The e commerce company told that they initiated the refund 28june with a reference number[protected]. It has been already 23 day. Kindly transfer my amount in respacted account.

      I sweeped my debit card to withdraw rs.10, 000 (Ten thousand) on 21.06.2019 07:37:19 at betai 103, nadia, w. B atm id-nfuc0000 but the same has not been delivered even the said amount has debited from my account. My account no.[protected]. I have informed the branch on 01.07.2019 but the said amount has not reverse. Pl take appropriate action so that rs.10, 000 may credit in account.

      Bank Authority claimed the of Rs.10, 000 claimed ID 190708528 dt.10.07.2019 and it was dead line on 02.08.2019 to reverse the amount.But it has not been reversed till date.
      UCO Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      19 days, after complain, have passed( ID 2394448 ).I did not receive any reply.pl let me know present status.

        As I had done purchase from amazon & I returned the product due to some reason but I did not get the amount of Rs. 1499/-in my account. As amazon concern told me that they have credited the amount in my account o[censored]CO bank Symbol chowk and I havedone mail to them and given written application.
        But no response.
        Also given UTR no given by amazon.

          Sir I m rahmat ali from uco bank candidate kochadhaman, i have an account, my problem is that sir, my account is minor but this my age is major 19 years. I told the manager, plz my account to do major, but he gives not response me.

            My issue is that i order on online amazon shipping store[protected] but[protected] i return the order and make payment by uco bank debit card. Now my refund is not transfer in my account after 2-5 business days. On[protected] i ask to uco bank but they does not have any solution of my situation and before i also contract to amazon customer care service but they neglate me by saying that they already refund transit in my bank account.
            So, now how i recover my money give me some way to handle the situation.

              I tried to recharge my bsnl sim but recharged failed and amt got deducted! Amazon says that they have processed my refund! But i haven't got it into my bank ac! My ac no is [protected] and my amazon refund reference number is #[protected] my amt was rs187 and also file a charge dispute! Plz help me getting my amt back. I contacted my bank customer care and they say they can't check the refund reference no! Which is stranger to me! Plz help

                    Yesterday, I transacted some amount to the receiver's bank through PhonePe... The money deducted from my account Bt the receiver didn't received the amount. His bank is sbi and mine is uco... My ticket ID is 58688029... Plz resolve this issue asap as I am facing a lot of problems here...The bank of receiver's account doesn't shows any transactions... The transaction shows pending and asks me to wait for 3days... Bt it is creating a lot of problem...

                      I have made a transaction from my UCO bank Account katras more branch via phonepe but the transaction failed yet an amount of 670 got debited from my account and till date hasn't been credited back.
                      The phonepe customer care service told me to file a charge back complaint against the bank but when enquired about it the bank said that it has nothing to do with such online transactions.
                      Moreover the bank said that there are no platforms for registering such grievances in the banks yet.

                        Just wanted to complaint regarding an employee who is in UCO bank Clement town Tibetan colony branch. I went to the bank to deposit money in my mom's account because she is not educated so she avoids going to bank. When I went there at the counter .. bank representative Aman Rathor was so rude and arrogant stating who will count the money. Later he also gave a sarcastic comment "Jayada he padey likhey hai" in front of others and his collegue sitting next to him. His behavior is like this with others as well. I am just writing this to you and RBI .. so that you can understand and make him understand the importance of customer service. He should realise that he can't talk to the customers like this. I would recommend my mom to close the acct and open with another bank who is customer friendly and behaves properly.

                          I booked a train ticket from paytm but unfortunately it got cancelled but money was deducted from my bank account so i talked to their customer support and they say my money has been transferred to my bank account and i should talk to my bank when it be given to me but i didn't received any amount and neither i could contact my bank as their customer support number was not reachable .

                            I want charge dispute file from uco bank . Amazon send me 3599/-amaunt he send me refrence id no[protected] pls given me my money. Bank told me not come mony . Amazon told me we are given you refrece no you go and check it to bank . I am very upset this problem kindly requst sholwe my issue and refund my money in my accunt .                                 But whenever i see my account statement the remaining amount always remain same. But when i calculated it will supposed to be less.
                                They always said that we don't calculate the interest last time.

                                But i saw the interest there at the statement.
                                I think they are hiding something from me.

                                  I have an single a/c opened initially on 1st june, 2019 at uco, benachiti from.my joint a/c where I have been told to mention in my application to destroy the new cheque book (sinle leaf not Used) of joint a/c either or survivor which could have been used as single signatory instead of either or survivor.I submitted one requisition another for cheque book.But One meesage of deduction Rs.125 sent to me today without giving me notice for charge.
                                  This is unjust and defamatory to your bank goodwill.By which I have been provoked not to deposit good amount further with this unjost forceful deduction.
                                  pl.see and advice your branch to refund
                                  me Rs.125 at an earliest.

                                      I was drawing money from sbi atm using my uco bank card, system showed some 070 error and the amount got deducted from my account. I repeated the same and it got deducted again. So rs. 5000 got deducted twice. Totally 10000. It's quite a huge amount for me. And i'm in need of it. Please do the needful as early as possible. This happened between 6.15 to 6.18 pm on 1/6/2019 at sbi atm, mathikere, bangalore.

                                        Today evening when i went to withdraw rs10, 000 from khagaria atm id-nfuc0000, i found that i got a message showing that rs10, 000 amount is deducted from my total amount but i did not recieve any money due to system error. I am worried about my deducted money which i did not recieve. Rs 10, 000 is not yet credited which should be credited in my account if i had not recieved it. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
