    Very sad to inform, I visit your agency for T V S Jupiter grand scooty servicing purpose, I fulfill all the process but in whole a day No services has make by agency, your agency function like government services first pay bribe (Ghus) then take services, So I give the remark very poor and irresponsible service by vicky TVS Darbhanga, Sorry to convey this message, My Scooty Registration Number is B R 07 A J 1874 there is a large numbers of local service man, battery is not available there, charging point is fail, nitrogen air machine is fail . I have very disappointing this type agency .

      Hi this is sudeep from bangalore, my brother in law bought TVS Ntroq scooter on 8th of January 2020 with full cash of 90000/-. But still we are not registered The vehicle, because of the dealer, he was telling this scooter had some issue company will take back the scooter so wait untill they replace with new Ntorq scooter, I was waited for 11 months already, company didn't take my vehicle back and not even register the scooter, now that showroom also got closed permanently, I mentioned scooter and showroom detail below. Kindly take this issue as serious and please help me to register my scooter.

        I have given the bike for insurance claim on 3rd Nov and insurance got approved on 4th Nov, till now no response from Lokesh TVS in Medavakkam. When called on 18 Nov to get update, they saying TVS is in Diwali holiday. Is TVS in holiday for 15 days.. Crap and rude response with no respect to the customer from the Manager himself from Lokesh TVS in Medavakkam...

        Hi TVS team,

        I purchased a new vehicle TVS Wengo BS IV From OM Automobiles, Pauri Gharwal on 25th June 2020. After 1 month o[censored]sage my Wego started giving problem and it has been immediately informed to the service Centre and they replaced the battery also but nothing changed. It has been 3-4 month now i am not using vehicle anymore because unable to start the Vehicle. Scotty has been submitted to service Centre twice but no proper resolution has been received. Om Automobile is failed to provide any solution against my complaint, they opened Job card only after I argued with the manager for 5 minutes.
        It is very very Disappointing that a new vehicle is giving such problem. I am wondering what kind of product and service is provided by TVS motors. How do you Ensure or take steps to check your dealers and service canter operate in a way so that proper service should be provided to customers.

        I want an immediate and concrete action to be taken against the Dealer and Immediate resolution to be provided by TVS Motor against my Complaint. Also TVS motor has to Compensate against the problem and Difficulties faced by my uncle physically, Mentally and Financially.

          I have perches a TVS Ntroq race edition scooter 3 to 4 month ago through OM Motors/Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. I am sorry to say that my scooters front side is totally damaged.
          So i request to you please provide parts with LED head light as soon as possible.
          I am already booked my order in OM TVS/Kharagpur as on[protected], so please see the matter for your end.
          Without scooter I can't going my office. It is very much problem to me.
          So I again request you to please provide the parts of my scooter as soon as possible.

            I Bought TVS Scooter on 6th of Nov-2020 and after 3 day o i have found the some leakage problem from gear chamber, i have visited again TVS dealer where i have purchased my Scooter they checked and told me that gear oil leakage from gear chamber it is not a big fault. they have replace oil seal and return my scooter next day . after 3 days of replacement of oil seal again same problem happened . Again I visited the dealer ship showroom and show them the problem they asked me come next day morning we will replace Oil seal again in front of you.

            I just want to complain that is any customer face such issue with in 1 week is there any policy to replace the scooter because i am totally upset with this scooter as this is my 7th vehicle which i have purchased in my life and i never faced such issue with them. This is my worst experience with TVS product 1st time in my life.
            I would request you to please replace this product with new one because internally i do not want to drive this scooter again.

I have problem in disc break .I have service the scooty and repair the disc break also then also disc is not working properly .I have said to change the disc they are not changing it .And the front wheel is also jamming .

                    I had purchased a second hand TVS Scotty from Roshan Motors Silvassa last Oct-2019. I submitted all documents to transfer name in RC book with Rs.100 stamp paper as per new rule also submitted I Jan-20, They promised this will be transferred within 15 days. But till they did not changed on my name. I had call many times to sarik but no response even I met to Roshan Motors owners but nothing has done only making false promises. So please help me.

