Dear Sir, On behalf of Bramhapuri people here I want to give a complaint of Uninor company as it does not provide proper range to its customer. People have to wait many times for network. It takes long times to connect to other mobile. Second thing I want to say that this is the problem in Bramhapuri city and outside of the city one cannot even able to see the network on mobile.     Respected sir, I lost my U2U and U2O seconds which was protecting from two years by regular recharge (ph.no:[protected]) by in time, on 25/06/2015 due to lack of service in AP Visakhapatnam i could'nt recharge in time so please consider my request and give me back sec. which i lost. Ph.[protected] The above complaint sent to appellate-authority.[protected]@uninor.in, i lost 18 lakhs + u2u and 2 lakhs + u2o seconds, it was not satisfactory the way of respond by service Prvider, so please accept my complaint and help me Thanking you sir,

        Respected Sir/Madam, I am Bharat Chauhan from Tadav. I want to say about uninor tower is not working in my village. In Wav, which is 24km from my village at their tower is coming and also at dhima, which is 15 km from my village there also tower is working. but in my village and around of my 30 village tower is not working and also not showin g the tower. I just want to say that please put uninor disk in my village at tower room. at their other tower also located like bsnl, idea, vodafone, airtel etc. So i[censored]ninor tower is locate in my village than all the customers will take this card and other service may be decreased.           Company is Again and again deducting balance of my account and activating the different service in my number [protected] without my consent and for that again and again I have to call the customer care. So kindly stop this unprudent practice of the company and it is not in the favour of the customer.

            Hello Sir/Mam I am Ankit Sakhareliya from Rajkot-360001, Gujarat, India I have been purchased Uninir SIM before 1 yeas ago for my father and i am always recharge in bulk, but before some month ago Uninor has started 2 payable services (Rs.3.00 Charge for alternate day) without asking or conformation of me or my father. my father uneducated so he didn't know about services and how to deactivate it. so i have deactivated all services by calling customer care officer. after some day uninor again has start again all services without conformation or asking me or my father. its fraud way to earn money i want to take action. and i need my money back that he had deducted.                   i have uninor service provider on my mobile. they self activate useless services on my mobile and keeps on deducting balance from my mobile. i complain but they refuses to refund the money although i haven't activated such services on my mobile.

                  Waiting for your proper steps. Self activation of any services is very irritating and balance also consumes.

                    I purchased one number in September 2014 from idea No is : [protected]. After 6 months i ported this number in UNINOR. by MNP Process. I ported this number in Feb 2015, After 2 months i got one due bill is pending at idea its amount is 188. for that uninor disconnected my number in 18th may 2015. i cleared bill on 22 May 2015, After that i contacted to UNIONR to start my service they replied I need to contact idea for activation. Idea is responsible for activatio. I contacted idea they replayed : My no is permanently disconnected from idea on Feb 2015 because of port out. Again i contacted to uninor the suggest me to contact Store i visited store 2-3 times i am not getting any help. UNinor customer care not able to help me as per them number details are not dispalyedin system. Today as 18/6/2015 11 .00 AM i contacted senior managet in uninor about this issue they replyed we registred your complaint within hallf an hour i will got compalaint no on my alternate no by SMS and issue will resolve in 24 hours. still i am not getting any sms and any call from uninor. I am trying to contact noodle officer from there also i am not getting any reply. When i called on number i am getting unionr ringtone. If i will lost this no it will be big loss for me its my business no. Alternate contact no : [protected]

                        Dear sir, I am getting a problm in my uninor mobile no, its not getting incoming call for two-three weeks, Whenever i try to call uninor's customer care no, first of their call does'nt connect and if call connects and i get a chance to talk to customer care officer, they just hear my problm, then put me on hold for 3 or 4 minutes and then cut off my call, i have tried s lot time, but they are not taking any action, Please... Take some action on this, Thanxxxxxx

                                Dear sir, my uninor Mob.No. is [protected] as per offer i recharge Rs. 48, but i can not get talk time as per your offer.My std and local call deducted after 14 days.Why is it so because your offer std and local call having validity is 28 days.I ask to c.care he say offer get revised but your recording is not showing new change .Why you are offering old recording please explain? and give my previous talk time because without any notification you can not change rule.                                   I am using uninor sim from past 1.5 years, few days back suddenly sim card was blocked i don't know the reason next day morning i went to customer care and let them know about my interruption of services, they responded well and booked my complaint and ask me to visit the store after 2 days. When went after 2 days the customer care people was not responding, i ask reason for the interruption of my service, they are saying unrelated reasons, with great patience i answered all their questions. till now i don't know why it got blocked, couple of times i visited the store with no response.Finally they are asking me to take the duplicate sim. Request you to do the need full at the earliest.

                                      I have take a new uninor sim card.But its nt being activated.When i consulted with my retailer he said that he has activated within 2 hour but till now it has still not been activated.Please activate soon. number-[protected] please activate it as soon as possible.
