Hi team,

As i bought new jupiter before1 month bt from 2nd of the day of purchase it was creating problem in engine due to it i have already suffered a lot even i can't explain how much... And i have already purchased 5 jupiter in last 7 months to my family members and known to people but still my showroom is not paying any attention towards my problem so its my humble request you to resolve it asap..

      While driving the vehicle total set of silencer and pipe set has been broken.
      Mud gaurd also removed thrice a week.
      Continously sound has been listen while driving. My god grace i skipped on vehicle while driving.
      Please solve it as soon as possible.
      Family members please avoid to buy tvs vehicle.
      Major accident has been avoid due this.

        I own a apache rtr 200 recently got it serviced from one of your service centre (Shri tvs kohe fiza bhopal), and i must add thier customer service is highly inefficient.
        I am having an issue regarding my bike performance which they were not able to sort out, i went their twice with the same problem and yet they had no solution.
        They even don't know ho to tighten the brakes. This foolish act of theirs is forging new negative thoughts about your company in my mind.
        I would like you to look into this.

        We all are facing a huge problem of mileage.
        In 4.50liters the scooter runs only 100 to 120kms
        With me i have 3 to 4 more jupiter owners who face this problem.
        U have assured that it gives 62
        Leave 62 it dosnt even gives mileage of 32
        Please fix this issue n help us

          Hii,

          Myself adashree agarwal i bought scooty zest from shree siddhi vinayak motors, kanpur on 31/03/2017. First of all the they dint provided me service book as they say company is now not providing service book i think they must have lost my book because of that i wont be able to go for a scooty servicing from past 4 months. Moreover they gave me discharged battery when i asked to get exchange they say there is a 1 year guarantee for a battery so you only go to an exide company and ask for exchange its not our job, after listening this we went to an exide company and asked for the same there they told that our battery is already 1 year older so they wont be able to exchange moreover they are asking for service book to get a proof but here the dealer is not giving me book.
          Now the case is that dealer is not all listening to my words i am really pissed of because of his behaviour he has no manners how to talk with a girl, and now i am not able to ride my scooty.
          Kindly help with this please do the needful job. Hoping for a response

            I bought a jupiter in march 2014 from kohinoor tvs, bhopalwith extended warranty, today i got problem in kick shaft and kick gear but they refuse to change it because 4th free service is lapsed by me on time.
            I have a 2 vehicles of tvs (Wego & jupiter) and get regular service from kohinoor tvs, bhopal, but they don't care of it.
            Kindly do the needful.

              Respected sir,

              My self mr. Pradip sayaji jadhav. I had purchased tvs jupiter zx (On same name as above) from ad yadgar tvs, pimpalgoan baswant, tel:-niphad, dist:-nashik. Who's main dealer is magic tvs, nashik, maharashtra. On the occasion of diwali last year oct-nov 2016 but till the today that is 24th july 2017. I didn't got my scooter rto registration number.

              From the date i had purchased, i had many times visited to showroom and also call them lot of times asking for registration number, they always said will come in next 8 day, will come in next 15 days and always gave excuses like this and made me fooled and now it's been 8-9 month from the ate of purchasing.

              In between these days rto had stop registration of bs | vehicles so that i went 3-4 times to the rto office, nashik for inspection at that time i came to know that the dealer changed my purchase date and make it as 31 dec 2016. Is it joke.? How they do that.? Still if fine. It's been 9 months still i didn't got my registration number. What are they doing.? If my scooter lost or theft then who will be responsible in this case.?

              I am just fed up of this and their excuses. Now i just want to give me my scooter registration number in next 8 day else i will file case on company in consumer court.

              Looking forward towards you and hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                I had bought a TVS JUPITER on 31.03.17 and within a month the battery became disfunctional and since then the service centre at Adityapur, Jamshedpur doesn't have a battery to replace it.
                Each time they promise me that it would be resolved within a week and since then 3 months have passed. This kind of attitude from a esteemed organisation like yours is unexpected
                The scooter in question was bought 4 months back and I am having to kick start it from the 1st month itself. What should I be expecting after a few years.
                This is the 1st tym that I bought a vehicle from TVS. And I m disappointed.
                Please look into the matter asap so that I can consider TVS as an option next time when I am out to buy a scooter

                  I have purchased scooty zest from below showroom.

                  176/2/2 katenagar, opp oriental bank of commerce, nr Rahatni bus stop, Kalewadi - Rahatani Rd, Pimple Saudagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411027

                  It;s been one and half month, still we didnt get documents .and the piece is also defective.I have submitted scooty to the above dealer since last 2 weeks.But still they are not giving any updates.

                  Does TVS provides such a low level of service even if it is best brand ?

                    I'm purchased scooty zest on 10.05.2017 net cash as 62000 bit still now dose not received rc from show room. I asked more than 3 times but no response

                    My 1st service completed on 06.07.2017
                    Am not satisfied with your service because i faced electrical problem they took 4 days time for rectified that problem. I think there dose not have experienced mechanics

                      I am writing this on date 24/07/2017. Today i submitted my bike tvs sport es to om tvs authorized service centre. It is normal that a person would do service booking over the web portal provided by tvs. When i went to the service station, i was told that the booking was not there and they will service as per fifo method. Then i showed them the email confirmation. One of the member resisted to take the bike but due to the other member of tvs service centre they agreed to service. The mechanic was slower than the sloth. Just to change the chain set alone took him 2 hours. Washing is just no words. You can't determine if the bike was washed or not. You can say worst washing ever. No one seems to be interested in doing their job. If you ask the supervisor that its getting late and the job has passed the ert, they will say, 30 min more. Is this how you treat your customers? If i get a survey for this kind of service, i will give (-10) out of 10. Complaining would also not work as no one works. No audits on work. No supervisor. Lazy people. Lazy mechanics, lazy staff and lazy manager.

