IDear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter is to bring into your attention that I am not satisfied with your quality of service provided at AK motors, mattannur, kannur, kerala.

I ordered a spare part due to throttle body issue and it's taking too long for the arrival of ordered product it's already been a month you made me waiting. Also I want to let you know that I was very upset with your staff's performance. They used to deal with me quite inefficiently and did not show their interest which they must show while dealing with customers. I had previous experiences similar to this from the same service center and I am deeply disappointed with that. I might not show interest in doing business with you anymore if things are the same in near future and these kind of irresponsible approach would not be appreciated. I expect quality service from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention. I am looking forward to your replies within shortest time.

          I have Apache rr310. I have given my bike in Matrix tvs Mumbai for parts replacement its now almost 45 days they have not Given my bike they are not responding properly for my calls as well and they are juz saying parts hav not received we dont how much time it will take more. Very bad after sales service from tvs i m facing right from when i took this bike.
          They dont even service well last time when i serviced juz after service i was heading back to home the brake wasn't responding the feedback was zero i was on highway on 100km speed and this happen i juz saved my life. After calling them about thus issue they said coz of polish the brake will not respond. Plz go home and put hot water on disc.

                    I wish to inform that malpractice of billing carried out in Rajvijay agencies, 5, Karuvadikuppam road, muthiyalpet, pondicherry for my scooter py 01 CK 4575 for the service made on 15.2.2021.
                    TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    The Rajvijay Agencies, 5, Karuvadikuppam has charged for rectifying the fuel gauge defects. But they did not done anything.

                        Hai,
                        I had purchased Apache 160 4V BSVI on 25.12.2019 from TVS authorized Dealership showroom - VISWAM TVS which is located @ Tiruchengode, Namakkal DT - 637211.
                        There is a kick-start complaint in my bike from the first day itself. Every day I'm acing this issue while using kicker by every morning.
                        Even self start is also making time with long time.
                        I have also registered regarding this complaint in the showroom during every services.
                        Those Technicians and Service Manager in showroom guided me to start vehicle by placing it with center stand and to start the vehicle.
                        But also the complaint still continuous. Once again I gone for service in the showroom, I just don't know what they did, they told me that Air filter and plug has been cleaned and inserted.
                        And now it's taking much time than before, It make around 10 - 15 minuted to start the bike with kicker.
                        So, please help me in this issue and solve it to make a best ride from the start up of my vehicle.

                          I have ordered RR310 parts proceeding with insurance claim. Claim was approved on 23-Jan itself & order for bike parts was made on 24/25-Jan-21 but still there is no one to respond exactly how much it will take to deliver parts from selling/manufacturing office to Indore(MP) i.e. destined place.
                          As per service center, it takes only 10-15 days (Max.) in delivering such parts. But there is still no update about that.

                              I RC Nayak working in Air Force inquired about Jupiter prices and RTO charges to be purchased from CSD from sona TVs Laxmipuram mysore. On enquiring RTO charges, sales executives told me that it will be taken from exshowroom prices of vehicle not from the canteen paid prices. But the RTO charges should be given from canteen prices, I asked for other car vehicles or other brand vehicles, they are taking RTO charges from canteen price.

                              In view of above you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful to provide RTO charges based on canteen prices.

                                    I'm praveen from poonamallee.I am writing this to let you know my experience with TVS bike service center at poonamellee, Chennai.
                                    I serviced my NTORQ 25 in the TVS service center, but the service is very worst. And the customer handling also bad...yesterday (9.2.21) I gave to service my bike and our service center fixed the delivery date and time that is 10.2.21 5.30 pm...but they give at 7.30 pm I ask manager for this miscomittment, but won't response..they behavior was very worse...and finally delivery my bike, but the service is too worst...not proper cleaning...
                                    Myself too upset for your service, service centre staff's behavior, and the time commitment...
                                    I pay the annual maintenance fee, I used two services .
                                    I surely don't use the remaining two services because of your worst services.
                                    And waste of my time also..
                                    I'm so depressed of your service

                                      I brought a TVS Scooty Pep + model 2020 from RNS Bikes (No.11, B S Complex, 60 Feet Road, Nehru Road, St Thomas Town, Kammanahalli, Near Kullappa Circle, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560084) on 12th Feb 2020. I had brought this after selling my old Scooty that was about 11 years old, the old scooty I sold was in a better condition than the new Scooty I received in terms of the performance and I am really sad to buy this piece of scrap paying so much of money. The vehicle has been serviced twice till now (due to lockdown last year for a prolonged period ). The vehicle has gone dead twice till now without being able to start and after complaining to the sub-dealer where I brought this, they said fault with spark plug and changed it both times. I am surprised that spark plugs need replacement every 500 kms. This speaks volume about the quality of your product. Apart from this the vehicle doesn't start properly even after kick starting, it keeps going off. while riding the bike the bike goes off multiple times. I strongly believe that you guys have sold me a faulty piece and hence request you to replace my bike or provide me assurance of a fully fledged inspection and repair and guarantee on its performance. Apart from this, I haven't got my RC card even as it is going to be a year since the date of purchase. of this bike. Is this how TVS Motors serves their customers?

                                      After writing to their customer service escalating this issue, I was contacted by one of their escalation managers and was asked to take the vehicle to a nearest authorized service center. I took the vehicle and got the issue fixed. It is currently under observation. The key learning is that never buy new bikes from any Multi brand outlets or non-dealers, always buy from a authorized TVS dealers or sub-dealers.

                                        My vehicle KA20 2177 suddenly stops while driving. This is third time repeated. So this morning around 9.50 i called after repeated call service man took my vehicle. Evening i got call frm[protected] who was giving wrong details abt my vehicle. He said its coz of no fuel vehicle stopd. Really so awkward service feedback.infact service person misbehaviour he insulted infact. Conversation recorded. My request please take action against the Tvs Sai Radha service man. His no. [protected].
