Seens 3 month my TVs Apache front abs sensor fixing bracket not available any service center and I am completely to customer care but no any response, i am suggest to all don't purches any TVs bike because very poor Service provide by tvs

      In an accident my TVS Jupiter scooter got damaged and I gave my scooter in Prince Motors, Calicut, Kerala on[protected]. As my scooter have a valid insurance policy, I claimed for the repair work. But from the service Centre, they are not at all co operating with me. I have waited patiently for 42 days to get my scooter repaired.They are telling about the unavailability of spare parts.
      If the company is not able to provide services to the customers, actually you are failing to do the things, that you offered to the public.You are cheating customers by making the delay in supplying spare parts.
      The Company is concentrating too much on the sale. Now I would like to make you remember that providing good service to the customers is as much as important as sale.

      This is to inform you about my pathetic situation. Please do the needful.

        Scooty pep+ : spark plug cover broken during service

        My scooty pep+ serviced on 28.10.20 at bharath tvs avinashi road tirupur. After which sparkplug cover was not properly assembled. I said this in customer feedback, but no response.I went back and showed vehicle on 21.11.20 at showroom. They said the cover was broken, can not be done anything. I said it was happened during service only. I showed them there was gum kind of thing was pour on the cover to pack up temporarily. They inspected vehicle...

        We bought used xl 100 heavy duty from Sri venkatajalabathi motors in Attyampati on 6Sep, 2020. We paid rupees[protected]+old moped for 9000) including name transfer and thousand rupees for insurance. But still now they don't give our RC. They insured the moped on first owner name but we paid money. If we call them they don't response. We believe on TVS COMPANY but your dealers are cheating the people. What should we do if we are caught by the police in traffic? Will it take 4months for name transfer in RTO Office? Don't fool us... Kindly produce our RC. We have all the proofs for buying the moped in tvs showroom.

          Recently i was buy tvs jupiter ..after 2 days i was going 3 km the engine was heated more... after i was explane showroom manager..He told heating the was common point...So many bikes or sctooty iam buying, but this engine hearing never faced this problem...pls find this problem ..and engine oil cost was 435 rs ...Which engine oil i was asked but he don't told ...First time i was faced bad experience...😔😔😔

            Vehicle Registration: MH49 BF 1133
            Battery drain issue since purchase of vehicle and battery dead after 1.5 years.
            This is not expected from a high cost scooter. Definitely there is problem with design or problem with battery provided by TVS.
            I would like to seed root cause and complete solution for the problem.

              I have purchased TVS N-Torq in April 2019. Since purchase, always there has been starting problem with self start of vehicle. This has been notified while servicing but there was no solution.
              After 3rd servicing, due to lockdown the usage of vehicle was less and battery was completely drained. When I gave the vehicle for service to TVS, they mentioned the battery os completely dead and need replacement. A battery can't be dead on 1.5yrs for any 2 wheeler. There is definitely problem with either battery used by TVS or there is design fault which drains battery and consumer has to suffer paying additional.

                I had given my bike for service on 29 Nov 2020 with problem like front brake, speedometer, cluch wire and bike washing. None of above complain was rectified. And in bill Rs 50 as consumables was charged. Indubaala Automobiles, Hyderabad, Telangana

I visit many time but no response reply next time .Now 11 month ago but original r.C. And number plate not provided by sulbha motors marhara district etah u.P.

                    I bought one TVS Apache RTR 200 4v From Triton Motors from Bangalore. I had paid 96000 as down payment and rest was financed by TVS Credit. The dealer just shared the transaction invoices. Dealer not sharing the breakup invoice. When I checked with TVS Credit, I found that dealer mentioned 92411 out of 96000 and for rest 3589 INR amount no one clarifying. And whenever I reach out to them they keep on saying that they are investigating and from their side they never reached out to me. Dealer trying to adjust the difference amount in Smart card fee and number plate charge. But Smart card fee already charged in Road tax and Number plate amount was paid separately as cash and for which normally they don't share invoice.

                    Please help me and suggest what to do next.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have checked with TVS Credit and as per them the showroom took more money as down payment from my and declared less to TVS Credit. Due to which I had provided more loan and I had to pay more interest and also the show room not providing me the justification on the difference amount.