                        worst bike ever

                        Greetings of the day!!

                        I purchase apache rtr 180 on 22nd august 2015, till date its complete 19, 600 km's.
                        On 08th june 2017 the engine got seized, i go to service center they told me that you have to repair full engine and the cost is approx 12, 000.
                        I pay that amount and bike was repaired on 11th june. After that there is missing problem without pulling chock the bike unable to move and...

                        Our dealership tirupati tvs ranchi was closed by your end and we are still lying with huge inventory of parts and machine we have already faces high losses in ci norms and it was told by area manager we will help you in liquidating your parts and tools but still its almost a year of closure and we are still lying with inventory. We were dealers of both two and three wheeler kindly help us in liquidation of parts and tools and equipment.

                        Apache RTR 160 BS4 it's very crucial issue on my bike failure mode of engine rocker and cylinder heads. Over vibration of foot rest and plastics are damage. Over heating of engine and petrol tank.
                        They have provided free service for my new bike(Apache 160) for three times and they have damaged the indicator sound speaker for two times and while questioned they answered irresponsibly. And for their irresponsiblity I had to pay for both the times. I suppose some necessary actions should be taken.

                          Today date is 22 july 2017 complite near to 4 months but i not got scooter registration number from ajay tvs motors bhel edn mysore road bangalore
                          Every time they give one week time and they assure me if number not got we convert the kit from bs-3 to bs-4
                          Now 3 months 2 week gone. But they are not giving scooter registration number
                          So, please sir give me soluation.

                            Dear sir / madam,
                            I have purchased tvs jupitor on 8th of june 2017 from m/s. Shelar auto, k k market chowk, balaji nagar, pune.
                            We have facing tremendous problem with the vehicle since the day of purchasing. We got very ridiculous service from m/s. Shelar auto.
                            Following issues are not resolved up till now.
                            1) excess petrol consumption: we raised this issue to service engineer and asked to do the tuning that time vehicle was hardly 85 km driven.
                            2) after 185 kms, he asked for servicing. We have paid rs.500+gst.
                            3) after 268 kms, same problems persists.
                            4) today, after 330 kms we have given vehicle to service station to resolve the issues.
                            5) when we accelerate the vehicle, petrol indicator start fluctuating.

                            So overall experience is very bad. No one expert are able to find out the solution. Today vehicle is with service station, now i dont want this vehcle either you give my money back or give new vehicle or we are going take this issue to consumer forum and press news.
                            I have not paid money to make r and d on vehicle.
                            Please look in to the matter and revert back.

                              I have purchase bike on date 07/07/2017
                              My bike no is dl 11-ss-1265.

                              Main problem in this bike is over heat issue engine. I have wear extra clothes in my leg and two sock in my foot to handle heat but engine heat is not handle by cloth.
                              I have marketing job and travel around 22 km continue with one stop but engine heat hurt my leg and foot.
                              I goto service center om service center delhi but not well response heating issue continue come after 1 service 550 km.
                              The main problem is heating vs4 engine apache.
                              My friend also purchase same bile heating issue come. Heating issue not resolve by service center.

                              This bike is not professnal bike like hero, honda, yamaha. Bajaj
                              I have run only 1000 km but i have searching buyer to sell bike. Only pick up not matter in bike hole system want good. When i talk to machinik he told this issue come in vs 4 engine apache.

                                Dear concern,
                                I had submitted my tvs scooty jest up44-0401 in shanti automobiles service center, dhammor road, near mahila politechnic, amethi-227405, phone number anand tiwari-[protected]/[protected] in 8-4-2017. This was an accidental case. Insurance company (The united india insurance) visited service center and estimation was given and approved by insurance company of rs 11000 and advance also taken from me rs 5000. Service center given time of repairing 1 week only.
                                Since then me and my father is following up with this service center and everytime they are giving time and time. Nothing has been done so far and 4 months has been crossed.
                                Kindly someone help me in this issue so that i can get my vehicle asap. I am getting only harrasment

                                    I bought a tvs xl 100 on last month. I paid 40, 300/- to showroom @ gudiyatham. They informed that, ist three service will be free service, but pay for engine oil cost & etc.
                                    Why i bought vehicle in show room, i must can bring somewhere automobiles shops. Why you guys are bare to your valuable customers. We already paid while took vehicle from show room. Vehicle cost, vehicle registration, vehicle service, insurance & etc..

                                    Plz, let me know how to proceed the above.

                                      My bike has run only 10000 kms in 2 yrs and the service center fast bytes in mathikere bangalore are telling me to replace clutch roller and belt is the product given to me during purchase defective

                                      And the tyres pressure are reducing even there is no puncture. The only reason what i can think of regarding the tyres are of bad quality

                                      Kindly rectify these mistakes
