I give him vat 12.50/ why shouold take me 14.50 service tax

Today I have been to Jyoti Tvs, Bhubaneswar for 3rd free service of TV's Jupiter by booking Xpress service. I delivered my scooty at 3.40 pm and the vehicle was delivered at 6 pm instead of delivery time 5pm as mentioned in the job card. There was no ac in the waiting hall for customers and it was a very shavy condition. There was no concern from the available executives to my request.

I have bought tvs zest on october 2016, since i bought that bike from prabha tvs i have faced hell out of issues in the bike. From starting trouble, no proper petrol supply, brake problem many many issues. They have given a very poor service and am facing the same problem again and again. Day before yesterday also i left my bike for brake issue. Still they didnt complete the serivce. Necessary action should be taken on prabha tvs 56, ashok pillar main road, sector 10, sector 1, ashok nagar, chennai, tamil nadu 600083.

I am facing the ignition problem from the day one it is increasing day by day same has s been informed to the service center two service are done so far my problem is not rectified in spite they are demanding excess money.

When will be my problem solved

My tvs jupiter vehicle no mp04 sv 9309, has been under sevicing since 21-7-17, indrapuri branch, bhopal (M. P) and during initial phase they promised to be serviced on that date by 4:30 p. M but its not done till that time.

I speak to head they provided me details that there is some problem in vehicle related to plug and it was not my fault but due to there negligence it happened. They are delaying their service day by day.

Running a company its a responsibilty of any management staff that you should be stick to your words. They spoke to me yesterday and assured me it will be delivered by 2 p. M its 2:47 and i didn't get it.

Such a poor and worst service from such a reputed company i never expected.

Hope you take some strict action and do better justice with me and your reputed company.

My fuel pump of apache 160 fi was damaged, when i went to my showroom they are saying they cannot find it anywhere! And when i tried to exchange my vehicle for a new zest, they said they cannot accept because of no fuel pump! What the hell you think you are, if i don't get fuel gauge or exchange, i will file a case against you. If you think a single case doesn't affect you, i am student with good circle i will create awareness about your lack of service in social media. Roman civilization went down by none other than people remember.

I purchased a tvs zest vehicle from abhishek autoworld (Mumbai) invoice dated 31.03.2017 invoice no 1040. I received delivery of vehicle on 11 april 2017 and was not provided service coupon and manual. I keept followong for the same but they informed that it is out of stock. This is erratic negligence

I have even sent a email to tvs regarding the same, but no response from them. Seems to be tactic for avoiding the free services.

Dear sir, i have buy tvs xl 100 bike on 31 march 2017, but this bike's steering lock is not working proparly, back light of break is not working. I told this complaint to services manger of magic tvs shrirampur, but he told that i am not solve your problem you go to key maker person, hi will solve your problem, but my bike is in warranty period so why i go to other person, i am a handicapped person, so please help me. Thank you.

V poor service, no proper work, unprofessional service n wasting of my time for unreasonable excuse on every counter, asked me come for bill on a separate day n for polishing on another day.
Well i have been in service centre at9:30 n it opens after10am, then it took 5hours to complete still it hasnot been polished yet.
This is just not d way to give such pathetic n careless service next time ill never ask anyone to buy tvs bikes, i am really sorry to say all these.

I am subhash shyam mhatre.in my cooty 1st problem is oil leakages 2nd problem is chokopser changes and 3rd problem is engine noise. Horn is not working. Company giving the warrenty for scooty amd also include seperate warrenty for engine. After 1st servicing in 3 days coming noise in engine. This is 3rd problem in tvs jupiter zx. Actually i dnt no this scooty is new or 2nd hnd. Only 1 servicing completed. Only in 4 months lots of problem in scooty then wht shld customer do. Plz solve my problem immediatly otherwise give the replacement for my scooty.

