Hi i have purchase a tvs jupiter 2.5 months from green tvs sector 10a gurgaon. At the time of delivery of the vehcile dealer says that they are shorten of the extended warranty of 5 years from tvs motors co. So they give it later.

Now its more than 2 months i am chasing them for my permanant registration number and 5 years extended warranty certificate and they are saying they are not getting it from tvs motors and few days back they said they are not going to provide me the extended warranty as company is not providing.

Is this the level of services and i have mail my complaint 10 days back no revert from tvs motors also. I feel cheated by dealer as well tvs motors co.

This is the worst tvs service centre & very worst company in two wheeler range & the people working in this company r so irresponsible towards customer.that I will not suggest any person to buy any vehicle from TVs company in my life

      I purchased new scooty pep plus at thaly motors this year in march 2017 on the day of gudi padwa. Initially all was good for first 2 months. But after doing the first servicing at thaly i used to hear loud noise of the silencer. After which i went to them twice. They did something as gave it to me back saying all was okay. Again after 3-4 days same problem came up and this time i was very angry as i had to visit the centre again just because they have not done their work properly. I spoke to the manager over the phone and he told me that the silencer was spoiled and he would replace it with the new one. For a month i had no more complaints, but again after 2nd servicing this problem cropped up and from that time till date i have been visiting the centre leaving all my work aside and dealing with this silencer issue. I am so very fed up that i told them to replace this scooty with a new one. What more can be done with a vehicle which goes out of order after every 15 days. I need the vehicle to be replaced. Kindly resolve this issue for me as none seem to cooperate with me at thalys.

        I purchased tvs wego from roshan automobiles-manpada road, dombivli and now within. 6 months of purchase i m facing lot of problems in it
        While driving itself, the vehicle stops frequently, in a span 15 mins it stops 8-10 times...
        After giving 4 days of time to service center of dombivli they are not resolving my problem nor i am able to do anything
        A customer is totally helpless in such case.. I regret for purchasing wego from tvs

          Dear sir,

          This is to share my experience of service centre, magnus tvs located at boisar, dist. Palghar, state – maharastra.

          I own scooty pep, registration no. – mh-12, ey-725. Myself visited your service centre, magnus tvs on 04.09.2017 for first time. I narrated the problems which were to be rectified for my vehicle scooty pep. I. E. Servicing of the vehicle, silence noise is more, oil refilling, non functioning of head light, guard, uneven rotation of rear wheel.

          After 4-5 days call from service centre came & i went to collect the vehicle. Bill was for an amount of rs. 4779. I paid the same & collected the vehicle. I observed that there was oil leak from the bottom of the vehicle, vibrations coming after attaining the speed of 40km/hour. Resistance / vehicle pulling on one side. I visited again and asked magnus service representative about the problem which were not earlier in vehicle. I was asked to keep the vehicle again for fixing the problems. I kept the vehicle. Again after 2 days i was called by magnus for collecting vehicle. I asked them whether the problems which i asked them were rectified or not. I was assured by mr. Swapnil that there is no issue now & pl. Collect the vehicle. I was told that there was a crack in silencer and vibration & pulling vehicle on one side is due to that. I collected the vehicle. I rode and found the same problems including oil leak, vibrations, pulling vehicle on one side. I was got angered and again i was explained something different reason for all this problem i. E. Tyre of front wheel is fixed wrong. I kept my vehicle again for fixing the problem. Two days later i was called by your representative to collect the vehicle. But there was no surprise that vehicle was having the same issues and no rectification of problems even i spent almost rs.4779 rs.

          I asked them to cancel my amc contract and refund the money on 25.09.2017. I assured them that i will never visit your service centre in future and also promised that non of my family and relative will purchase the tvs vehicle in future.

          This is a matter of regret and shame on part of tvs that even after keeping a vehicle for almost 21 days and visiting your service centre for 6 times (2 times only required) and spending money of rs. 4779/-, performance of vehicle deteriorated instead of improvement.

          I filled the feedback form at magnus tvs. A copy of the same is attached herewith.

          It is my observation that your service team is totally negligent, careless, having lack of knowledge, unprofessional and untrained, highly apathetic and irresponsible.

          Pl. Look into the matter and resolve the issue of my vehicle at the earliest. I am not interested in visiting your service centre any more.

          The clutch is making sound when instant accelerate, it sounds even when its off roads and bumps.when accelerate it vibrates too much. Company could not resoved it yet. The clutch sound already started at 12k km.

