I was travelling to UK and took a sim card from Uniconnect.!! And i must say i have never used such horrible services ever in my life. I was getting random sales call on an international number which made no sense. Plus when i called up the customer care to lodge a complaint they turned around saying i must have subscribed to some services like that!! Seriously Uniconnect you’re services aren’t that great anyways to re-use or recommend !!

I bought a sim card from Uniconnect while i was travelling to Spain and when i landed there, tried to use the sim card, i could barely make calls from there as the reception was really poor reception. And Uniconnect is no where in the affordable category. Its really expensive!!

The so called best International sim cards Uniconnect are not even acceptable with their pathetic services!! I got their sim card for Malaysia and it just didn’t work !! Right from day 1 till day 5 the sim refused to register and the customer care was of no good either. I would say use at your own risk!

Hi, I bought a US sim card for Rs 3200 at the IGI airport and i was told that this will have unlimited local calling and text in US, 500 MB data and 1000 minutes calling to India. When i reached US and called up the customer care(this was a Lyca sim) they said the sim is not compatible with this plan that i am talking about and there is no international talktime free with this plan and also the data will be 250 MB. It is really frustrating for me, while selling at the airport i am told something else but the plan is different when i reached US an confirmed with the customer care. I travel a lot and use other international sim cards, never faced such challenges and problems, this is my first and the worst experience with Uniconnect and im sure will be the last one and i will make sure i will spread the word about this bad experience i have had. I work for one of the largest Indian IT company and i will update this information on the company blogs and also inform my friends not to use this sim. After spending Rs 3200 if i dont get proper services its of no use. My husband got me a Uniconncet Sim Card for my travels for HongKong. Being a pre paid card i was glad i had the power of bills in my hands. But i was totally wrong. My sim stopped working after my first call back home, despite enough balance in it. Turned out that sim was good for nothing and whatsoever their customer care extended no help!! So the next time on before buying a sim from Uniconnect, do your research!

I am so glad that Uniconnect Sim Cards have a prepaid sim card concept, for dumping the sim in Malaysia, didnt hurt much as much as it did, while making calls and trying to get a recharge value added on the number. It’s a was a truly horrible experience with Uniconnect.

I was travelling to Thailand, and bought a Uniconnect Sim Card. I have ever in my life used such hopeless and pathetic services !!! No network coverage anywhere. My phone was always devoid of any signals anytime, anywhere. I had the worst experience using this useless junk.

I was in Malaysia, using Uniconnect international sim majorly for voice calls. Worst network coverage, which i have ever seen. And do not expect any help from even the guy who sold u that sim becoz he won’t take ur call after the first one!

I was travelling to Dubai for a vacation and took a Uniconnect Sim Card only for data purposes, paid a heavy price for the same and it just NEVER WORKED. Nothing that the customer care did to fix it, only kept on lying all the time and when once it worked it was slower than the snails pace.!! Uniconnect Sim Cards are by far the most useless sim cards available.

My wife and i were travelling to Spain for a vacation and we opted for sim card services from Uniconnect. Since it was a prepaid sim card, we were glad we cud keep our expenses under control turned out that we were recharging the number every alternate day even while we were majorly receiving calls. And INCOMINGS ARE FREE there!! The customer care execs were equally unresponsive and didn’t extend any help.

Totally banning Uniconnect and its services for my office needs. They have the worst services in terms of connectivity and poor data coverage. None of the promised needs of seamless coverage, affordability will ever be met with their services. Total flop

I have had a really bad experience o[censored]sing Uniconnect Sim Cards. It was my first travel alone and for safety purposes i chose a service that literally never worked throughout those 5 days in Malaysia. I had to run to the pay phones to return calls and even get to speak to the sales guy Rakesh who sold me that sim card assuring its best services and never ending connectivity. It was total nonsense!!

Uniconnect sim cards are a total scam company. I was hesitant in using their services even though they were pre-paid cz i had read reviews about their poor services. Turned out that their services are more than just being poor. They overcharge all the calls you make even local ones and ultimately you land recharging the number over and over again spending a bomb on the same. After such an experience never recommending their services to anyone.

Uniconnect SIM CARDS – will ruin your holidays and burn your pockets !!! I took a sim card from uniconnect for Europe and paid 1400rs and the guy said in return your number will be credited with 1000rs as initial airtime. This entire thing never happened. No credit nothing! When i made my first call back home informing my mom about my arrival, after disconnecting, the msg flashed pls recharge your number for further convenience!! And trust me if you call their customer service centre, it is nothing but another waste of a few hundreds coz they won’t help you in any ways!

I bought it in India airport to use in US as the tariff is so attractive with unlimited DATA and calling + 14 hours of India calling. Since then I landed in US only US calling was working but no India calling. I tried reaching them lot of times and toll free number mentioned in the invoice copy or the number mentioned in their website not working. The only number working is +[protected]. Most of the time it also goes to voice mail. They say they are trying hard to provide better service and after a week India calling working and in US only out going working but none able to call on my number and no DATA working as well. Even call forwarding is not working as the service provider not acknowledging it. If you buy it you wasted your money, better switch to alternative immediately. If not you will waste your valuable time as well. This totally sucks and leaves you in bad state.

Uniconnect Sim Cards have the worse services to offer.. I was travelling to Malaysia and bought a pre paid sim card from Uniconnect, holding the view that it will be alot easier for me to be in touch with my wife back home. It was actually a very big mistake!! Their network coverage is really poor, its almost like no signals and for whatever few minutes that your phone woud register signals, you will always be out of credit even if you have a text proving wrong! I feel that its better to use a pay phone that spend all your money on a service that doesn’t generally come handy when needed!

One should never use / buy / recommend any services from Uniconnect Sim Cards bcos these ppl are frauds, who will make all the money by asking you to recharge ur phone after every call that you will make and then when u will ask for justification their standard answer will be its a prepaid service, we don’t store call data in the systems!! I lost more than 6k over a period of 4 days only recharging that stupid sim card which didnt work most of the times!

Everything that Uniconnect Sim Cards claim of, like convenience, economical or cost effective could be ranked on service standard scale as 1 ( utterly dissatisfactory). Their mere concept of pre-paid to help ppl recharge according to their needs is nothing but the only point where they make all their money from. I was using their number for Germany and to get a recharge in place i had to go thru the process thrice, 2 times of which the transaction failed yet debiting money from my account. Luckily it wasnt a huge sum, yet the customer team wasnt ready to refund cz according to them the transaction never happened!! Never recommending Uniconnect to anyone for any place.

The purpose o[censored]sing an international sim card will not be the same if you ever experience it with Uniconnect Sim Cards. Your phone will be a mere show piece that you cud use to hold papers from flying in a business meeting, cz apparently that piece of crap doesn’t register any signals nor their so called “super efficient” customer support team will seem to respond to your distress calls!! Totally disappointed

Uniconnect Sim Cards are the biggest cheats covering themselves with their cost effective and economical bull !! I took their number for US and regretted it big time!! Not even once cud i recharge my number and i cud barely understand how did 5k blow off in 5 minutes of local calls.. Obvioulsy the customer care wasnt good, and their useless logic of pre paid was what they kept blabbering all the time!! I did not try either the customer care the second time or the recharge, i just scrapped the sim card and threw it away !!