                      Dear TVS Motorcorp,

                      I am writing this complaint in regards to the awful experience I had @ Chamarajanagara service station. It was a total disrespect and unsatisfactory. Details below,
                      I left my vehicle for a regular service @Ch-Nagara town service station on 16th Oct with a compliant on headlight not turning up. While delivering back the vehicle I was told by service center that 'bypass' switch is damaged and we have placed an order for the same as currently it is out of stock but the bulb is replaced with a new one.. So by this though the new bulb is fixed as the switch wasn't working I had to drive the vehicle without the light. But the point is, I had to follow-up continuously with the service station to get an update on new switch stock and ofcourse everytime I was told that stock is yet to come and Finally stock received after 2 months ie.., dated 14th Nov.. meanwhile I visited the customer service center twice in person to get the update. When questioned on the delay they completely blamed the TVS motor Corp company for not delivering the ordered accessories. I doubt if this service center really order upfront on 16th October or they made the actual delay. Manager name: Anand's response in this regard was a bit of arrogant and blamed the company.
                      I would request TVS motor Corp to look into this issue and ensure smooth service for the vehicles.

                        My Tvs Ntorq bought in Dec 2019, Doesnt give mileage as expected. After its second last service the mileage has dropped down to 20-25 kmpl. Which is very low. Please regester my complain and look over it. Tell me the remidies to be taken.

                            I bought a apache bike in tiruppur s v tvs shop on 20.09.2020, when i bought that bike with the issu of engine heat and frimt fork bended .then i aske with them they told as like when u will do the 1st service we will change it.but i went for the service on 30.10.2020 them i asked about that engine problem the engine heat hasn't cleared, the i was asking continuesly but the manager is talking like threatened, then do whatever u can, they were talking like that

                              I have purchased Appache Bike from Balamurugan TVS, Ranipet Branch on[protected] by cash payment. I have faced many difficulties in registration of my bike and registered on[protected]. Even after lapse of one month I have not yet received R.C., Insurance and Number Plate. I have faced many difficulties in all actvities for purchase of TVS Bike. Due to the dealer"s illtreatment, I have decided not to purchase any TVS Bike in my furture.

                              Hence I request you to kindly give suitable instructions to the Balamurugan Dealer, Ranipet Branch to issue the RC, Insurance and number plate immediately.

                                This is to inform you that your after sale service is pathetic and and the experience is worst.

                                1st Auto Race

                                After the monsoon season I have done service at your service center AUTO RACE GOREGOAN WEST the service done 1st time was OK OK but was not as good as local mechanic does it.

                                After the service done my handle was stiff.The bolt was not fit near the front tyre and the same cable bolt was not fit from upside as well, for which my handle was hard and stiff while turning to left side and even the cable had got cut as it was getting touch to front tyre mudguard and got the cut.

                                When revisit and ask them to fit the bolt so straight forward answer was you have to wait as there are bikes and no time at all, for 2 bolt to be fitted does it take 2 hrs of time. And was ity mistake I haven't yet service my bike outside any where till date can check my service history in your Crm or in your system.

                                I called the Mumbai service Manager Mr.Sagar ji and with his due respect I explained him the scenario and he spoke to the manager and then my work was done for all this small small thing do I need to to disturb Sagar ji always and get his phone call to center then only my work is gonna be done is this the way. And then to after that my service was not Satisfying me as the noise was still there but then to the mechanic said there is no noise at all and the noise is of the body since it is a fibre body so noise will be there and all the licks of this body is damaged hence noise will be there and nothing can be done if this is the case I did a mistake by purchasing this fibre body vehicle.

