I got this plan Uni 52 for an Australian sim card from Uniconnect, and trust me Uniconnect’s deliverance was really poor in terms of overall customer experience. First nobody informed me that there wud be a flagfall cost for every call which i figured out later!! Moreover, their data pack got activated after almost 4 days after i reached and was really slow. Even google took forever to load. Its definitely a bad idea to use Uniconnect Sim Cards.

    An international phone connection from Uniconnect Sim Cards is really a hopeless choice!! Their pre-paid services for network connectivity in other countries is almost negligible and they affordability is sky high!! Such trashy services with such exorbitant prices !! Total waste

      Their customer executives are absolutely cluless about anything that you ask. I was in UK and called them a zillion times as my sim was acting funny, and realised not only have i been re- directed to some person who seems to have no clue about the problem, but they kept on playing this re-direction game over 3 times!! Totally disappointed!! Afterall the services i bought i paid for.. wasnt free of cost to give such poor services.

        I paid 125 bucks for call back to India from Dubai, while calling from my international roaming is cheaper than this!!And not to forget that guy said they have the most affordable and cheapest plans in the market. Well if thats affordable, whats expensive in their knowledge. Glad it was prepaid cz i stopped recharging after the first time!! Poor service levels

        Just really bad service provider

        Rude and untrained staff and very bad network management is what you have to deal with while using a Uniconnect SIM card.

          My daughter was travelling to Germany for an exchange program for 45 days so we got her a pre paid local sim card from Uniconnect. Not only was calling super expensive for her, but was equally difficult for us to get through her cz there were always no signals. Turns out a prepaid option instead of convenience became more of an unnecessary liability.
          Uniconnect customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Beware o[censored]niconnect Sim Cards in every aspect. Their overall services are really bad plus when you want them the most, they are never available! I had a horrible horrible experience using their sim card while i was in Thailand, with no proper network, really expensive local calls. I thought they said they are affordable, but really they aren’t!!

              Please don’t any sort of services provided by Uniconnect Sim Cards... They will trick you by giving the cheapest deal possible but will ensure at the same time that the sim card doesn’t work. I was travelling to US with a sim card that didnt work at all and i realised once i inserted the sim. There was no help from their end and finally i had to continue using my Indian number instead. Really disappointing services.

                There is a high possibility that the sim you requested for might not get delivered to you. Instead you would have a different country sim in your phone and be screwed! This is out of my experience with Uniconnect Sim Cards when i asked for a UK sim and was delivered a US sim.

                  I happen to travel to UK with a Uniconnect Sim card, and must say all levels of patience were tested. From recharging the number, to waiting for the call to connect to any local number and finally the slowest ever data services! It’s better and simpler to make calls from phonebooths than a uniconnect sim card.

                  Poor performance is the only consistent service from Uniconnect Sim Cards

                  I have had a really bad experience using their services! I lost around 50 $ recharging my number with no refunds. Not only this, the overall services given by Uniconnect was definitely not worth any penny or lost on the same...

                    I ordered a Uniconnect Sim Card online thinking i will save myself the hassle of all this meeting and all. I also got an acknowledgement receipt of the purchase made, but the sim card never got delivered. When i called the customer care they said they have no such records of the request made or even the money transacted. Heights of cheating customers !!

                      I think a local Indian number would have been better in connectivity than the poor connectivity I experienced with Uniconnect Sim Card for England! Totally disappointed with their services. It a total waste of money. Not using or recommending!

                        They will sell you a sim card that won’t be valid if it says valid for 90 days... be rest assured that any sim card purchased from Uniconnect wont work the next time that you plan to use the same even after 30 days.It happened with me into my second trip to Germany when the sim flashed invalid sim even when the number was still valid!! And the customer care is just pathetic when they have the guts to say if its invalid its invalid, nothing can be done! Never using such arrogant and horrible services again.

                        Uniconnect network sucks !

                        Uniconnect Sim Cards totally suck on network coverage. They are no where close to cheap and affordable infact they turned out to be more expensive with their hidden costs that they never share!!

                          Uniconnect sim cards have the worst customer service team.. I was in UK when i had to call them for helping me with the data and i realised mid conversation that the ones hired have absolutely no idea about data activation or the issues that come along with it. It was a total waste!!

                            Uniconnect lies about their overall affordability --- I bought myself a Uniconnect sim card for UK and spent so much recharging the sim cz apparently the so called affordable calls weren’t that affordable after. I spent more money recharging the sim than procuring one. I guess using my Indian number would have been cheaper than this. Poor services overall. Just don’t use their sim cards ever.

                              Never buy any sim cards from Uniconnect !! Not only their product is really bad, but so is their customer support. While i landed in London and tried to make the first call, my call never got connected despite 5 futile efforts. On calling their customer care number, they said it seems to be sim card issue which will take time to fix. Its been 5 days that i am still in London with no resolve. I have never experienced such poor services ever in my life !!

                              Uniconnect is bad !

                              Be rest assured if you are using Uniconnect Sim Cards, the services will not only be crappy and pathetic but when you actually call up the customer care for any sorta help, they will be of no good either. !!

                                I got this plan sim card from Uniconnect for HongKong and am so glad that it was a prepaid service bcause buying a new number from there didnt hurt me much. While i was buying the sim card, i was told that they have the cheapest call back rates to India and what not nonsense. All this would have been a tested fact, had the sim even worked once. The HongKong number was an UNREGISTERED SIM CARD which was delivered without proper checking and the customer team obviously didnt do anything about it. So overall, in my eyes, Uniconnect is a pathetic option for a mobile solution.

                                  My experience o[censored]sing Uniconnect sim cards has been horrible, frustrated and left with no other option but to abuse these guys for such pathetic, dysfunctional sim cards in stock. While i had to try to get in touch with my wife who was landing in Dubai for receiving her at the airport but thanks to Uniconnect, they ensured chaos and confusion with the sim never working! Never use their services ever...

                                    Nothing less than providing the worst services for UK– Uniconnect Sim Cards. Horrible and non existing network coverage and really really bad data services, so bad that just a regular whatsapp message wouldn’t deliver despite it showing High Speed Data signs. Never use this again

                                      Uniconnect sim cards have the most pathetic services. I was travelling to Malaysia so bought their Malaysian sim card and it was really bad. Calls to India were really expensive and when i called their customer support to check as to why was my money being deducted for services that i never got activated, they were really rude and hung up without giving me any proper reasons. So recommending Uniconnect is a big negative, infact warning people.

                                        Trust Uniconnect with Network and be rest assured that you will be helpless cz the so claimed excellent network coverage service provider totally sucked at network when it came to the basic and the most frequented destination - Thailand!!
