I have booked tvs jupiter on 11/09/2017 (Booking no: e-493). But due to some personal reasons, i cancelled the booking & the consultant soumya said the amount wouldn't be refunded in a rude way and after some time finance consultant sreeja called and threatened me that my finance documents are with her and they may misuse it.
Kindly take necessary actions.

    I have visited supreme tvs b/h paras industrial complex nr sai baba temple next to vijay honda showroom shanti nagar ulhasnagar 3 for the same issue at least 3 time but the problem was not solved. I am frustrated for the problem. If my problem would not solved immediately i m going to complaint in consumer court.

      Bought a tvs jupiter zx (Bs iv) dated 05.07.2017 with engine no. Eg4ch2114750 and chasis no. Md626eg49h3e62446 from shree siddhi vinayak motors 133/231 m block kidwai nagar kanpur. Went through first service the shockers are terrible and the seller admitted the same but not replacing it despite several attempts at local level. The service of the seller is pathatic. Please do something about it at earliest.

        Hi,

        I purchased tvs apache rtr 200 4v bike in the month of august, 2017. Right from starting i am facing issues with bike. I had many issues which they told its not an issue. 1 major issue is gear shifting problem. Even after making many number of complaints they couldn't solve the problem.
        In one year i have visited ramkay tvs service center many times. But they are telling stories like i have change so and so part now you check and confirm. Till now i didn't get the solution.
        In last month i have received a call from service center, they stated a team is coming from bangalore to solve the major issues. I visited service center and they make me waited almost whole day and told the issue has been resolved.
        I didnt get time to test drive, but quite a few days later i got the same issue.

        I want a permanent solution that they return my money back. I bought bike for rs:1007000/- including registration charges. I dont want complete amount. Atleast return 80% of what i have paid.

          Sir. I had done first service of scooter after serving i have complained that my tvs is wisling when i break. First i think it may be afternoon washing. But after running more than 1000 km after servicing it is still as it. Please can you tell me what is the fault??
          It can cut my break drum or break leather.

            I have my wego surrendered on 9th sep 2017 at hinjewadi sai baba tvs centre for paid servicing. However, on enquiry found that they have not even touched the vehicle till 11 am on 10th september 2017. This inspite repeated reminders to deliver by 9th evening itself. They do not bother to listen to customer while creating job card. Inflated bill is very common without real need for so. This will be my last association with them for sure.

              I'm purchase my bike on 5 may 2017 still now it completed 5 months only it having battery problem the battery becomes drained . When I'm going to service center they not solving the problems of bike I'm not satisfied with there response

                This complaint is against rushabh tvs service centre, nagar road pune. I have received msg of 'your 5th free service is due, visit service centre.' if only four services are free then why they send massage. When bike given for servicing it is said that you have only four service free. Also they said job will be done in a hour, but they take half an hour for making job card.

                  I have purchased jupiter in may-2017 but my dealer not providing my proper service regarding my vehicle. I have made complaint regarding my first service problem but i have not given any assistant by dealer yet.
                  Plz don in favour of me...
                  My second service is due but i don't want to that dealer...
                  Also owner offered me 100 rs rebate in next service to for 10 rating. I have recording of this call...

                    I have given my appachi 200 rtr bike after accident on 17th july 2017 on the same day i handover the bike, after insurance inspection in a week time, quotation also given then, waited for approval from insurance company, it is also given after a week, i was amazed to pay advance i did the payment, but my bike is not ready with service center so for, for want of some parts, it informed that they didn't received such part from the company so far, kindly send the parts it all most more then 50 days gone, i bought the bike on 30th march, it is new one,

                      Mysel[censored]mashankar had given my apache abs ka 55 l 2150 for general check up nd service... Sona tvs mysore, informed they could deliver vehicle the same day 7th sept.2017... But i insisted to take a day extra on condition all of my complaints to be resolved... But today 8th they called me to take delivery.. I took trail nd noticed both of my major complaints weren't resolved (Main ;brakes weren't applying evenly) and i waited for 2 hrs nd no use... They again said me to come in the evening.. What if any other person with same complaint took the vehicle without trail or noticing.? What is service management doing without checking up major component such as brakes, not taking for trail nd delivering for customer... This is pure service incapacity

                        I went to amma motors which is an authorized tvs service centre located at amar mahal junction in chembur east for servicing of my apache rtr 200. I left my bike there to collect it later as per time given to me. When i went back, the bike was only washed by then. I had to wait for about an hour and was late for office in the end….. Such callous attitude!! But it proved to be a blessing in disguise as i learnt about the malpractices prevailing there.

                        In servicing cost card, they had charged rs.650/- for change of 1.2l engine oil (1l can costs rs.525/- so for 1.2l cost comes as 650/-). The mechanic drained old oil and filled only 1l of new oil. I waited for about 30 mins but he worked on other stuffs and didn’t cater to engine oil again. He kept insisting me to sit down in reception area but i stood there as i had grown suspicious by then. When the mechanic and the attendant guy realized i have been paying attention, he told the guy to get 200ml oil as well (Senior attendant first asked if he had filled the complete oil to which mechanic replied “nahi, 1l bas”). The 200 ml oil that he brought was a cheaper oil (Rs. 259/- for 900 ml i. E almost half the cost of previous oil), i argued about it with the service center owner that when i want a particular oil and i have been charged higher price for same, why am i getting cheap oil for that price to which he started giving lame reasons. (Elaborated at last)
                        I kept arguing but by then, the mechanic had already poured that 200ml oil in the engine (Even when i told him not to do so). I demanded for the change of entire oil, but the owner refused. I didn’t see a point in arguing because he remained pretty adamant on his petty excuses and as i earlier mentioned i was getting late for office. To cover up for his mistakes, he offered not to charge for that 200ml of cheaper oil to which i agreed as i had to keep the bill as an evidence of his mischief.

