I have potable my number ([protected]) idea to uninor but after 3 month I get message for undue payment of Rs 120 last date is 12/5/2015. I clear my payment on 11/5/2015. (Payment Receipt No MH[protected] Though service provider stop services to my no from 18/5/2015 to till date. I visit uninor gallery 3-4 times & communicates with Idea customer care but I didn't get proper feedback.

    internet is very slow if complaint to officer they dont answer neatly so i want to close this hopeless service because last 3 months we spends 252 for internet services but i am not satisfied with your net and talktime also .so if solve this problem as fast as possible or i dont want your service.

When i talk with costumer care he say that this service activated on your hand but i m activated this type services. than i say for refund my balance they say that this is autorenewal service i m not able for refund . This Type service activate many times. so plz take action on Uninor Company

          Sir, I checked special internet offers for me by calling 198.The audio recorded by them informs us that by doing recharge of 27, you get 250 MB data + unlimited Whats app both with a validity of 28 days.Today I got text from uninor that your offer is going to expire in 2 days.The recharge was done by me by detucting 27rs from my main account.I contacted them but they say we cant do extent your validity.And right now also the audio on 198 says the validity of 28 days.I felt cheated.             Yesterday Dt.07/05/2015, i had recharge o[censored]ninor service time 08:02 pm with Rs.60/- and wish to recharge for Internet. Service worth rs.42/- but unfortunately recharge with Rs.38/- which service already applied and continue i had also contact on 121 customer care 08:42 pm where Mr.Pradip and Hemant unable satisfactory answered and inform me that TRAI has change the rule and we are unable to reverse the charges.At the same time i asked for the circular of TRAI But not answer properly. Even not given the superier contact too which i had request for. I highly unsatisfy with the answered given.                   My uninor number is [protected] my recharge amount 120rs is deleted without my approval, unnecessarily charged of VAS services which Iam not even aware of even last month also it was unnecessarily deleted i called customer care then it was reimbursed which was such a process now also as soon as i recharge my prepaid balance is deleted, I request consumer forum to look into this and do the justice.

                    Hello, I am from ahmedabad. Uninor cheats us. It automatically started few service which we never asked for and cut down the charges. My balance goes down to 1.9 Rupees from 25 Rupees. Uninor has done this more then once. This cannot be tolerated. When I booked complain online in uninor customer care, I got reply after 2 days that we could not find any service on your SIM Card. Uninor is now compare to other providers. I[censored]ninor wants to stay in market, they should be honest. This type of cheating will not help them. I want my balance back. My Uninor number is [protected]. Uninor also cheated me in other number [protected]. I want this solve very soon otherwise have to close both Uninor Sim Cards.

                      hi this is srinivasarao.behara .iam living in pendurthi.iam useing vodafone last 7 years .but yesterday i was converted to uninor.i called 999to get my address verified and the uninor representatives told me call to 123 for language selection and activte your sim.so many times i will call to 123for language selction.it is repeatly saying"YOUR SIM WAS NOT ACTIVATE" .what is this please rectify my problem .other wise i will approach legally .your customer service center representatives are not working properly.my present number is [protected], my uninor number is [protected].plese callme. my id :[protected]@gmail.com

                            Dear Sir, On 17th Apr 15 20 rupees deducted from my Uninor No is [protected] for vid world subscription for which i did not applied n again sms says that Rs 30 will be deducted on 22 Apr 15 for renewal . on 19 Apr again automatically activated for movie, even for deactivation 155223 not works even 198 do not having option to call with customer care. Once it not subscribed then it deducted? it is requested that whatever amount is been deducted from my account may please be refunded from Uninor.. with regards Bipin Kumar

                                Respected Sir, I Jayesh Bhangdiya had submitted an application for MNP conversion from my BSNL to Uninor Phone on 10th March 2015. I had submitted an application along with my Photo id proof (PAN CARD) and Address proof as (MSEB Bill on my name) at your store located in Bibvewadi Store at Upper Indira Nagar, Pune 411037. I had submitted details to Mr. Mohan and his brother.My mobile number is [protected]. The MNP was successfully done on 18th March 2015 and all services were active. Then all of a sudden all my services to these numbers are blocked since 22 March 2015 till date. Last 25 days I have made several attempts to know the issue and everytime I am assured that services will start today evening. Everytime I was given a separate reason each time. I submitted my documents atleast 4 times and still there is no progress on it. Please note this number of mine [protected] is used for my business purpose and all my important messages and calls are missing which is doing a huge loss to our business.Now I am fed up following up your people in Pune. I have spoken to them many times and every time a false assurance is been given. I have spoken to Mr.Santosh TSI and he very strongly assured me that services will be activated maximum by yesterday Morning but till now my phone is not working.This is last time I am communicating with Uninor. After this the only option left will Court to resolve my issue.A kind request to please consider this application and resolve the issue at the earliest.Thanks & Regards, Jayesh Bhangdiya

                                        i received message from uninor UG-650001 stating that on recharge of 42 you will get 500MB data and 28days validity. and same details i have checked on uninor helpline no *121#. Than after checking details i made recharge with 42 on my mobile [protected] and i got validity for 20days. and this is cheating.for your reference here i am sending you images of that message and details which i got from *121#. and from many month i am doing recharge of same plan. and after doing complain also uninor is not solving this problem. kindly help against this cheating as uninor is a cheater company.
