worst bike ever

Hi sir / mam,
Greetings of the day!!

I purchase apache rtr 180 on 22nd august 2015, till date its complete 19, 600 km's.
On 08th june 2017 the engine got seized, i go to service center they told me that you have to repair full engine and the cost is approx 12, 000.
I pay that amount and bike was repaired on 11th june. After that there is missing problem without pulling chock the bike unable to move and...

Our dealership tirupati tvs ranchi was closed by your end and we are still lying with huge inventory of parts and machine we have already faces high losses in ci norms and it was told by area manager we will help you in liquidating your parts and tools but still its almost a year of closure and we are still lying with inventory. We were dealers of both two and three wheeler kindly help us in liquidation of parts and tools and equipment.

Apache RTR 160 BS4 it's very crucial issue on my bike failure mode of engine rocker and cylinder heads. Over vibration of foot rest and plastics are damage. Over heating of engine and petrol tank.
They have provided free service for my new bike(Apache 160) for three times and they have damaged the indicator sound speaker for two times and while questioned they answered irresponsibly. And for their irresponsiblity I had to pay for both the times. I suppose some necessary actions should be taken.

    Dear sir/madam i am sayinath lambani i purchase wego scooter bs-iii on 31 march 2017
    Today date is 22 july 2017 complite near to 4 months but i not got scooter registration number from ajay tvs motors bhel edn mysore road bangalore
    Every time they give one week time and they assure me if number not got we convert the kit from bs-3 to bs-4
    Now 3 months 2 week gone. But they are not giving scooter registration number
    So, please sir give me soluation.

      Dear sir / madam,
      I have purchased tvs jupitor on 8th of june 2017 from m/s. Shelar auto, k k market chowk, balaji nagar, pune.
      We have facing tremendous problem with the vehicle since the day of purchasing. We got very ridiculous service from m/s. Shelar auto.
      Following issues are not resolved up till now.
      1) excess petrol consumption: we raised this issue to service engineer and asked to do the tuning that time vehicle was hardly 85 km driven.
      2) after 185 kms, he asked for servicing. We have paid rs.500+gst.
      3) after 268 kms, same problems persists.
      4) today, after 330 kms we have given vehicle to service station to resolve the issues.
      5) when we accelerate the vehicle, petrol indicator start fluctuating.

      So overall experience is very bad. No one expert are able to find out the solution. Today vehicle is with service station, now i dont want this vehcle either you give my money back or give new vehicle or we are going take this issue to consumer forum and press news.
      I have not paid money to make r and d on vehicle.
      Please look in to the matter and revert back.

        I have purchase bike on date 07/07/2017
        My bike no is dl 11-ss-1265.

        Main problem in this bike is over heat issue engine. I have wear extra clothes in my leg and two sock in my foot to handle heat but engine heat is not handle by cloth.
        I have marketing job and travel around 22 km continue with one stop but engine heat hurt my leg and foot.
        I goto service center om service center delhi but not well response heating issue continue come after 1 service 550 km.
        The main problem is heating vs4 engine apache.
        My friend also purchase same bile heating issue come. Heating issue not resolve by service center.

        This bike is not professnal bike like hero, honda, yamaha. Bajaj
        I have run only 1000 km but i have searching buyer to sell bike. Only pick up not matter in bike hole system want good. When i talk to machinik he told this issue come in vs 4 engine apache.

          Dear concern,
          I had submitted my tvs scooty jest up44-0401 in shanti automobiles service center, dhammor road, near mahila politechnic, amethi-227405, phone number anand tiwari-[protected]/[protected] in 8-4-2017. This was an accidental case. Insurance company (The united india insurance) visited service center and estimation was given and approved by insurance company of rs 11000 and advance also taken from me rs 5000. Service center given time of repairing 1 week only.
          Since then me and my father is following up with this service center and everytime they are giving time and time. Nothing has been done so far and 4 months has been crossed.
          Kindly someone help me in this issue so that i can get my vehicle asap. I am getting only harrasment

              I bought a tvs xl 100 on last month. I paid 40, 300/- to showroom @ gudiyatham. They informed that, ist three service will be free service, but pay for engine oil cost & etc.
              Why i bought vehicle in show room, i must can bring somewhere automobiles shops. Why you guys are bare to your valuable customers. We already paid while took vehicle from show room. Vehicle cost, vehicle registration, vehicle service, insurance & etc..

              Plz, let me know how to proceed the above.

                My bike has run only 10000 kms in 2 yrs and the service center fast bytes in mathikere bangalore are telling me to replace clutch roller and belt is the product given to me during purchase defective

                And the tyres pressure are reducing even there is no puncture. The only reason what i can think of regarding the tyres are of bad quality

                Kindly rectify these mistakes

                  There is problem of mileage & performance. As per sales representative Starcity Plus gives mileage of ~80 kmpl. But I get mileage about 58-60 kmpl. Atleast I should get ~75 kmpl average. Since I purchased new bike there is problem of shock/jerk when I shift first gear. Even after first service, problem is not resolved.