            I bought a new tvs victor now something issue in engine some sound we got when we ride
            I complaint in service centre n also in showroom but we don't get any information there is response about it
            But i really tried to gonna service centre and showroom please solve my poblm quickly i paid 65k on this bike i thought tvs is trusted brand but may be i was wrong

Thats are so much problem kick starting, back wheel automatic close, front and rear baizer are very sound ride scooty, my first service have not good service for your workshop machanical engineer, so really i have very loss buy your scooty.                 This is yashwant beeram ([protected]). I buyed tvs scooty pep+ in april 2016. Recognized owner is b. Swarna latha (My mother). We gave regular services till 2017 january in tvs service show room. Due to personal reason we gave next 2 servicing outside (April and july).
                We found some engine different voice 3 weeks before. So we took the bike to tvs show room. They said engine got break down. So need to fix new engine. It costs around 6000 rs. I asked regarding 2 yrs engine warranty. Tvs show room said as you gave 2 times outside so they cannot provide engine waranty. Its really hard to digest in 1 1/2 year engine got break down.

                  The tyre is getting puncture again and again. The mcwheel is also not properly. I have changed my tyre due to this problem but again this is going on only and i am fed up of this. Because of these i have suffered loss. I was thinking that tvs company is very good it gives best services but it's not i was wrong. Honda company is more better than urs. I think now that i should have taken activa. What should i do now???.

                    Sir at first we go to showroom for new battery of phoenix we asked to workers then purchased from spare parts and then the workers sent us to workshop manager rupansh gupta for availing worker for fitting battery. Rupansh said u purchased urself then also set it urself in an scolding mannerr then he clarified that at first job card is prepared by me. We replied this is our first time in showroom so we don't know about procedure that much then he again scolded u r great and do it urself after we again asked for fitting then he appointed one to do he did his job and after that we went from there but after going 2-3 km the bike self was again not working properly means showed no work then we returned to showroom and asked to rupansh gupta he said your bike is disturbed, u r great so do it yourself then i replied that there is no problem with bike or battery because earlier it worked for 3 km means the wiring are loose so check it. He said no your bike has problem then i said first check the wiring he said no then asked for exchanging battery he said only it will be returned not exchanged. I asked why? But he was in the manner to scold us continue in his ego he was saying us oversmart and great etc we said again that we didn't know the procedure but he was in his great ego he misbehaved with us and might with others and also charged us rs 50 for the name of worker. He is thinking himself as the boss and doing whatever he wants i request to the head to take immediate measures over him otherwise because of him many customers will suffer and also there will be impact on companies fame.

                      I have purchased tvs jupiter from sai baba sales hinjewadi phase 1 phone no:-[protected]. I was purchased this 7 month before
                      After 2 service scooter was running fine. Now so many problem found in my scooter day by day, one day back tyre is moving in wrong direction and found so many punchers. Handle movement is also not balances,
                      One day is my speedometer is not working then i was going to services center and they found speedo meter wires was broke, they have replaced and charging to their cost, i have told about wheel movement but they are denied this problem but i am facing same problem.

                      I complained to service center, they could not solve and says. You are only faces this problem.

                      I am sorry, i will not purchased this type of damaged scooter in future. Very sad experience from tvs.

                        I got rtr 2004v just 2 months bak... N one day while coming from my office @9.30.. I got stuck in the n rain my bike was fully wet... N then riding back home my bike stopped 21times... I had to pull the choke n ride for 15km in 2nd gear... N bike stops wen 3rd gears ws applied... Wen i took it to the service centre the next day... He was unaware how to deal the problem.. He told me the engineer who build the bike has to come to resolve it... N said it's a usual problem faced by ppl owning 200 n finally told me cal me wen ur bike stops v will com n rescue... N today while going to office same problem occurred.. The bike shut itself wen i was on the top gear... N the car from back hit me... Only bcz i was in 40kmph.. I am alive today... I wud recommend not buy this bike...

                        I owned a 160 rtr mate blue on April may 2017...my problem is when ever I am driving my bike at 55 to 65 speed it vibrate a lot ...it's totally not comfortable at this speed pls help me out ...please, this sound is totally disgusting ...pls any way help me to solve this
                        Yes, I bought rtr 200 on august 2017. I also faced similar issue. Once the bike gets wet it stalls very often. Only the idling rpm is fine but once u try to throttle even a little bit it just stalls. Is there a solution for this?

