Uniconnect have really bad customer care --- their staff is rude and very irresponsible. I had this experience with them when I called them from Dubai when my sim started acting up and popped messages like validity going to be over in a days time, while I had purchased the sim only 3 days before that. When I voiced this concern, their staff yelled and asked me to recharge for some 2500 rs again to extend it. It seemed like they wanted to take out as much money as they could from me. I don’t have any regards for Uniconnect anymore..

    I got really disappointed when I started using the pre paid sim card that I got from uniconnect. Very poor services and there was hardly any signal anywhere. It was a total waste of money for me. I had to spend another 20euros to buy a local sim card from there.

        While I was using the Uniconnect sim card in UK, I felt like literally dumping it. It was sooo expensive to make local as well as international calls. My recharge credit wouldn’t last me even 2 days. If they are claiming to be cheap and affordable, hell no!! They aren’t.. They have enough hidden charges to mint that money from your pocket. Total dislike!!!

        I would prefer traveling with a sim card than pretend to be connected with Uniconnect international sims. Because in all sense, they aren’t connectivity friendly at all. In a place like dubai, there were no signals. The customer team is so irresponsible that they do not wish to address your connectivity issue anyhow. Its more pissing off dealing with them and then trying to ouse their useless sim card services.

          5 days ago i bought my mom a uniconnect sim card for UAE and bought their super mini saver plan that costed me 1000 rs in total. Not even 2 days despite me calling my mother most of the times, she ran out of credit. The 25 AED that was supposed to be credited wasnt credited because whenever she would call me her money would get debited. Calling their customer care to resolve this issue was no good either. For them sell the sim card and its over. They are least concerned about customer issues.

          Very poor connectivity

          Its better not to carry any sim card than to trust your connectivity with Uniconnect Sim Cards. It will never happen.

            There is no point using a Uniconnect sim card because they just never work. And expecting their customer support team to help you with your issue is a mistake. I had bought their pre paid sim card for china and when i landed there, changed my sim cards, the uniconnect sim didnt work at all. I had to switch back to my indian number to call their support line but there was no help from their end. Total disappoinment. I actiually landed up using my airtel number there, atleast it worked properly.

              When I first decided to use my Indian number in china, my friend asked me to use his uniconnevt SIM card for china and because he recently used their services, I trusted the service. To sum up my experience with uniconnect- do not even use their services if offered free of cost for lifetime! The network was so bad there, I could barely make calls. And every call was so heavily charged and after 3 days I got a message saying that to save from the validity getting expired I should recharge the sim with an x amount for uninterrupted services! While as per my knowledge and confirmation from Rohit, they sim was still valid for 30 days. This is a really bad example of customer services. It would be been better to use my Indian number than use these poor services..

                Uniconnect sims are very bad.. I was delivered a broken sim that barely fitted the nano window. I mean I had to struggle to fit it in that space. When I called up the customer centre asking for a replacement, they said they don't have such policies and I will have to buy a new sim if at all I wanted. Also the number won't be the same. I wasted approx 3500rs on that broken piece of sim + recharges! No refunds nothing. And according to them it's all my fault! Wow such excellent way to cheat customers!

                  Beyond horrible services --- uniconnect sims are really the most horrible international sims. Perpetually no signals anywhere in Italy. Customer staff least interested in resolving problems. I have never dealt with such horrible services seriously.

                    Really bad customer services --- I was using a uniconnect international sim in Australia.. Any which ways I had heavily for that SIM card with all the recharge money and all and I was experiencing troubles while connecting calls. I was kept on hold for 10 mins before I could be attended to. They man barely understood my problem, transferred the call, kept on hold again for 5 mins and the next person in line said that the network was fine but was issue with my handset. The customer staff was rude, not at all interested in listening to problems. They just wanted to disconnect and close the call. Really pathetic

                      I bought a uniconnect sim for London and was a total disaster. The sim didn't work for the first 5 hours and several tries later it somehow could register on a network. And then the network was so low all the time. It was a pain to make a call and to receive it. Total disaster and waste of money

                      Cheap and flimsy

                      I doubt I'd be using any services from uniconnect in the future. Although their sims are cheap but so is their service, cheap and flimsy. Trust them with no network anywhere..

                        Uniconnect is the worst possible international SIM card. I bought their sim for Hong Kong and regretted it. Not only did I lose all the credit as they refused a refund but was stuck with an inactive sim for the entire duration. Bad experience

                          Very poor customer service-- I bought a uniconnect sim for Columbo and there were issues with the data. So when I called up the customer service for resolving it, they said in the current scope of time, they couldn't do any thing.. And left the call. I don't think I will use such rude services again. It's time they shd realise how to deal with customer issues.

                            1Negligible customer services -- I was using a uniconnect SIM card in Germany and had written constant emails about how I was losing money while recharging but the amount wasn't being credited. Instead of responding with a reply or a way to refund the money I got an email saying regret the inconvenience. This is the customer support that Uniconnect has to offer to those who are spending their money to stay connected via their numbers. After this instance, I will never use their services ever again.

                              Uniconnect services are really bad. I had opted using a uniconnect SIM card while I traveling to Thailand and after enough trouble with their poor services, we landed up buying local sims from there which weren't that expensive and were also very good with their network n data speed

                                Uniconnect sims and their excellent services are all a lie. I was carrying their number for London and it became more of a hassle. Perpetually calls were dropping, the customer care didn't have any solutions for this and calling via uniconnect was turning out to b really expensive. Think before deciding to buy their SIM card.

                                    Really bad network -- my husband had bought us a uniconnect sim for Singapore for our families to call us at any given hour. The network there was just so pathetic that we cud barely hear anything on the call. There was this constant disturbance all the time. It was totally useless.

                                      Very untrustworthy services -- had bought myself a French sim from uniconnect and it's services are the most unreliable ones. Nobody informed about the flag fall cost of almost 11 rs on every call that I were to make. I was getting regular nonstop messages to recharge my number even when I had more than sufficient balance in my phone. Beyond a point, they had become irritating instead of easing out the trip for me. Plus their network in France literally sucks.. There are better options available than uniconnect sims.

                                        I have had a very bad experience with uniconnect sims online purchasing process. I clearly remember marking a nano SIM card for Hongkong and also mentioning the recharge value for that sim i wanted to purchase.i made the payment amounting to rs 4500 and was awaiting SIM card delivery. 2 days before my flight when I checked why the sim wasn't delivered I was told that there is no sales record under the transaction I made, I went thru three levels of call transfers before someone apologised for their poor systems and spoke of the delivery, . I used that SIM card only because I had already spent that money on it. There is no chance that I will ever use any services from uniconnect sims. Ever!