                    1. I had paid INR 96960 as down payment with receipts. I had also paid extra amount as cash for which they did not give any receipt and they said these amounts will be for RTO and Number plate for which they don't give any receipt.

                    2. The showroom declared only INR 92411 as the down payment and for the rest INR 4549 they are not giving any clarity.

                    3. They are trying to adjust the amount against Smart Card fee, HP charge and number plate charges. Where Smart card and HP charge are already part of Road Tax invoice and number plate charge already paid as cash separately.

                    Please help showroom not sharing the proper breakup invoice.

                      When I bought a motorcycle frome PIYUSH AUTO CENTER one year ago the battery cover of this motorcycle was damaged but it will be replaced as PIYUSH AUTO CENTER, After one year, they did not make any arrangements.

                          Hello I am using TVS JUPITER ZX BS4 I want to complain against TVS Power wings Vapi because I have complaining them from December 2019 that i have facing some issue from my scooty and the issue is from front side there is some annoying sound is coming while riding every time they just say that we have fixed your issue. But they don't I have going every month there just to fix one problem but they can't fix one problem. In October 2020 they told that there is an issue in your speedo meter they decided to change the speedometer. But they don't have speedometer in stock every 15days I am calling them just to know about the speedometer but they repeat only one word. "out of stock" I have completed my 4th service at that time I also informed to change the speedometer but they didn't have the speedometer and they just told me that we have fixed it. But the issue is still there. 1year has been completed but my issue is still there

                          It's an request to take the action on it...

                            Hopefully you're doing well.

                            I am highly disappointed with the quality I am getting a one lakh scooter ntorq 125.
                            Yesterday I was traveling with my mother and there was a speedbraker n I was riding on speed of 20-30 kmph
                            My vehicles rim got bend on a speedbreaker this is wat I am getting after spending so much money .
                            And I am highly disappointed i have my friends who make blogs on you tube I will certainly circulate such issues
                            And secondly ur customer service is worst they are very rude and they provide wrong information instead o[censored]pselling they ask me to get the accessories from outside the TVs
                            Previously they fixed a liner as my break was not responding they claimed that they have fixed it
                            But within 5 days same problem again I am very upset with this. What if my wheel goes out of the tyre I am afraid of this vehicle its getting unpredictable
                            Though I ride locally on a speed of 30-50kmph
                            Still facing such issues
                            Feeling stucked with this
                            Looking forward for your response

                                  It was the bike I took most eagerly. I chose the Top Heaven Dealer because I was happy with the service of the sales team. My hope is that they will show that quality in service as well. The side cover of my vehicle was replaced due to a minor scratch. I then noticed an unbearable vibration on the handlebars and the left side cover of the vehicle, and when I inspected the vehicle I found that the internal flaps of the body were not fitted properly. So I contacted the showroom and they took the vehicle and took a day off (including the software update). The vibration has not changed since then. I informed the executive and when the vehicle returned. The next day I looked at the mud flap and saw that one end of its inner flap had been deattached. When I informed the service center, they had not taken any action against this situation and they told me that they had not made any changes to this flap and that it might have come from the factory. Is this the quality of service and manufacturing that TVS provides for premium vehicles worth Rs 3 lakh?

                                    Sir I purchased TVs XL 100 on 26/09/2020 from TVs show room Daltonganj, jharkhand.I received all documents like RC, Insurance but they can't find out my number plate.Again I went 4 time TVs show room for number plate but they can't provide me my number plate.and vehicles are illegal without number plate that's why I can't drive my two wheeler from last 2 months.
                                    So sir please take some action.

                                      This is to inform you that I have been purchase tvs wego bike in srilanka at Menudhi Motors showroom at weligama srilanka under lease agreement with CDB Finance company while complete my leasing I request my second key at that moment they won't keep any kees of bike or vehicle since from 2018 then I call to Menudhi motors in weligama they told they close the showroom these day really these people doing fraud to the customer

                                      We request dont deal with this kind of dealers really they are doing bad complains from the customers

                                      Please do the need full to receive my 2nd key due to I couldn't sale my bike to another person
