as possible... I hope u will take this seriously and take action strictly.

    Sir, 21.09.2017 service in my bike heavy duty tn 58ay 6179. Already my bike is good condition, my complaint is oil service, all bolts tait. My indicator is also working condition. But delivery my bike indicator not working, complaint to supervisor next sevice come to change tha indicator. No responsibile answer. My bike service time is 10.00am to 6030pm. Plz salve tha my problem sir.

      New amber auto sales is a tvs bike agency. He owner is not perfect work own tvs agency. He stand a new tvs bike and scotey is open place, sun is direct raise to bike and scotey and rain is also damaged a bike and scotey. And most important thing is he scratch complaint number area, complaint mail id, work manger number and main head office number a some poster and banner. I send some videos and pictures.. Plzzzzzzzzzz action...

        Even after 8 months neither service center nor company did not solve my scooty pep plus starting problem and mileage now iam getting only 35km milage where as while purchasing they said 65kmpl even in ads also given as same. So i think that my vehicle is defective one so it must be replaced immediately or return my money. This is only the solution for me. Till now i have faced lot of trouble please do the justice to me. When i asked about mileage they said after first service, when i asked after first service they said after second service, when i asked after second service now they are not solving the problem now my vehicle is giving only 35kmpl. Iam very particular about starting the vehicle and mileage under any circumstances iam not at all going to compromise even one percent. If the problem is not solved i will lodge a complaint against service center, delear and the tvs motor company either for replacement of the vehicle or return the money.

        Mene date 8/5/2017 ko tvs Jupiter bs 4 scotor purchase ki thi, dealers 62 km per litre ka mileage ka Kaha tha, lekin Uski three free service Puri ho chuki hai, lekin abhi bhi 30 km. Per litre ka mileage de rahi hai, dealers bhi koi response nahi de raha hai muje kya Karna hogs

            My name is vishal dabholkar, i was purchase tvs apache 180 abs last year in november.in august 2017 my bikes speedometer was not working. So service center (Siddhivinayak service center, goregaon east mumbai) told me its coming in 15 days but now its over 1 month. My bike in warrenty.
            Please register my complaint & look forward for this.

              Dear sir/mam,

              Greetings.
              I purchased a tvs apache rtr 180cc bike from gurugobind singh motors, rourkela from the first day of purchase, the bike is making some unusual sound. I asked the mechanic who was preparing the bike for delivery about this sound, he said that it is normal & not to worry.

              But, when i saw other bikes of the same model, they don't make this unusual sound.
              I went to the showroom, they asked me to go to service center. I went to the service center, they opened some parts of my bikes engine, but were unable to fix this issue.
              They said that a specialist engineer will come from bangalore to check my bikes problem. Its been more than a month, their specialist engineer has not visited gurgaon. Even after my repeated complaints, they don't listen to my complaints.

              After putting in rs. 92000 of my hard earned money to purchase this bike, i feel like cheated.

              So, i request you to please raise this issue to tvs company & help me fix my bikes problem.

                Scooters with small wheels are not safety. Could you please reply to my message. Why indians are not getting scooters with 16 inch wheels?
                Your same company is manufacturing and exporting to east asian countries but we are eagerly waiting about these type of product to run in the indian roads.

                  Sir am purchased tvs zupiter bike on april month 2017 from humnabad tvs dealer. Up to this day i had not got registration number of my bike i had talked with this matter so many times with dealer but he always just skip up this matter and escaping every time. Pls take this matter serious and dont allow this type of dealers to ur tvs company that will spoil the name of company too negligent dealer he is. Pls do some favour to customers.

                      Sir, company's for bs iv and collected amt for it, but documents prepared for bs iii, just basing on brand image, confidently signed the documents later, it traced out that the vehicle is not what they've promised to give, it is bsiii, same was asked, the manager, unpolished replied we, everything is over, do whatever u want to do.
                      I haven't expected such response from your company, it happened with a literate, then what is going to be with others who r not, having knowledge of vehicles.

Karnataka. dealer name prashant [protected] his mbl number show room owner taken money for registration of my vehicle but still he hadn't given my Registration card that's my problem I hope u understood. Solve my problem immediately I fed up with ur tvs company motor service.

                        I have purchased scooty pep + from AvainTVS, O.P.Road, Vadodara, Gujarat, India as on[protected] upto till date I have not got my vehicle registration even after number followups with the dealer.
                        I had purchase my TVs Apache rtr in 160 on December 2016. Before 1 year of purchasing it's 2nd gear not working what is the process to replace and other process to solve this problem.

                          Dear sir, i service my bike tn 39be 8575 on 17/08/2017at ra agency, tirupur, they are not to do better service, at the time of service what i informed the faults they are not to do, last one month i mentally disturbed,
                          After service i went 2 weeks that service centre but they not to correct and also
                          I phone every day, today they sent one person to my office that person also not to correct and said you bring thier centre,
                          They think i dont have any work,
                          Why your service cetre like this way to handled customer,
                          I didnt say they service centre your admin is not good,
                          All are cheating you,
                          Because 1988 onwards i customer in your tvs you check the details in your computors,
                          I want solution for this issues immediately,
                          What can i do? Idont have time to go service centre,

                              My bike have been seized for not paying one month due but as per your side of we not pay continuous 2 or 3 month due you suppose to seize my bike but not for one month. The person who seized my bike entered into my house early morning around 2 to 4 o clock who broke my gate lock and entered into my house. If he nock the door and asked for key i would have given key to him and i will come to your office will speak regarding this.. I have not received any letter from your side for sezing my bike then how come you can do this.. The way you behave is like rowdys not like a corporate. I have complained in customer care regarding this and i need a solution for. I visited tv's credit office and spoke regarding this they too said that we don't seize bike for not paying one month.
                              Now they are telling me pay upcoming 4 dues along with this then only they can release my bike. I need solution for this complaint as soon as possible and you have take action regarding this.

                                Company advertising about mileage of jupiter 62 kmpl. Beliving this i purchased jupiter zx. But my scooter is giving maximum 20kmpl. I send the vecle to service center 3 times, they told me that problem is solved. But problem is not solved, instead mileage decreasing. It is a company fault or defect piece. Company should replace the vehicle.

                                Dealer is not ready to replace the vehicle.

                                  My scooter mileage is 39/40. Company claims 62 but i never got more than 42 km. Every servicing time i complained about it, but service centre people are not serious. They requires only good ratings. I did servicing at koperkhairne services centre.. Last time when the servicing did even oiling was also done.
                                  If company claims average of 62/km, i should get at least not less than 50/km. So kindly do the needful...

                                    I was buying a tvs scooty pep in 7month before..In first two month it ran smoothly but after first serviceing it showed many problem like starting problem, vehicle stopped /off in anywhere or anytime..I complained to the dealer also TVs servicing centre but they told me there is no problem..so what can I do now???please kindly reply me otherwise I go to consumer for complaine.

                                      I am vikas sharma having tvs jupiter dl 11sc5660 each and every service done in autorised tvs service centre, last service done on 4/09/2017, on last service they told me my jupiter chamber is broken, how is it possible my jupiter never met wid an accident service centre told me charge of this part arround 7000, third class product never advice buy tvs jupiter

                                        I put my motorcycle at Monark automobile in jaipur for warranty replacement of crank on 21st Aug.17. But till now apx one month after I have not get back my motorcycle.
