        Dear, My cell no is [protected] Name: Modi Sagar M Here by inform you that I have received a message from uninor that pay 88 & get uninor to uninor unlimited call free for 3 months on dated 19th January-2015 . At a time I have make recharge.But l have got only one month validity. Next thing is that I have make recharge using my uninor account balance via sms .(not using online or retail outlets) Means I have follow the guidelines & policy o[censored]ninor. So it's finalise that I have follow the rules & regulations. So I must have to get benefits of this service. But I could not get it. Also for the same problem I have make call to uninor care minimum 12 times. But I have not received proper answer. If you have any doubts regarding the same you can check their(uninor) call records and database. If you give me answer that we have provided this service to first one thousand customers. Then give me list of one thousand customers.so I can verify that customers to asking that you have got this type of service or not. Because I confidential tell u that when I have received message(regarding this scheme) I have instantly activated this service. .. So I want to know that company fraud with this customer or not. For the same i have email on dated 1st march, 2015.After there is no response so i have email on dated 3rd march, 2015..Same way again i have send two reminder email.             Dear Sir/Mam, I am a Uninor customer since last 2 months. My Mob No is [protected]. From the very first day when whenever I recharge my cellphone with Rs. 60/- with full talk time, the money is automatically deducted within next 3-4 days. Last I recharged on 22nd March 2015 with Rs. 60/- Today morning the balance was about Rs. 51/- but in the afternoon it remained Rs. 4.90/- talktime without any call usage. Intendly I did not subscribe any other service from Uninor. It is embarrassing for me and before I switch over to another telecom company (at present there are 3 connections in my family), I wish to submit this complaint to the higher authorities in the interest o[censored]ninor.               sir my name Manish N shah mo no [protected] sir i facrd problem tomuch time of your VAS service .balance deducted automatically and i sure every time i am not utilise or intrested in VAS service. every time at that tine i deactivated process used disl no *121# no so pl i am not intrested any VAS in future so pl do needfull i disturb for that automatic balance deduct service those i not used any VAS service so pl solved my problem

                    hello, i am akash with mobile no [protected] (uninor up west). i am the old customer o[censored]ninor (near by 5 years). today 20/03/2015 i recharged my number with 58rs, according to which i have to get local uninor to uninor free for 20 days. but after 10 hour of recharge i did not get my benifit. when i am calling to any of my local uninor number my balance is deducting from my main balance as it should be free. i called the customer care 3 time but they are trying to make me full by giving different statement every time. one of their senior executive misbehave with me and cut their phone during the call.i am really very frustated with the services o[censored]ninor. if did not get proper solution of my problem i will definately go to the consumer court... thankss... akash email id - [protected]@gmail.com

                      I am using UNINOR mobile network and my mobile no is [protected].Due to some problems in my mobile set, it was switched off from 15/01/2015 to 10/03/2015.I have also activated DND on my mobile number.Instead of these, uninor mobile company has charged me 10 rupees 5 times; that is total 50 rupees by feigning of ‘Movie Talkies Activation’. Now my complains are:- when my mobile was switched off how did any service was activated? Even I have activated DND. After talking with customer care executive ‘Mandeep singh’ and ‘Karan’ on 20/03/2015 at 7:13 a.m. Karan have given some amazing information. These are as:- This service was activated on my mobile on 11/02/2015 on 4:57.where as on that date and time my mobile was switched off. According to him, a call from company came to my mobile on 11/02/2015 at 4:57 and I activated this service. But the question here is when i have activated DND, how can any call or SMS come from company to my mobile? And after preventing if company disturbs me who will be the responsible for it? According to him, after every 10 days this service is automatically renewed.and the renewal detail is:- 11/02/2015 at 4:57 21/02/2015 at 4:57 03/03/2015 at 2:24:30 13/03/2015 at 1:40:51 20/03/2015 at 1:27:15 Now my complain is if this service is automatically renewed after every 10 days then how it was renewed after only 7 days (13/03/2015 to 20/03/2015)?

