When I call your customer care center they give only one answer you activate this service same like Reliance call canter only one answer. Sir last 7 days almost 110 Rs cut my balance and Most Important thing your person not login my complain.

    महोदय/महोदय मैंने बीएसएनएल [protected] से यूनिनार के नेटवर्क पर आने हेतु आपके चरगावां आईटीआई कालेज गोरखपुर यूपी के स्टोर (आफिस मो.न.[protected]) पर सारे डाक्यूमेंट के साथ 06/07/2015 आवेदन किया जिसका upc कोड BE792898 है। मुझे यहाँ से एक सिम जारी किया गया और 120/-फिर कहा गया कि 4 दिन बाद आप का बीएसएनएल का नेटवर्क आना बंद हो जायेगा और मेरा नेटवर्क चालू हो जायेगा पर 12 दिन हो गए आप की सेवा शुरू नहीं हुआ उपरोक्त upc coad 18 जुलाई 2015 को समाप्त भी हो जायेगा। क्या मैं इसका कारण जान सकता हूँ? 16 जुलाई 2015 को आप के उपरोक्त आफिस पर सम्पर्क किया तो वे बोले मैं फार्म भेज चूका हूँ । पर देर क्यों हो रही है वे कारण नहीं बता पाये। धन्यवाद। संजय त्रिपाठी [protected] गोरखपुर यूपी 273001

    uninor आप अपनी सेवा देने के पहले ही चरण में fail हो गए। 18 जुलाई को upc कोड भी एक्सपायर हो जायेगा अब आप क्या करेंगे? जब 12दिनों में कुछ नहीं कर पाये।

          Dear Sir, I am using Uninor Network. My mobile no is [protected]. I am facing Internet issue more than one week on this no. I have called Customer care but he told me it's is internal issue. I have no any information before it. I told customer care executive my call transfer to his senior person, he took hold me on 10-10 min and after 10 min my phone is dissconect.I have already recharge net plan & it's period is sort day by day. Always i required net connection this time what i do?

            Hello Sir I Eranna mobile number [protected]. I have received a message from 650001 on 13jul2015. It contains that "25p/min local/std calling at just Rs8. recharge with stv8 and make local/std calls 25p/min for 28days. RC or Dial *222*7*8#". So i had dailed from my mobile*222*7*8#" then i have received a message that it valid for only 4 days and not asked for my acceptance. So i just pressed back button from my mobile. Then i have received a message that congratulations your request have been accepted. And deducted Rs8 from my balance. I called customer care and asked about deduction and validity of the offer. Then he says that if i do from easy recharge i will get that 28days validity. Here i have not seen anywhere about easy recharge from his SMS from 650001. Same has repeated earlier also but that time i have not speak to customer care and not complaint. Please help me on it. Thanks & Regards, Eranna [protected]

                  I didn't requested for any plan or I never attempted a call from customer care. But without my notice "Bidding mania" and "Liveaarti" were activated for my number. Both the plans are activated on 30th of June 2015 and the second plan was renewed again on 7th July, 2015. Please refund my amount as it was automatically activated by uninor and I never used or noticed about this plans. 1 year back I have ported away from uninor because of the same reason as they always deduct the amounts without our notice. On 20th June, 2015 I am back to uninor network. Now they started the process of activating unknown services, even I am registered for DND services. Please help me out of this problem and suggest me how to get my money back in my account.

                    sir i recharge my.up east uninor no [protected] of amount 350 from uninor website.but two times recharge wal failled and money of 350 debited from my sbi bank account.and i attempt third rechage of same that was recharged.one amount of failed transaction was refunded but second failed was not refunded. i called uninor customer care they talk rudly and did not help me.i called many times till now but nor my money refunded not recharged. very bad irrespinsible customer service. plz refund or rechrge my amount of 350 othrwise i go to consumer court. preet allahabad.

                          I am using a uninor number from past 2 years. But suddenly on 4/7/15 morning all the incoming & outgoing call are bocked in my number & when i am calling to anyone it says "the outgoing calls to this number are not available" I don't know why this is happening plz help me to resolve this issue as fast as possible as it already been 3 days of facing this problem & still no solution found.

                            Hi Team, I have activated the plan U to U 10 paisa on 30 June, however after that i have recharged 100 ru on 4 th July and from main balance i have activated U TO U free 88 ru on the same day..however my 88 ru has been deducted but U to U plan doesn't activate still i m charging 10 paisa for U to U .. I have called tree times...i had conversation with many agent ( Manish tavalkar, varun patel, sachin ) and floor support ( Chetan, Amol parmar, Manish patel )as well as Manager ..(subojit Singh )..he told on 5 th July that he will take complain he will foreword to the concern team ...i accordingly he arrange call back on 5 July but he didn't ;t call back...again i call on 6 th July i spoke with Amol parmar he took my complain again and provided me tickets no ... your service is very pathetic and your Manager also give the feck promises to the customer which very reeducate .. i never seen in my life this kind of pathetic service. If Mr.Singh is there so tell him don't give the feck promise to the customer ... YOUR ALL AGENT ARE, FLOOR SUPPORT AND MANAGER ... i want refund my money or i want to activate U to U free ...

                                  My uninor number is [protected], i call on 999 for activation on 4th July 2015 night. They have verified my name and address and told me that after 1 hr call 123 and choose the desire language your account will be active. From that onward till i am calling 123, the recorded response coming to me that your prepaid number is not active. After that I again call on 999 but the recorded response coming to me that your prepaid number is not active. If this the way you provide service.if my number is not active i have to complaint with TRAI authorities for this. So Resolve my problem ASAP. Thanks and Regards, Tejas

                                    3 years ago i bought uninor sim with proof... today i got a call asking me the name which is on the proof..when i said so..the customer care representative told me that it is not in that name.. your service will be stopped within48 hours.. if my proof is wrong how the hell did they activate the sim?????????? this is nothing but mental harassment

My no is [protected] and [protected]. I have submitted three photographs and two copy of my voter's id card. But after a week I got sms from your company stated your documents are incomplete. And another day my cards were blocked so I submitted same set of documents and also fill up two forms on your outlet. After a week the same story is repeated. I got a call from your guy that your documents (already two times documents is given. )are incomplete and from that day my card is blocked only incoming is on.
