I was using a uninor no. From 2 years [protected] and suddenly 2 days ago my no..was closed as my mobile was lost and when I aproached the uninor office they asked for the fir, Id, and 80rs...I sumiteed all those documents but after these all I came to know that the sim is closed by the company...thy are not giving any other details...

    Dear Sir/Madam, I Jan Reddy, having number[protected], Uninor is deducting my balance without activate VAS Services, Bollywood media, entertainment mall, How could the above services activated automatically, even this is not used on phone. Kindly deactivate VAS Services from my phone. From last week onwards my balance deducting around 50 Rs details are 03/09/15 charged media trivia Rs 5, 04/09/15 charged Bollywood media Rs 5, 04/09/15 charged entertainment mall Rs 10, 05/09/15 charged mobile gupshup pack Rs 30 . Fpor customer care number not working 198, and deactivate purpose given 155223 the number also not working.       I have bought new sim o[censored]ninor and when i called them for verification they have entered some wrong details and denying my registration. And they threatened me to block the no and mr amit kumar not talked properly with me. Even though i asked the adress to reach them for submiting other document they are not ready to accept my adress proof.

      Uninor are fooling people, They are using Innocent persons ID and Photos for Antisocial Activity. They are selling Sim Cards for Anti Social Persons at higher rates.

        Sir, automatically yesterday's night my 10rupees balance is deducted . even I call care they said some vas service renewed. . but I never activated any service.. If you can't give my balance .this complaint also copied to NCH consumer helpline

              Hi all, I have n’t received any message from Uninor my net pack was finished. I have setting in my mobile and limit it showing still it having datapack is available. Because as per Government rule you have to inform customer after expiring net back. I have n’t received any such type of message. As per my information I haven’t received any message. And my mobile it showing still have browsing balance as per my mobile browsing setting balance. They i have deducted more than 80rs balance.

                Today morning I have recharged 70 rupees to get 80 rupees talk time from Uninor exclusive online recharge. I just called to some people around the total call costs upto a maximum of 10 rupees. But now the balance is checked it is just less than 5 rupees. Where my balance has gone? What the dirty services are rendering by you. So many times i brought to your notice about VAS charges were been cut and I just want to know where my balance has gone.

                  I am located in vadodra, by mistake i took the connection of GTPL broadband .10 mbps . but with very responsibility i declare that the administration of gtpl is the worst in ranking standards, seeing all the above reviews and complaints i have no words to say, No one cares to solve the problems instant, not also at the time according to them they give, Very poor setup for the staff, and the quality is not satisfactory, wiring cable they do not foolproof, YOU WOULD BE SHOCKED TO SEE THEIR SOFTWARE THAT INDICATES THE DATA USES, IT SEEMS IT PROJECTS TWICE THE AMOUNT U REALLY HAVE CONSUMED THE DATA...

                    Hi Kalyan, as pe our system records your number is reflecting active. However, you need to do FRC (First Recharge Coupon) on your number. Dial 123 ( toll free) to select your prefered language & restart you phone to get your SIM activated. We hope this information was helpful to you.                         My [protected] one week before VAS service 20 Rs activated by company compulsory. I had talk to costomer care. Same happens today also. Its itensaly activated to make fool to customer saying that why u had not refunded btn 24 hrs. Today also I had called .they told technical problems.. Pl refunds my money both.

                          Respected Sir/Madam My Self Mansukh Varu customer o[censored]ninor Prepaid(+91-[protected]). I have been facing so much trouble from uninor company of Wrong deduction of my balance for many times. I have been call so many times in uninor company's complain helpline no:198 but one of their Customer Care Executive Vinod and Superior Customer care executive Mr.Pratik Rana not replied me in an appropriate manner. I have lost my 55rs in this entire week. I have been demanded for refund for this worng deduction then they reply me that you have been started this. But in actual i did not received any flash message regarding this scheme or i never use any medium like ussd and net to subscribe their services like HUNSTORE and CALLERTUNE and much more. So please helping me out regarding this because right now i am typing this message and uninor company deducted my 15rs. This is really embarrassing situation. Please do something ASAP.                           Hi Mansukh, as per our system check, VAS service (RBT, Music Corner, HUNSTORE15, LIVE ASTROLOGY) was renewed on 18th April, 13th May, 14th May & 21st June 2015 respectively. Hence we won't be able to refund the amount now. However it has been deactivated and you won't be charged any further. Hope this helps you, please let us know, if you have any other query. Thanks.

                            I recharged my uninor number ([protected]) with Rs.59 for GPRS Data, but it's not working. I contacted customer care agent three times. They used to say that " I am being forwarded to GPRS department" but after a long hold the phone is disconnected. For this I have been charged 50 paisa for three minutes. I am using android phone with 4.2 jelly bean OS. There is no issue when I use Reliance Mobile Data. Please register this complaint and try to resolve it ASAP.

                              My mobile no [protected] o[censored]ninor. I got msg stating that rakshabhabdan offer 1Gb data 30 days validity with Rc 43 on 27/8/15 at 8:12 pm. I reacherged with 43 at 9.01pm. but I got only 250 mb with 30 days validity, 750 MB just 10 days validity. I spoke to customer care same time, they rejected to say the meaning of 1 Gb 30 days validity. just they are arguing their offer is like that only. even the superior also same answer, more over he said "what ever you want to do you do", I even sent a mail to uninor also . so far there is no response. I should get 1Gb with 30 days validity.

                                        Sir mera mobile no uninor ka [protected] is no pai har 5-6 din mai company ki side sai koi na koi service bina meri request kai lag jati hai aur jab mai msg dekta hu tab pata chalta hai ki mere no par yai service activate hai phir 198 pai call kar kai band karwani padti hai tab balance return hota hai kabhi kabhi to mai msg hi nahi dekhta is tarah company mere aur bahut logo kai sath fraud karti hai so please take a proper action again uninor