                        I m having 2 uninor connections i.e. nos [protected] and [protected] . It happend on 16 and 17 of respectively.. The services namely astrology and shot movie club have been activated...when i called the customer care (198) then they said the service is activated by me through net, the main thing is that i dont use net from uninor so how can a service will get activated? So i called them and told them to return my money 15 and 10 respectively for service and additional 1 rs charge for per day charges. But they refused.. Its not my fault .ihave not activated any service.. so mmy money must be returned.. So kindly go through this so that i can get my money back... Thank you

                          Hello Dear I am using uninor service. when some person calls me they get the advertisement of the uninor company for 15 seconds and than call will be connected to me. For this have call to uninor customer complaint Number 198 to register my complaint. i have spoke to Mr. Patel first he has not taken my Complaint and forward my call to their senior executive Mr. Dharmesh Solanki. I have request him to stop the advertisement so he has told me that this is might be your caller tune. I have asked him to check the details and I have never activated any caller tune on my number. than he has told me that company is promoting to other customer. I have told him that I don't want this type of any activity on my number. please note down my complaint he has refuse to take that I have asked the reason he has told me just we can not take the complaint. this our wish. He has also told me to visit the uninor store for the complaint. I have visited the store so i have come to know from there they are only a franchisee owner they don't have any authority and advise me to call a customer care number 198. Please help me to solve this problem. Note: I have recorded the conversation thank you...

                            I had recharged my number [protected] with Rs 42 on 17th of march 15 at 12 pm on your main site uninor.in with my hdfc netbanking but till now my number had not been recharged and balance also had been deducted also talked to customers care executive but not got any resolution also mail to applete authority but not got any resolution so pls clarify whether my bal will be refunded in my account or my number will get be recharged.                                         CALLER TUNE BALAM PICHKARI WAS ACTIVATED ON MY MOB NO [protected] BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER CUSTOMER CARE ON 6 MAR 15 AT 11:46 AM AND SMS FOR THE SAME RECEIVED WITH RS 20/- DEDUCTED. IMMEDIATELY I DIALLED *121# FOR DEACTIVATION AND IT WAS DEACTIVATED AT 11:48 AM ON 06 MAR 15 BUT MY RS 20/- WAS NOT REFUNDED. I MADE A CALL TO CUS CARE EXECUTIVE AND HE REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN WITH SR NO [protected] ON 06 MAR 15 ITSELF. REPLY FOR THE SAME RECEIVED ON 07 MAR 15 WITH NO REFUND BUT ONLY REGRET. AGAIN I REGISTERED ANOTHER COMPLAIN ON LINE ON 08 MAR 15 VIDE SR[protected]. REPLY FOR THE SAME RECEIVED TODAY ON 11 MAR 15 AT 3:24 PM WITH A REASON THAT YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND AS IT WAS ACTIVATED AT YOUR END. THE SMS CONTAINS SOME UNPARLIAMNETARY SIGNS (LIKE [protected]@ARE) WHICH HAS BEEN SENT BY CUS CRE . THIS IS QUITE ILLEGAL. SOME ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGISNT THESE PEOPLE. TODAY AGAIN ANOTHER VAS PHOTOSTORYS WAS ACTIVATED ON MY MOB NO AT 5:28 PM. I MADE CALL TO 777 AND GOT IT DEACTIVATED AND THANKS GOD, THIS TIME I GOT RS 5/- BACK. EVERY NOW AND THEN THE SERVICE PROVIDER ACTIVATES SOME SERVICES ON THEIR OWN AND DEDUCTS MONEY. THIS WAY THEY HARASS CONSUMERS A LOT. I HAVE FOUR UNINOR SIM IN MY FAMILY AND EVERY DAY WE BE VIGILANT ABOUT DEDUCTIONS AND SERVICE ACTIVATION FROM THEIR END. TRAI SHOULD INITIATE SOME HARDER RULES FOR SUCH ACTS. KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTTER SO THAT CONSUMERS BY AND LARGE DON'T SUFFER IN THE HANDS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
