I have purchased tvs jupiter from pores auto sangli in april end. Same damage in june so i given it to show room for repair on 16 june. At time of sending vehicle i have informed my complaint about left mirror. On 17 june i phone show room about vehicle repair complete they told me same ready. When i went there mechanic come outside for delivery with our mirror. When asked for same he again take back vehicle same & told me to wait. After few minutes come back with vehicle with out glass & told me mirror not available at show room. Then there talked in very rudely & told me to take delivery with out mirror. Now i have to use vehicle with out mirror person in show room unable to tell when same available. This is very bad experience of tvs show room for me. This is serious complaint against opore auto.     Tvs apache 200 rtr 4v/engine sound problem

    As its been almost one year after buying apache rtr 200, after one service my engine started making noise, engine oil started leaking, clutch plate started burning, i complained about that several times in my further services, regarding that its engine parts have been replaced twice and my cluch plate has been replaced thrice but still problem is not resolved yet and the sound increased as well.     मेंने भोपाल मध्यप्रदेश के कोलार में कोहिनीर tvs से जुपिटर खरीदी थी | जिस दिन से मेने ये गाडी खरीदी है उसी दिन से चलने में खटारा गाडी जैसी आवाज आती है | शोरूम में सेल्समेन ने कहा की सर ऐसी आवाजे नयी गाडी में कभी कभी आती है आप कल ले आना हम सही कर देंगे | गाडी के लॉक भी अंदर की तरफ था वो भी सही कर देंगे | अगले दिन गाडी चलने पे मेने देखा उसका मीटर भी काम नहीं कर रहा है | मेने अगले दिन जाकर गाडी शोरूम में दाल दी और उन्होंने भी सही कर के देदी | पर तब से अभी तक यही प्रॉब्लम आवाज़ और मीटर की बानी हुई है हर बार जाने पर सही कर के देदेते है और फिर ५ घंटे में मीटर भी बंद आवाजे चालू |
    कमाने के चक्कर में या तो शोरूम वाले घटिया मेकेनिक रख कर बैठे है और फर्जी काम करके मेरी गाडी में पार्ट गलत लगा के पैसे खा गए है | भोपाल वालो से अनुरोध है tvs की कोई गाडी मत उठाये और ज्यादा ही पसंद है तो कोहिनीर से तो बिलकुल भी नहीं लेने चोर लोग है कमाने बैठे है झूट झूट बोल के गाड़ी बेच देते है और १ साल तक झिलाने के बाद कस्टमर से पैसे लूटना शुरू, क्युकी आपकी १ साल की फ्री सर्विसेज तो ख़तम हो ही जानी है तब

      Tvs apache 200 4v bike, engine problem

      I have buyed tvs apache 200 4v bike in november of 2016. Some problems occurred after 1 or 2 months regarding engine. Now, it is about 7 months, still there are a lot problems in engine. After receiving bad experience at the service center, that is no solution to many problems. Now i am tired of all these things, so i wanted to change the engine of my bike so it will help me further....

      I have jupiter zx model, i give it to service its really bad experience with tvs service center in mira road they just wash my bike and give it to me all the problems remaining same and they charge 400 bucks for water resistant polish, 200 for clutch and 200 for service, really i disappointed and next day when i ask for problems they just said it "we will check" nothing else they done.

        I compared 10 km distance travelled by wagonr car, hero honda splendor bike, and tvs jupiter car and bike were showing 10km moreover tvs jupiter meter reading was showing 10.6 km. I have monitored the same issue with other tvs jupiter also but meter reading was showing 10.6 km only. It means milage meter of jupiter is showing excessive reading plse liquidate the issue. I told the issue to ka motors jaipur but they denied for the issue

          I have taken tvs victor bike last year 2016... By this year i ride 12000kms... According bike manual guidelines... Engine spark plug, air filter, has to change... I went to service center to change those parts.. From 1 month onwards they are saying no spare parts are availing in vizag city... If these small kind of spares are not availing... Then if major spare gone... Wat should we have to do..... To keep my bike at home until i got a spare part... This is not at all fair... So plz take action as soon as possible... My no. [protected]

          Due to fault in my bike Apache 160 4V disc plates and pads are failed, how to send legal proceedings to TVs spare parts and co. Normally for every new bike they will have warranty of one year. They said that they are not covered in this. Anybody can help me

            I've got scooty last year. And we have been facing the following problems like
            The self start doesn't work, we need to kick it. The battery or engine has some problems. The horn doesn't work. It has stopped in between many times. We have been encountering various problem while starting the scooty.
            Sir, being such a reputed company we can't believe of any such products from you. Please repair the scooty. Hope to get resolved asap.

