I have recharged my uninor sim [protected] for scheme of Rs. 88 to make u to u talking free...as i stay in maharashtra...what happened is that on caalling the customer care they said scheme is not applicable to roaming...but total balance i recharged for 88 was turned to 0 balance without calling...i.e i have been charged for 88 rs even if the scheme is not applicable...i shoud be refunded the amount for the scheme even if not applicable in roaming...the uninor customer care denied to refund that amount...

    Mujhe 8 augest 2015 ko uninor se ek call aayi. Aur koi tarrif k liye batane lage . maine sirf wo call recive ki. Fir ek tarrif mere uninor no. Per activate ker diya gaya. Aur mera balance 57 ruppes deduct ker liya. Maine customer care per call kiya to mera balance wapis kerne se manna ker diya aur mujhe hold per daal diya. Meri baat nahi suni gayi. Fir maine bahut bar try kiya mera phone bar bar automaticlly cut ho raha h.. Majburan mujhe yaha comlain kerna padh raha h..if mera balane refund ni kiya jata to mujhe national cousumer care [protected] per uninor company and unke customer care wale pratibha, mayank ki report kerni hogi... Ye coustomer k sath aisa nahi ker sakte... Thank you

      I have recharged with 200 rs. But now only 40 rs. In my account because Uninor activate any service without prior permission. Uninor sends promotion message and activate that service. From Uninor a call comes and service activates without permission.I puzzled very much due to deduction of my amount and no benefit occurs after talking Uninor customer care they told that this is from your side every and put off the receiver.

        Uninor telecommunication co.has activated a missed call message facility on my no.[protected] without my request and knowledge and deducting Rs.4/for each message from balance without any notification about deduction.The company has deducted Rs.60/ for these messages.

          Sir, I have purchase a SIM card No[protected], Mobile No [protected] and IMSI No [protected] from a retailer name Ganpati Softtech, Near LIC office Bettiah, West Champaran in Rs 40.00 with FRC Rs 40 and 100MB data. On inquired from other retailer it revealed that same type of SIM is available in other place in Rs 10.00 only. When I know the fact, I asked from my retailer about difference in rate of SIM card. The retailer cleared that your executive Mr Sinhashan is supplier of the SIM and he instructed to sell the SIM in Rs 40.00. I also asked from Mr. Sinhashan but he make a plea in differences in both SIM Card. यानी वे यह बहाना बनाने लगे कि दोनों सीम दो किस्‍म का है। अत: मैं यह जानना चाहता हूँ कि आपकी कंपनी एक ही ऑफर में दो किस्‍म का सीम बनाती है। एक 10 रूपये का और एक 40 रूपये का। यदि हॉं तो कंपनी गडबड़ है। और यदि नही तो आपका कार्यकारी ग्राहक को बेवकूफ बनाता है और अपना जेब भरता हैं। कृपया इसका मुझे स्‍पस्‍टीकरण दे। हॉलाकि 30.00 रूपया का कोई औकात नही हैं। फिर भी वसूल-वसूल होता है। धन्‍यवाद।

              Sir, I tried to activate my prepaid connection of mobile No.[protected] from UNINOR.Com on[protected]. Though my bank deducted Rs. 36/- twice but the company did not activate my mobile. I lodged complaint with the company and they promised to reimburse the money in my bank account but have not done so. Please take the matter with the mobile service provider. Pritpal Singh Anand

                Hi, I am jay darji. From nasik.

                I ported in uninor one month ago and since then I am facing network related problems.
                When I contacted customer care they said in your city we donot provide any network and for any particular person we cannot set a tower.

                I find this as very offensive, please let me know how can I take any legal action aaginst the company.

                      Sir, i am facing troubles with UNINOR mobile network, people call me but the does not reach on my number, my number comes out of coverage area and then after some time i receive missed call alert msg, in addition to this i am not able to make transaction over the internet using internet banking / card banking in addition to this i have not been able to logged in to my gmail accounts or all other accounts that sends OTP( ONE TIME PASSWORD) msg because msgs do not reach to my mobile in time. Along with this the network on my mobile drops to zero bar and comes back after a minutes or five. I had Lodge a complaint regarding my problem to UNINOR customer care ( complaint no: SR [protected]) and to the UNINOR appellate-authority but my problems still remains the same with singe of no improvement.

