I RC Nayak working in Air Force inquired about Jupiter prices and RTO charges to be purchased from CSD from sona TVs Laxmipuram mysore. On enquiring RTO charges, sales executives told me that it will be taken from exshowroom prices of vehicle not from the canteen paid prices. But the RTO charges should be given from canteen prices, I asked for other car vehicles or other brand vehicles, they are taking RTO charges from canteen price.

In view of above you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful to provide RTO charges based on canteen prices.

    I'm Anil Defense person from Jamnagar I have purchased a TVS Jupiter scooty from OM TVS showroom, Patel colony branch through CSD after new rate list only I have made DD to CSD as per new rate list only but TVS showroom sale person Bhavvya bhai taken 3322rs extra money from me as a CSD diffrance amount but it is not there .Now my friend took a same scooty from main branch of OM TVS showroom Kodiyar colony he is not taken any difference amount.now I'm claiming my amount back but they not giving me .please give me justice

        Hi,
        I'm praveen from poonamallee.I am writing this to let you know my experience with TVS bike service center at poonamellee, Chennai.
        I serviced my NTORQ 25 in the TVS service center, but the service is very worst. And the customer handling also bad...yesterday (9.2.21) I gave to service my bike and our service center fixed the delivery date and time that is 10.2.21 5.30 pm...but they give at 7.30 pm I ask manager for this miscomittment, but won't response..they behavior was very worse...and finally delivery my bike, but the service is too worst...not proper cleaning...
        Myself too upset for your service, service centre staff's behavior, and the time commitment...
        I pay the annual maintenance fee, I used two services .
        I surely don't use the remaining two services because of your worst services.
        And waste of my time also..
        I'm so depressed of your service
        Your tvs center service is too worst...

          I brought a TVS Scooty Pep + model 2020 from RNS Bikes (No.11, B S Complex, 60 Feet Road, Nehru Road, St Thomas Town, Kammanahalli, Near Kullappa Circle, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560084) on 12th Feb 2020. I had brought this after selling my old Scooty that was about 11 years old, the old scooty I sold was in a better condition than the new Scooty I received in terms of the performance and I am really sad to buy this piece of scrap paying so much of money. The vehicle has been serviced twice till now (due to lockdown last year for a prolonged period ). The vehicle has gone dead twice till now without being able to start and after complaining to the sub-dealer where I brought this, they said fault with spark plug and changed it both times. I am surprised that spark plugs need replacement every 500 kms. This speaks volume about the quality of your product. Apart from this the vehicle doesn't start properly even after kick starting, it keeps going off. while riding the bike the bike goes off multiple times. I strongly believe that you guys have sold me a faulty piece and hence request you to replace my bike or provide me assurance of a fully fledged inspection and repair and guarantee on its performance.  Apart from this, I haven't got my RC card even as it is going to be a year since the date of purchase. of this bike. Is this how TVS Motors serves their customers?

          After writing to their customer service escalating this issue, I was contacted by one of their escalation managers and was asked to take the vehicle to a nearest authorized service center. I took the vehicle and got the issue fixed. It is currently under observation. The key learning is that never buy new bikes from any Multi brand outlets or non-dealers, always buy from a authorized TVS dealers or sub-dealers.

            My vehicle KA20 2177 suddenly stops while driving. This is third time repeated. So this morning around 9.50 i called after repeated call service man took my vehicle. Evening i got call frm[protected] who was giving wrong details abt my vehicle. He said its coz of no fuel vehicle stopd. Really so awkward service feedback.infact service person misbehaviour he insulted infact. Conversation recorded. My request please take action against the Tvs Sai Radha service man. His no.                     This is ridiculous service staff from tvs Sabharwal Moti Nagar, they stole petrol from our vechicle and they behave very unprofessional however I am working and I don’t have much time to visit service centre, I dropped my tvs ntorq to Sabharwal motors Moti Nagar, for claiming process and they don’t want to proceeed it they just gave me other reason to visit again and again. If this happening with me again and again I will upload a video for tvs india about their service on YouTube or other social media platforms

                      I serviced my Jupiter scooter in the TVS service centre, but the service is very worst and customer handling is not good from service advisor and the management, they are talking very rodely, and still my bike compliant is not rectified properly I have already compliant but still not any response for the company.                         I owned a tvs ntorq on feb 2019, now the side stand got broken. i tried to get new one by approaching several times in your cochin 3 branches (alway, ernakulam, and eddapilly)unfortunately i didn't got the item, all are informed as short supplied item and not available in stock. since its a small part and taking this much time is not a customer satisfaction method adopted as you are reputed brand. personally i received very bad service. kindly look it to the matter and do the needful

                            We have purchased a radion bike from brasscity motor vide bill no. 2121 dt. 06.12.2020 and face problem to changing the Gear and after service the problem not shortout and again go to work shop after service the problem still as in the bike. Today i.e. 07.02.2021 go to workshop and showing our bike and discussed reg problem and they told us to come tomorrow and leave the bike for one day .. this is for your information keep the msg to suitable department reg.                                 I had seen a problem that oil is leaking from the engine and it might be a packaging issue of engine properly and I given my bike to service centre 3 times but they just clean the oil and not taking action against the problem and I am facing it from last 1 year and they are not seeking attention towards my problem so immediate action should be taken for it
                                And if it occurs again parts should be changed respectively.

The registration Cirtificate # is transfer on my name. But i have found issue to apply number plate by Nearest TVS Dealer. Whose Dealership in Una (H.P.).
                                    Kindly do needfull as urgent basis . Our area RTO Officer said you sumbit the the RC copy and your aadhar card copy in TVS Motors Dealer. We submited these document but they did not apply our number plate. Now they will says that company want NOC of Vehicle. Why ? if we submit NOC in RTO office after that they Transferred vehicle on my Name.

                                      Sir, I had purchased TVS victor in 2018 and the bike has been having issues from the start. The battery had to replaced twice along with the clutch plate in the first six months and the first year consecutively.

                                      We bought it from Speedwheels showroom in Thane (west). Since then, we have been going to speedwheels service centre in Khopat Thane where the service is absolutely horrible.

                                      There is no one to greet the customer or even register a complaint, no one to inform to, the people are terribly rude, no appointment system so every time you go, you have to go around atleast twice to book an appointment. No AMC service intimation system either. Recently they changed their contact number without any intimation and even that isn't working.

                                      There no pick up and drop off provided for my location either.
                                      For the past two years, getting the bike repaired there has been a complete waste of time and money.
                                      Please note this complaint and let me know about any alternatives that may be available. I am providing my customer number below.

                                        I gave my TVS scooty pep+ vehicle (TN55 Y0847) for service at STD motors in Peravurani of Thanjavur district today[protected]. They have collected from me Rs.3634 for various accessories and service. But they gave the receipt for only Rs.3309 which includes Rs.434.75 as the labour charge. When I asked them why are you collecting Rs.3634 instead of 3309 they did not answer me properly and wrote in the receipt something manually which shows (i) Tyre fitting charge - Rs.100, (ii) Checking the wirings of the indicators - Rs.150 and (iii) Indicator - Rs.75. In addition they told there is no provision here to fit the tyres and there is no skilled person to check the wiring. So we fit them outside. I am very disappointed with their reply. I would like to know (i) Is there really no facility to fit tyres and check the wiring in STD motors Peravurni. If yes how did you recognize them as your authorized service centre? I know TVS is a reputed and leading organization and I hope that you will respond me properly and take necessary steps to refund me the excess amount Rs.325 collected from me.
