I have received an sms from TVS to avail cash loan based on my existing two wheeler loan (TN3002TW0043468). I have submitted the documents to Mr.Thilak including 4 Cheques on 6 June 2017 at Prabha TVS, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. There is no response from the team. They are not picking my calls or not giving any updates. it is almost 1 month now. please can you resolve this issue at the earliest. I was told that this will get approved in 4 days....

We purchased tvs victor. It battery was got dead. I contact showroom but they are not able to do proper service... And that battery has still 2 months warranty but they are care less about it... My mother bought a tvs jupiter from ak gandhi nagpur. Since first day the lock is not working properly. She has visited the showroom more than 3 times atleast. Yet the problem is not solved and we prefer a replacement of lock instead of various failing repairs. The showroom staff is not ready for ot and we feel cheated by giving a faulty lock in a new brand vehicle.

My tvs jupiter vehicle no mp04 sv 9309, has been under sevicing since 21-7-17, indrapuri branch, bhopal (M. P) and during initial phase they promised to be serviced on that date by 4:30 p. M but its not done till that time.

I speak to head they provided me details that there is some problem in vehicle related to plug and it was not my fault but due to there negligence it happened. They are delaying their service day by day....
