Mujhe offer mila tha inki tarf se 13 k recherche pe 10TT or 3p/m 28day validity ka. Bt maine recharge krwaya to inka offer jo tha wo mujhe ni mila. Or customers care bol rhe h ki aise offer ni h hamre yaha. I have screen shot. Uninor customers care wale ab call receive ni kr rhe h mera.

    Dear sir, My mobile no is [protected]. I had applied for MNP from aircel to UNINOR on 10/08/2015 with the documents and i receive congrats massage from uninor same day, thereafter again receive one more for service unavailability on 17/08/2015 for resuming from 12:02 pm to 2:12 pm of 18 aug but the network came on 20/08/2015 then i had done FRC of 59 and give my authentication on 59059 then my sim service inactive with ID -[protected]. thereafter i make a call on 121. after these all i make the call and browse till 00:25 AM of 21 aug 2015. and now my incoming and outgoing facilities are berried.and cause is document not submitted. so can i know how it can possible? and is UNINOR work against the rule made by GOVERNMENT Of INDIA. and who is the responsible for my losses. SO please take a appropriate action on this issue and one more thing how the CCE make a difference/jokes from lower to higher authority. timing of Talking with CCE is 7:40 Am and 8:50 am on 21/08/2015

          Dr. Naseem Ahmad Khan ([protected]) Service u TreasureO is activated in my number without my permission on my mobile number mentioned above. because of this service amount of Rs/- 4 deducted daily from my mobile balance. many times i complaint about this to customer care but not satisfactory reply is found till date. no satisfactory ans. is found.

            Incoming and outgoing facilities in my phone futher keeping sufficient balance. when contacted to sanjay place agra office over phone number [protected], for 15 days i am not getting any proper responce.now they are not taking my phone .they have taken my fresh id photo.still my sim is not working

              I have paid the uninor store at bapunagar, Ahmedabad for Portability of my 3 reliance gsm numbers to uninor. I had paid Rs. 397/- & they have not even issued any receipt for the same. Now whenever i visit the store for follow up, store found closed. This matter is still pending since last 3 Months. Also complained to appellate authority o[censored]ninor but they told that go to that store & call from that store & make them talk to store owner. But if store is closed how i will be able to let them talk with the store owner. This is very much rediculous Following is the number of franchise owner o[censored]ninor who taken money from me: +[protected]. Appellate Authority Number i had contacted is : +91 [protected] this is not about refund of money but a fraud committed by a telecom company by deputing a cheap franchise owners.

                This was the scheme "Uninor Rs. 42 Recharge Plan Unlimited WhatsApp & Facebook + 250 MB Data for 21 Days". .I have recharged the scheme but i only got 14 days val.and 200MB data and also whatsapp and fb data charges in not free as per plan. So this is like a trap for customers.

                  I am a valuable customer o[censored]nior india.i am using uninor sim card since last 3 year..before 10 days ago i recharged my sim with rs 60 but suddenly without any notification all rupees is deducted..i gave complaint for it in unionor customer care..they give surety that we will fill up your loss balance withing 48 hours..but since after 4 days of their surety i have not receive my balance back.i tried and tried so many times.

                    I recharged for Rs. 100 on 24 July 2015 and Rs.57 on 7th Aug 2015 for netpack. But my amount deducted when checked on 9 Aug. I did not make such call due to which deducts the entire amount and also have rate cutter plan. Then I talked to the customer care, they told me that your SIM is from UP West and you are in UP East so the amount is deducted in roaming. As per I was told that there is no roaming between UP East & UP West, and I am using the SIM more than one year in UP East but no roaming deducted so far. So why the amount is deducted showing roaming( as told by customer care). Please look at the matter. As I am not using the SIM further till you resolve the issue.

                      My name is Tanay Gupta & My Contact Number is [protected](Uninor) ...have facing very big problem regarding balance, Actually before some days my balance is approx 30 rupees & Rupees 4 was deducted every day in my account balance automatically for vas charges... But I don't use any services... Now yesterday I was doing a recharge of Rupees 75, I got 62 Rupees, but back Rupees 4 was deducted in my account balance every day automatically... When I call Uninor customer care... Then he was abused me & not provided any help... Uninor my money is so valuable... I wants all my deducted money Call - [protected]

                        I amit kumar having UNINOR connection [protected] want to lodge a compliant regarding balance deduction on 15 AUG 15 of Rs 2.5/- and on 16 AUG 15 of Rs 12/- i clearly state that whatever service thatservice been activated by UNINOR is not from my side its been activated by own and when they ask to deactivate i called 155223 at 1630hr to deactivate but again it is saying that your some RBT service is renewed and again Rs 12/- has been deducted . when i called to customer care to lodge a complaint Mr Abhishek call center executive shows reluctance and even i didnot get the complaint no. yet . in this scenario i would like to put attention towards the unnecsscery balance deduction from telecom co. which caused harassment to customer and also dent the credibilty o[censored]NINOR . i want to treat this email as a complaint as complaint to refund the balance in my prepaid account.

The person calling her again & again and using abusing language. She is too much disturbed by him as she is old lady. So i would request you to take the appropriate action against him.                             Previously i have lodged a complaint stated that every day receiving 'no balance' message, but i had recharged 209/- seconds plan (following since activation). requested, the 209/- is also money but in the form of seconds; so kindly don't send no balance message. later you a clarified that it is part of service and not eliminated. further i had recharged some money. now, every day message receiving your balance below 10/-. what is this non sense, if i have recharged above 10/-, then you may send your balance below 20/-. understood my view, sincerely, i maintaining seconds plan and recently recharged for 6 months also. as per that i have huge balance in the form of seconds. you are not given that seconds without paying money, repeating the seconds also is equal to money.                                     Dear Sirs, My Uninor Mobile no. is [protected]. In my recent pre-paid recharges, I noticed that some unauthorized call charges are being debited from my prepaid balance since last 3 times. When I enquired at the Uninor stores during recharge, they informed that international calls were made and did not get any satisfactory reply. Recently again I recharges Rs.65/- on 7.8.2015, and 55/- was deducted on 8.8.2015. On enquiry at uninor stores they informed that charges Rs.55/- were debited f or the below number[protected]xxxxx. When I checked in my dialled call data, I could not find the informed number and I am very much sure, that there was no possibility of other persons making calls from the above number, as the mobile was totally under my control. This is the 3rd time such type of deductions was seen from my prepaid balance since one month. Kindly enquire into the matter and solve the problem, and reimburse the deducted amounts to my uninor mobile number. Regards, ISDPRASAD, Mobile:[protected].

                                      Hi, I have taken recharge of rs 28 which offered unlimited whatsapp+facebook and 10MB data for 28days. I have not used anything except whatsapp. But after 3days, 10MB data finished with all balance and now it's not working as showing that I have low balance so I need to recharge. In this way, they are literally cheating people.I faced this issue earlier also.They use to resolve the problem in 48hrs but they should also extend validity which they don't..I could not use data for last 2days due to this issue.

                                      Did not get any solution, just wasted my money, will not recommend any extra service from Uninor..if you want to use, just use for calling purpose and also check the charged amount after each call as they use to charge extra anytime without any reason.