                                2nd Trivikram

                                I had visited Trivikram device center in andheri and said them my issues with the bike after the test ride my bike was taken inside the center for the service.
                                I was been inform that break shoe Need to be replace
                                Clutch overall service need to be done and roller need to be changed for which I said OK do as u feel Better but my bike should not jerk or bang on road the noise of handle.

                                When asked is my body lock damaged as noise is coming from front of handle in reply it was said if at all the body lock was to be damaged ur body would have to been fitted properly and who said its damaged.

                                My bike roller was replaced and the clutch puli was disassembled and serviced greasing was done and finally they said bike is ready and it was handed over me.

                                But it was shocking for me after 30 mins the bike was jerking so badly that I could not drive my bike at all so I thought it's been greased and service and new roller is been fitted so it might work properly after few Kms but Al's it wasn't I have to drive my bike at the speed if 10/20 and headed towards service center and entire petrol was exhausted since I could not drive More than that speed as it was jerking a lot means a lot.
                                I visited the center and again the test drive was done and was inform yes there is a problem in it again the entire clutch was open disassembled greasing was done again refitted still the same issue.
                                Later the mechanic fitted the new pulli and tested there was no issue at and was said the clutch pulli assembly need to be replaced and it cost almost 5500 I said OK can we just changed pulli and the clutch shoe assembly so habit would be cost they said almost near around 2000/- and labour charged tax and all over all near 3000 may be.

                                It was good that none of the parts were available even the rear break spring was not available neither the Mc kit for the For the front disc break neither the clutch shoe break assembly neither pulli neither the entire pulli set if at all it was there I wound have replaced it as I wanted my bike to be perfect as my work is on bike all the day.as they said they have put the request will be there in 2/3 days.
                                Somehow I contacted VL Auto Service Center they said yes we do have the parts but you need to bring your bike here and let the mechanic check 1st.

                                2nd day early in morning I headed towards byvulla VL Auto Service Center to service my bike as it was not properly services I have to drive my bike in the speed of 10/20 due to jerking like nothing and feel like I may bang somewhere.Finally I reached there my bike test ride was done and taken inside for the service as the mechanic opened the clutch and chck all the parts it wasn't fit properly and was over greasing done in the pulli some small parts were not fitted properly due to which my bike was jerking badly and when he opened the front shock absorber oil it was not good and was suppose to be replace and which was done after filling the fresh oil in the shock absorber it came little up and when test drive done little handle was loosen which was tight later and when asked him why didn't he replaced the Mc kit of the disc pad and the clutch pulli he said not required at all who said you have to replaced it as the fitting must have not done correctly and Jr was over greasing inside the pulli now as I have serviced it properly and there is no much high fault in it but it may come across in future as it was not fitted properly may be it has got damaged internal which i can't check and tell u exactly but if the jerking of the bike increased later in future u have to replaced the pulli for sure and slightly there would be a jerk while u drive how come a mechanic service and dirt everything without replacing the part of pulli and the Mc kit as he refilled the break oil clean the disk pad and it was working properly which was shocking to me if at all I would have replaced the parts there it was a damaged to my pocket which was actually not required.

                                Now my point here is why it wasnt service properly 1st time as I have water my 3 days to service and fix the bike issue
                                2nd the most important my bike jerking is still there little bit now and it do jerk in start It is due to the over greasing and not fitted properly for which my clutch pulli is damaged internally and I need to to be fixed properly as this issue wasn't there at all when the bike was been serviced and now I am not satisfied with my bike at all and while I drive I need my clutch problem to get sorted immediate bases and for which I am not gonna pay a single penny.

                                The bike which was not serviced properly finally it was properly service at VL AUTO SERVICE CENTER AND I am glad that I went to VL AUTO and did the service or else I would end up paying the cash which was not required at all

                                Really appreciate the work of VL Auto Service center I was so impressed that even I purchased AMC wherein its too far for me to visit that service center but I would be happy to go there and do service.

                                Last not the least
                                I want my clutch issue to be replaced as fast as possible before it give me a huge damaged.
