Dear Sir/Madam, I Jan Reddy, having number[protected], Uninor is deducting my balance without activate VAS Services, Bollywood media, entertainment mall, How could the above services activated automatically, even this is not used on phone. Kindly deactivate VAS Services from my phone. From last week onwards my balance deducting around 50 Rs details are 03/09/15 charged media trivia Rs 5, 04/09/15 charged Bollywood media Rs 5, 04/09/15 charged entertainment mall Rs 10, 05/09/15 charged mobile gupshup pack Rs 30 .
Fpor customer care number not working 198, and deactivate purpose given 155223 the number also not working.