                            Sir, I am really very annoyed because of the 'Unwanted Balance Deduction' from my no. '+91 [protected]'. They started deducting amount from my main balance since 24th of July. On that day they deducted Rs. 2 and after having a word with one of their employees I asked them to stop that unwanted service immediately and asked them to assure that this should not happen again but again on 25th they deducted Rs. 4 for a service which they call 'Lets Follow 10' and again I had to deactivate that and get my money back. I thought this was done by mistake but today, i.e. on 26th, they again deducted Rs.5 for 'Lets Chat 5' service and again I had to deactivate it to get my money back. They proved it that they are doing it deliberately and they've made it a routine for me to deactivate the unwanted services which they are providing day by day. Sir, this has become a serious matter. I hope that I will get justice pretty soon.

                              I have recharge online through www.uninor.in/recharge of 58 on[protected], after recharge Rs 58 is deducted from my bank account, today is[protected] still i m not get my balance in my account, many times i visited uninor store with my bank mini statement and also called to customer care, they are not responding me, so plz do something, im attaching screen shot of my recharge.

                                I dont know what is this "Hungama Portal " service . They have been automatically activating this service without my permission. Its been three times, now every time i recharge this service cuts my money. Called customer care they say it will be deactivated. But again it gets activated. I dont even get message of activating.

                                      I, ve recharged my Uninor no.[protected] online with Rs.160/- to get 200 talktime on 13/07/2015 at around 10:30PM. Amount Rs.160/- has been debited from my IDBI Bank A/C but no recharge has made, when I contacted cust care, execu. replied that no recharge has made on my no. and also no transaction has made, whereas I got the payment confirmation mail at the same time by Uninor. (On 14/07/2015, I've again recharge with same amount Rs.160/-, since my A/C had no balance) Again contacted next day and same reply I got. Then I mailed to Uninor Cust Care and next day it replied me that no recharge has made on 13/07/2015 and recharge of Rs.160/- has successfully made on 14/07/2017 on my no. When I again mailed that what about the amount Rs.160/- which your payment gateway CCAvenue debited from my bank A/C and for that I've received confirmation mail from Uninor, they replied that there is no such transaction has occured after proper checking and if such deduction has made then I should have provide Bank Statement, then I provide them my Mini Statement & Print Screen of the mail which I received from Uninor on 13/07/2015, with my fear that UNINOR is a Fraud company, it can do anything after getting my Bank Detail, since it has a strong team to cheat customers. After not getting any reply for 2 days I mailed to Appellate Authority then its cust care replied me that there were two transaction had made on 13/0/2015 &14/07/2015 with the line "Order Number:[protected],[protected]Rs.160.00 each)has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and added to CCAvenue Dashboard.(CCAvenue Reference Number:[protected],[protected]Transaction Date:[protected] and[protected]". Now they are trying to prove that both the transaction were successful and they have done a great job, if first transaction was successful then what I need to again recharge on next day and if I talked my entire balance Rs200/- in 12 hour time then provide me the details of my calls. My complaint is that Uninor is a Fraud, Cheater, 420 company: i) First, Uninor forged in online recharge, amount debited but not recharged. ii)Second, they've tried very much to prove that no amount has deducted from my Bank A/C on 13/07/2015. iii)When I provide them proof of deduction/debit on 13/07/2015 & 14/07/2015, now they changed their stand and claiming that both the transactions were successefull and I got the benefit both the times. iv) I've also wrote to its Appellate Authority after redressal has not made by Uninor Cust Care after 5-6 days, but he, Rajesh Singh Chaudhary, Contact No: [protected] has not replied yet, also tried on his mobile but not received by him. v) Uninor has adopted a very clear mechanism to cheat & loot customers, I've replied, complained promptly then they are trying their best to falsify me. If somebody who may not acted promptly of the cheating committed by Uninor, it(Uninor) would lay the issue in Graveyard with any clue. vi) On every operator, this type of situation has arises, like: Amount debited but not recharged, connection terminated during recharge, Amount deducted but recharge not made due to slow net speed, but every operator has automatic redressal & refund policy: Aircel has Max.5 days refund policy whereas Reliance has 2 to 3 days policy, but Uninor has adopted a very smary LOOT Policy. Through your Portal, I've made my complaint and want to refund my hard money, which is not earned by doing forgery likes o[censored]ninor, and suitable punishment/ penalty for Uninor for its cheating, loot, forgery and the mental agony and harassment caused by their acts.
