Tvs showroom in Pamur (Ap).
This showroom spares not sold out side customers, who has repair bikes out side mechanic shops .so please action on this showroom. Thank you

I have Apache RTR 200 and always i preffered you service centte for my bike service but i was not satisfied from last service becouse after service my bike handle screw and bolts are losse as look like some body change handle parts and after week when i was on weekly off then i visited to your service centre for complaining the same issue so nobody hear my problem properly and said please wait we are busy right now, i was wait approx. One hour, no body come to check my bike and when i said please check once so they said now our lunch time going to be start & today don't have time and expert were not present so come tommorow. It's not acceptable such kind of service at all.

If bike have handle loose issue, may be somebody lost their life and one more thing when bike have no problem related to handle so why handle going to be loose and why handle was remove or open.

I owned a tvs apache 1604v fi varient and my bike runs only 3000 km but when engine is heat up there are some abnormal sound comes from engine like timming chain sound i visit to tvs service centre 2 times but they ignore my problem and engine sound so what should i do to fix this abnormal sound i am too worried about this

I regarded to Inform you that after purchasing on dated 09/08/2020 the Vehicle (TVS Ntorq 125cc RACE Edition) one after another problem rising or facing like Battery, Pickup, Gear Box ect.

Now Issue is "Gear Box Noise", 3rd free service on dated 07/03/2021from Show TVS Motors service center (Titagarh) concern person asking for resolving the Issue Vehicle put in 3day days at service center for repairing, but I am working with my Vehicle for Emergency Hospital Service so how can it possible for 3days laying the Vehicle at service center.

Request please repair my Vehicle with in time frame One day.

Dear TVS Motor,
It's feel very dissatisfied and also unjustified that i am unable to drive my TVS jupiter at all as it's battery is non functional.

All PMS (Periodic maintenance) done on time at your authorized TVS dealers and my vehicle also not completed a year from the sale date which is 19.03.2020.
As per my and dealer check (Braj Tractors) the fitted Exide battery MFG date is 03.09.2018 and its serial no. is M2H8R744190.
As per rec'd RC from Braj tractors vehicle manufacturing is 05/2019.

As per Exide dealer it's out of warranty from the MFG date (Rejection note attached).Now as per norms defective battery to be replaced under
warranty by your TVS dealers if vehicle sold date is under 12 months.

Note-Battery tested by the Braj Tractors and found non functional.
As per Braj tractors they are not providing the replacement on spot so they will send the same to TVS Bangalore office and will confirm me after 25 days.

Now i am helpless as how could i drive a vehicle without battery.I have paid Rs.72000/- for TVS jupiter but found dissatisfied due to bad after sales support.
I am also working in Automobile sector and regularly given satisfaction support to my valuable customers.If TVS found me a valuable customer then kindly treat my case
on priority otherwise i will escalate this issue to social media.

I purchased the TVS Scooter on 23rd Feb 2021 from Raj Rajeswari Motor, Bhawanipatna and the invoice number is 1226 dated[protected].
They did not do the registration until[protected] due to lack of commitment.
We followed up several times with them, visited their store couple of times. They only told us they forgot to do the registration.
We still have not received the registration card or vehicle number plate. They are delaying all the process unnecessarily.

Bike gets stopped at any time, directly goes into nutral gear and unable to pick up, this can be very dangerous if bike gets stopped while overtaking, it can lead to massive accident,

I have given my bike to TVS showroom near by me,
OPP Reliace Petrol Pump, BKG Road, Sangirdewadi, Kudal, Maharashtra 416520

But they are not aware of this issue they are doing R&D on bike, please raise this concern and get it resolved

I have purchased tvs Jupiter scooter on four month ago.and its accelerator wire broken when I complained agency they picked my scooter and today 5 days expend but no problem resolve they called wire not available for coming wire will take long time something 15 days.

Service is not doing by technician, not properly checking. But collecting high labour charges for without proper service

The rear tier of my scooter is air bubbled inside. Check store men The tire rush shows two mm(2mm). It is incorrect. My size is four mm(4mm). Please refund me.demez my wellrem no out metikmchin

Pfta of my apache 200 bs6 video suddenly engine is getting off and jerking while riding nearly 7 to 8 times per day for past 6 months unable to rectify the issues kindly provide solution for this issue
and revert back asap

Due to one sensor issue, I went tvs service centre on 23/01/2021, that time show room person breaked my bike headlight parts (attached the same) and they said that part will come after one week like that, but now still they are saying parts was not came and they are saying TVS are not sending that one like that, already 45 dys completed still they are giving same region, please resolve ASAP
I want to inform you that I am very disappoint by the dealer of tvs company.

I have purchased apache 160 4v bs6 bike, on 1 year before but still I have not got rc card and it's in Trijal tvs show room, marathahalli bangalore, now i am not able going to bangalore, and they are accepting to courier my RCcard to home address, , please resolve ASAP,

I am Ashok Garde, i newly purchased before three month redeon TVs motor cycle. Motor cycle is starting problem near more gaon district satara maharashtra. I came in nearest TVs showroom koregaon for solve problem but Sidhnath TVs showroom owner Mr. Salunkhe says, i am not attend you . You go there, from purchase your motor cycle. I am purchasing pusegaon about 25 kms back but motor cycle troubling near koregaon showroom.
TVs showroom is all over india and company is why not repair emergency in other showroom in warranty period. So many trouble me and i repair private mechanic due to stop my vehicle. Very bad service by TVs company showroom. You strictly instruct koregaon TVs showroom otherwise TVs company faith go from customers just like me. This incident on 05 Mar 2021 at 1.45 pm...

Dear sir,
I'm on of the customer who were using tvs apache 160 rtr from past 5 years. We are far from hubli city around 60 km we have showroom in my home town called Mundgod District Uttarkannada.we never get oil filter from this showroom among all services. Then we have one more showroom in hubli Town that is located d in gokul road.
I lost once my speedameter cable I came to buy from 60 km far from my town. I asked 1st showroom he told me that we don't have any kind of stock. Finally I went this showroom I asked him a cable he told me that angry li u never get cable only u will get full assembly. How is this possible to say I'm not get cable only I searched in Google tvs site finally with confirmation only I went showroom. These employees are likely bad behavior.
Please let us know is that a way to handle poor customer. Someone have money someone not. Take a good action regarding this case about spare parts about behaviour
