I am purchase a new jupiter form dharitri associates bhubaneswar
on date[protected] . till now the number plate not fixing the dealer not responding . tvs serves is very bad serves.
i am not satisfaction

My name is I purchased TV's xl 100 from BD motors vatika Chowk badhashpur gurugram haryana

BD motors not given good response at service time, employee theft petrol from my XL100 .
When I complete for this they behave very rudely and asked my why you purchased TVS if not feeling good service from us and shouted on phone call .

It was very bad experience.

A small minor side mirror break and denting in model, but they r ignoring it since last month and making excuses like they dont have parts and u have to keep vehicle for 3 days, its insurance will expire in 8 jan and they r willingly denying them

I am R. Raghavan retd.-P.A admin (for A.C police). I purchased a new two wheeler TVS XL 100 Com ES - LusterG from TVS SAI MOTORS(Authorised tvs main dealers) located in S.no.182, 183, PH Road, Ondikuppam, Manavala nagar, Thiruvallur-602002.

Total cost of the vehicle is Rs.59, 000. On 13th mar 2020 I paid advance cash Rs.5, 000 and on 14th mar 2020 I paid the remaining amount Rs.54, 000 (proofs attached) . But due to Covid Lockdown I received the vehicle only on 26th May 2020 from the dealer. But still I did not receive the RC book, Number plate, Insurance documents and Extra fittings for my Vehicle (Reg:TN20DA 7435).

Pending from the dealer end as listed below:

RC book (Reg:TN20DA 7435).
Number plate
Insurance documents (Amount paid-6125)
Extra fittings (Amount paid-2000)

Due to some partnership issues dealer closed the showroom. Hence I contacted TVS customer service call centre and raised a complaint on 24th Oct 2020 (Reference Number-TVS_Gr[protected] but issue not resolved. I called them again and again n number of times I am sick and tired going to RTO office, Dealers place and getting touch with the TVS customer service people. Now I am unable to take the vehicle outside without number plate and I am 80yr old person unable to handle this further. I was patiently waiting for more than 7-8 months for the resolution.

As I purchased in the month of march and even in December I am unable to use it so requesting you to also arrange compensation for my mental dissatisfaction.

Considering my age please take immediate action on this issue.

I have to change my chain packet. Since iam searching for the spare parts. Non of the showroom having proper spares in their stores, and Improper response to the customers. I have raised a lot of complaints but still no use of it.

Meter is not working properly. Meter screen no.and all subjects are not visible as shown in image.
Silencer create's so laud terrible sound and very bad sound.

I have already complained to Tvs office but still there is no solution in only 4 months my bike is not starting and given to service center for last 1 month they are telling parts not available how is it possible its a new bike Tvs jupiter zx bs6 purchased on Aug 2020.

I have Jupiter its 5 months old. My rear tyre got tampered. Service center they are asking me money.As its a manufacturing fault.it should be done FREE OF COST.

I reached TVs service centre chandrapur maharashtra at 12.45 pm they said it's lunch time. I requested then please give my rc book. Which had been misplaced during last servicing.. They just shouted that they are having lunch...
My request is '' don't insult & waste people time by calling them to your service centre...

I have buyed a apache rtr 180 bs6 from vijay tvs on (11/11/2020). within a period of 1 month ( 300 kms ) I have faced the problem in gear. gear gets stucked while operating. And the timing chain noise is high. i have tell this complaints to the vijay tvs service center annamali nagar. they have check the bike and registered the problem but they did not solve the problem . they also creates a new problem, i.e., neutral indication light does not works while trying to repair the gear setup and the bike has also a starting trouble now. they have taken my bike for repairing from ( 11/12/2020) to ( 16/12/ 2020). but they did not know how to repair the bike. No skilled mechanic and service engineer are present in vijay tvs annamalai nagar. I reported to the owner of vijay TVS on (12/12/2020) he is also not responding properly. he was saying that we cant do anything thats your problem . we sell the bike and we got the money . Here after whatever the problem you facing is yours. We cant do anymore. If i ask to solve the problem again, they are raising the voice and order us to get out of the place.

I have spent 1.33 lakhs for this bike and did not get any solution for my bike from them, even the bike has 5 years warranty . 1 st month itself they are not solving the issue.

I have been cornerred to drop this mail with no other go. I have the worst experience of buying my dream bike Apache 160 bs6 with SVS motors in Ambattur, where you dont get proper response before the down payment and after the down payment they don't even treat you as a customer.

And further to the above we have requested for a document a day before the loan disbursement where they have dragged untill late evening and that too they throwed like anything. I WONDER IF I PREFERRED TO GO WITH THE INBUILD FINANCE I MAY GOT THE REQUESTED DOCUMENT, WHO KNOWS THE BIKE MIGHT ALSO BE IN MY HAND. I HAVE NO WERE TO GO AND ESCALATE IT. I even tried reaching your complaint number it says number not in use. The thing that make me worse is that my auspicious dates have been moved two times due to your delay and also please share me the escalation matrix to convey my deepest heart broking movements to the senior management. I had visited Agra service center (kachahri Road) for my bike Apache 200 service get is done. but they had demanding excess charges for bike service.
they have forcefully change air filter however it was in working conditions.

and change (cup cone set worth Rps. 503+350).

my total bill was 2650.

my humble request is please disable service faculty from this cernter.

My self Karthick, I'm having Apache RTR 160 white bike. Recently I have giving my bike to service centre SR TVS, Urapakkam, Chennai. Since
the bike has been stalled for 6months, so bike battery has been drained. So I requested service centre pick up for service and asked them for General service. They have told that they check battery and revert back. When I given the bike battery available was Exide.
After two days service finished and they told that battery is not good, need to change it.

I asked them to know why battery is not OK and told to drop off the bike, When I examined the battery & it has been changed with old AMCO battery.

I told them this not my battery & they said that bike has AMCO battery only.

I did my services only in TVS service centre only. I don't know how the battery has been changed. For me, my concern is I damn sure EXIDE battery is fitted in the vehicle, but the service person has told that they delivering Apache bike with AMCO battery only.

I need clarification on this and I'm not happy with the service also.

I'm very much disappointed with the service centre action & as I'm an aapche lover it's been disappoint to my loyalty.

Need your actions on this.

3 months back i bought tvs jupiter bs6.. in one week there was a horn problem in that.. after that it has now technical problem in engine.. when i ride it gets off suddenly in between everytime.. and went to workshop also they are not doing anything with this now this is high time i cant be like this.. i want solution of this.
