I am customer of Telenor with a prepaid connection. I live in pune and having problem with uninor 2g data services. I am using this service since last 2 months hoping that they will improve the same. But all in vein, i m repenting on my decision on using Telenor(Previously Uninor). Most of the time i get DNS server problem or connection timed out...! i have paid for sevice and not getttng it in proper way so i will suggest to stop using Telenor and go for another operator for 2g services.
I will suggest to go for other operators like vodafone, idea, docomo etc. which provide at least proper service.
Second thing is that .. for the same problem i called customer service center of Telenor for this problem, the customer service center guy was rude and told me all sophisticated answers like "6.00pm to 11pm is a peak time for our network... u can use internet after 11.00pm."
I was shocked with those answers that how any call center executive can tell unprofessionaly that just our service in particaular hours only and u cannot use internet during 6.00pm to 11.00 pm...? Even when i have paid for them for same so why they dont took my complaint professionally on date[protected] from my telenor number [protected]...? i asked them for kindly register my complaint and provide me complaint ticket id for the same, but he replied that i will not register your complaint...! this ultimately shows that Telenor Customer care center provides third class service to their customers.
as a solution i will go for another operator like vodafone, idea, docomo etc for the same service.
For other customers i will recomment to stop using Telenor services... as they are provideing third class services for 2g data. Just change your operator for the same services
