    Respected Sir/Madam, My self Shaikh Salman my uninor mobile no. is [protected]. I had make a call to some one on 21.09.15, after call ending one message pop up related to balance deduction on this call and also it show the offer of full talk time 40. Then I recharge with 40 Rs. on same date but I get only 32 regular talk time then I had make a call to 198 they tell me wait up to 48 Hrs. After 48 Hrs the remaining balance not credited in my account them further I make a call to 198 again they tell me to wait for 48 Hrs. And they take my complaint also. But now 10 days occur but until I had not got a remaining 8 Rs balance then today 30.09.15, I again make a call to 198 they directly tell me we are unable to give you the remaining balance... So please solve this matter as possible as fast for my compliance... Thanks...

      Today i have recharge Internet pack 27 through my mobile phone., at that time connection problem display, and tell me for retry. Then i again do same process for Internet pack recharge. Procee doing successfull. And when i checked my balance, then i saw balance deducted two times. And pack is recharge two times

        I am surprised to get worth service from uninor there are no any standard timing of service renewal and without renewal confirmation or approval deduct balance and renew service before timing i had

        Talk with customer executive supervisor mr. Akit khureshi so please solve my issue

        And also mr. Akit khureshi give me timing of service start and deduction

        When surprised there are no any fix timing of server in uninor any time day or validity can change

          My Telenor no is[protected]. I was having approximately t2t 14.5 lakh sec balance & t 2 other 3.35 lakh sec balance till yesterday. I have recharged yesterday via Wai pin 412803 FOFO store to carry forward my previous balance. But due to negligence from your side, I hv loss my total balance as he had falsely recharged to other no. I have followed him up several times, he replied to issue that balance soon but till now I have not received the same. Please kindly do the needful & revert back all my balance asap

            My no. Is [protected] . in this no. The u treasure o service is activated automatically. When I deactivate this the next day it again activated automatically and my balance is reduced. I complained the customer care but they said that u are using the internet that's why it is activated.               I am customer of Telenor with a prepaid connection. I live in pune and having problem with uninor 2g data services. I am using this service since last 2 months hoping that they will improve the same. But all in vein, i m repenting on my decision on using Telenor(Previously Uninor). Most of the time i get DNS server problem or connection timed out...! i have paid for sevice and not getttng it in proper way so i will suggest to stop using Telenor and go for another operator for 2g services. I will suggest to go for other operators like vodafone, idea, docomo etc. which provide at least proper service. Second thing is that .. for the same problem i called customer service center of Telenor for this problem, the customer service center guy was rude and told me all sophisticated answers like "6.00pm to 11pm is a peak time for our network... u can use internet after 11.00pm." I was shocked with those answers that how any call center executive can tell unprofessionaly that just our service in particaular hours only and u cannot use internet during 6.00pm to 11.00 pm...? Even when i have paid for them for same so why they dont took my complaint professionally on date[protected] from my telenor number [protected]...? i asked them for kindly register my complaint and provide me complaint ticket id for the same, but he replied that i will not register your complaint...! this ultimately shows that Telenor Customer care center provides third class service to their customers. as a solution i will go for another operator like vodafone, idea, docomo etc for the same service. For other customers i will recomment to stop using Telenor services... as they are provideing third class services for 2g data. Just change your operator for the same services

                  Sir, I had requested several times to Uninor Customer care center to deactivate each n every service but it is not yet done. further I am still getting msgs on my screen when i am trying to deleted it is activating the service which i dnt need.                     Today it was surprising me that the recharge portal o[censored]ninor displaying as the same number is not the uninor ones. How can it be. This number might not have included in upgraded software. Please do enable me to recharge my Sim phone [protected]

                              24th SEP 2015 Got a call from this number [protected], he registered my number with mcent and called me this morning and with arrogant tone says, TUJHE EAK MSG AYA HOGA CONFIRMATION CODE KA WO CODE MUJHE BTA DE. When I asked him why he registered my number with any APP, he replies as MERA FAYDA HAI TO MAI KARUGA. TU CODE DETA HAI YA NAHI. Obviously my answer was no, and when said that I can lodge a complaint regarding this, he turned furious saying TU KAR KYA LEGA MERA, YE NUMBER FARGI HAI He mentioned his name as SONU and the Place he mentioned was #AZAMGARH. I am least bothered about any such call but, the thing that I want to pinpoint here is why SIM CARD sellers provide numbers without any identity, Government should take strict action for people involved in any such activity and the #telecom companies must do something to stop any such nuisance.                                   We are using the unnor sim for reliable communication, but issue with this company is that in a day there are approx 10 to 15 calls from uninor for there offers major truble is whether you receive or reject the call scheme get actvated and without any request, they suggest to activate the dnd but it will block required scheme information too.

                                      Sir my num is=[protected] ..from today morning this sim is not in service...since three months back i faced the same problem customer care said that lack of minimum balance then i recharged with some amount it turned normally...again today no service it has been announcing..it is very unfortunate to say that uninor packs without our involvement are subscribing packs which are not related to us...they deducting the money which we recharged ...last 3 months back when i faced the same problem i informed to the care to unsubscribe the packs ...they said yes...but now with some unwanted packs our balance is deducted and without minimal balance it has been moved to "NO SERVICE' so please handle this problem and kindly deactivate all unwanted packs and make my sim as ACTIVATED sim...thank u

                                        I got an advertisment paper in that they given instructions that they are installing the tower to villages, this paper is came to our village panchyat under the rural development scheme, in that only contact number is given. I talked with a person he told first you need to register with 5100 rupees amount payable to our account not in terms of D.D or Check, only have to pay cash then we will visit to your land after 10 days. On 18/08-2015 i deposited 5100 rupees in the name of Dheeraj Kumar A/C[protected]Canara Bank) IFSC Code : CNRB0001149 Branch : Navyug Market Ghazizbad. Email id :[protected]@gmail.com. Contact Number : [protected], [protected] After two days he sent me the agrement documents and told to deposit 15000 rupees for agrement, i told i cant pay now so i want to cancel application, so please refund my money.