My bike is getting timely service at aditi tvs noida. From the second service onwards i have complained about the gears getting stuck between 2, 3, 4. However, no efforts have been made & the issue was resolved on temporary basis. Now in the fourth service, i have made the similar complaints & now the mechanic has recommended that the clutch plate needs to be changed. The service centre is charging me for the parts & they claim that company is not liable for part replacement. The bike is only 9 months old & all the four service has been done at aditi tvs & on time.
This is a manufacturing defect & should be replaced by the company or at least get it checked once to find the root cause of the problem.

They installed a new v belt drive and roller comp but just after one day it belt breaks and i was stuck in the middle on the road way to my home.
I am just so obsessed with their quality and seriously m just pissed off now. Cuz i have bought it just one year ago.

It's been a real high disappointment from the well known company that their authorized service centre serve such a bad service that even past three regular services the issue related to my battery is not resolved. The battery shows dead from past 4 months even after timely services. Every time i give my tvs jupiter for servicing i am told it's just a normal issue which will be fixed but it remains the same and on top of that my horn is dead post the past servicing. Money is charged and the customer is made a fool for that. No customer satisfaction from such a company. I have purchased tvs jupiter from pores auto sangli in april end. Same damage in june so i given it to show room for repair on 16 june. At time of sending vehicle i have informed my complaint about left mirror. On 17 june i phone show room about vehicle repair complete they told me same ready. When i went there mechanic come outside for delivery with our mirror. When asked for same he again take back vehicle same & told me to wait. After few minutes come back with vehicle with out glass & told me mirror not available at show room. Then there talked in very rudely & told me to take delivery with out mirror. Now i have to use vehicle with out mirror person in show room unable to tell when same available. This is very bad experience of tvs show room for me. This is serious complaint against opore auto. As its been almost one year after buying apache rtr 200, after one service my engine started making noise, engine oil started leaking, clutch plate started burning, i complained about that several times in my further services, regarding that its engine parts have been replaced twice and my cluch plate has been replaced thrice but still problem is not resolved yet and the sound increased as well. मेंने भोपाल मध्यप्रदेश के कोलार में कोहिनीर tvs से जुपिटर खरीदी थी | जिस दिन से मेने ये गाडी खरीदी है उसी दिन से चलने में खटारा गाडी जैसी आवाज आती है | शोरूम में सेल्समेन ने कहा की सर ऐसी आवाजे नयी गाडी में कभी कभी आती है आप कल ले आना हम सही कर देंगे | गाडी के लॉक भी अंदर की तरफ था वो भी सही कर देंगे | अगले दिन गाडी चलने पे मेने देखा उसका मीटर भी काम नहीं कर रहा है | मेने अगले दिन जाकर गाडी शोरूम में दाल दी और उन्होंने भी सही कर के देदी | पर तब से अभी तक यही प्रॉब्लम आवाज़ और मीटर की बानी हुई है हर बार जाने पर सही कर के देदेते है और फिर ५ घंटे में मीटर भी बंद आवाजे चालू |
कमाने के चक्कर में या तो शोरूम वाले घटिया मेकेनिक रख कर बैठे है और फर्जी काम करके मेरी गाडी में पार्ट गलत लगा के पैसे खा गए है | भोपाल वालो से अनुरोध है tvs की कोई गाडी मत उठाये और ज्यादा ही पसंद है तो कोहिनीर से तो बिलकुल भी नहीं लेने चोर लोग है कमाने बैठे है झूट झूट बोल के गाड़ी बेच देते है और १ साल तक झिलाने के बाद कस्टमर से पैसे लूटना शुरू, क्युकी आपकी १ साल की फ्री सर्विसेज तो ख़तम हो ही जानी है तब

I have buyed tvs apache 200 4v bike in november of 2016. Some problems occurred after 1 or 2 months regarding engine. Now, it is about 7 months, still there are a lot problems in engine. After receiving bad experience at the service center, that is no solution to many problems. Now i am tired of all these things, so i wanted to change the engine of my bike so it will help me further....

I have jupiter zx model, i give it to service its really bad experience with tvs service center in mira road they just wash my bike and give it to me all the problems remaining same and they charge 400 bucks for water resistant polish, 200 for clutch and 200 for service, really i disappointed and next day when i ask for problems they just said it "we will check" nothing else they done.