                        I wanna elaborate the reasons that he gave me:
                        1. Dono hi oil same hain (Common dude!!... I work in bharat petroleum and such oils are manufactured by us…are u seriously telling me this??)
                        2. 1l ka hi dabba aata hai (Too lame to elaborate)
                        3. Mechanic ko pta nahi tha kaunsa oil use krna hai - the mechanic himself got 1l oil from the shelf before and the owner wasn’t even there at that time to mentor him, how come he doesn’t know now?

                        My pathetic experience doesn't end here:
                        1. I paid rs.250/- for applying anti-rust on all metallic parts but it was not applied on leg-guard and saree guard and was only done after i pointed it out when they handed over the bike.
                        2. The bike had oil stains all over due to all works following the wash, but they didn’t even wipe any of it and was again done after i pointed it out.
                        3. As i mentioned, i had to wait for 1 hour. They didn’t adhere to the time given to me. 10-15 mins here or there is understood but this shows their non-professional attitude.

                          Tvs motor company — no satisfactory response from oceanic tvs dealership - drive - in - road branch, ahmedabad

                          Dear team, consider this message as a complaint against your dealer "oceanic tvs - drive-in-road branch, ahmedabad - gujarat" as mentioned above i had purchased my tvs bike amc service in 2016, but whenever i came at between 9:30 to 10:00 am in morning to workshop for servicing my tvs bike, i had to wait for half an hour and at the time of my turn their supervisor always said sir we are sorry as today it is not possible to servicing your bike so please come tomorrow otherwise please take possession tomorrow. Meanwhile in two time, i had also picked up my bike the day after i put my bike after comfirimg the workshop (As they did not courtesy to call at even second day for pick up). But last time this was also happened ant added to this my bike will be stop automatically in running position (I also rescue from an accident) and my digital meter also deactivate, so i had complaint and they told me please come at our workshop but how can i go there as bike is automatically stop in running but they till date (16 days gone) not send any foreman for servicing. And in today senario bike is most important for me to do routin work.
                          Please take necessary action against my complain otherwise i have to file the case in consumer court.
                          The after sales service of oceanic tvs is worst.

                            tvs jupiter performance and after sale service caused me nightmare

                            I have purchased tvs jupiter from sd motors, dilshad garden, delhi in 1st week of july, 2017 in cash, from the very first day it was giving starting troubles. Atleast 6-7 kicks or 3-4 full self start need to get it start with choke on... I though it will be fine after first service. But the experience was horrible... I went on 03.08.2017 for 1st free service to sd tvs... It was total disaster... Water motor was not working which results in...

                            I bought TVS ZX scooty in the month of February and only in 6 months battery is not working at all and the service executive assistant behaviour is very bad when ever we complain about services he used to react very casually and making false statements.so i am not at all satisfied with your services.

I have received the call from service center for asking service your 05th free servicing but when i go there the service center manager mr. Ayub has rejected me. If any call received from service center customer executive for free servicing then we have to give full of service. No rights to reject customer from service center.

                                  We approached your service station at y junction metro hyderabad for a small nut. They said that that nut was not available with them, so that they advised us to approach hardware shop. They could not give me complaint book to register complaint with them.                                       I purchased white jupiter (Bs iv) having chassis no. Md626eg46h3g08043 on 16th july 2017 from katyayani motors rajajipuram lucknow on 16th july 2017.
                                      When 2 people sit on the scooter then on going through some pits on road with the speed of 30, it is giving a jerk at the back side of scooter. A sound is heard as if something is hitting the upper side at the back of scooter.
                                      Concerned dealer tried to repair this fault but not able to fix it even after 6 attempts.
                                      Afterwards he passed the complaint to tvs service manager but till now no satisfactory solution provided. Hence raising this issue in complaint registration portal.

                                      Still no solution given by their side. They had kept Jupiter with them for the past 20 days and on calling, Service Eng Amit Arora of Lucknow is saying that that sound will come at the speed of 30. He doesn't even know how to talk with their customers, very rough in talking. He is not giving anything in written, I always asked him to provide some logs but he never gave, they are just keeping scooty with them and doing nothing. Really fed up with TVS. Not at all customer friendly. Really irritating and disgusting behaviour from TVS. Please don't buy TVS Jupiter. Shockers are a big problem in this scooty

                                      Very bad experience in buying TVS Jupiter. They all really made me frustrated. Please guys i[censored] all are going for TVS Jupiter then kindly check the mentioned problem. It is in every model. On going through pits it's hitting the upper side at the back of the body. Which could harm the oil tank and one day oil tank will surely burst out, if it continuously hits the upper side of the scooty. And hitting sound is only noticeable when two people sit on the scooty and u pass some pit with the speed of 30km. Pls be aware. TVS is making us fool around
                                      Still no solution provided for Jupiter shocker problem. Scooty is with them for the past 20 days. On calling they are saying that there is no problem in it. But not giving anything in written. Really fed up with the TVS company. They are not at all customer friendly.
