Even after lapse of one month I have not yet received R.C., Insurance and Number Plate. I have faced many difficulties in all actvities for purchase of TVS Bike. Pathetic customer service at the service center.. first they will keep you wait.. you keep waiting for them to search you job card..now they would say your amc has expired.. when told.. had confirmed yesterday it's active and do have call recording.. AMC becomes active... once the bill is paid.. you wait for them wash your bike.. there no time management..no service...no ethics...than you wait for them to search your bike key... To top it...

The TVS company is repeatedly ignoring my complaints. My scooty is not taking self start. He said that my scooty battery has damaged. I changed Scooty's battery but my problem has not been overcome yet. Now they are not checking my scooty properly and are returning me from the company again and again please please get my problem resolved as soon as possible....
