We the proud customer of TVS since 15years right now we are using TVS xL for local use like to visit bank n near by dealer point . You can go through that every time we give the vehicle in showroom only and every bill u can cross check it how much Vijaylaxmi Auto Engineering Pvt Ltd. Hubli is charging beyond the limits today also a invoice is raised in that 60% apx is only labour charge only . Vehicle TVS xL is always used by middle class person or by labour class if this your charges then 1fine day ull lose the customer we request u to take an strictly action against this matter n save TVS . Our Vehicle No is KA25EY5196. in today's bill total values Rs 3023.00 only labour charge is Rs 1770.00 and we had also informed them to ask n proceed the major works if any even without intimation they have done it .

I purchased TVS Apache Bike 180cc from Tvs credit company. My loan agreement number is UP3040TW0019760. I paid all the bouncing charges and emi now again tvs charged 2083 rupyees. I am jobless and my father got retired i belong to a middle class family. Tvs charged a lot of money i submitted evrything then also they are not releasing my NOC .previously tvs messaged me that 1107 is pending please submit the amount after that you will get the NOC i submitted the amount after that also my loan is still active and amount 2083 is still showing. I am very much frustrated don't know what do to...This is the worst loan company i have ever seen

Maine 160 4V Apache Double Disc bike September me Vivan tvs se liya tha . Usme suru se hi soccer me awaz aa rha tha.
Main 1st servicing ke bad use service centre me report kiya... Wo ise thik nhi kar paye.. Aur soccer change karne ke liye demand le liya.. Fir jab nye soccer lagane ke bad bhi awaz aana thik nhi hua to unhone pura check kiya fir se aur bola ki isme suspension bush lga hi nhi hai hai. Maine bola fir lga do ise lekin unke store me unavailable tha aur iska part ka no bhi nhi malum tha unhe.. Dubara aane ko bola gya mujhe aur 160 2V ka bush lga diya jo bahut awaz kar rha hai.. Uske bad mai chakkar lga lga kar thak gya lekin abhi tak bush nhi lga . Mai engineer se bat kiya jo agency ne hi diya tha ki ye tvs ke bihar zone ke engineer hai... Lekin wo bhi jhuti dilasa dekar tym pass kar rhe hai.. Mera tvs se viswas hi uth gya hai..
Mai pahli bar bajaj ki bike chhor tvs chuna tha ki ise judge karte hai

While running clutch is getting hard, even they can't able to resolve this problem

I bought TVS Apache RTR 160 on 18 Feb 2018 and I bought it on finance by 30 EMI. All the EMI has been completed in September 2020 but still a employee is coming from bank side. So may I know why are you doing this even I paid in lockdown also and my money also deducted in that period. All the EMI has been completed then why are you doing this ?

And no oil was changed or filter was check they only wax polish and gave it to me and again i have to put my jupiter for repair in next garage.
As really will be thankful for considering my this complain so in near future no other customer will face this problem. As this is what the service operators run by tvs company can who loose there reputation.

I have been servicing my bike tvs Apache rtr 160 since last 5 years from vaneet tvs Shahjahanpur, but still there is no advantage from this service centre. Last time i gone through this service centre, for some days bike run smoothly but after one week, the problem is same.