            I am from Kundrathur chennai. I got a new TVS Jupiter on 29th May. With in a week time. It got off in the middle of the road. When we checked the internal wire circuit is short circuit 4 times. I really not happy with the bike please don't buy this TVS product. When we approached the dealer he says that. They will service and give bike.

              Since 21 years my father is loyal to your brand.

              From tvs 50 then victor gl still we have kept it as a memory.

              Seeing the quality of products recently i purchased rtr 200 apache at bangalore prakruthi motors.

              Since the day i purchased there will be a chain spracket noise as i drive 8 kms and above..

              Since 3 services i have done in your authorised dealers​
              Arunagiri motors bangalore twice then
              Fast bikes bangalore once.

              My query is not resolved at all it's the same.

              Kindly resolve at the earliest.

              My faith towards brand is lost.

                  I bought a tvs scooty pep+ from sai baba sales pvt ltd, hinjewadi, pune, in the month of february 2017 and have not received a registration number even after 4 months.

                  I have been constantly calling them and going to their showroom, but they always say that i would get the registration number in a week. Its been 4 months now and i have been caught by the traffic police multiple times.

                  Inspite of constant follow up by going to the showroom and calls, there has not been any action from their side. They give me some or the other number and ask me to call multiple people to ask about when registration will happen. This is a totally unacceptable behavior and they take no responsibility of the vehicle once the payment is made.

                  I am still waiting for the registration number as they say that they have no idea when it will come. Made a mistake by buying from this place.

                    It's been 13 days since i bought apache rtr 180 from a. K. Gandhi nagpur 440001, but now i still didn't get those paper first of all they put me on waitlist after taking 40k and for 10 days they made me wait just because of bs-iv version even though they got that edition for some reason they didn't sell that bike, off topic, but even after 10 days they called us that your bike is ready you are ready to pick it up and take it to home, after going to nagpur they made us 4-5 hours and even though after 5 hours they give me bike whose screw nuts is already loose, make some type of noisy irritating sound, worse worse customer service from tvs still i didn't get those papers, however only one day after that i'll give them this bike return cuz i cannot wait this much a month they take 2 weeks just for papers saying that your cheque is not passed making fool of me lol theey thibnk i don't know does it really takes 13 days for cheque pass, those fools making fool of me, really tvs you are the worse worse worse no matter how many times i say you got worse service.

                      Hi myself arun here i bought jupiter greay on[protected] from matrix motors tavarekere main opp oracle buliding
                      Issue is i have got my vehicle second services done recntly but they are not providing me any kind of printed bills they telling that there dms is not working and i it's been six month i have not received my rc book (Smart card) they are juzt keep pushing dates & days telling me that it will be done but it's not done yet
                      Do help me out cuss i need my services bills were i can reimbursement from my company

                        I had service in your tvs company it's in warrenty in time on that they said that your full bike is ok and after servies my bike is not give me maileage it around 20-25kmpl
                        Now what i do after some i checked in another servies center they told me that your bike karboreter will change and your bike is not in warrenty.. And when i purchase it they said you will got 5 year warrenty

                                I purchased Tvs Jupiter zx Bs4 no. Ka05ka9180. 3 months back but I came to know that here is a engine problems as per service adviser adithy motors, l gave it for service 10 days back still not given delivery. They misbehave with when I approach them. This is really not sustainable. Therefore kindly look into the same.

                                  My name is amit podder and yesterday i bought tvs apache rtr 160 pearl white (New white) from m/s mann auto service, link road, lanka, authorised tvs sub-dealer. They did not give me test ride and so i had to buy directly. The owner is a good man and so the workers. But on my way to home after the delivery, there was a continuous loud sound from the oil tank, seems like any screw or nut is loose. I complaint them on the way itsef and they said they will repair it the next time i go for servicing. But now after reaching home i can a confusing scratch on the engine left side and also a kind of paste on the head light boundary. The bike was dirty and seems old also. Oh! Please i request tvs company to help me in this matter for which i will be ever greatfull to you... Tvs claims to be the no.1 company in providing customer satisfaction. I hope the company satisfies me too. I'm waiting...

                                    I am a customer of tvs since last 4 years. Residence of durgapur, west bengal. Took service from jeet tvs. They dont have well trained mechanics. They give very poor service and always behave very badly with customers. Till date i took more than 10 service from them but i am not satisfied with them. Do you have any other option or should i opt for other company?