                            I have purchased one tvs jupiter on 14/08/17. As per the bill (Delivery challan) no. 218 dated[protected] of m/s brasscity enterprises, moradabad, the frame no. Is mentioned md626eg44h1g*6. When i put it on tvs app, message is coming "invalid frame no." this is also mentioned on the vehicle rc given by the dealer who forced us to get the registration and insurance of the vehicle done through them only.

                            The dealer taken rs. 2257/=for insurance charges while the insurance premium amount mentioned on the policy is only rs. 2010/=. Means they have illegally charged rs. 247/= extra and kept in their profits. Same way, they have charged rs. 1000/= extra for rc (Deposited rs. 5100= only for life time registration and charged rs. 6100/=). This is an example of openly cheating the customers, the reliance general insurance company and tvs motor company, all.

                            Now what to do...???

                              A zest110 was buyed by me on date 26.1.2017 from the date of purchase till now in 8 months the scooter has troubled me more than 8 times. After filing a complaint to the dealer they responded in a bad, absued way. Please keeping in mind the above complaint by exchanging the scooter and giving the new scooter. And the remaining money will be paid by me or else i will pass on my bad reviews to all future tvs buyers. I dont want them to suffer like me!!! If you dont pay your attentention towards my complaint the acters promoting the scooter will not be appericiated by me.

                                I have purchased a motor cycle make tvs sports cvti on 17.09.17 from mamta auto dabhara distt champa janjgir (Chhattishgarh) on loan basis. Rs 8000 was paid & rest was in instalment. Vehival has been sold to me as new one.
                                But when i brought the vehical at home i found that vehical is repaaired & reference chasis no-md625mf50e3d30937 has already been registered on 31.03.17 with registration no cg11aj9677.& vehical owner is mohan lal dewangan.
                                When i informed to agency & requested to give me new vehical then agency refused to give the new vehical.
                                May please take necessary action.

                                  Your company claims no. 1 customer satisfaction, but i m not happy with ur company's product and vehicle maintenance.
                                  My bike name:apache rtr 160 black colour, bike no. Up 14 cn 4080 was purchased on april12, 2015 rides more than 13, 000 and my half of the parts of the bike are either changed or not working like carboreator, bike chain set, horn etc. On service done on september 4, 2017... Today i have again visited your service station located at dhamija tvs a-23/4, site-4, sahibabad industrial area, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201005.
                                  But i am not satisfied with ur service...in these 10 days i have visited ur sevice station 3 times in regarding complaints... But then also today they have discover a new fault that your carborator is failed and u have to change it... Your company claims warranty of 30, 000km but my bike rides only 13, 000-14, 000 km... So please see to this problem as soon as possible... I hope u will take this seriously and take action strictly.

                                    Sir, 21.09.2017 service in my bike heavy duty tn 58ay 6179. Already my bike is good condition, my complaint is oil service, all bolts tait. My indicator is also working condition. But delivery my bike indicator not working, complaint to supervisor next sevice come to change tha indicator. No responsibile answer. My bike service time is 10.00am to 6030pm. Plz salve tha my problem sir.

                                      New amber auto sales is a tvs bike agency. He owner is not perfect work own tvs agency. He stand a new tvs bike and scotey is open place, sun is direct raise to bike and scotey and rain is also damaged a bike and scotey. And most important thing is he scratch complaint number area, complaint mail id, work manger number and main head office number a some poster and banner. I send some videos and pictures.. Plzzzzzzzzzz action...

                                        Even after 8 months neither service center nor company did not solve my scooty pep plus starting problem and mileage now iam getting only 35km milage where as while purchasing they said 65kmpl even in ads also given as same. So i think that my vehicle is defective one so it must be replaced immediately or return my money. This is only the solution for me. Till now i have faced lot of trouble please do the justice to me. When i asked about mileage they said after first service, when i asked after first service they said after second service, when i asked after second service now they are not solving the problem now my vehicle is giving only 35kmpl. Iam very particular about starting the vehicle and mileage under any circumstances iam not at all going to compromise even one percent. If the problem is not solved i will lodge a complaint against service center, delear and the tvs motor company either for replacement of the vehicle or return the money.

                                        Mene date 8/5/2017 ko tvs Jupiter bs 4 scotor purchase ki thi, dealers 62 km per litre ka mileage ka Kaha tha, lekin Uski three free service Puri ho chuki hai, lekin abhi bhi 30 km. Per litre ka mileage de rahi hai, dealers bhi koi response nahi de raha hai muje kya Karna hogs