                  Even after replacing various parts the problem is not resolved. However the shock/jerk is reduced some what. But still problem is not diagnosed for resolution. I have doubt on service team regarding service solution. Because till now I have given 5-6 times for problem resolution.

                    This is to keep you inform that on 17 june 2017 i reach to ahuja tvs indore for servicing of my scooter, i m complaining that time for milage. When i collect my scooter after servicing i found that it perform not well n a new problem generate in it, while complaining it on 27 june 2017 to dealership the service manager said that there is some problem in caurburator n mechanic said differ that trouble in electronic wiring. After checking full day they give me my scooter at evening of same day. Still that day i am facing starting problem.

                    My vehicle is in warranty period

                    I need proper resolution for the same kindly do the needfull

                      I gave my wego ap35s4724 bike @ your tvs service center vizianagaram on 7th july 17 for head cleaning. They promised me to with in 3 days they complete the work and hand over it in max 3 days.. But they didn't.. Every time i call him for did they finish the service.. They said ur work is going on.. On 15th june i went there, i saw my bike is in the same condition.. They didn't start any work on tat.. Simply saying lie when i made phone calls to the service center.. Ur bike is in work process it will deliver in two days.. It's date 17th they should not start any work on my wego bike.. So kindly resolve it..

                        We purchased tvs jupiter from kalamkar motors, baner, pune

                        For rto they took 6967/-, its been 3 months now, have not receive registration number yet, there is no problem, or issue, nothing stopping from issuing numer, its sheer carelessness, lazyness of your guys, not bothering to do as promised.

                        What kind of people you have given dealership. You think only sales is everything and then forget to deliver what promised.

                        They are neithr refunding the rto money taken, nor giving number from rto, please suggest.

                          When went for the service i told the service in charge mr thavamani tvs sundaram honda chennai, that the diesel tank cap is rusted and the back diki door should be adjusted.
                          They first told that the rust is due to sea water, hence no warranty change and diki door problem cannot be attended, if attended the door are not locked correctly.
                          Once again, i appeal, but they said that we are getting permission from honda company and replace it.
                          After two months i again ask about the replacement, now, mr thavamani and his head mr thangaraj told that the diesel tank cap rust is due to acid spread.
                          From the starting onwards every service they took every little marks in the car and the same should marked in their job work paper also, now i ask you why you people dont mark any rust in diesel tank cap.

                            I have made my last service at susheel tvs on date15/07/17. They gave vehicle on 16th. When i see my vehicle such a pathetic service they had done i never seen anywhere. I've said i got self motor problem in my vehicle. The executive who took my vehicle forced me to accept that it was battery issue. But all my vehicle lights and indicators and horn are working fine. Also he said me to buy battery outside. Ok i'll buy its not issue if it is not battery issue what should i do then. And the service they just cleaned my vehicle with water. And i think engine oil had changed (I'm not confirm of it. And no other problems i've said are nit rectified. The executive and the service shows me how responsible they are taking the vehicle. Now i want you to know that who reacts to this issue had to rectify my bike issues asap

                              I recently buy a tvs xl 100 for my father in my village but the bike having starting problem daily morning but after the bike started full day it working without starting problem. So we having issue on daily basis in morning only at first time start. I asked the tvs service center and they telling the bike model having this starting problem as a common issue. I very disappointed with this bike because my father is old man and he struggling to start the bike every morning. Please give me a solution for the this.

                                I purchased scooty pep plus on may 19th 2017 nero blue from prakruthi mortars jalhalli cross branch. Whenever i ride the vehicle the vehicle gets off suddenly. I even had given the scooty for service on 16th july but still the vehicle gets off while riding... Please i need the replacement for the sooty pep plus.                                   Am murthy m i purchased tvs mln edition disc moped last year in nandi tvs mysore. Initially vehicle was good condition. After 2nd service i used to hear some noise sound from engine (Like metal scratching) & jerking on riding. Whenever i complained to this during service they used to tell it's noise from loose parts & jerking is wheel alignment. Even after 5ths service it was same issue. Last 5th service done in gokulam tvs but there is improvement. Finally i am given complaint to tvs customer service but there is no use (Complaint no: 84859).

                                      I purchased tvs apache 200 that i am waiting since 2014 bt reality of this bike is there is no problem in tvs bikes bt real culprit for all complaint is tvs service centre they dont care about customers i purchased my bike on 15 march 2017 after one month problem come from starter motor.. I went to service centre they denied to change it in warranty then i call tvs customer care he assist me very well after conversation between w/s manager & customer care executive they changed starter motor under warranty today my clutch cable got broked reason behind this is they didnt lube it in 2 service.. Means its only 3 month & my clutch cable is broken 😔😔😔
