The MAGNUS TVS service center Boisar took some money from me date 10.12.2020 while my two-wheeler insurance claim came to the service center. I was told that the money would be returned in two to three days. But I have not been paid back yet. Service centers do not answer properly. My insurance claim no. Is [protected].

Bike खरेदी करून 6 महिन्यांच्या आतच गाडी बंद पडू लागली. चिपळूण मधील TVS च्या show room मध्ये गाडी दाखवली असता तात्पुरता repaire करून दिली जाते परंतु गाडी ची नक्की समस्या त्यांना उमगत नसून गाडी showroom मध्ये गेले 10 दिवस पडून आहे. नवीन गाडीची ही अवस्था आणि आमची होणारी गैरसोय लक्षात घेता यावर तत्पर काही उपाय करावा.

It is very to inform you that Your dealer Agawan TVS - Gandhinagar, Gujarat is unable to resolve my problem and unable to provide service of my TVS APACHE RR 180.

At first I put my vehicle in the brake pad and Chain sprocket assy replacement. After that replacement at 58 Km/h speed i was feeling vibration on the pedal and was increasing severely by increase in speed.

Then I visited AGAWAN TVS but they failed to solve my problem, also the seat noise problem which was arise after their repairs. And thereafter when I have put my vehicle in service they told me that Due to unavailability of parts like oil filter/air filter/ front and rear wheel bearing they will not be able to do service.

They told me that they will order that part and will carry out service within 2 days now it's almost 10 days and there is no response from them and also oil is being started leaking from the gear side. I am highly dissatisfied that even after paying a ransom amount they are unable to provide me any service.

I NEED ALL MY COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND SERVICE TO BE CARRY OUT WITH PART REPLACEMENT . I AM READY TO PAY BILL BUT WHY THEY ARE NOT READY TO PROVIDE ME SERVICE.

Here I want to complaint about not getting full face high quality helmet insted of this I get stock helmet which was provided for gearless vehicles. And I purchased TVS APACHE RTR 180 BS6 model.

I purchased apache on 23/06/2020 from TVS STALLION SHAHIBAG BRANCH and there was offere to getting free high quality fullface helmet free with premium bikes.

I have proof with some pictures which helmet I get insted of premium helmet.

So I request you please help to get that helmet.

Shree krishna tvs service center is not good service to tvs customer

Service centre received paid service charges against TVS Jupiter No. MH.04.JR.2187, whereas the service centre asking extra service charges, then the amount which is received on behalf the company on the guise of service charges, and no any services given, company using the amount for last 7 months, however, refund my money with interest.

Since i bought, i m facing start up issues with Jupiter zx disc variant.it stops working after every alternate week .within 2 months time, my vehicle is opened four times for battery change or inspection so i am not really happy with the vehicle purchase.if there is any fault in vehicle, it needs to be replaced.

Noone is even providing me the guidance over it over my insistance. So please i need return this vehicle and need full refund.

We have take TVS Jupiter ZX in August 2020 which is 4 months old and today I saw bike is wobbling later checked Chassis is broken. What kind of bike is this where chassis is broke within 4 months. I need replacement chassis or Replacement New Jupitar ZX or refund my money.

Today I have identified the discomfortness during driving my two wheeler (Ntorq) and shown the vehicle to near by TVS authorised service centre "Sharada TVS" which is in TV Koil, Trichy.

It has been identified that there was a bulge on the rear tyre. My vehicle has run only 10934Kms. After reaching home I checked and surprised the bulge disappeared and I am much worried now to ride my vehicle as the tyre may burst at any time of time. Luckily no incident has happened.

I have attached the photos for your reference. Request you to take necessary action to replace the tyre ASAP.

Hi team my name is kranti I owned a apche 160 4v vehicle in September 2020 at isukathota olive TV's showroom Visakhapatnam, vehicle no 0573 viskapatnam registration.
This vehicle having a lot of notice in back brake informed the same in fitst service it was not resolve second time complaint raised it was not resolved third time under showroom branch manager again raised a complaint it was not resolved fourth time under Territory Manager mr.Anil raised complaint again they said replaced but the same is not resolved fifths time again on the oath of mr. Anil again raised complaint after a week they said we recieved parts but after receiving bike within an hour ride problem iterated again. Video of the vehicle is submitted for your proof this vehicle is taken under finance so how can I pay the next emi without the problem solved kindly look into this we are under sorrow after taking this vehicle going again and again to the showroom like we are taken a old vehicle.

I purchased new ntorq 125 around march 2018 from Dhamija Tvs near mohan nagar. it has been around 2 years from then till now and my tyres have started cracking.even the rear tyre is unable to hold air for long. I asked about it in showroom but they refused for any help.

I have purchased the Scooty on 27.05.2020. After a month the Scooty regularly fails on the road. Now it is in service center since 20.11.2020 for repairs.
I am fed up now for breakdown as well as repairs in the new Scooty.

I visited the nearby Service center in Coimbatore, Peelamedu branch, (Sri Sakthi Saradha Enterprises) to lube my rtr 160 motorcycle between 6 to 6:20 PM today..
The way they treated the customer is literally irritating as their response is they can't lube my vehicle now and they asked me to come tomorrow ...I keep saying that i will be out of Coimbatore and i'm taking my motorcycle along with me of around 700 kms ..but the Service center people keep refusing as their answer is NO... They had not even initiated any steps or given any nearby Service center support(if they are busy at that schedule)!
I also asked that is there any nearby Service Center as it needed to be done on Urgent Basis...They Service Center peoples replied, "NO...! Any Showroom people can't support you now as this is delivery timing!"
Their response is "We can't help you right now, as this is Delivery timing of the day!"

I completed my last free service with my near Tvs showroom after that my bike was fully damaged.. Kicker complaint also scratch somewhere nd body parts are not fit.. Totaly fed up
